When we equate body size with worth or value, we hurt anyone who does not naturally fit that mold. And plenty of people don't. We are not a one-size-fits-all species. We are all over the spectrum. And we should honor all of those differences. Being in a bigger body means nothing more than having a different hair color or eye color. It is a description of us. It is not a moral value.
