I want to find love, a love that makes me believe in myself. I’m tired of feeling like this. 😣
I want a man who helps me stay sober and distracts me from self harm.
If only.

I like music that feels like watching the sky solidify into shards of crystal; watching it pulse and shimmer in awe before it gently falls over you
I will take suggestions

#5: What is the song you most associate to them?
Mun here. There’s a lot of songs I associate with the character of Dr David Banner.
The one at the top of that list is the show’s theme song, “The Lonely Man” by Joe Harnell. Any version of it. My favorite is the disco.
Next, David has spoken in the series that he is a fan of jazz music. I don’t listen to much jazz, but I listen to a lot of Lo-fi and it definitely has inspiration and roots in it. “The Celebration Song” by Brock Berrigan is one that comes to mind. What person in their right mind wouldn’t want to run into the good doctor and hear the words, “Wanna have a few drinks and smoke a joint, bubbles?” I certainly wouldn’t refuse.
Honorary mention in the Lo-fi category, “We Can’t Be Friends” by Yndi & Dream Koala. I see a lonely David Banner walking by himself, constantly having to leave any friends he makes behind.
I also enjoy Vocaloid music. There’s a specific song called “Meltdown” by iroha (sasaki), sung by Kagamine Rin. It’s about committing s**c*de by jumping into a nuclear reactor. Now, this version is good, but the one that reminds me of our favorite transient is the jazz cover by Baguettes Ensemble. Absolutely rocks my socks off.
Okay, there are a lot of songs that work for Dr David Banner. Most of them are rock and metal songs about anger, destruction, and power. You can also peg songs on him that are about loneliness, sadness, and lost love. This one, however, deals with the effect of having to live with your demons for so long and wanting to be freed from it all. “Save Me” by Globus.
I should make a playlist for all these songs. 🧐 Peace out. ✌️
