Nos conformamos?
Ayer tuve un dia maravilloso, y siempre agradecida por cada dia de mi vida, me levanto, tengo mi dia productivo como siempre, tuve mis clases de bodybalance, normalmente hago muchas cosas en ayunas, mis entrenamientos y entre otras cosas, eso quiere decir que ayuno de 16 a 20 horas diarias, y mi ingesta de comida es de 6 a 8 hr diarias, destine un dia diferente, voy a mis clases, desayuno fuera, hago compras personales, como bodycare, skincare, entre otros. Iba caminando y vi mucha gente haciendo fila, fuí a ver y una tienda muy reconocida de comesmeticos estaba haciendo pequeños juegos donde el que gane obtiene un regalo, hice la fila para la maquina KEYMASTER y habian otros juegos mas sencillos y le di a otro mientras esperaba la fila, y gane, y me fui de la fila porque gane algo que no fue gran cosa, aun asi me siento agradecida por ello, el hecho no es lo que me gane, el hecho es que me confomé, en vez de esperar la fila y quizas ganarme el mejor premio con la maquina que me habia interesado.
Por que hablo de esto? me dí cuenta al terminar el dia, ya que me puse a pensar sobre mi dia, en que realmente aveces nos confomams con lo que sea, ya sean personas, cosas, entre otros, como "ah si es lo que me toco""ya tengo esto" etc.
Mi moraleja "Debo dejar de conformarme y ser tan pendeja jaja" Siempre ir por mas, no bajar la meta, aumentar el esfuerzo y aplica para todo en la vida!
