It's a really hard time in the US right now. Everything sucks, ALOT. I've been planning to create a drawing based around Gonzo, from the Muppets, for a while now. But right now, this was a little bit of a vent piece.

Gonzo has been famous for being a "whatever." A character who doesn't really know what he is. He has always been at least a little bit queer. In a comic from the 1980s, Gonzo went into a bathroom labeled "Whatever". In 2020, Baby Gonzo, from Muppet Babies, wore a dress. This particular quote "I'm an Artist" comes from a comic where Scooter asks Gonzo what he is, because he never really understood. Gonzo replies, "Oh Scooter, Don't you know? I'm an Artist!"

Gonzo has always been my favorite muppet, and I relate to him a huge amount. So I decided to draw him, coming out of a cannon, (which I colored after the non-binary flag).

Brown- Eaten by bugs

White- Consumed by fungi
