This morning he helped us to prepare breakfast and we used our new plate from @health_beet ! 3/4 cup of Strawberries ( less than 10 grs carbs), 1 brown rice cake (14 gr of carbs) with raw almond butter from @traderjoes and water!! (we don't drink juice... we eat the fruits since it spikes blood sugar fast). Involve your children (when possible) in preparing the meals and setting up the table. Emilio was so happy that he decided to eat his strawberries while he was getting things ready! What was your healthy breakfast today?
