I just had a realization…

Branch and Prince D probably bonded and became buds over their shared experience of being the odd one out in their tribes. Branch being the gray troll who didn’t sing and just overall acts much different than the other Pop Trolls, and Darrell (that is his name lol) who, according to his bio, experimented with the Funk Trolls music out of rebellion and dubbed himself a Hip-Hop Troll.

The difference being that the Funk Trolls don’t seem to mind at all that Prince D is Hip-Hop, King Quincy even letting him rap the “History of Funk” in TWT, whereas Branch was treated as an outcast amongst his tribe and his lifestyle was something that “ruined” the fun of the other Pop Trolls.

I imagine after the Rock-Apocalypse, Prince D was just like, “Yo, Branch, right? Y’know, you got a different vibe than the other Pop Trolls. Ya got’cha own melody you sing to, I like that.”

And then Branch is just like, “Um, thanks. I… uhh, I like your hip-hop.” (Bc he’s awkward XD)

Gramatical gender in Irish is so interesting.

For the most part, the same terms are used for men and women, nouns are the same, the only different thing is the definitive article.

In most gendered languages, male is the default (Eg: my friends in Spanish for a group containing 9 women and 1 man uses the masculine version of the word friend) but Irish doesn’t really work that way.

Nothing about a noun also doesn’t tell you it’s gender, you just kinda have to know.
