Sunday Mornings tend be the one morning of the week that my husband and I actually sit down and have breakfast together...of course it depends on who’s in the mood to cook most of the time, however, with it being so hot 🥵, this morning I decided to put together something fast and easy and relatively light but filling. Charcuterie boards have become an obsession of mine recently and I love that I can put together something quickly and easily. It’s a delightful change to the normal food menu and my husband seems to be enjoying them. I love the versatility, in that I can customize the board to a particular meal time. This morning’s one consisted of some wonderful, flavorful cream cheeses & strawberries from @woolworths_sa, along with assorted @bakersbiscuits snack time crackers. Egg salad/egg surprise, with very light toasted bread, butter and some of my favourite masala chai to go with it.
