so i think we as a fandom agree that if someone Erik cares about got sick he'd absolutely fuss over them but lately i've been thinking about why he would do this and i came up with something i'm Not Normal About so y'all need to hear me out now

he'd been in a concentration camp. he had probably seen so many people die because of a common cold 'cause their immune systems were so weakened by the fatal conditions in the camp they couldn't fight it off. as a little boy he'd learnt that the moment you get sick you're already dead, and every time someone around him so much as sneezes he's reminded of all the deaths he saw that were caused by something seemingly so innocent as a cold.

so anyway this is all i can think about. i'm literally going insane. me and my friend are also writing fics on that

“Let me get this straight,” the morgue doctor said, pointing at Crowley’s body where it lay on the autopsy table. “You want me to repair the bullet wound, fix his heart and the internal damage, all for someone who’s already dead?”

“Yes,” Aziraphale said. “Maybe put some extra blood back in there, he’ll probably need it.”

“You realize this will not bring him back?” the man said. “There is no brain activity. Everything is shut down.”

“I’m aware of that.”

“He is completely dead.”

“As a doorknob, yes.”

“But you want me to operate on him as if he were alive?”

“That is correct.”

The exasperated man sighed. “Can I see his death certificate?”

“Ah, that. Yes. I have it right here.” Aziraphale pulled an envelope stuffed with hundred pound notes from his jacket and slid it across the table. He thinks he’s seen Crowley do this before, or maybe Crowley had seen it in a film.

“I think you’ll find that everything is in order,” Aziraphale said with an overly dramatic wink.

So can we talk about how the first time we see Magnus on Terror he's standing in a beam of sunshine, just about to meet Tom Hartnell for the first time? That the last time they meet, on sun-bleached stones, Hartnell's entire posture and expression softens as soon as he sees Magnus? That the last thing Hartnell says is his name? That Magnus watches Hartnell move towards him as if no one else exists and is immediately killed for it? That Magnus died never knowing what Hartnell wanted to say to him?
