People who are anti-endo piss me off... What the hell do you mean that we're not valid because we didn't split from trauma?? Are you really going to gatekeep our experiences.. our lives together as a system???

I'm not sure if I'm as old as the host body. Neither I nor my sister know if either of us are older. But we grew up together and we've experienced together for as long as we can remember. There's no reason to only keep plurality to people who've "suffered more". Don't tell people they aren't valid. You don't know their experiences.

This rule applies to all aspects of LGBTQIA+ as well.

Of fucking course it's gonna be uncomfy talking about the horrible things that happened. Those women died for nothing by just being who they were.

Pride was never about parties and corporations. It's about avenging our fallen friends and family, and making the next generation have to never deal with things like that.

And to think these people, who are queer, thought calling cops was even an option?? Especially on a trans woman, and ESPECIALLY on a black trans woman????? It doesn't matter that the idiot patrons were LGBTQ+, they're still idiots and acted bigoted for even mentioning that.

Pride was never about drinking to forget.

Pride is about remembering the ones we loved.

Happy pride everyone. And I mean everyone.

Don't EVER call the cops on people of color or queer folks.

Please... vote for anyone except Trump. If Kamala runs in Biden's place then we HAVE to vote for her.

If Trump wins... America will no longer be the land of the free, but the home of the cowardly.

In preparation for the worst, Option A: Flee

Update your passports and be ready to flee the country if needed.

Under Trump, Anyone LGBTQIA2+ and/or not white are going to suffer tremendously with rights being taken away as fast as possible.

If you have an HRT prescription, call your doctor and tell them that you are leaving the country and need your prescription moved out of country. Or tell them you need extra stock for a vacation. (Insurance won't cover this, but this is a better price to pay than dealing with the side effects)

If you have medical insurance: Most countries outside the U.S.A. have free healthcare or extremely cheap healthcare. However HRT is not always covered and you may have to get new insurance, which involves:

If you need a job, look up the country's Work Visa requirements, ask locals online how difficult it is to get a job without a work visa, and start working on getting one. Having a job will help from getting you deported, and will help get you citizenship and a house to live in.

And finally, citizenship: This is going to be the most important thing that keeps you from being deported back to the States. Study the citizenship test, ask other people who have moved to the country from somewhere else about it, and once you have it you'll be set.

Option B: A Civil War

If you can't afford to flee, your home is the safest space. Fortify it in any way possible. Get weapons ONLY for self defense. And don't let anyone in unless you know they're safe.

If your own family members are dangerous then you may have to run and get to a friend or neighbor other family member who you know is safe. I know for people living in rural areas this is much harder, but keeping yourself alive and safe is the #1 priority.

If you have an HRT prescription, you most likely won't anymore, and you will need to get it from third parties or make it yourself. DIYHRT is a wonderful place to start for this.

If you need a job, but you live in a red state, you're going to need to hide that you're LGBT. For trans people who can't hide that anymore, the next best option may be to get to a blue state before something drastic happens like internal borders closing.

If you can't do any of these things, remember, suicide is not a way out.

I know that this is a terrifying thing to have to realize but none of us are safe in America anymore. We have to be ready to run, or we have to be ready to fight.

I've been trying to think of something to write for another #briepost, and those are always something that encapsulates my current situation and hardships in life so that I can give my advice to y'all, because I truly believe that anyone can better themselves if they just get the love they need and that little nudge in the right direction, of course.

I want to be both of those things for you, I want to be that help you need in your darkest hour, but for once in my life I can't find a bright side to my situation. I can't find the advice to give you because I don't even know what to do for myself. I'm stuck at the bottom between a rock and a hard place, yet all I want to do is help and I think it's detrimenting my health. So I think right now I'm just gonna stay off the internet as best I can and try to rebuild my life, though I may stay here on Tumblr, just less than before.

A lot of things have happened this past year that snowballed into my current situation, so I hope that this hiatus and this move will help with unraveling the mess I'm in. I'll probably have to get myself a real job and not just be a freelance musician, and I hope when I get back I won't have changed too much.

Anyways, I cut a lot of writing out of this post that was just me ranting about my entire life, but I don't think y'all wanna hear that.

I hope y'all keep loving yourselves, if I come back and find any of you not getting the love you deserve I'll cry and then get back to loving you myself. Stay safe and keep having a good rest of your week.

Something that I think a lot of us forget is that self love doesn't come from you just telling yourself positive things or thinking good thoughts, it also comes from how you act towards and treat yourself.

I know it can be hard to treat your own self with love and kindness, especially if most of your life you've never been given any, but know that your actions are the best way to change how you feel about anything, but especially yourself.

Something I think we all forget sometimes is change doesn't happen instantly. It will take time for your mind and body to accept your own actions as true, and it won't be the same amount of time for everyone.

If you're gender or body dysphoric this is especially true. I still suffer from it but I'm still trying my best to get through, to act more kind to myself so I can act kind to others as well.

And another thing I think we forget is that love and kindness are similar, but not the same thing.

Love is a promise to others, to always be there for them, to stand up to their bullies and help them through their battles, to listen to them and to care for them and to be totally yourself no matter what.

Kindness is a promise to yourself, to never hurt or be cruel to anyone. It's a promise to always help whoever needs help, even if you don't love them.

I want you to know that I love you and that I'm here for you no matter what. I want you to be the best you that you can be, to grow and flourish on your own and to never forget to be kind. Even if it takes forever I'll be here with you to help you love and accept yourself, every step of the way.
