Trump's attorney says she was 'not allowed' to observe the FBI Mar-a-Lago search

Donald Trump's attorney, Christina Bobb, said she was "not allowed" to observe FBI agents as they searched the former president's Palm Beach estate, Mar-A-Lago. She made the comments to Real America's Voice, a conservative news network, Tuesday. The FBI, however, is not under any obligation to allow attorneys to oversee a search, a retired FBI agent told Insider.

FBI protocol requires agents to show a copy of the search warrant — as well as provide an itemized list of what was taken after it is finished — but it has discretion on whether to allow the attorney to be present while the search is conducted. 

Bobby Chacon, another retired FBI agent and former attorney, told Insider that the agency can "keep them out."

"In a nutshell, no, they don't have a right to be there," Chacon said. "If we want to keep them out, we can keep what we want out while we conduct the search."

Is it true that the FBI are assisting Australian authorities to investigate allegations of perjury following 2015 dog-smuggling furore? Do you have any update on this? Also what would be the consequence if the Aus authorities find Amber perjured herself? Do we need to be worried about it? Looks like everyone is working against her. I am very concerned about it!

in 2016, Amber pleaded guilty to smuggling the dogs so they dropped the charges, and she and depp made the apology video;

in UK trial 2020, Kevin Murphy(Depp's former estate manager) stated that Amber asked him to falsify the documents about the dogs before their trip to Australia in 2015;

Australia opened ''the investigation'' in October 2020;

ThatUmrellaGuy claimed in his youtube videos that FBI will assist in this investigation in (around)October 2021;

In her article it says they talked to former(!!!) FBI agents whether it's possible:

An email sent to FBI Headquarters in Washington asking about the FBI’s assistance in the case has not received a response as of Monday. Typically, however, FBI does not comment on active investigations. Attempts to reach an FBI spokesperson by phone were unsuccessful, likely due to the holiday weekend.

9. nowhere in the article she writes her proof of FBI assisting, not once.

10. it's been 12 months since they opened the investigation, if they truly had perjury proof, they would have charged Amber a couple months ago.

Was there any part of the issues that you'd already read that you remembered completely differently in some way? Back in the day, I actually loved the leadup arc to 150 because I think that Sonic, Metal Sonic, and Shadow all fighting overrode the part of my brain that was saying "nothing anybody is doing makes sense at all", and looking back now it's all so dumb. (I'm pleased to say that even dumb 13 year old me was disgusted by 150 though).

The biggest one is that I really liked Chacon's Tommy Turtle stuff as a kid, in part because I assumed that there must have been tons of older stories setting up Tommy as one of Sonic's best friends. SURELY this must carry a ton of emotional weight, I thought

That's kind of a running theme with a lot of my early Archie experience. Any time something was confusing to me I just assumed that it was a really cool and dramatic moment building off of years of stories I didn't read. Only a few issues after I started Knuckles died, and I figured the Chaos Knuckles stuff and the drama with Dimitri must've been the satisfying payoff of years of Epic Lore that I had missed out on. My fourth ever issue was the one where we learn that for the last 20 issues Tails had been replaced with a clone, and that the real Tails had been captured by Mogul. I misunderstood and thought that the fake Tails had been with Sonic for the entire series up to that point, and that the real Tails was actually this legendary hero because of the Chosen One status and the cape. My third ever issue had Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy's data files in it. It was all gibberish to me at the time, but I assumed I had unearthed all of the True Deep Lore about the characters, when in reality it was largely Penders bullshit like Sonic's middle name being Maurice

And, yes, I even thought Mobius: 25 Years Later was neat, if only because I took it as a glimpse at the canonical future of the Sonic cast and I liked the novelty of that
