It’s Blueberry’s turn to befriend a Lycanroc
Ironically there is a nearby Lycanroc mass outbreak it’s just it’s not a Midday Form Lycanroc outbreak or it would’ve replace the question mark on the in-game map. Also I would’ve found a few more Lycanroc slightly further south

Gargoyle's Cry 35.0.3
Tenno: The following Operation is designed for players who have finished the “Whispers in the Walls” quest. Review at your discretion!********
Tumblr media
OPERATION: Gargoyle’s Cry
“Your attention, please.
The Murmur threat demands immediate action. Our first order of business must be surveillance. An early detection system lest we be caught sans trousers.
You would agree that a Vigile Jahu Gargoyle installed within each Tenno Dojo is the obvious solution. Not a whisper could be uttered in the system without the connected Dojos overhearing it first.
Your compliance is appreciated. The Vigile Jahu Gargoyle awaits you within your Dojo - simply place it as a Decoration. The enemy does not hesitate. We must do no less.” - Fibonacci
The Murmur encroaches on our systems, Tenno. The Whispers beyond the Wall are a new threat; we must ensure they stay confined to Albrecht’s Laboratory.
Operation: Gargoyle’s Cry is a limited-time event launching today,December 18 at 2 p.m. ET and ending on January 15, 2 p.m. ET across all platforms.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Murmur continues to scrape deeper into our realm of existence. Having devised a solution to detect such whispers, Fibonacci won’t allow such trespassing to threaten our system.
This Operation relies on Tenno across the Origin System to construct an invisible ‘living defense’ against the growing Murmur threat.
To join this living defense, or ‘Murmur Telemetry Chorus,’ you must hunt down the power source that’ll continuously power your Vigile Jahu Gargoyle. Fight against the ominous Murmur to earn new and returning rewards from previous Operations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Operation: Gargoyle’s Cry is no small task. Only those who have finished the “Whispers in the Wall” Quest can join and complete the event and the associated Mission. This event is for players on-content.
After finishing the “Whispers in the Wall” Quest, Tenno will find a Vigile Jahu Gargoyle decoration to place within their Dojo. This will require a member of your Clan to be capable of placing down decorations, which players will then build via resources gathered from Albrecht’s Laboratories. Once all the resources are contributed, the Gargoyle only takes 60 seconds to build.
Tenno must then complete the Effervo Mission on Deimos to collect Cursed Murmur Energy to activate the Gargoyle. You’ll acquire this energy by defeating one of the Fragmented Trio, with the whole squad earning one of three curses:
Curse of Knowing from The Fragmented Suzerain,
Curse of Seeing from The Fragmented Anchorite,
Curse of Hearing from The Fragmented Zelator.
You’ll acquire only a singular amount of one type of Curse on Normal Path but double of one Curse on Steel Path. Curse acquisition is unaffected by Resource Boosters.
The Murmur is not the only threat, however. Void Angels have breached the in-between of the Laboratories and The Indifference, desiring to consume the Cursed energy. If you do not kill the Angel lurking around, it will consume the Curse dropped by the Assassination Target, leaving you Curseless.
Return to your Dojo afterwards to lift your curse by feeding it to the Gargoyle. Spend time with your new decoration, as the Gargoyle is also a vendor, allowing you to purchase new and returning Operation items while netting progress towards the community reward.
Seek and destroy, Tenno. Uphold the living defense.
(VIDEO DEMONSTRATION OF EVENT)
OPERATION REWARDS
When you defeat one of the Fragmented Trio, you’ll acquire the event currency: Grotesque Splinters. 1-3 Grotesque Splinters are earned on normal difficulty and 3-5 on Steel Path.
Fibonacci beckons your safe return to your Vigile Jahu Gargoyle to spend your yield of Grotesque Splinters. You’ll acquire rewards like new Entrati Sigils, a Color Palette and returning rewards from events like Operation: Scarlet Spear.
New Cosmetics
Fibonacci Sigil

Not all rewards are warranted by Fibonacci’s hand (or fin...). This is a communal effort, Tenno. Each feed to the Gargoyle strengthens the community, resulting in the new Krios Signa debuting from the Void into your Arsenal. If the goal is met, the Signa can be purchased from the Vigile Jahu Gargoyle Vendor!
Tumblr media
The Vendor store will be open until February 15, 2024.
SCORING AND FEEDING
Trophies earned are determined by how often your clan fully feeds your Vigile Jahu Gargoyle with Cursed Murmur Energy before each Weekly Reset (Monday at 0 UTC).
Terracotta is one full feed, Bronze is two full feeds, Silver is three full feeds, and Gold is four full feeds. One full charge depends on the size of your Clan. A full charge for a Ghost Clan is two of each Curse, with Shadow Clans needing six of each Curse, Storm will need ten, Mountain thirty and Moon at one hundred of each Curse.
TL;DR:
Once the Vigile Jahu Gargoyle is constructed in the Dojo, Clans will fully feed it with Cursed Murmur Energy from the Effervo Mission to enable the living defense.
Feed your Gargoyle before the weekly reset for four weeks to keep the Gargoyle fully fed and earn a trophy, depending on the number of charges added.
Each full feed adds to unlocking the community reward.
All Operation Rewards can be purchased from the Vigile Jahu Gargoyle for Grotesque Splinters.
THE MURMUR THREAT
Tumblr media
On the rare occasions when Murmur fragments assemble themselves into a whole, the result is a monstrous and potent entity. It may manifest in three different forms: The Fragmented Suzerain, The Fragmented Zelator and The Fragmented Anchorite
Together, as heralds of the Indifference, they tether down the Strands of Khra which their bizarre master must travel.

“ go on, then. ”
prompts: go on, then. // standoff / showdown sentence starters. // @hexweaver
❛ --- whoa, whoa now wait just a minute, no one said anything about getting violent here ! we were just talking ! --- aaaah ! ❜ good to know that his choice of words were having little contribution to his world-peace solutions. a sudden swirling mass of magics and spooks came descending down on booster in cascading bolts of red. the roar of the thrusters on his boots reverberated, taking off upright as he tried to dodge the barrels of fire in a last-ditch effort. ❛ skeeeeeeeets ! ❜ booster snarled, the command to his companion rising to a fever pitch while his body banked hard, going for an advanced aerial loop maneuverer to weave in and out of the onslaught that refused to cease anytime soon. --- all because of a little miscommunication. ❛ any ideas on how to get witchy-poo over here to stop me from becoming charred grill? ❜
( ❛ my scans indicate a probability that the scarlet witch intends to compromise rather than to disintegrate you, sir. ❜ )

❛ she intends to compromise ? ! she seems pretty lethal to me ! ❜ he barely dodged another burst of hex energy as it zipped past him, managing to create some right-shoulder grazing that sent out an agonising hiss from his vocal chords. ❛ aagh ! ❜ sparks crackled from the now scorched out plating on his suit. wobbling mid-air, his chest heaved staring down at his opponent with a hand raised out.
❛ alright. ❜ he managed, followed by shortcomings of breath. he drifted down lower once he knew he was in the clear.  ❛ y--you —- whoo. --- got me where you want me, can we try this again ? ❜

So I just beat the Indigo Disk DLC for Scarlet & Violet (fucking FINALLY)
And now I have four new Pokemon to add to my list of favorites. Not because of any particular nostalgic ties to them or anything, but these guys put in WORK on my team for Drayton, Kieran, and Terapagos!
Tumblr media
Lucario is probably the strongest offensive force on my team right now. He's Life Orb with Tera Ice and Ice Punch. This guy absolutely DOMINATED Drayton and Kieran's teams alongside my next entrant...
Tumblr media
Dragonite! This pudgy lil fella is probably one of my favorite psuedo-legendaries right now, mainly because where most of the other pseudos are menacing and intimidating (which is cool don't get me wrong) this guy's just a chunky boi. But man did he SWEEP. My Dragonite (aptly nicknamed Pudge) was almost always the last-ditch sweeper I threw out, Terastallized into a Normal-type, and used Choice Band/Extreme Speed 'til the Miltank came home!
Tumblr media
I play Violet, so sadly I don't get any of the cool past Paradox mons like Roaring Moon or Great Tusk. But I do get Iron Valiant, who used Booster Energy/Quark Drive/Drain Punch to absolutely ANNIHILATE Terapagos's first phase. As well as part of the Mochi Mayhem epilogue.
Tumblr media
Krookodile is probably my favorite Dark-type now. I ran him with Choice Scarf and Knock Off, which saved me from having to deal with the Assault Vests on Drayton's Archaludon and Kieran's Hydrapple. I also had Earthquake, which in general is just a phenomenal move. This guy's one of my main offensive forces.

The next Pokemon TCG set, Scarlet & Violet - Stellar Crown, has just been announced!
Release Date and Set Details
Tumblr media
New Pokémon ex and introducing Stellar Tera Pokémon
As with every new set, we can expect to see so many new Pokemon ex! We're already guaranteed to have Cinderace ex, Lapras ex, Galvantula ex and Terapagos ex as they're featured on the pack artwork (and Terapagos ex was revealed as part of Stellar Miracle).
The interesting thing about this set is we are being introduced to Stellar Tera Pokemon, which feature powerful attacks that cost different types of energy - three to be precise. Each attack is inspired by various gemstones, such as Terapagos ex's "Crown Opal" or "Larimar Rain" from Laprax ex.
Tumblr media
Beautiful Illustrations
Scarlet & Violet - Stellar Crown also, as usual, features some of the most beautiful artwork within the TCG. With special illustration rare cards, your collection will look better than ever. Take the Elite Trainer Box promo card, for example. This Noctowl is not only a highly playable card (allowing you to search your deck for up to 2 Trainer cards, dependent on your cards in play), but it's also truly stunning! Not to mention, the Stellar Tera cards look like gemstones in themselves, we're really expecting Pokemon to have pulled out all the stops with the 7th set for Scarlet & Violet.
Tumblr media
Trainer Cards and More
We're expecting to see so many new Trainer Cards, and ACE SPEC! As before, we've already gotten a glimpse of some upcoming cards we will hopefully receive in this set, such as Briar (You can play this card only if your opponent has exactly 2 Prize cards remaining. Until the end of this turn, if your opponent's Active Pokemon is Knocked Out by damage from 1 of your Tera Pokemon attacks, take 1 more prize card.) or the highly playable Sparkling Crystal (The attack cost of the Tera Pokemon this card is attached to is reduced by 1 of any type of Energy.) Arguably, one of the stand-out cards from this set could be Area Zero Underdepths, which increases your benched Pokemon to 8 from 5 if they have a Tera Pokemon in play!
Tumblr media
Elite Trainer Box
A staple of almost every Pokemon set is the Elite Trainer Box. This is always the best and most efficient way for players both new and seasoned to get their hands on the latest set. An ETB comes with 9 packs of the titular set, 1 full-art foil promo card, 65 card sleeves featuring the artwork from the ETB and so much more! vs. Red @redlegend
Tumblr media
The battle trees arena was empty until the paperwork was completed, which gave them free range of the pitch.
Naturally, her first act is to call for a rematch. High up in the bows of the giant tree at the head of Poni Island, they'd make another stand against him.
She knew she hardly had a chance of winning, but she wanted a battle that didn't end in such a crushing defeat. Five to one on their first proper battle stung deep in her soul, and she refused to stand for it any longer.
Wipe the sleep from your eyes and gear up, Elite, redemptions in the air, now SEIZE IT.
Fafnir and Pikachu hit the field, Sandstorm set, but before it can even get raging, Pikachu cracks the sky with a mighty thunderbolt, and while it stings, Fafnir's almost completely knocked from the platform when the rodent suddenly launches at him in a harsh tackle, Rika quickly recalling him before he could well and truly fall.
Not a good start, she's scared.
Kamina hits the field, and Blastoise on the opposite side. A familiar matchup, with a familiar outcome. Blastoise smashes his shell, blood and shards flying everywhere while Kamina uses the sand to his advantage, moving like a whirlwind through it and using his small stature to get behind Blastoise and Drill Run right into the freshly opened wound on the turtles back- and he doesn't STOP drill running until the matchup is called, and he's returned to his ball. Choice band working perfectly.
One to One.
Bappy and Venusaur next, and Red surprises her by drawing out his Mega stone early. She was expecting Charizard, but the intense light of infinity energy engulfs the gargantuan frog, growing her canopy and empowering her greatly.
Bappy looks on, undaunted, He may not have his big mega spikes anymore, but he refused to back down, and the battle was on, taking swings at one another, the earth quaking beneath their feet as both pokemon sought to use it to their advantage. Venusaur covers him in Leech seeds, and Bappy roars as he endures hit after hit so she wouldn't feel sad, until he finally can endure no longer, and collapses under the onslaught.
You did your best, bud.
Next came Charizard, and she throws out The Don to greet him, the ancient Donphan trumpeting loud to signal his readiness as the Booster Energy around his neck activated. Scarlet energy coursed over his whole form like electricity, driving him into a bit of a battle frenzy as a centralized bit of sunshine seemed to generate from nowhere- and then they were off, Headlong Rush slamming right into the great dragons side. Charizard flames were potent, but the Donphan refused to yield- He was NOT going to suffer that injustice a second time.
He throws his whole body into Charizard, tusks primed and ready to gouge- Close combat.
Charizard falls, and The Don stomps his foot in triumph.
Two to Two. Already better then the last battle
Adniel next, against Snorlax, and Rika syncs with him almost immediately, the energy on the pitch becoming electric from the lingering high of battle, and Adniel roars in excitement before launching himself full force at his gigantic opponent. Claws met claws as Adniel continued to push back against Snorlax, feeling he had no recourse other then to shove the creature out of the ring since his defense was so high... And he almost succeeds, as a harsh brick break attack finally drops the Snorlax... and Adniel lets out a roar of excitement before he's eventually called back as well.
Two to three... One more takes it.
Gremlin emerges, against Lapras, and it's hardly a battle- more like the most calculated grounding of a bat pokemon one would ever see. Ice beam into Sheer cold- Which somehow hit again with deadly accuracy.
A Tie.
They double back and choose three more mons each, but while they're healing, Rika's riding the high. She brought it to a tie this time- There's still a chance she can win, but this alone was a satisfactory outcome for her.
Redemption earned, pokemon healed, and they return to the pitch.
Her three strongest pokemon against three of his, and the battle commences again.
The Don against Pikachu is hardly a fight, a pair of Earthquakes is enough to ground the electric rat, after swatting him away with his trunk.
Bappy and Venusaur return to the field together, and again its an incredibly close match, Bappy enduring hits and dealing back just as much damage, digging his spines into Venusaurs appendages and doing everything he could, but ultimately falling.
And then Adniel and Lapras. A fight that left the whole stadium encased in a light layer of ice and frost. Adniel lashing out wildly with brick break and dragon claw, dodging ice beams, and managing to dodge Sheer Cold a fair amount. The Onslaughts from both sides were intense, and it eventually caused them to disengage and regroup before launching at one another one last time.
It drags on for what seemed like an hour, Rika watching in awe as Adniel slashed into Lapras' flesh and shell, trying desperately to get in whatever critical blows he could before Lapras could attack him again, roaring and biting and snarling...
But it's ultimately a wash, Lapras landing a critical Ice beam straight into the Garchomps core, dropping him to the ground.
Tumblr media
Another loss, but one that she- for all her pouting and huffing- couldn't be mad about. Her pokemon performed excellently, she brought it to a tie, and that final battle practically made her hair stand on end.
They just keep getting better... but so does Red, and thats more then fine by her.
"That... That was incredible, Red, well done..."

WEEK ZERO
Adding still not really knowing how I’m going to write these as things that I’m looking to improve on. Shoutout to BauerdadVGC for the PASRS. Being able to do a data driven analysis of my team and my match ups even at a rudimentary level this past week was big. I’m calling this past week as Week Zero because I just vaguely said “I need to play more Pokémon” and set out to play as many matches as I could. I didn’t really have a gameplan or schedule in mind. I just needed to play and while I’m happy with how it went, I’m excited for how this week will look with a little more structure.
RESULTS
The team went 25-13 on ladder which included a 2nd place finish in an Regulation C VGC Tour. I could’ve had a better result but I went on a rough little slide at the end after letting tilt sit in. I hopped up to 1321 rating which was about 200 points better than where I started. I nearly hit 1400 before tumbling on Thursday. This puts me at 29-17 overall in Regulation C on Pokémon Showdown. Let’s just pretend this a baseball season and last week is May okay. PLAYER OF THE WEEK:  Brute Bonnet was a new add to the team and I don’t care what anyone says, it was a hoss for me. I went 15-7 (.682) when bringing it, 8-4 (.667) when it lead and 3-2 (.600) when it was my Tera. People need to stop looking at Brute Bonnet as an offensive Amoonguss; it is a completely different Pokémon and when allowed to play like its own mon it put in work. WHO LET HIM COOK?: Arcanine had the worst win rate on the week overall (10-9 .526) and as a lead (4-4, .500). The colloary is I was 15-4 with Arcanine benched. That’s almost an 80% rate and that doesn’t make sense for a Pokémon that’s as good of a support Pokémon as Arcanine is.
THREE REVIEWS
1. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE
So on the one hand I didn’t play as many games as I would’ve liked last week but 38 games is way more than I’ve done in a week ever. I checked my recorded history on Pokémon Showdown and I apparently only signed in for 76 matches for the entirety of SwSh. I recognize that getting more games in and sticking to a schedule is going to be strengthening a muscle and so long as I keep doing better than the previous week I’ll count that as a win
2. NEED MORE DAMAGE The addition of Brute Bonnet gave me more damage to start out with but I was amazed with how switching Flutter Mane’s hold item to Booster Energy from Life Orb and going to Modest 116 up from Modest 36 and moving to max attack Baxcalibur helped turn some 2HKOs to OHKOs
3. IS BAX HIM? Yes. The add of Brute Bonnet gave more opportunities to bait fire attacks for Bax to eat for the Thermal Exchange boost and make the opponent uncomfortable. I went 18-9 when bringing Baxcalibur, the 2nd highest win rate behind Brute Bonnet. On the other hand, Baxcalibur was my most commonly Tera’d Pokémon (12) but had the worst win rate of my Teras at 7-5 (.583).
THREE THINGS
1. TRUST THE PROCESS The main competition right now is against myself in getting more matches in which will lead to more data which will lead to better play and so the main focus of this week is to stick to the schedule and not let KQ or going out deter me too much.
2. TRIPLE DOUBLE VS BAXBALANCE Sometimes an idea seizes you and if you don’t acknowledge it, you will never know peace. With that in mind, this week I’m going to test out a strategy that I did in SwSh where I have three paired Pokémon and rather than trying to think of 15 flow charts for the different team combinations I really only need to think of 3 (six if you want to get technical depending on which pair goes first). The idea is fun and exciting but it’s also a little more tricky than I normally play. At worst, I’ll have invented another way not to invent a light bulb. Also this will inform what I’m going to run for June ladder so there’s that. 3. A STUDY IN SCARLET Pokémon HOME is eventually going to be released and for that purpose I’ve gone ahead and purchased Scarlet Version and I need to get to getting on completing the story and getting access to Area Zero so I can easily move the Past Paradox Pokémon to my main account of Violet (and in their proper Luxury Balls to boot)
WHAT’S NEXT? Building the Triple Double team and getting to work testing it out on ladder tomorrow. Then on my off day on Friday I’ll need to decide if I’m going to use the Triple Double or Baxbalance on the official ladder Saturday and Sunday.
Weigh Anchor!

Why Every Collector Needs a Pokémon Cards Booster Box?
Pokémon cards have captivated collectors and players worldwide since their introduction in the 1990s. With their stunning artwork, strategic gameplay, and rarity-driven excitement, they have become a staple in the world of trading card games. One of the best ways to build a powerful deck or expand a collection is by purchasing a Pokémon Cards Booster Box. Whether you are a competitive player looking to enhance your strategy or a collector searching for rare and valuable cards, a booster box provides an unparalleled opportunity to discover a treasure trove of Pokémon cards. Each box contains multiple packs, giving buyers a chance to experience the thrill of unboxing new cards, uncovering exclusive designs, and possibly pulling rare holographic or limited-edition cards. The excitement of opening a Pokémon Cards Booster Box is what keeps enthusiasts coming back for more, hoping to find their next prized possession.
Expand Your Collection with a Pokémon Cards Booster Box
For avid Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) fans, expanding a collection is an ongoing journey filled with excitement and anticipation. A Pokémon Cards Booster Box is the ultimate tool for serious collectors and players, offering an extensive selection of cards to strengthen decks, complete sets, and discover unique additions. With dozens of booster packs inside each box, collectors have a much higher chance of pulling rare and sought-after cards compared to purchasing individual packs. This makes a booster box a cost-effective way to enhance your Pokémon TCG collection. Many collectors seek specific series or expansions, such as Sword & Shield, Scarlet & Violet, or classic sets like Base Set reprints, and a booster box ensures a greater variety of cards from these specific collections. The diversity of cards in a booster box allows players to experiment with different deck-building strategies, making it an essential purchase for those aiming to improve their competitive play. For collectors, the thrill of discovering ultra-rare, secret rare, and full-art cards adds to the excitement, ensuring that each unboxing experience is filled with surprises.
Discover Rare and Powerful Pokémon Cards Inside Every Box
One of the main attractions of a Pokémon Cards Booster Box is the potential to uncover rare and powerful Pokémon cards. These rare cards often include holographic variants, legendary Pokémon, VMAX, EX, GX, or even secret rare cards that hold significant value in the trading card community. Unlike single booster packs, which may contain a mix of common and uncommon cards, a booster box increases the odds of pulling a high-value or competitive card. The excitement of opening pack after pack, revealing new cards with each pull, is what keeps players and collectors coming back. Many booster boxes are themed around specific Pokémon generations, expansions, or special events, making them an essential addition to any collector’s shelf. Players looking to build competitive decks also benefit from booster boxes, as they contain various powerful trainer cards, energy cards, and high-tier Pokémon that can dramatically enhance gameplay. Whether you are seeking nostalgic cards from older sets or the latest and greatest Pokémon from the newest expansion, a Pokémon Cards Booster Box provides an unforgettable unboxing experience.
Pokémon Cards Booster Box Offers the Thrill of Surprise Packs
The element of surprise is a significant part of what makes a Pokémon Cards Booster Box so appealing. Unlike buying individual cards from a store or online marketplace, opening a booster box brings a sense of unpredictability and excitement. Each pack within the box contains a randomized assortment of Pokémon, trainer, and energy cards, making every unboxing a unique adventure. This unpredictability is one of the key reasons why Pokémon cards remain so popular among collectors and players alike. The thrill of pulling a rare holographic card or stumbling upon a limited-edition promotional card keeps fans eagerly opening packs. Booster boxes also often include special promo cards, exclusive to that particular set, adding further value to the purchase. This mystery aspect transforms each unboxing into a memorable experience, much like a treasure hunt where you never know what valuable finds await. For competitive players, this surprise element can also introduce new strategies by offering unexpected Pokémon combinations that enhance gameplay. The sheer excitement of opening a Pokémon Cards Booster Box is an experience that every Pokémon TCG enthusiast should enjoy at least once.
A Must-Have for Serious Collectors and Competitive Players
For those serious about Pokémon cards, whether as collectors or competitive players, a Pokémon Cards Booster Box is a must-have investment. Collectors who wish to complete entire sets or acquire valuable cards for future resale find booster boxes to be a cost-efficient way of obtaining multiple rare and highly sought-after cards. Meanwhile, competitive players can significantly improve their decks with powerful new additions that give them an edge in tournaments and friendly matches alike. The variety of cards in a booster box ensures a mix of essential trainer cards, energy cards, and strong Pokémon that contribute to better gameplay. Additionally, some booster boxes contain exclusive cards that can only be found within that particular set, making them an essential acquisition for dedicated fans. Pokémon cards are also considered collectible investments, with certain rare finds appreciating in value over time. By purchasing a booster box, collectors increase their chances of securing highly valuable cards that could become prized assets in the future.
Enhance Your Deck with Exclusive Cards from a Pokémon Cards Booster Box
Building a strong Pokémon TCG deck requires strategy, and a Pokémon Cards Booster Box provides players with exclusive and powerful cards that can significantly enhance their gameplay. The diverse selection of Pokémon, trainer, and energy cards found in a booster box allows players to experiment with new combinations and improve their existing decks. High-tier Pokémon such as VMAX, GX, and EX cards offer game-changing abilities that can turn the tide of a match. Additionally, certain expansions include special trainer cards that boost specific types of Pokémon, adding a layer of strategy to deck-building. Collectors looking to enhance their card collection with limited-edition releases also benefit from booster boxes, as these boxes frequently contain secret rare and alternate art versions of fan-favorite Pokémon. Whether you are a seasoned player refining your deck or a casual fan looking to expand your collection, a Pokémon Cards Booster Box offers the best opportunity to obtain exclusive and powerful cards.
The Best Way to Find Holographic and Limited-Edition Cards
Holographic and limited-edition Pokémon cards are among the most sought-after by collectors and players alike. A Pokémon Cards Booster Box significantly increases the chances of obtaining these rare and visually stunning cards. Many booster boxes feature ultra-rare variants such as rainbow rares, gold cards, and full-art holographic cards that are difficult to find in single booster packs. Opening a booster box provides a structured way to acquire these premium cards while enjoying the excitement of unboxing. Certain expansions release special edition cards featuring exclusive artwork, alternate holo patterns, or commemorative designs, making them highly desirable among collectors. Competitive players also benefit from these rare cards, as they often include high-tier Pokémon with exceptional abilities that can give them an advantage in battle. For anyone seeking to add extraordinary Pokémon cards to their collection, a booster box is the best way to increase their chances of finding these prized gems.
Pokémon Cards Booster Box Increases Your Chances of Valuable Pulls
One of the most exciting aspects of purchasing a Pokémon Cards Booster Box is the increased probability of pulling valuable cards. Unlike buying random single packs, where the chances of finding rare or ultra-rare cards are lower, a booster box offers a greater number of packs, leading to better odds of obtaining high-value cards. Many Pokémon TCG enthusiasts purchase booster boxes specifically to hunt for rare holographic, secret rare, or special edition cards that hold significant value in the trading card market. Whether you are a seasoned collector or a player looking to improve your deck, the financial and strategic benefits of a booster box are undeniable.
Conclusion
A Pokémon Cards Booster Box is the ultimate investment for collectors, players, and Pokémon TCG enthusiasts. With the potential to discover rare, holographic, and powerful Pokémon, each box offers an exciting and rewarding unboxing experience. Whether you are expanding your collection, enhancing your deck, or hunting for valuable cards, a booster box provides an unmatched opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Pokémon cards. If you are serious about Pokémon TCG, there is no better way to take your collection and gameplay to the next level than with a Pokémon Cards Booster Box.

Pokémon Booster Boxes – A Must-Have for Every Card Collector
Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) is a favorite among collectors and players worldwide. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player, Pokémon Booster Boxes are an excellent way to expand your collection and improve your deck. These boxes contain multiple booster packs, each filled with exciting and rare cards that can help you build a powerful Pokémon lineup.
Why Should You Buy Pokémon Booster Boxes?
If you love Pokémon cards, investing in Pokémon Booster Boxes is a smart choice. Each box contains several booster packs, which means you get more chances to find rare and valuable cards. Here are some key reasons why booster boxes are a great investment:
More Cards, More Fun
A single Pokémon Booster Box typically contains 36 booster packs. Each pack has a mix of common, uncommon, rare, and sometimes ultra-rare cards. This gives you plenty of opportunities to collect powerful Pokémon, energy cards, and trainers.
Higher Chances of Rare Cards
One of the biggest reasons collectors prefer booster boxes is the higher chance of pulling rare and holographic cards. Buying single booster packs may not guarantee valuable cards, but with a full booster box, your odds improve significantly.
Great for Trading and Battles
Whether you're playing competitively or just collecting for fun, having more cards means better options for trading and building a stronger deck. If you pull duplicate cards, you can trade them with friends or other collectors to complete your set.
Where to Buy Pokémon Booster Boxes?
If you’re looking to expand your Pokémon card collection, you can Buy Pokémon Booster Boxes online from various trusted retailers. Shopping online gives you access to a wide selection of booster boxes, including rare and limited-edition sets.

Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pokémon TCG: “Heat Wave Arena” Expansion Brings New Trainer’s Pokémon! The Pokémon Trading Card Game is heating up with the release of the “Heat Wave Arena” enhanced expansion pack for the Scarlet & Violet series! Arriving on March 14, 2025, this set introduces powerful Trainer’s Pokémon, new strategies, and a special campaign for Pokémon Center Japan purchases.
Tumblr media
Hibiki’s Pokémon: Fire and Fury! The Johto-region Trainer Hibiki (Ethan) takes center stage with a fire-focused lineup, including his signature Pokémon Ho-Oh ex!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hibiki’s Ho-Oh ex has the ability “Flash of Fire,” which lets you attach two basic Fire Energy from your hand to one of your benched Hibiki Pokémon. Its attack, “Shining Feather,” deals 160 damage and heals 50 HP for each Pokémon you have in play. It’s a must-have for fire-based decks. Supporting Fire-Type Pokémon include Hibiki’s Typhlosion, whose “Buddy Blast” attack gains power based on how many Hibiki’s Adventure cards are in your discard pile, reaching up to 280 damage. Hibiki’s Quilava and Cyndaquil assist in building your deck’s synergy, while Hibiki’s Magcargo has the “Yogan Burst” attack, which lets you discard up to five Fire Energy for 70 damage per Energy. Hibiki’s Pichu offers a unique draw engine with “Biriri Draw,” dealing 30 damage and drawing a card with no Energy cost. Hibiki’s Adventure is a crucial trainer card that lets you search your deck for up to three Hibiki’s Pokémon and Basic Fire Energy, putting them into your hand for better setup and synergy. Misty’s Pokémon: The Power of Water! Misty, the Cerulean City Gym Leader, returns with a water-themed arsenal, featuring Misty’s Gyarados.
Tumblr media
Misty’s Gyarados has the attack “Zabu-Zabu Panic,” which discards the top seven cards of your deck. For every Misty Pokémon discarded, it deals 70 damage, maxing out at 490 damage. Supporting Misty Pokémon include Misty’s Magikarp, whose “Super Dig” ability prevents it from taking damage while on the bench. Misty’s Psyduck has the ability “Slap Jump,” which allows this Pokémon to cycle back into your deck, setting up massive damage for Misty’s Gyarados. The trainer card Holy Fire returns up to five Pokémon from your discard pile to your deck, increasing the odds of powering up Misty’s Gyarados for huge damage. Shield Battle Format – A New Way to Play! This set is optimized for Shield Battles, a format where players use only booster packs from a set to construct their decks. This allows for fun, fast-paced battles with limited deckbuilding. Pokémon Center Japan Campaign – Exclusive Promo Packs! As part of a special campaign, players who purchase a full booster box at Pokémon Center Japan will receive a free promo booster pack featuring exclusive Illustration Rare 2024 cards.

I’ve been very productive in Scarlet today - Char now knows Aura Sphere instead of Flamethrower (after accidentally matching Char the Ceruledge in Violet up with the event Ceruledge from February, I decided at some point I should do the same for Char the Armarouge in Scarlet. Last week I swapped her Flame Charge out for Flash Cannon (and also swapped Luna’s Scale Shot out for Night Slash))
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I’ve started working on the Scarlet versions of the Cadets (the line of Armarouge from left to right: Char (not a Cadet), Cascade (not a Cadet), one with a Water Tera type which I will change because Cascade has the Water Tera type too, one with a Ground Tera type, Cannon (Steel Tera type, also the one whose height is being checked) and Spectre (currently has the Normal Tera type, I want to change it to Ghost))
Tumblr media
Got the last Master-level sandwich recipes
Tumblr media
*Insert Robert Grove from The Goes Wrong Show saying “where’s the table?”* I decided to either check out the new Master-level sandwiches or shiny-hunt Roaring Moon again because I have nothing better to do than fail another impossible shiny hunt and this morning I made a joke that because I accidentally named my shiny Iron Valiant (Rose) after my Scarlet player character (Rose) I should name my eventual shiny Roaring Moon after my player character in Violet (Lavender) even though the colours don’t match at all. Oh yeah also it took three attempts to get the table to show up (I had to move for the third picnic because that beach next to Levincia didn’t like the idea of the table turning up)
Tumblr media
Worst sandwich ever (presentation-wise. Rose and his Pokémon don’t seem to mind the taste). Also those were my last two avocados so I’m gonna have to buy some more if I wanna continue attempting to shiny hunt Roaring Moon (and please I need to get rid of that Master Ball before I accidentally use it on something else)
Tumblr media
So uhh… you may have noticed a this post is tagged with shiny Pokémon and b I happen to have a Roaring Moon called Lavender in my party in one of the above pictures not long before saying I’d call a shiny Roaring Moon Lavender. Looks like I found my shiny and no longer have to worry about possibly the hardest Paradox shiny hunt (excluding the Raidons, Proto Beasts and Neo Swords who can’t be shiny-hunted). Time to use that Master Ball I’ve been saving for this moment
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The other Pokémon in the cave had other ideas
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And Lavender already had a Booster Energy as well!
Guess now I should bring Rose back into my Violet party now it has a proper counterpart (and I guess the next Paradox Pokémon I have to shiny hunt is Scream Tail)

Damien's 20 Favorite Pokémon (Finalé)
Here it is.
My Number 1 Favorite Pokémon.
Ever since I've started this list on November 3rd 2024, I have gone over choices that either no-brainers or out-of-pocket choices. And while it was tempting to subvert expectations, in the end...
Its got to be a no-brainer!
Tumblr media
1. IRON! FREAKING! VALIANT!
I mean, you all saw this coming by a mile. If the Profile Picture, Blog Banner, and my former Internet Name didn't clue you in (Damien The Valiant Crusader): I FREAKING LOVE IRON VALIANT!!! It is the sole reason why I asked my dad to buy me Pokémon Violet instead of Scarlet, and had not regreted that decision since!
But overtime, I begin to ponder on why I picked this mechanized Gen 3/4 Pokémon as not only my Favorite Pokémon, but as the poster-bot of my Internet persona. But before we get to that answer, I'm gonna gush about everything I love about Iron Valiant!
Tumblr media
Much like how Roaring Moon takes its design from Mega Salamance, Iron Valiant is inspired by not one, but TWO Mega Evolutions (though they're from the same line). The floating pieces around its waist borrow from Mega Gardevoir, as are the extended parts around the eyes. The overall frame as well as the arm blades borrow from Mega Gallade. Said arm blades morphed into a double-bladed glaive (though Bulbapedia insists that it's a halberd) during battle, and there's no arguing on how cool that actually looks.
And then there's its lore: according to an occult magazine, Iron Valiant was the result of a mad scientist's effort to create the most powerful Psychic Pokémon (Mewtwo entered the chat). That is pretty ironic considering I.V. is weak to Psychic, but nevertheless the result is a powerful machine without a heart, thus becoming as cold and vicious as humanly possible, nothing like the emotion-based Pokémon it was based on. This piece of lore is one of my favorites for the sheer amount of irony: a project to create the strongest Psychic Type Pokémon by using as a base template a Pokémon known for empathy and detecting one's emotions and a Pokémon who is honorable in battle, only to end up with a being so ruthless and empty, it will do anything to win no matter the cost to its master, the opponent, or even itself.
And best be sure this mentality is exercises quite well in battle!
Tumblr media
You see this? THIS is what a glass cannon attacker looks like! A great Speed stat for its Tier, amazing digits on both ends of the offensive spectrum, and all of that tied together neatly with one of the most unique type combinations I have ever seen.
Iron Valiant is the only Pokémon to date that has the Fairy/Fighting type combination. It is able to hit an astounding 7 Types for super effective damage, 3 of them are common OU staples. However, this type combination is balanced by having 5 weaknesses, including one to Steel and Fairy. Not that it's an issue for Iron Valiant, but I'll cover that later.
Finally, Iron Valiant shares the same Ability as the other Future Paradox Forms, that being Quark Drive. It basically has the same effect as Protosynthesis, but only when Electric Terrain is up. This is much harder to achieve due to the lack of powerful E.T. setters, forcing Iron Valiant and other Future Paradox Pokémon to hold the Booster Energy. However, once I.V. got those boosts, don't be surprised if the opponent keeps getting out-sped or Iron Valiant dishes out OHKOs it has no business to.
Tumblr media
Speaking of, Iron Valiant has NO business having a movepool this BIG! You got powerful STAB options in Moonblast and Aura Sphere for a Special set and Spirit Break (sorry, no Play Rough) and Close Combat for a Physical set. There's also amazing coverage moves such as Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Knock Off, Psychic, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, the Elemental Punches, and Poison Jab just to name a few.
And that's only the DAMAGING moves! I could not count the amount of viable status moves Iron Valiant has on all 10 fingers: Swords Dance, Calm Mind, Taunt, Destiny Bond, Disable, Encore, Dual Screens, Substitute, Thunder Wave, Trick, Wide Guard, Coaching, Trick Room; I.V. even used Hypnosis at one point until the Sleep Ban!
It is UNBELIEVABLE how Iron Valiant can learn so many useful moves, leading to so many movesets be it Physical, Special, Mixed, and even Hex-Hypnosis! It's no wonder this Pokémon stayed in the OU Tier even to this very day!
Tumblr media
Okay.
Now that I've gushed about Iron Valiant, it's time I answer the question I've brought up at the start of this post: why is the Future Paradox form of Gallade and Gardevoir my favorite Pokémon?
And the answer is...
...not as straightforward as you may think.
Tumblr media
Okay, hear me out:
When it comes to picking their favorite Pokémon, some people have their own ways of doing so.
Some Pokémon are loved the instant they are announced, while some don't sit well with people the first time but gradually gain popularity overtime.
Some people pick their favorites based on design; some pick based on lore and backstory; and some for their excellent performance in the competitive scene.
The point I'm trying to make is that everyone in the Pokémon community has their own personal favorite Pokémon and their reasons why, and I love it! I'm always curious about everyone's favorite Pokémon and what qualities they found in it that I can't.
As for me, my personal favorite Pokémon is one that I resonate the most; one with a cool and creative design; one with rich lore and interesting origins; one that can sweep an entire team; and one that embodies the best parts of being a Pokémon.
That's why Iron Valiant is my favorite Pokémon ever, and I will be surprised that anything before and after it will surpass it.
Tumblr media
So if you ever want to know what your favorite Pokémon is, just remember: it's your choice and no one will stop you!

Are, Yet Are Not
A celebration was occurring in Dornogal. At the eleventh hour a group of adventurers led by Alleria Windrunner had discovered Xal’atath’s true goal and, at the Priory of the Sacred Flame, they had thwarted her plans. Aided by the adventurers Alleria, Anduin, and Faerin had forced their way through to the main section of the sanctum to find the Harbinger using the Dark Heart to absorb the power of the corrupted aspect of Beledar into itself.
This time, Xal’atath had underestimated Alleria, the void elf’s arrow aimed not for her… but for the relic instead! A well-aimed shot had damaged the Dark Heart, unleashing the energies trapped within and forcing Xal’atath into retreat!
Whats more, they had been reunited with an unexpected friend… one they had believed dead. When the Dark Heart was damaged a small raven made of pure arcane energies burst forth just as Xal’atath fled, landing in a heap on the floor of the priory and transforming into none other than Khadgar!
The Guardian of Tirisfal was alive, but near death. Without intervention he would have fallen in truth, but at this moment Anduin overcame his fear and reached out to the Light once more… and the Light responded. Flowing through the wandering King, it passed to Khadgar and healed his body, saving the mage’s life.
However, Anduin could only keep death away and Khadgar was still badly hurt. After being escorted to Dornogal for more help than Anduin could offer in the field he had explained what had happened.
When he faced down Xal’atath in Dalaran she had unleashed a spell that drew all the magical energy into the city into the Dark Heart, creating the massive black hole that had destroyed the floating island and all upon it. Khadgar had recognized this and in a desperate gamble he had used his power to transform his own body into arcane energy and let the Dark Heart absorb him as well! To do otherwise was certain death.
He was alive, but trapped inside the Dark Heart, a bodiless entity, until Alleria’s arrow had created a gap for him to escape through.
Khadgar had explained all back at the Foundation Hall in Dornogal, seated in a wheeled chair as his legs had quite a bit of trouble supporting him following his ordeal, to Jaina, Alleria, Anduin, Thrall and all others who asked.
The majority of adventurers however didn’t care. Xal’atath had been defeated, the nerubians had broken and retreated the second she had fled and released her mental domination of the ascended, and Hallowfall had been saved. Now was the time to celebrate a hard-fought victory.
Though, not all were celebrating. Some were having to prepare for other threats…
The Glittering Prize
Seated in the galley were Nelen Fullmoon, Shalandrae Deeproots, Samantha Montebank, Grimo Blamstick, and Mola’raum… along with someone new. Using a few of Nelen’s spare tomes as a booster seat was a gnomish woman with deep scarlet hair and glowing blue eyes… the reaper Nankoz Scarletspark.
“So yes, I’m going to be tagging along with you all for a while.” nodded the undead gnome. “I have a duty to the Ebon Blade to hunt down Garnal, and since he’s proooooooobably going to come after you again that means I’ll be waiting to attack him when he does.” she grinned, her sharpened canines shining in the light.
She was a small thing, not even four feet tall, and dressed in the finery of a noble. A white linen shirt with a scarlet cravat tucked into a blood red vest, along with black trousers, boots and gloves. She looked every image the romantic notion of a vampire that some people fantasized about, especially those who had never fought a san’layn or a Nathrazeim and knew exactly how horrible the blood and soul drinking horrors could be.
Nelen nodded to her, the magus scratching her chin, “Yes well… look, this has been bothering me since the battle but… you said your name was Nankoz Scarletspark… yes?” he asked.
She nodded to him, “That’s right.” she replied, a wry smile forming on her face. She had a hunch she knew where this was going.
Nelen coughed awkwardly, “Its just… I’ve heard that name before. I’m a scribe as well as a mage and in some literary circles… well…” he trailed off.
As he did however Samantha raised an eyebrow, “Wait a damn minute… Nelen, you’re not thinking of… um…” she looked between him and Nankoz, “… that one writer all the, um, the spookies are into… right?” she asked.
Grimo lowered his mug and glanced at Samantha, “What th’ fuck are th’ spookies?” he asked.
Samantha’s cheeks darkened as she waved a hand dismissively, “Oh just… in Stormwind there’s some younger humans who think that it’s a very… romantic thing to be touched by darkness, death, or the void and so… they’ll… well they’ll tend to dress in all black or dark purple velvet, stay up late at night a lot, wear black makeup, and try to get friendly with void elves and death knights…” she explained, “Most of them just weird us out really.”
Nankoz giggled at that, “Mmhm, my loyal fanbase…” she replied. “Good to know that Stormwind hasn’t forgotten me.”
Nelen stared at her, “So… you are that Nankoz, the one who wrote… um…” he hesitated, he wasn’t sure he wanted to admit he knew of such things infront of Shalandrae (who wouldn’t judge him but it would still be embarrassing,) Mola’raum (who wouldn’t judge him personally but find it hilarious,) and Grimo (who would judge the hell out of him.)
Nankoz grinned again, showing her fangs once more. “Let me help. I was the author of The Scarlet Harem of the Blood Queen, and Darkness of Stranglethorn: Secret Rites of Hakkar, and From Beyond the Grave: A Necromancer’s Romance.” she offered.
Shalandrae had been mid-gulp of her moonberry wine, at the third title that wine sprayed out of her mouth across the table. The druid coughed frantically, wiping her mouth with the back of her hand, then she stared at the gnome. “Sorry, WHAT?!” she asked, her wild bushy eyebrows so high they threatened to vanish under her hairline.
Nelen took off his glasses and wiped them on a cloth, he did that sometimes when things got uncomfortable. “Yes, um… it’s a certain genre of fiction stories that are popular with a certain subsect of Stormwind’s citizenry. Darker romance novels that are… well… romantic fantasies, but with a hint of danger and the thrill of taboo. For some those are very tempting stories.” he explained.
Samantha cocked her head at Nankoz, “Yeah, but she never released a new story after the Blood War… I guess this might be why?” she asked, gesturing to the gnome’s glowing blue eyes.
Nankoz shrugged, “More or less… I had heard of the Blood Trolls in Nazmir and I thought that I could tag along on one of the military missions there to do some research and get inspiration for a new book. It… didn’t go great.” she admitted.
Mola’raum nodded, “Remembah how Bolivar be havin’ us make a buncha new Death Knights before Sylvannas busted da crown? Nankoz be one o’ dem. Groupa me brudders found ‘er in a blood troll corpse pile ‘n brought ‘er back ta Icecrown fer de death ritual.” he replied, “… ‘n it turns out if ya spend ya mortal life writin’ stories ‘bout vampires… ‘n den ya suddenly BE a vampire… weeeeeeeell…”
Nankoz laughed at that, “Indeed! I took to it like a bat to the night sky! Channeling the power of blood was all but reflexive for me, and I distinguished myself so well that Mograine himself recommended me for the title of Reaper!”
Shalandrae stared at the gnome, her mug all but forgotten. She had managed to get her head around the idea that Mola’raum and Edwood had undeath forced upon them and were just making do as best as they could… but she had only been vaguely aware of the existence of ‘the spookies,’ and this was the first she’d heard about Nankoz’s literary pursuits, and the idea that someone could want to become such a thing…
“I need a drink.” she said abruptly, standing up.
“I think that was the last of the moonberry wine we had.” pointed out Nelen, looking at the stain on the table’s surface.
“I need a bigger drink.” she clarified, heading for the door.
“Are you going to Dornogal?” he asked.
“Bigger!” she replied.
“What?” he asked again as she ducked out the door, then there was a loud splash from outside.
Samantha looked out the porthole to see a sea lion swimming along the surface of the water before disappearing under the waves.
“… can’t get much bigger than the ocean.” she shrugged, taking her seat again.
Nelen cleared his throat, “So… you’ll just be staying until Garnal is dealt with? I don’t know if we have the spare space in the ship. I mean, we’re already playing host to four extras…” he pointed out.
“Oh don’t worry about that. Death Kight remember? You don’t need a bunk if you don’t have to sleep.” teased the undead gnome.
Speaking of said extras however… the group that they had begun thinking of as ‘The Timelost’ were off doing their own things.
Dareley was getting to know the daughter he quite literally never had in Dornogal, answering any questions she might have about the current state of Azeroth in this timeline. Yvain was still shocked and horrified by what became of Arthas in this time, but that was the reality of things here and she needed to be ready for any other surprises.
Loren was out hunting with Aziguni and Galdia, the worgen’s senses allowing her to pull double duty in tracking prey with Nightpelt. She was reveling at being on a world that wasn’t ruined (or at least not ruined yet, things were a bit strained right now to say the least) and was making every opportunity to enjoy being in the wilderness that simply didn’t exist anymore when she was from.
Zul’zanza… well… he was doing his own thing.
But right now, on the sandy beach outside of the ship, Jaie and Xhu Pai were sparring.
They used sticks rather than spears, blunted at the ends to avoid injury, as the two went at each other. Jaie was holding back as much as she could, but reflexes were reflexes and it was surprisingly hard to do so when fighting a novice. She wondered how her masters back on the Wandering Isle managed it.
Xhu Pai let out a snarl and dove at her, aiming the stick at her midsection, and in a blur Jaie stepped to the side and reached for the spear to snatch it out of her hands without even thinking. Xhu saw this however and pulled it away, then swung it less like a spear and more like a bat as she aimed for Jaie’s legs!
The pandaren woman smirked, then let the stick hit them and quickly kicked out, sending it away and spinning Xhu as she tried desperately to hang onto it, then smacked out at the back of her legs with her own training spear. Xhu flailed as she lost her balance and swung wildly with her own weapon, and this time Jaie didn’t see it coming.
She had trained to avoid blows meant to do damage, but a wild flail was wild and her instincts didn’t know how to respond to that. The spear smacked her on the side of the head and she let out a cough as she stumbled, then fell just as Xhu did, the two pandaren landing in a tangle of limbs on the beach.
Xhu coughed and rolled over, “… guht sund in muh mouf…” she said in disgust, coughing out a cloud of particles onto the beach as Jaie pushed herself up. Jaie looked down at her, the woman’s hair askew as she shook out the dizziness. Xhu looked up at her, then reached up and pulled something out of her hair.
Their fall had disturbed enough of the sand to unearth the home of a hermit crab, who Xhu was holding by the shell. The crab was flailing it’s legs and pincers in panic, trying to find purchase on thin air. “… new hair ornament?” she suggested.
Jaie snorted, then laughed as Xhu bust out giggling as well, putting the crab down on the dunes as it quickly scurried away to safety. Jaie had been wound up since her encounter with Xiaren in Hallowfall, and this had snapped the tension. She couldn’t help laughing at just how silly that had been.
Xhu giggled herself, and looked up at Jaie, and for a moment… just a moment… in all the excitement, she forgot something important.
She sat up on her elbows and pressed her lips to Jaie’s, closing her eyes.
Jaie’s eyes however went wide as she let out a surprised ‘MMPGH?!’ and tried to pull back.
Xhu blinked her eyes, then her face went visibly red through the white parts of her fur and she shoved her away. “OH CELESTIALS!” she swore, scooting away on the dunes, “I’m sorry! I’m sorry! It was just… that… your laugh… everything… I forgot for a moment…” she stammered.
Jaie coughed, Xhu had still had a bit of sand in her mouth… “I mean… um… it was a nice kiss?” she tried awkwardly, her own cheeks red.
Xhu however looked horrified. “BUT YOU’RE NOT HER!” she shouted, digging her fingers into her hair as her training spear thumped down onto the sands.
Jaie winced, knowing exactly what Xhu was referring to. She both was Jaie Swiftpaw, and yet wasn’t the Jaie that Xhu Pai knew and loved. The same woman but having grown up under extremely different circumstances. In some respects they were totally different from each other, in others… so similar that Xhu had a hard time remembering that she wasn’t Jaie.
Jaie tried reaching a hand out to her, “Xhu, its alright…” she began, but the other pandaren cut her off.
“NO ITS NOT!” she cried, “Its not! You’re not her but you are and… auuuugh!” she shook her head, “I can’t… I just can’t take this anymore!” she insisted, scrambling to her feet and running back onto the ship as Jaie watched her go. She really didn’t know what she could say to that.
It was such a mad situation, being trapped in an alternate timeline. Everything you knew was wrong, and it wasn’t anyone’s fault… but that didn’t fix anything either. She sighed, then gathered up the training spears and muttered, “Nyloc, any time you want to come back so we can beat that relic out of you and send her home…”
But Nyloc was conspicuously absent, likely he could tell that the Glittering Prize was full of those who would deem him an enemy. After his last disastrous attempt he wouldn’t likely risk it again with so many of them in the same place… but did that mean they’d have to bait him out somehow… or would they have to find a way to go after him?
Would they need to somehow, in all the timelines of Azeroth, track down a rogue chronomancer on his home turf if they wanted to undo the damage caused by his misuse of the Perfect Chance?
