Booguie is an imaginary friend who originated from a kid’s Halloween pumpkin. The object connecting him to the physical world was destroyed during a time when it was supposed to be protecting the kid that created it, which has caused it a massive amount of distress.

I’ve actually done drawings of this guy so physical description is a bit easier this time

As an imaginary friend who was “severed” from its host, Booguie was abruptly pulled into a place called Hodgepodge. Hodgepodge is where all forgotten (or severed) imaginary friends go. It’s a constantly changing landscape that looks like a mashup of 8 different genres of cartoon.

Since the sudden separation from its creator was during a particularly violent moment, Booguie has joined a club for imaginary friends who were severed from the person imagining them. It’s mostly a support group, but thanks to the cunning of one of the members, it and its friends are able to return to the real world and help people in dangerous or otherwise distressing situations.
