One thing I am noticing about Sam is that he is very anti-demon after season 4, which is understandable. We see this most strongly with Crowley in season 5, but it's not just Crowley—it's Meg too. And Sam and Dean also have many other reasons to hate Meg. But like Sam comments twice about how wary he is about them working with Meg in season 7, even if her only role is to keep watch over Cas at the hospital because they have no other options.

SAM I don't know. I mean, we can't just leave him. DEAN Well, we can't bring him with us. Everything on the planet's out for us, okay? Word gets out, we can't protect him. Not really. This is safer. Every demon who knows about Cas is dead. SAM Not everyone. Look, Dean, this whole "enemy of my enemy is my friend" thing feels kind of like a demon deal. DEAN It's not a deal. It's – SAM It's what? DEAN Mutually assured destruction. Look, man, I get it. She's not our friend. We don't even have friends. All our friends are dead.

It's funny because people often perceive Dean as this very dogmatic figure who can't handle the idea of working with demons and hates Ruby just because she's a demon, but he is the first person to trust a demon (the often forgotten Casey from 3.04). He never trusted Ruby, but he saved her bacon twice (3.09 and 3.10) because he actually does understand the concept "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". He shows this again with Crowley in 5.20 (an episode titled "The Devil You Know" which is rather pointed). Sam doesn't trust Crowley one iota. He tried to kill Crowley in 5.10 right after Crowley gave them the colt, and I actually think that interaction is what makes Dean decide Crowley can be trusted as an ally against the devil. In 5.20, Dean decides Crowley is on their side and agrees to go with him on a solo mission without Sam (because Crowley does not trust Sam not to shoot him) and Sam is so upset about it he vents to Bobby on the phone lol. (To Dean's credit, when Crowley tries to convince Dean to keep the Brady secret from Sam under the suspicion that Sam will fly off the handle, Dean refuses to lie to his brother).

But yeah I mean joking about Deancrowley aside, Sam has a strong distrust of demons post season 4 and has hated Crowley from day one. He 100% connects him with Ruby, and I don't know that his general distrust of demons or his hatred for Crowley in particular ever truly goes away. I mean I think there's a reason season 13 Dean only dares mention losing Crowley in a private prayer to god while shouting to the roof tops over Cas when it's made clear to him that Sam wants to ignore his death. I think Sam's probably at least a little resentful that Dean seems to be pretty good at figuring out when he can and can't trust a demon not to backstab them. Add the "summer of love" and Crowley's gloating about it and the resentment just builds and builds. Rowena didn't need to do any convincing to get Sam to kill Crowley for her lmao.

I have an au I never rlly think abt where William didn't fall of a cliff and was instead eaten by the creechurs of the woods

And a specific young shapeshifter goes "this kid is dead, he probably has a loving family, I know what he looks like and want a family" and just decides to take his place (this is inspired by some other game or story just like this but I can't remember what it is xd)

So instead of smoke and fire and ghost powers and stuff, he can just change shape similarly to Vyncent in a way

But the shape the shifter takes isn't perfect, so maybe the original Will had like, dark brown hair, the new Will has black hair

Maybe new Wills eyes are just a little too wide and empty, maybe he's a little too pale, but his parents are so desperate because he's been missing for weeks, so they accept it anyway

And any slip-up is dismissed as, "oh, he was missing in the woods for weeks alone! Who knows what he saw, of course he can't remember a few things"

But David sees through it (even if he's only just really suspicious of new Will) and that's the reason why him and Will don't get along instead

♱. But then, as he gets to know you better, he starts to see things a little bit differently.

♱. "This is gonna sound stupid..."

♱. You told him one day while speaking on the topic of the overlord who owned your soul, a rare occurrence indeed due to the stigma your contract seemed to carry.

♱. "But honestly, Val was the first person down here to actually make me feel like I was... I dunno... attractive?"

♱. Honestly though, as time goes on and your friendship develops even further, Valentino's contract with you really doesn't end up being that pressing of a topic.

♱. Most of the time, any thoughts regarding the overlord go unsaid, and your business with him is considered yours and yours alone.

♱. That is, until you miss a photo shoot for Slayboy magazine (sorry) and the moth turns up at the hotel, clearly pissed off.

♱. So pissed off in fact, that he had neglected to consider the fact that it wouldn't necessarily be you who responded to his incessant banging...

♱. With a wide grin and an almost obnoxious flourish, the radio demon opened the door, leaning slightly on his staff as he regarded the moth with an amused hum.

♱. "Oh my, the vice demon himself here to visit our humble hotel? Why, to what do I owe the displeasure?!"

♱. He exclaimed, watching as the man's eye twitched slightly in response.

♱. "Where is she?!"

♱. He growled, moving to stalk past Alastor only to be stopped at the pressure of the overlord's microphone against his chest,

♱. "You most certainly do not want to do that."

♱. His voice held a hint of warning to it, and a great deal of amusement, his eyes full of malice as he spoke.

♱. Valentino glared,

♱. "Fuck off you corny old bitch, this doesn't concern you."

♱. In response, Alastor simply chuckled, his bones popping and muscles splitting as he slowly began to grow in size, in no mood for the other demon's antics.

♱. "Oh but that's where you're wrong, you insufferable wretch."

♱. He said with an earsplitting grin,

♱. "Anything that involves my most esteemed employee very much does concern me."

♱. In reaction to the sight before him, Valentino snarled, but took a step backward nonetheless, not quite stupid enough to pick a fight with the radio demon on his own.

♱. "Ugh, fine!"

♱. He shouted,

♱. "But you tell that fucking whore to be on site in thirty or I'll find a way to kill her twice!"

♱. And with that, he was turning back toward his limo, ignoring the loud radio static that sounded from behind as he did so.

♱. Of course though, that was just about the only time that Valentino ever got away with ordering you around in front of Alastor, because soon enough, your friendship began to bloom into an extremely unexpected romance.

♱. And after that?

♱. Well, Alastor became a lot less tolerant of the idea that something like your soul belonged to someone else.

♱. He was constantly glaring daggers at the moth demon nearly every time he saw him, be it at an overlord meeting, or even the photo shoots you had in studios outside of the V's gaudy looking headquarters (he might love you, but starting a war with Vox by hanging around in that tower definitely wouldn't be a very smart move).

♱. Makes a show of helping you undress at each and every shoot that he does go to though, neatly folding your clothing for you before pressing a gentle kiss to your head.

♱. "Go on then, my dear."

♱. He would purr,

♱. "I'll just be here enjoying the view if you need me." (He's so corny).

♱. Absolutely despises the fact that your deal forces you to show your body the way that you do in front of a camera. Like not a fan at all.

♱. He doesn't really judge you for it knowing why you ended up making your deal in the first place, but he has absolutely killed an obscene number of sinners and hellborn fools that he witnessed viewing your content in public.

♱. "Al, they're not doing any harm!"

♱. You commented one day after the particularly gruesome murder of a random sinner, arms crossed.

♱. "Oh, on the contrary, darling,"

♱. He'd purred with a wide and unsettling grin,

♱. "I'm afraid they were looking a bit too intently at what's mine."

♱. Yeah you didn't argue too much after that.

♱. (Not like it would ever do you any good to anyway).

♱. Whether or not he actually tries to find you a way out of your contract though, is really entirely up to you in the grand scheme of things.

♱. He certainly isn't fond of it, the idea of another man owning you and all...

♱. But in the end he'll get over it if you really want him to... Just give him a few hundred years or so...

♱. (Yeah unless you can give him like a thousand spectacular reasons not to, he's going to try to find a way to get you out of that deal with Valentino).

♱. Still, in the meantime, he definitely makes your shoots feel a little bit less daunting (although if Val makes one more comment about how lucrative a photo set with you and the radio demon would be, you're worried Al might actually kill the guy).

Had a very angsty thought about Dream that I thought you in particular would enjoy, so here it is:

Maybe this would be a human au, but I think it could work in universe as well.

Dream, because of the fact that he's not great with people, tends to be rather prideful, and is well aware of his own strengths, has been accused of being arrogant his whole life. Mainly by his siblings (Desire, I'm looking at you).

At some point, Dream being desperately tired of being told bad things about him, and desperate to have people around him who love him, decides that he must be the problem and so resolves that he will change himself.

How does he go about this? Well naturally he assumes that because he's been accused of arrogance, he can't trust his own judgement of himself. So whatever he thinks about himself, he believes that the reality of who he is must be worse. Which leads to a vicious cycle of self hatred.

Hob, who had become friends with Dream at some point, and had long since fallen for his friend, somehow finds out about this thought process of Dream's and is absolutely devastated. Which of course leads to Hob doing his absolute best to convince Dream he's not the worst person alive. Dream is very stubborn though, it takes a lot of work, but eventually Hob manages to help Dream see how unfair he is to himself and just how wrong his thought process is

Anyway, but I hope you enjoy this concept I thought of, it seemed like the exact sort of angst and hurt/comfort you enjoy, so I had to share

Bro you know me so Goddamn well.

(Vibing human au just cause I’ve been in human au mode for the fic I’m working on lol)

Cause like. Here’s the thing. Pride in and of itself is not a bad thing. There’s plenty of things Dream has every right to be proud of! But he grows up with parents constantly neglecting him and calling him selfish when he wants their attention/love/support, and siblings who call him arrogant when he speaks highly of himself. His siblings try to tear him down and he fights back by overcompensating, doubling down on his pride until it does in fact tip into arrogance, but he’s just so desperate not to let them make him feel worthless (even if it doesn’t really work). And when Desire or Despair are cruel to him and he fights back the only way he knows how, HE’S the one his older siblings scold and are disappointed in. 

And time passes, and he’s not naturally good with social interactions, and then on top of that you have the trauma of his family life exacerbating the struggle. He starts having romantic relationships that start strong and then nosedive, and suddenly he’s being criticized and beaten down from all sides, no one willing to give him the benefit of the doubt or any compassion when he messes up. So he starts to figure… well, surely if EVERYONE says all these bad things about him they can’t ALL be wrong. Surely he’s the one who’s wrong.

So he enters university with this mindset that he can’t trust his own feelings unless they're negative. He’s not someone who struggles, he’s just a bad person. He’s not talented or successful, he’s just arrogant. 

And that’s who Hob meets. Dream still has a haughty demeanor- a little part of him wants people to see right away what a “bad person” he is so that he can get it over with (plus, deceiving them would just make him a worse person, right?)- but Hob is obsessed with him immediately. Privately, Hob thinks of Dream like a stray cat, hissing and scratching out of fear and distrust, but it takes some time for him to realize just how accurate that assessment is. They become closer, and he starts to notice some things, like how Dream doesn’t tell him about the galleys he gets accepted into, or the stories that gets published, or the tests he aces. When he prods Dream about it, he shrugs it off, saying it doesn’t matter, it’s nothing, he wasn’t going to burden Hob with something so insignificant.

Hob tells Dream he should be proud of himself for his accomplishments and Dream is literally speechless.

No one has ever told Dream he should be proud. His pride was what made him unlovable, right?

Oops, did he say that out loud?

It’s like pulling teeth getting Dream to explain to Hob- How he’s always been wrong before, how he’s never gotten it right, so obviously he can’t trust his own perception of himself. Maybe he was excited, or felt a little spark of joy and pride at his successes, but he knows now that he actually has no reason to be proud of anything ever because he’s just a burden and a bad person. 

Hob is going to cry.

It’s a hard battle getting Dream out of this mindset. Hob kind of just has to go all in, because it’s not like Dream talks openly about his thought process, Hob just happened to notice and drag it out of him. So even if it might seem like Dream is just chilling on the couch watching a show, odds are he’s actually deconstructing every single thing he’s said and done that day and twisting them into proof for why he’s unlovable. But it’s not like it’s a chore for Hob- all he’s really doing is giving Dream the validation and approval that he never got growing up, and showing him a bit of grace when he stumbles. To Hob it's nothing, but to Dream it's everything.

(It’s also very cute to see how red Dream gets when Hob compliments him or shows up to his gallery exhibitions or tapes his A+ essays onto the fridge.)

There’s ups and downs, and there will continue to be ups and downs for a while. But when Hob finally kisses him, Dream thinks to himself… If someone as good as Hob can love him? Then maybe- just maybe- he’s not so bad himself.

Don’t hate yourself for liking someone’s works. Something to remember is that Neil Gaiman wrote his stories to target young, vulnerable people. He was writing his stories to attract fans, and interacted with the fans to entice and groom them. Some of his victims met at book signings. All were fans of his books.

The stories were written with your admiration in mind. It’s not your fault he wants to hold the admiration of people of your demographic.

Second, I think you are making up a story here bro. I think once upon a time there was a teenager in england who worked in journalism but wanted to write books, and then he was the one-in-a-million lucky soul who wrote his books and they became wildly famous and successful. and then after he accrued power and fame he started exploiting it. I'm not saying people who abuse power don't tend to try and get themselves into positions of power, but "famous author" is a pretty difficult career path and one likely to fail.

with this narrative you've concocted, you've removed his humanity from him, as well as any sort of genuine love of storytelling or creation he definitely has. like he's just as human as the rest of us, and I simply do not believe that he is a monster who only cares about attracting 20-something women and does this by crafting beautiful stories for the page and screen.

there's a concept I've talked about before, the Fetishist. as someone with a widely hated fetish, I've thought a lot about how people think people with my fetish are not humans but Fetishists, monsters who look human but only care about fulfilling their fetish, and see all other people as Objects They Can Use or Nothing. you've turned gaiman into the Predator, which is the same thing just a bit broader. the Predator is a monster shaped like a human, but unlike a human who cares about a myriad of things and has a three-dimensional personality, the Predator only cares about Preying On [usually young women or children], and every human being is, to them, either a Target To Prey On or Nothing. neil gaiman is not the Predator because the Predator doesn't exist. I don't think he had a long term plan. I don't think 19yo neil gaiman was going "hehehehe I can't wait until I become world famous so I can use that to coerce women into sleeping with me!"

turning ng into something evil is easy. because then you don't have to think about the good he's done. then you don't have to think about how he's been a supporter of queer people since the 90s. then you don't have to think about how he's supported refugees or ukraine. you don't have to think about his works of tzedakah or tikkun olam, and you don't have to think about the beautiful art he's made (and while we're here, let's think before dehumanizing a jewish man, hm?). it also handily makes it so you never have to worry about your own behaviors. because you're a three-dimensional person! so of course you could never be the Predator. or the Abuser. or the Fetishist. or the Narcissist.

I'd be more surprised if they didn't. but that doesn't make neil gaiman the Predator. it makes him a man who did shitty things repeatedly.

Girlhood and Cassandra Cain: a messy analysis

I love how through Batgirl (2000) we just see Cass learn to be a semi-functioning "normal" girl and how she slowly goes from a life centred around justice and violence to a girl with so much wonder in her heart

Like girl starts out only knowing that she can be one thing: A good fighter. So obviously, to her, her own life outside of that means nothing if its non existent.

And at the same time, she doesn't really know what being a "regular person" means. She's had 2 identities: Weapon and Batgirl. In between both she was just surviving and it probably sucked rlly bad. She used to not picture a life outside of Cain, and now she cant picture a life outside of Batgirl. She literally has met like a total of 30 ppl in her life and talked to like 4.

But even with her very limited idea of normal social interactions she is unafraid of trying to show ppl love. She sees through their body language that the opposite of pain is love. But that kind of love requires an interaction outside of fighting.

She can't understand english much at the beginning but her initial drive to learn is not to be a better detective or batgirl related, its her love for people. For them to be happy. Its like a way of being useful.

But when others treat her in the same way, when others show her affection, she wants so bad to experience those connections over and over again. Mutual loving relationships are a new experience to her and she can't get enough of it.

She needs help on a case so what does she do? She breaks into Stephanie's room after meeting her like a single time because who knocks anyways?

wdym its not normal to knock ppl out when they're annoying? Like its convenient so y not?

She quickly makes her first friends but doesn't really know how to act or communicate but still manages to joke around in her own way. But they're happy, and she's happy, so it works.

She even watches crime shows and reality tv like guides on how to interact with people on missions and irl.

But gradually, all these small interactions let her become a person, for her to share small things about herself with others. Relationships let her be someone. Sharing thoughts, having conversations, working together, and anything that involves the small human pleasure of company become things she looks forward to.

And little by little, she starts doing things for herself. Like bro runs around Gotham, night into morning, holding onto a rose because its something thats hers and its pretty but she doesn't even know how plants work, but she's got the spirit. (yes ik that the rose is a randomly placed metaphor for cass having a bad work life balance but its so cute)

She starts going outside as a normal person instead of only for missions. She does normal girl things like going to restaurants but kind of not really cause wtf is a balanced diet.

Being able to share something about herself with someone and to sit in a mutual understanding of each other becomes easy. She lets herself be open to change and finds herself looking forward to living.

Wanting something for herself and being her own person is such a foreign concept to how she was raised but she loves it.

She experiments with everything to see what feels right. She starts flirting with boys, going to parties, dressing up in different styles of fashion. She wants to experience everything that girls do

She also learns that being a girl is different from what the other bats experience

Which sucks especially when she can read people's body language. As batgirl, in her scary ass outfit she was only terrifying and strong. But as a normal girl, people sometimes objectify her which has to be the oddest experience when u could kill someone with the blink of an eye.

Even her new father and brother see her differently than she sees them. Theres a weird social thing that comes with "girlness" that she doesn't understand, where girl things are supposed to be weak and have to be protected. But logically, shes like, yall gotta be protected from me be so forreal.

She dont gaf. Shes got bigger things to be ashamed about and being a girl is not one of them.

As she experiences the downsides of girlhood, she learns of the social expectations that come along. And instead of playing along blindly, she uses them to mess with ppl (and bruce). Cass understands more than anyone that social expectations and behaviours are just created performances that bring ppl together. So she chooses the ones she likes and completely rejects what she doesn't like.

and in the end she picks girly things like bold lipstick, fancy dresses, fashion, because she loves pretty things not because its whats expected. Social norms are like toys she can play with and put aside when they aren't fun.

Like she'll still get into a bar fight after eating the entire menu cause she can. Anyways ted talk over

a small thing i just remembered regarding splinter and mikey’s dynamic in 2003: the scene in unconvincing turtle titan

idk if this fits into a neat category of splinter being a teacher/father when mikey needs a specific role??? but it’s another soft moment i live for. his bros are being admittedly mean-spirited and mikey has no one to back him up. splinter tells him he can’t really tell mikey what to do, that mikey has to choose his own path.

i love that splinter doesn’t immediately dismiss mikey’s desires to help in public, that mikey is tired of sticking to the shadows. “what’s wrong with getting thanks for the good we do?” is a concept i wish was explored even more in tmnt media, given their total and complete isolation from society aside from media and whenever they finally start interacting with humans when they’re like. at least 10 by my guess. (iterations differ, like we don’t know when the turtles meet april in rise, or how old the turtles are when they “train” a young casey in 2003, but they usually don’t interact with humans in a meaningful way for a long time).

mikey’s making some good points! they would be more effective if they wouldn’t have to worry about hiding whenever a random passerby comes. and to be clear there’s nothing wrong with wanting attention for the good you do.

i also appreciate that splinter doesn’t stop him when he says he needs to clear his head. splinter wanted to continue training ofc but knew this was important for mikey to work out on his own. splinter knows that he doesn’t have all the answers. he’s got to give mikey space and let mikey figure this out on his own. it builds independence (good parenting!)

HELP don't send me these asks because I open my mouth to say stuff that have people come at me for being an anti asldkjdfldjhg BUT OF COURSE it feels staged they have been blissfully cosplaying whatever character they play on screen and ever since "did not have to audition for" Akk and Ayan Firstkhao's characters have kept diverging further and further from their base personalities and First seems to be at the BRINK of how much play acting he can keep engaged in 24/7 as this occasionally macho butch lesbian. The thing is if you compare their approach to fanservice pre-FK then they had completely different philosophies. First - despite his threeway kiss - was never a big fanservice guy??? Even though Toew Laew brought out the very worst of his anxious people pleasing personality his interactions with the guys were quite regular and bro-ey. He was pretty bro-ey with Gawin too. You wouldn't think it but First does cool pretty effortlessly with a partner when he's not trying to project anything at all. In fact, he spent most of The Shipper "fan-servicing" with Khaotung bless his soul.

But Khaotung is remorseless about fanservice, Khaotung when he was promoting Tonhon Chonlatee was an entirely different human being. Like when you witnessed it happen (like I did) the switch to Ayan was IMMEDIATE like it happened overnight while we weren't looking. And Khaotung just has that personality so gentle and easy going that everything feels very natural. I called him remorseless earlier and I think that was underselling him. It's almost like he does away with any concept of remorse, he's doing his job after all and he's on good terms with everybody. But he did drop Podd FAST. His mom came on that OffGun cooking show and called Podd her son in law and yet I'm not even sure that they were even very good friends hahahahahahahaha But even when Firstkhao are so obviously staged they are each other's exception and that is why I am hooked onto this pair. They are so so so unnormal about each other. Khaotung genuinely lives in First's mind rent-free and he is trying so hard to do this Khaotung's way (because Khaotung's way is the most professional and beneficial to the show and company).

But Khaotung doesn't actually want to (???) This time it feels like Khaotung who is resisting playing into it. And just pointing to my delulu hat for emphasis but I think Khaotung breaks more often now than First. Khaotung revealed that they know we like the size difference. they have been suspiciously playing into it lately even though Khaotung hated to before. It was Khaotung that said "First is resisting his own cuteness" pointing out quite clearly that their dynamic is pre-planned. These aren't huge faux pas since I think it's understood widely that discussion and staging will be involved in branded pairs but I find these delusion-dispelling comments slightly un-Khaotung like. Anyway sorry for rambling for 10 thousand years but GOD I have so many feelings about how fascinating First and Khaotung are just as creatures doing the most confusing mating dance on the planet.

Also theres a difference between having no empathy for franklins men bc ur pissed at them and having no empathy out of principle. I feel like theres some recognition of personhood that comes w putting someone on the receiving end of a human emotion like anger, whereas if ur just like "logically i know colonizer bad, so empathy for colonizer = bad," ur putting them on a subhuman level out of the reach of emotion. U dont feel anger or empathy for them. U never find out what u feel toward them bc without accepting the possibility that u might reach muddy, nuanced, morally frustrating conclusions, theres no wiggle room to feel what u feel. But then u never get to feel the anger either. U cant understand things from either side bc once u start trying to sort everything into concrete moral categories, then ur not understanding individuals, ur defining variables, and everything becomes theoretical. I feel like thats part of the reason why when ppl put the expedition on the level of the subhuman, they often elevate the netsilik to the superhuman. Like ppl have a weirdly hard time conceptualizing that silna has complex motivations & is capable of developing complex relationships w other characters? Theyre just like "oh wow shes being so nice to goodsir, she must have stockholm syndrome or be wayyy too forgiving." Cus if u imagine franklins men as having one pure and self-contained nature that opposes the pure and self-contained nature of the netsilik, then theres no way they can genuinely interact. They can only touch each other under the guise of something else. Silna must not adequately understand goodsir's role in the fuckery ripping up her world. Which is ridonkulous to me bc her first interaction w him was when his party shot her father & then goodsir prevented him from dying on the ice. Like. She is not under any illusions that this man isnt part of the hurt and destruction. She just finds a way to care abt him anyway. New (not really) Murder Drones Au!

This AU is called the Mercy Drones AU, created by my lovely boyfriend who gave me permission to share this to Tumblr! I helped with some of the concepts and the name!

Basically, while the humans were testing stuff out with Solver, they also made the "Mercy" program, an anti-virus for Solver. With episode 7 and the introduction of the patch, we kind of made it one in the same. anyway

The Mercy program is the result of the patch warping the solver mutation's genes/coding and essentially "purifying" it. Instead of bat wings, Mercy Drones have moth-like wings made of solar panels that sprout from their backs. Instead of mouths at the end of their tails, they have a strange, claw-like hand at the end of their tail. Nothing they "gain" from this mutation is organic. When they go full-Mercy mode, their 'screens' turn purely the color of their LEDs. These drones thrive in the sunlight

Wing shapes aren't always the same and can be based off of any moth species.

Within this AU, Thad has the Mercy Mutation, along with Alice and Lizzy (though hers is Dormant and has remained dormant thus far.) Lizzy and Thad got it from their late mom Izzy, who was once a zombie drone alongside Nori, Yeva, and Alice. (Thad's wings are based off of Luna moth wings, Lizzy's would be based off of Maple (or pink lemonade) moth wings)

The thought of this AU came up because I was losing my fucking mind over how much wasted potential Thad had, mostly focusing on episode 2. He got grabbed by Solver, and while All of the other worker drones it grabbed died immediately, he didn't, and it even acted scared when he threatened it and I was screaming about how it made no sense and there had to be more to Thad because of this.

In the au, this interaction with Solver activated his Mercy programming, fighting off Solver's influence. Soon after this, he did the ol "transformation" thing (see image), and it was during Episode 4 that he finally learned how to use the abilities the Mercy programming used. He wasn't in the bus, bro had to cling to the top of it as they went home.

In this au, Solver not only sent the DD's to Copper-9 to kill the drones but also to hunt down any Mercy Drones who were left there to neutralize the only threat to it's ultimate goal

I never got around to fully coloring this, but the outer "rim" of the wings are silver, and the inside of the wings are dark green, which looks more like a bright mint green in the sun. The inside wing colors change depending on the drone (For example, it would be dark brown in the dark and orange in the light for Alice)

When Mercy Drones are depraved of exposure to sunlight for long (and I mean long) periods of time, they grow sluggish, tired, and weak. For this reason, when Alice realized she would never see the sun again, she permanently removed her wings.

Some abilities include- - Drawing sun rays collected by their wings to create light daggers - Magnetizing their fingertips - Can create other things (from shields to drone repairs) out of their harvested energy

Give us the full story behind Jirazero baby

THERES SO MUCH BRO. but I'll try to go in chronological order of what we have so far.. as for her conception, it was a joke at first, but I quickly got attached to her... see the attached image... And here we are under 2 weeks later with over 100 images on her toyhouse!! WOW!!!!!

I'm going to put the rest under a readmore for everyone's sanity!

Let's start with the story before the timelines split. This first part, I'm going to have to talk briefly about mpreg, so skip to the next paragraph if you don't want to read that! We start off with our average jirazero, toxic as hell but we love them for it. We decided that Zeroro ends up having a cryptic pregnancy, because otherwise that thang is getting aborted! Zeroro ends up giving birth in his bathtub, you'll have to unlock level 5 Plates friendship to hear more about the specifics of that.. 😋 in the end, Zeroro and the baby end up moving in with Jirara.

Zeroro loves his baby girl! She's his bundle of joy, the light of his life, she's just plain perfect. She represents the perfect nuclear family he always wanted, and fantasized about having with Jirara. What seemed like a pipe dream before seems to be unfolding perfectly in front of him. Of course, it's not Exactly what he had imagined, but he's sure their family will get there! Jirara is a good man at heart, he knows he is!

Jirara, as you can imagine, is not Stoked about this baby! He's adamant that this baby stays a SECRET from the public no matter what. She could absolutely destroy his reputation. He doesn't allow them to leave the house without disguises to cover their symbols. But, overall, he's uninterested in and annoyed by her. He only assists with costs, and maybe halfheartedly watches her when Zeroro is in the shower. Above all, he's disappointed that his best soldier has become nothing but a bumbling housewife.

Zeroro homeschools baby to the best of his ability. Giroro and Keroro come by to help out occasionally when Jirara is out of the house, and Pururu acts as her doctor, although she has a very limited knowledge in pediatrics. Jirara doesn't trust that a doctor won't be paid off by the press to leak the fact that he has a bastard daughter with his subordinate, but Zeroro managed to convince him to allow Pururu to make home visits. She is the only other person within this circle to interact with Jirara directly. Zeroro's family does not know about the baby.

Let me be very clear that Jirara is not physically abusive, but psychologically and emotionally abusive. I don't want to see anyone getting the wrong idea and drawing baby or Zeroro with a black eye or something.

Now, onto where the timelines split. We'll start with the Giroro timeline, since it's the least developed and will take less time to get through here.

In this timeline, Giroro and Keroro are able to convince Zeroro to run away with Baby and move in with Giroro. (Of course, it wouldn't be a story I worked on without girodoro 😉 although it won't come until MUCH later!) When they run away, baby is about 6 years old in developmental human years. (1,500 in Keronian years)

Zeroro feels a lot of heavy guilt about leaving Jirara, but luckily he's got a support system, and he's finally able to tell his mother about his child! And Baby finally gets to go to SCHOOOOOL!! There's still a lot that needs to be figured out about this timeline, so wait patiently and all will be revealed... But, overall, this is the timeline where baby grows up to be the cheerful girl she was meant to be!

The Jirara timeline is the timeline where they're unable to convince Zeroro to run away from Jirara, and their life continues as dysfunctional. When baby is 12 in developmental human years (3,000 in Keronian years), Zeroro is drafted into a platoon for the Pekopon invasion. Here's a comic I haven't posted before about it, since I never got a chance to finish/ink it..! (as well as the transcription, i know it's very faint)

Before he leaves, he does his best to teach baby some basic self-maintenance, like doing her own laundry, dishes, etc, but he's not able to teach her as much as he'd like to, leaving it to Jirara once he gets deployed.

On Keron, Jirara is still largely uninterested in baby at first, but eventually decides to start training her as an assassin. By the time Baby is 16 (4,000) he ships her off to training camp, where she meets her roommate, Friend.

Friend is the contrast to Baby. She's an average girl, she's up-to-date on trends, she makes friends easily, and she's much more willing to bend the rules than Baby is.

When Baby is 19, Friend helps her sneak out of the camp and onto a train headed to Pekopon.... what happens next... is still in the works! So once again please be patient to find out!

there was a bbbat rhyme anima talk event today~ it was as chill of a time as it could be with kimura in the room lol but we got to hear some fun stuff from them!!!!

when asked what were their favourite scenes from the anime, kimura answered the place bbbat’s fight scene episode stood out to him bc it looked like a dungeon

ishiya-san really liked how this time around, they got to rap by groups in addition to teams!!!! it was really neat to sing with his fellow 2gumi lol

amasaki-san loves that one scene from bbbat’s episode where 2️⃣3️⃣🌙⚖️ were attacked by enemies while trying to hit the time switch. that whole it’s a shark!!!! no it’s actually humans!!!! scene is really funny lol

hayama-san really loved seeing everyone’s ending song animations!!!! like you could tell they were made with love and care for each division and their fans

sakakihara-san loved just seeing jyushi’s bandmates make an appearance and seeing them interact within the plot!!!

takeuchi-san really liked the visuals in sanity!!!!! especially that kaleidoscope visual they gave bat!!!!

they also asked for general impression in the anime and starting with bat:

hayama-san was really impressed with the artstyle lol. it’s the first time they got to see bat move and on top of that, the style pays a lot of respect to kazui-sensei’s art!!!!!

sakakihara-san liked how they managed to show jyushi’s growth as a person, have his still push him forward as he takes a step forward to help someone else

takeuchi-san got to see hitoya’s office for himself in the anime and was really impressed with how big his office is actually lmao

on bb side, kimura prefaced with how ordinary bb’s character setting is compared to like, mtc’s yakuza, policeman, soldier set up since they’re just a trio of bros. but that in itself is their power and it’s nice to see in the anime too

ishiya-san liked how they portrayed bonds in the anime and the strength those bonds brought!!! he gave an example of jiro feeling a little pressured but ready to step up to the challenge after hearing saburo’s contributions in the 3gumi episode

amasaki-san really liked how the anime showed a sense of each division protecting their hoods!!! kinda got hoodstar vibes lol

next they had to come up with a word or phrase that encompasses bbbat’s dynamic/vibes. for whatever reason kimura was really having a hard time understanding this as a concept (and it lowkey killed ishiya-san and amasaki-san’s braincells lol) but since bat were on it and ready they went up

hayama-san wrote ‘love’, sakakihara-san wrote ‘shounen manga’ and takeuchi-san wrote ‘one big family’

hayama-san said bbbat share similar expressions of love, bat shows their familial like love, bb has their love as siblings and ichiro and kuukou have carried on their love as partners from their naughty busters days (at which hayama-san and sakakihara-san started giggling like the fudanshi they are LMAO)

their energy and action kinda gives shounen manga to sakakihara-san!!!!

it was at this time bb finished their answers and revealed they all so happened like woah crazy coincidence bruh wrote the same stupid pun that doubled as them saying ‘they’ve got some kick ass ball busting energy!!!’ and them flexing their bonds lol

bc of this takeuchi-san didn’t get to explain lol and after kimura poked fun at him for it, hayama-san managed to tie all their response together since they were still similar in vibe. amasaki-san said hayama-san was being too nice to them LOL 😭😭😭

the last segment was them playing a quiz game where they had to watch a scene from the anime and answer a weirdly specific question about it lol. bat won 30-29 (LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) and it was very entertaining lol but there were two moments that made me really laugh lmao

at the start of it, ishiya-san and amasaki-san all of a sudden stood up and started jeering and shit talking like actual six year olds lol. not a single bat seiyuu had the thought to rise to the provocation LOL but takeuchi-san protectively blocked them with his arm and told them they didn’t to need to stoop to their level lmao

for the first question, they needed to answer what was ichiro’s phone battery at in the scene. kimura loudly stated this was his hour (he knew the answer lol) and as takeuchi-san stepped up to rep bat’s answer, hayama-san coyly leaned over to look directly at kimura to ask, ‘was it in the 70s? 🙂or the 60s? 🙂maybe 50s? 🙂’ and the way kimura just froze LOL

kimura: that was really scary!!! like yikes!!!! yikes!!!! i thought i was being puppeted for a second!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭

Calico can shapeshift into much more than just animals or human. she can shapeshift her whole, or part of her body into whatever she wants, objects, weapons, animal-like, anything she wants. for an average skinbender, it’s easy to spot them through their disguises, they always look deranged, or something’s just off and inhuman about them. but not Calico, She’s always flawless with her shapeshifting ability and that fact does give her a bit of an ego. Calico has to wear one’s skin in order to shift into what she wants, so does that also mean she consumes scraps in order to shapeshift into an object? Maybe…

⟡ Using her shifting ability, Calico loves to terrify the soldiers around Hellsing with her body horror, and Seras is definitely her favorite to scare, she would stand in dark corners and just stare. But unfortunately ((or fortunately ?)) the only people that wouldn’t fall for her antics is Alucard and Integra, makes sense because Integra had to deal with Alucard within the second half of her childhood so she should be used to it at this point. and I’m sure Alucard vampire senses would know Calico is there before she even get to do anything.

⟡ relaxed, serene, insensitive, sadomasochistic, two-faced, extremely kind when she feels like it, can be manipulative at times, and a challenge to provoke.

⟡ Calico speaks with a lot of hand gestures, and even touch the person she’s talking to, she does not acknowledge personal space, or possibly doesn’t even care. Her voice is usually soft, calm and almost robotic in someway, with a Chinese Mandarin accent, but her voice does change when she’s in her original form, it’s like a raspy, loud whisper. Calico has no filter, she would announce how ugly a baby is, in public, in front of the parents.. or casually ask a person why are they ugly, or bald. in other words she will say shit that probably shouldn’t be said out loud, or say what everybody in the room is thinking out loud in an awkward situation as another example and all with a small smile remaining on her face.

⟡ ((I have this weird obsession with what a character bedroom would look like, so best believe I’m gonna explain what her bedroom looks like,)) most of her room is completely normal, a dresser she never felt the need to use, a vanity and shelves occupied with her small animal skull collection but what sticks out the most is instead of having a bed she has a nest in the size of an average king size bed made from majority of blankets and pillows she have stolen around the mansion all occupying in the corner of her room, she could be very protective of her nest, only allowing the people she trust the most to even be near, aka Seras, Calico has tried inviting her master Integra into her nest, but was always rejected.. so that’s why Calico has taken upon herself to settle for claiming her master's bed instead.

Alucard - Calico sees him as some vampiric Manwhore. But they’re civil with each other, they like to have conversations and even sometimes play chess together.

Seras ((but Calico insist on calling her by her last name, Victoria.)) - ah she absolutely adore her, Calico would have her attend with her hobbies if available. Calico treats Seras as like she’s a new puppy for her. So in case you haven’t noticed she’s obviously the favorite.

Ted's the only one who can see Tinky and is slowly driving him insane by casually annoying him

Ted driving Pete to school while Tinky keeps obstructing his view, making Pete annoyed at his big bro for driving drunk again since Ted just won't sit still

He probably tried to explain to Pete about the weird yellow goat he was seeing, but Ted being Ted, Pete just thought he had been drinking at 7 am or something

At CCRP Tinky keeps fucking up Ted's work and making everyone there mad at him (as if they already weren't)

Tinky's just stealing office supplies and hiding them in Ted's office, and every time someone confronts him, he tries to blame it on the yellow goat, but of course no one even entertains that excuse

Tinky's also eating the office supplies. His favorite is probably Bill's pens (He's also probably made his brothers mad at him for fucking with their respective humans, especially Pokey cause he doesn't like sharing anything, i.e. Paul)

This goes on for like weeks and everyone starts making fun of Ted and his "office goat", making Tinky extremely happy since Ted is about to blow a fuse with all the jokes

Ted can't go anywhere without Tinky ruining his social life; even Charlotte won't come over anyone and Pete tries to make excuses every time Ted offers to do anything for him, like taking him to school (this one is especially hard on Ted since unlike Pete, Ted probably doesn't interact with the rest of his family anymore)

Eventually Ted just has to accept that this bastard goat he keeps "hallucinating" won't go away, so he either has to come to terms with it and the fact it's ruining his life and relationships with everyone, or he has to do something drastic so it goes away

Little does he know the fuzzy little bastard would love the latter

The Blade is always and forever aroace in my heart. He’s just rather uninterested in it, would rather be reading or hanging with his friends. He’s rather comfortable in his gender, though doesn’t have much understanding of gender roles given he was a feral pig for most of his life. The Blood God has no use for gender/sexuality unless it gives him a combat bonus, and just uses whatever pronouns his current vessel does.

Philza is literally a concept personified, and as his form reflects how he feels gender and sex are conflated for him. He’s experienced many culture’s ideas about gender over the millennia and shifts to reflect that. He’s genderfluid though tends to stay with a gender for decades. The majority of the time he’s intersex since his gender rarely sorts neatly into binary. He’s also an old man who for the most part doesn’t stick to labels since they change a lot over the years. He’s somewhat stuck in the societal framing of sexuality as an act and not an identity, but is adapting. Currently using the term pansexual since come on who makes it through 10,000+ years straight.

Tommy is too busy being tortured to realize he’s probably bi.

Tubbo is nonbinary, and through the hivemind has collected a number of genders/sexualities. Bee genders are frankly a little silly to conflate with human ones anyway, and exist on the ultraviolet spectrum. The distribution is something like Woman x2, Man x1, Queen x10 Drones x5,000-20,000 depending on the time of year, Worker x394,987. Their sexuality is unlabeled since that’s an easier bill to pass on the Tubbo council. But 1/400,000th of them is a VERY dedicated wife man.

Wilbur is voidgender, since he can just look up all human terms for gender ever and thought that one was hilariously apt. It has very little understanding of gender given being a being a homeless entity living on the periphery of human society. Reclaims it/its as a way to heal from the trauma of the Foundation/acceptance that he really isn’t human and doesn’t want to be. But it’s going to take soooo much for that egg to crack. Sexuality? Bros I have no idea. I’ve been trying to figure it out for so long and have zero clue. Wilbur is WAY too racist against humans to go for one, and basically the only people it interacts with is his family or people trying to kill him. The most I have is he jokingly flirts with Tubbo like once??? I’ve scoured all of Fault and legit can’t find anything about this man’s sexuality. Maybe Wilbur ate it.
