See, here’s the mask removal imagery again.

In this scene, Twice takes off his mask to reveal his true feelings about how he blames himself for Magne’s death and Mr Compress losing his arm.

It’s also a moment he acts outside of the role of “villain” by wishing he could have prevented harm to (saved) his comrades.

He also removed his mask to try to establish some kind of connection with Shigaraki. And Shigaraki reciprocated by choosing to remove the hand from his face to face his allies directly for the first time.

DUDES, i had a dream that princess Tutu got a reboot and the story got expanded and it was a little creepier. Like Drosselmeyer sent these weird creatures to follow Duck around and she was not having a good time at all. She would spend a lot of time by the lake/pond she came from and she would express her love through art like drawing and even sculpting. So maybe her school was like interdisciplinary where the students take courses for their main focus like her taking several ballet classes, but also taking other courses like these art classes where she was actually pretty decent. But she went from painting Mytho to painting Fakir and her crush on him was more developed and a little more obvious. She was so cute. There was a forest that went past her pond and it was pretty creepy because the forest had all these trees with fallen leaves so they were pointy and frightening and Duck ran into the forest to get away from the creatures Drosselmeyer sent after her, so she got lost and couldn't find her way out for a while. This caused Fakir to worry about her and he sets out to go look for her because he can sense something is wrong. So he takes his horse and sword and goes into the enchanted forest to look for her. The series was SO much fun!!! The story was just like Ohmg!!!! Duck got lost!!! Duck is in danger!!! Who will save her? The prince she once loved or the knight she is falling for?

Hehehe i had a dream that Shouto and Izuku kissed in canon. It was a really quick peck on the lips and it caught Izuku off guard, but Shouto did it like it was normal. We all lost our minds and there were gif sets on tumblr, it kinda crashed ahahaha. But yeah tododeku really did that.

"I didn't think anyone would actually die here..."

Why would any rational person think that? Regardless of the League, they were doing a raid of a crime organization's headquarters and had little to no knowledge of the Shie Hassaikai members' power. Of course death was a possibility.

And it is particularly out of character for Aizawa of all characters to think this. This is the guy whose main trauma is seeing his classmate die by falling debris in an everyday street villain fight during a work study. His entire expelling those with zero potential schtick is that he believes that heroics is a deadly profession and those without the ability to survive should be removed before it kills them.

It also doesn't makes sense how they didn't think Shigaraki would work under anyone else. Yes, Shigaraki was uncooperative and childish, but the heroes should have known at this point that Shigaraki was previously working under All for One. There was more precedent for him working as someone's subordinate than him going out on his own at this point in the manga.

You Can't Stay Blind - (SuperWho (SPN/Doctor Who)) - the Eleventh Doctor runs into Crowley who's wearing a too familiar face

In the Pasture of a Vale (Supernatural) - Dean runs into Adam and Ben five years post-season 5 (written back in 2010)

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

 I think I always end up with a kind of mixed emotion ending like Best Laid Plans or Our Soulmate Academia, so it's difficult to remember the truly happy ones. The most recent happy ending would be The Mystery in the Fog (ACD!Holmes) where Holmes and Watson end up at the same secret wedding of an underground queer club they're both members of unbeknownst to each other and have some revelations

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Sometimes I do. The most infamous incident was the time I wrote a fic speculating on who Castiel's vessel might have been before I got to Jimmy's episode in my binge watch back in the day. The reviewer went into gruesome detail on how I was going to burn in Hell for my fic. It was unreal. I just deleted the fic and then went on to write several more SPN fics as you do.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

I've written smut a handful of times for fics and more often than that for RP since that's part of the RP culture I fell into in university. Most of my smut fics have been orphaned now, but the one that remains is Swallow My Fang at Night Island (Interview with the Vampire (AMC)) I approach smut like I approach fight scenes so I can keep track of the flow of action. I keep my own personal kinks out of it and try to write a scene I think the audience would look for instead

10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?

I've written 15 crossovers. I enjoy them tbh. In terms of plot, the craziest one I wrote was Distortion (BBC Sherlock/My Life in Film) where Jones was hired to play Moriarty and things get way too real. In terms of titles crossed over, the craziest one is probably The Hokage (Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle/Naruto)

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Yes, ages ago. It's why I'm my own beta reader or Kitty Britpicks me because I can trust her

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

I had some requests but I've never been alerted to the final products

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

My brother and I regularly cowrote fics together when I was in high school and he was in middle school. If you ever read a Trigun script-based crack fic in the 00's with the phrase "Love and peace! Doves and geese! Change the world!" or "Another carnival ride with cotton candy," that was us.

14. What’s your all time favourite ship?

I don't think I actually have one because I'm a multi-shipper and I have so many favorites. That said, it might be inuyasha/Kagome since I always had an Inuyasha fic in rotation (usually more than one though) from 2001 - 2007 or so. Unfortunately they've all been lost to time. According to my AO3 relationship toggle in the filters sidebar, it's Destiel (7) and Devil's Minion (7)

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

I have a BnHA fic from before we learned what Hagukure's powers were where she sent Class-A and Aizawa back in time to Yagi's high school years to do a kind of Tenchi in Love (1996) type of plot where they had to stop a time traveler from murdering Yagi. I wrote quite a bit of it but it stalled on me when Midoriy and Nana interacted and I wasn't completely sure how to get that to work

16. What are your writing strengths?

The most consistent thing I get complimented on are my fight sequences, which is why it's sad I lost all my IY fics because I wrote so many fights for them

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

My memory is a sieve and some of the holes are too big

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I've done it before because I was a weeb and it was a trend in the 00's. Not sure I'd do it again now that I've matured past that.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Technically fairytales. I retold Cinderella when I was so little my mom had to write it down for me because I couldn't write yet. I drew pictures to go with the narration

20. Favourite fic you’ve written?

The Land Across the Sea (Black Clover/Boruto) - Boruto ride a tsunami to Clover Kingdom and the knights have to take him back home, which is also Yami's homeland.

I got the idea for this fic when a friend and I were talking about what we'd want the Black Clover movie to be about when it was first announced. Then I took my idea of Yami getting to return to his homeland and made it a crossover because I like the idea of Yami and Naruto knowing each other from back in the day.

Compare this in chapter 17, during USJ:

To now, chapter 148:

1. During USJ, their plan was considered a failure based on a single mistake of Iida escaping. Shigaraki simply gave up and was ready to go home.

2. Overhaul arc, even though the backlash of Twice introducing Overhaul to the League was devastating, Shigaraki decided to build a new plan based on the developments.

2. USJ Shigaraki even thought about killing/disintegrating Kurogiri if he wasn’t so useful. But now he even said he believe in Twice and Toga and he cares about Magne’s death and Mr. Compress’s arm.

3. He was the first to panic. Now he’s the one calming the others down.

4. During Stain arc he was angry because Stain got more attention than the Noumus. Here, he’s using the fact that the yakuza underestimating them as an advantage.

Quality character development.
