Chapter 2

Okay Im making friends now so ill just tag them because im happy I can tag people to read my stuff

Rustbolt woke up rather suddenly. And with a zap.

“JESUS CHRIST!” He jumped off the couch, onto his feet.

Electric Boogaloo chuckled. His finger still had some sparks flying off.

“...You just shocked my ass!” Rustbolt rubbed his butt.

“As if that needed to be repeated.” EB blew on his finger like it was a gun, and the sparks extinguished. “But hey, I gotcha to shake your groove thang!”

Rustbolt rolled his eyes. I don’t want anything to do with your disco. Disco is dead,” He said out of frustration. He hated being woken up. Then again, nobody really LIKED being woken up.

EB looked at Rustbolt in a misture of anger and hurt. “Disco is UNdead, thank you very much.” After a few seconds, EB looked at his friend. “You wanna go down that road?”

“What, a roasting?”

EB nodded. “Fite me boi.”

Rustbolt swatted Boogaloo’s thick curls. “Ginger.”

EB placed his hand on Rustbolt’s head, and it made a smacking sound. “Baldie.”

Rustbolt realized he never put the suit back on. “Tacky.”

“Nerd.”

“Your hair is starting to seep into your brain.”

“Your brain grew a few hairs, they managed to get through the skull.”

Rustbolt narrowed his eyes. “I’m smarter.”

“And I’M sexier.” EB smiled and jutted his hip to the left.

“All you can do is dance and party.”

And YOU can’t dance or party!~” EB did a victory moonwalk, he knew he had won this one.

Rustbolt sighed and put on his suit. “You win,” he said, defeated.

“You did better than ever,” EB said. “Your record was 2 comebacks.” He chuckled.

Rustbolt smirked and rolled his eyes. “So what’s the deal with waking me up?”

EB hopped onto Rustbolt’s back.

“Hey, hey! Get off!”

“We need to get to Zomboss, he sent out a text.”

“I didn’t get it.”

“You have a habit of turning your phone off.”

Rustbolt facepalmed. “Of course.”

“Now, take to the skies, my iron clad friend! Awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!”

Rustbolt chuckled and flew out the open window. When he reached about 50 feet he stopped and looked at the ground. The ground was an orangey brown as normal, but the mounds of trash in his junkyard seemed larger than usual. He slammed his hand into his helmet and it refocused, and everything looked normal.

“Watch out!” EB screamed. But it was too late. Super Brainz, the moron he is sometimes, had flew full-force into Rustbolt, knocking EB off. He plumetted towards the earth, and a loud crack was heard.

“...Oops.” Super Brainz flew away before guilt could set in.

Rustbolt stopped his boots and dropped down at falling speed. As he got about 10 feet from the ground he started them up again and landed softly onto the ground. “EB?”

The pile of yellow rubber, flesh and bone didn’t respond.

“Boogles? Shock and Awesome? Floofbrain? Boogie Boy? Pop ‘n’ Locker?”

Nothing.

“DISCO ZOMBIE!” He screamed as a last resort. Then out of the corner of his eye, refraced from the tears in his eyes, he saw something.

Hair.

He got up, tears rolling down his eyes and some snot oozing out of his nostrils. He picked up the Zombie head. It was EB’s head. EB looked up at Rustbolt, and gagged. He stuck out his tongue, and a bolt of electricity shot from his tongue to Rustbolt’s shoulder. Suddenly Rustbolt’s phone rang. “You turned it on?”

EB tried to nod without a neck.

Rustbolt checked his phone. He had a text from EB.

“Wipe that mucus off your face, it oozing out of your nostrils is GROSS”

Rustbolt laughed, partially because it was funny but mostly because his friend wasn’t dead. Again. He wiped his nostrils and took the head to EB’s body, where he pushed all the limbs back into place, then placed the dancing maniac’s head back on.

“What a RUSH!” EB said.

“Eeeeyyy, Epileptic Boogliemoo, WHADDUP BOIIIIIIIIIIIIIII”

Rustbolt and EB turned to the sound of the Mermaid’s iconic voice.

Nep was on crutches. “Come on, you two hunks,” she chuckled. “We gotta go to the meeting.” she was covered in oil.

“What’s with the oil?” EB asked.

“Idiot. How do you think I GOT here?” With that, Neptuna somehow hopped, right into a trench with oil in it and ZOOM! She was off.

Rustbolt shrugged, wiped the drying tears off his face, and flew towards Zomboss’s lair. He just hoped it wasn’t about the laser.

But guess what? It was.
