my 1# favourite colour is a bright citrus 'vitamin orange'. but, at 2# would be that tropical sky 'pool blue' i tend to reblog 🟠🔵

maybe a good way to collectively describe the type of palette i like lately is 'could you see it on a bratz doll'. icy, navy, baby blues - bean greens and moss, khaki cream & latte brown, lavender and blush, snow apple white, etc.

the 'wintertime wonderland' line captures the type of colour combos i had in mind well for that reference. in my head it's the quintessential It's Y2K And You're At The Cafe ! palette haha

Bratz Wintertime Wonderland 1st Edition Yasmin (2001)

This doll was so special to me growing up. I don't have my original sadly but I found her on eBay a few months ago. Her original hairstyle was even intact! This line of dolls is one of my favorites. I adore the outfits and the sparkly make up. They will always be my winter outfit goals lol.

Yesterday I started writing a letter to MGA Entertainment (toy company) to let them know I’m begging for reproductions of Bratz dolls I would like to have again.

This is what I said to them:

To whom this may have the honor of reading.

This is day one of me GROVELING and promising my money, to you dear lovely MGA employee. Please end my suffering by reproducing my favorite dolls I could never own because my mom thought that Bratz meant SLUTS in English. I told her every time it did not mean sluts but she would not believe me cuz some lady on TV said they were.

I would go to Target every weekend with my mom and STARE at the dolls and beg my mom to buy them. One day my prayers were answered for my birthday in 2004. My godmother heard my prayers and bought me Bratz Twiinz, Phoebe and Roxxi for my birthday. Phoebe's charm was a little angel and I loved her because my surname is Angel, she was like me. From then on my THIRST for more Bratz dolls was insatiable. I NEEDED MORE! I could only wait till my birthday, it was the only time my yearning could be answered by my godmother.

I then received on my next birthday Bratz Twiinz, Orianna and Valentina. Finally that year my mom bought me a Bratz for the first time, Back To School Phoebe (my fav). Later on I was gifted by my godmother my final Bratz doll, Play Sports Katia. I finally had a doll with the same name as me. She was only missing the silent "H" my name has, but she didn't need it, it was said the same way.

From then on there were only 3 Bratz dolls I have always wanted but never could receive. Wintertime Wonderland Dana, Spring Break Leah, and Back to School Cloe.

In my next letter I will go into detail on why these dolls were chosen as the objects of my attention and how over 20 years later I finally realized I had adult money I could use to buy dolls, but I will end this letter with its true purpose.

I will beg for a reproduction of Bratz Twiinz Phoebe & Roxxi, Back to School Phoebe, and Spring Break Leah.I know I can not be greedy and hope for all my dolls to be reproduced. I know you are part of a company whose purpose is to bring joy to little children and make a profit. So I have to be selective with my selfish requests.

Bratz Reproduction speculation

This is a list of all the reproductions I believe will be the most likely to be made by MGA in the future. So far Rock Angelz , Girls Night Out , Pretty N Punk , Slumber Party and the first edition Bratz dolls have been remade. 

These doll lines are in no particular order and are just my own speculation. 

Fashion Pixies 

Could make Reproductions that are based on their designs from the prototypes / Fashion Pixie movie. I believe everyone would want that more than the originals. 

MGA has been teasing this doll line in a few of their Bratz posts on Instagram / Tick Tock. 

Fairy Dolls are a safe doll line to sale.

Has been an option in one of their Reproduction polls.

Live In Concert 

Like Rock Angelz , Live in Concert is a popular Bratz doll line.

A lot of people want a reproduction of Live in Concert Nevra. 

They're very colourful like Rainbow High. 

Formal Funk

Formal Funk was their first and only prom doll line. Very nostalgic.  

This doll line was featured in the first ever 2d animated Bratz Movie.

Pretty prom dolls are a safe sale for MGA.

Has been an option in one of the reproduction polls.

Princess 

Everyone wants a Princess Sasha doll to be made. Sasha wasn’t in the original doll line so like Pretty N punk , they could make an original Princess Sasha doll. A Princess Sasha would fly off the shelves. 

Bratz Fans LOVE the Princess doll line. 

They stand out from other competing princess dolls as they have more modern and rebellious regal fashions. 

Princess dolls would be a safe doll line for MGA to sale. 

WinterTime WonderLand 

WinterTime WonderLand was their first winter doll line. 

Would be a great doll line to sell during winter or before Christmas. 

This doll line has been featured a lot in makeup Collab's. 

Has been an option in one of the reproduction polls. 

Tokyo a Go Go 

There is a high demand from Bratz fans to have these reproduced as they are VERY popular. 

Has been an option in one of the reproduction polls. 

My only concern with this doll line is if MGA is worried that they wont sale well with kids or a general audience due to the mismatched clothes. I still think Tokyo a Go Go does have a high chance of being remade some day but perhaps after MGA sells some more safer options of reproductions first could they then be remade.

Honourable mentions

In no particular order these are some Honourable mentions that didn’t make the list but could still be likely.  

Treasures 

If I could put this on the list I really would. I love the Bratz treasures doll line and I know a lot of other bratz fans love this doll line too. 

I just think that compared to the other doll lines I have mentioned , Treasures isn’t their top priority right now.

Depending on how many reproductions they want to make though , Treasures does have a good high chance of being remade if there is enough popular demand. I really hope they get remade but will just have to wait and see. 

Sweet Dreamz Pajama Party

Sweet Dreamz is a popular doll line. Some may even say Overrated but they are still quite popular. If they were to be remade, a Sweet Dreamz Felicia would definitely sell as a lot of bratz collectors like her doll the most. 

Whether or not they make a original Sweet dreamz Sasha and Jade is hard to say but if they did then it would make this reproduction stand out like the reproduction of Pretty N punk. 

The only reason this doll line is on the Honourable mentions list is that MGA is already making a Slumber Party reproduction so it’s unclear if they would even want to make another sleepover reproduction with Sweet Dreamz or even Nighty Night as in their minds they might not see the point of doing another sleepover reproduction when they have already done one like it. 

Bratz Girls Really Rock

I can’t speak for everyone else , but I really do like the Bratz Girls really rock dolls. Each doll has a different musical vibe going on which makes them all unique and stand out from Rock Angelz and Live in Concert.

Compared to other popular bratz doll lines , I do feel like Girlz really rock is underrated but as much as i like them, they are on the honorable mentions list due to not knowing if there is a popular demand for them to be remade. I can certainly see these being made into Bratz Mini’s though. 

Flash Back Fever

This is another Bratz doll line that is popular and nostalgic. Personally I’m not too fussed if they get productions or not but I'd be happy for other bratz fans if they were. These dolls do look stunning and they're certainly not like any other Bratz doll line.

Like Tokyo a Go Go though , MGA might be concerned whether or not they would sell to a larger audience than just older bratz fans. 

Forever Diamonds 

I think these would be very low on the list but regardless I think they would be a safe sell for MGA due to the whole diamond aesthetic. They were also a main bratz doll line that had their own movie like Rock Angelz , Genie Magic, Fashion Pixies and Bratz Girls really rock so there's some nostalgia there. However there are a lot more popular choices to become reproductions so these wouldn’t be as likely to be remade as other doll lines.  

Genie Magic

I'm pretty 50/50 on this doll line on whether or not it could be made into a reproduction one day. Like Forever Diamonds they were a Main Bratz doll line with their own movie and are well known among Bratz fans so anything is possible but I don’t know if there would be a high demand for a reproduction.

So that’s my list. As of now Winter Wonderland , Tokyo a Go Go , Live in concert , Princess , Treasures , Flash Back Fever and Formal Funk have had Mini’s throughout series 1 to 4 but I think it’s safe to say that all of the doll lines that I have mentioned will probably be made into minis at some point. 

How many of these doll lines will become actual reproductions one day is unclear though but it was still fun to make this list regardless.
