Brissa and Gavin regularly communicated whether that was via text or voice memos. It had been the way of their relationship since they were kids. She loved him more than she would ever be able to articulate, but their paths were never aligned to one another in that manner. As a result of that, it was always in her best interest to stay his closest of friends. Whatever he needed, she wanted him to know that she'd always be there for him.
