Hello,

I was following your ACNL tutorial for custom villagers, and while i was looking for it, i stumbled upon the custom villager you made based on your plushie Nounours.

It made me very happy because my childhood teddy bear, Manille, is the same model (from the Nicotoy baby collection) as yours, but in blue. They're in similar conditions, having lost their fur and the fabric becoming brown-ish from years of love. I also have another plushie of the same model that is more recent/unused and who has kept its white fur like you do, named Caramel.

I just wanted to share, and thank you for the tutorial, it helped me greatly. I would buy a Ko-Fi if i had access to transactions over the Internet.

so. animal crossing villagers. I started a new town in acnl specifically so that I could make anemone and aoife player characters. here are my thoughts for the main characters as human villagers:

anemone is the mayor who gets along with everyone. she does every quest for residents and helps manage aoife’s flower breeding program

aoife is an overeager villager who constantly petitions for projects. she has a flower breeding program and makes a lot of custom clothing designs

delphine is a reclusive villager who mostly comes out in the twilight hours. she catches bugs, and has a large collection of the creepiest ones in her house

beatrice is the quiet villager who comes out in the dead of night. she likes to harvest fruit, and will leave it in neat piles outside of re-tail

marley is the grumpy villager who has her house right on the cliff. she spends most of the day fishing, and keeps her biggest catch for every type of fish

and as animal villagers:

anemone is a rabbit with piercing green eyes. her house has a LOT of plants and a piano (plus a skeleton)

aoife is a hamster that looks like a jack o’ lantern. her house looks halloween-y all year and she has special dialogue for it

delphine is a goat and is mostly dark red. she has fangs. she has a custom routine where she avoids being outside as much as possible in the daytime

beatrice is a koala and is mostly light purple with white accents. she has a custom routine, which is that she sleeps from 2-6am

marley is a wolf with messy brown fur. her room, which is pirate-themed, is rearranged every day

island notes:

there are two designated tree-filled areas; one with many fruit trees that serves as an orchard, and one with a lot of dead trees, pine trees, and stumps that serves as a haunted forest

the town has spooky public works projects like a "haunted" well, an "eldritch" carved stone monument, and a your-face-here stand that aoife redesigns to be a different kind of scary thing every so often

there's a flower breeding project area that keeps the town supplied with appropriately-spooky-coloured floral decoration

the clothes shop has a bunch of custom idol outfits that aoife insists the gang all wear for "concerts"

Autumn dress

Hi guys! Today I'm sharing with you the first dress that I ever made at the tailor Able sister's shop.

It took me a while because I didn't know how to design laces or any piece of clothing, by the time I didn't care about it (sorry about that), until I found it and I started designing.

I know that isn't the Autumn season but I just wanted to share it because I feel proud of it, even though I've made better ones. I'll leave you the QR codes down below. Hope you enjoy it! ;)

Zelda redesigns wave 1

Sun: the dress she made herself was meant to represent the goddess, so I mixed that design with the one of her white dress. Sky has like 3 layers of clothes, I added an extra layer to Sun too, that's based on her concept art, as well as the headband. And lastly, her dress has sewings like Sky's. She has some scars from her adventure, I'm gonna give her a tunic too as she's a knight!

Dot: trousers! In my headcanon Dot is athletic (she runs faster than Four), a smith (she and Four have played together since they were young, if the grandpa has taught Four his job, then he has taught Dot too), I think trousers are better for her. Also, kinstones! And freckles, dots on her face. She has some eye marks on her skin, given by Vaati, and scars from her petrification

Lullaby: Their design is a mix of "Zelda" and "Sheik". They kept the jewelry (mostly for defensive purposes) and the long hair (braided like in Smash) but they're a warrior, so the Sheik part prevails. Also, after using the Sheik mask/transformation their eyes became violet and they got a sheikah eye mark on their left eye (which they cover with their hair)

Dusk: In ACNL, her dress is short (for game limitations I know, but still...), so I made it shorter on the front. She has her cloak and scarf from the beginning of the game, mostly because she still has her scars/black marks from the possession (mainly on her neck, ears and chest) and tries to hide them in public. Dreadlocks! After her possession her eyes became light brown. They go back to blue when she's happy and yellow when she's angry. Also, her lips became purplish.
