My Etsy shop as well as my FB page for Bansai8 Creations listings only represent a small number of the color & designs I’ve created to date. I only work with quality leathers and methods keeping the horse’s comfort in mind. I also really enjoy working on custom designs, and since I do all the work myself, I can make the size and shape of the band exactly to suit you & your horse! I also have been working on nose bands & full halters… And I can always provide matching wrist bands for yourself, too!

(I really love your art, and I’ll try to keep the fangirling to a minimum here, but I just wanted to say I appreciate the opportunity to have my character featured in your gorgeous artwork. On behalf of the entire community, thank you so much for even offering to do this for us!) Horse: North Swedish Horse, the plain black one. She’s a bit of a chonk but otherwise unremarkable. Feel free to draw her mane not braided if it’s easier, I was going to switch it back to the default style for the reference photos but I’m low on Star Coins OTL

Character Hairstyle: Pale blonde ponytail

Character Outfit: Black sweater or jacket, paired with tan breeches. Black boots and gloves. Helmet is optional, feel free to omit it if it’s easier just to sketch her without it.

Tack: Bridle and saddle are from the new “hazelnut” jumping set in Moorland, and the saddle pad is the “patterned saddle pad” from the Goldenleaf tack shop. I tried to make it look kinda plain color-wise, so feel free to omit the browband shinies, stud girth, etc etc in order to simplify the outfit.

Location Preferences: Valedale/Hollow Woods or Dino Valley, but really I’d be honored to see them in any of your landscape paintings.  :’)

Can I just take a moment and praise @icewraiths here who went above and beyond the call in their submission?

The images are beautifully cropped, organized, and well lit (and I can zoom in on it! Bless you!). Little details about the horse, tack, attire, and where they came from so I can find them if needed… All these things are much appreciated.

While what I asked for was the bare minimum and it is still perfectly acceptable, you have my full permission and encouragement to add little things like this. It’s a lot harder to overdo your submission than to underdo it for this series.

You guys are also more than welcome to mention some little basic things about what your character is like as a person. Think about what they are like at their core. It may even have an influence on where and how I place them in scenes. :)
