Red flags vs Green flags Love is all about finding someone special to share your life with, so it's important to find someone who is healthy, and not just in the physical sense. But also mentally and emotionally. There are so many potential matches to meet, and you may not know how to tell who is worth your time or who is not. That's why it's important to learn the difference between red flags and green flags when it comes to potential partners. I will define what each one means, give examples of each, and then provide some pointers on how you might spot them in your date(s)...and in yourself! What if I told you that the very words you're repeating over and over again might be what's keeping you single?
What if I said that by saying "I don't need a man", not only are you limiting your dating options, but also subconsciously sabotaging any chance of one coming along.
It sound may ridiculous, but it's true.
The more we say things like "I'm too busy to date" or "single is just fine for me" the less likely we are to find love.
It's these kind of statements that actually hurt your chances at finding someone - and I think we all know what happens when you tell yourself something long enough...it becomes true. Your subconscious is listening and hearing everything you say. It doesn't know the difference between what's true or not so it takes these statements as fact.
In this week's podcast episode I will help shed some light on why this happens and how to change those negative thoughts into positive ones so that we can see our desires fulfilled in finding a partner. You deserve to be happy and loved!

Don’t have an outfit for your date? No problem. In this episode, I'm going to teach you how to choose what to wear on a date...and it’s not what you may think!
This is a continuation of the “juicy mango” conversation we had in the last episode, EP 43. So get ready for a very playful perspective on this topic.
While there are plenty of articles on the Internet telling you how to dress for your first date, what's important is taking a look at yourself in the mirror and asking "What do I want to feel like?" This is all about wearing yourself, not what someone else tells you to wear.
