Lore: There isn’t much about Moon Rabbit’s lore. All we know is that she gets really excited during Moon Festivals and loves rice cakes.

Personality: Moon Rabbit is in love with rice cakes and gets very excited when she’s given some. When it’s taken from her…she will go on a rampage to get them back or get more. Overall, she’s a sweet Cookie.

Skills: Moon Rabbit's Skill is called Giant Rice Cake Bunny. This skill has Moon Rabbit transform into a Giant Rice Cake Bunny. She jumps up and down, dealing DMG to all enemies and hitting them with the Healing Rice Cake. When defeated, the Healing Rice Cake will restore the HP of all allies (depending on the target). Moon Rabbit will be resistant to interrupting effects.

Costumes: Moon Rabbit has two costumes: Comfy Black Ear Warmers and Brr, Moa Wice Cakes!. Only BMWC can be obtained at any point in the game (CBEW was part of a special timed event), is part of a costume set (The Holiday Gift), and both costumes do have special effects on her skill.

Cookie Decor: Moon Rabbit does have a Cookie Decor called Moon Mortar Picnic. It is so adorable seeing her make rice cakes.

Thoughts: I usually don’t like rabbits…but she’s an exception.

Updates on the Best Snubbed Musical World Cup

I have decided I may close submissions after the semifinals or maybe even quarterfinals of the Best Musical World Cup so I have enough time to prepare the tournament format and possibly choose a new name for the tournament. The Best Musical World Cup is already looking like it will take about a month and a half from start to finish ending on the first week of April at earliest, and I suspect the Best Snubbed Musical World Cup may take two months or more. However I will try to schedule it so that the BSMWC finishes on or before the next Tony Awards on June 11.

I will probably also have a super cup between the winners of the BMWC and BSMWC to determine the Greatest Musical of All Time.

Physician Pathway Programs play a vital role in increasing the physician workforce in the US. Pathway Programs works to help students, from high school through college, address the distinctive and unique student needs at each step along their educational path toward careers in health and medicine. While the programs are separate and distinct, each provides a seamless pathway for academic preparation and enrichment, preparing students to enter medical training (undergraduate medical education) and, ultimately, residency (graduate medical education).

To accomplish this, BMWC partners with medical schools across the country to produce short documentary videos, podcasts, vodcasts, peer-reviewed journal articles, and blogs which bring awareness to this issue that affects not only the black male population but also the nation as a whole.

Their twitter feed (@BMWC) is top-rated because it is loaded with content that is helpful to researchers seeking to better understand the challenges of black males relative to interest, enrollment and matriculation in medical school.

Notes on Seeding:

For the first Qualification Round, I will allocate each musical to one of 6 tiers based on how well I think they will do in the polls, or random chance if I don't know the musical. I will randomly allocate one musical from each tier to each Group. For Qualification Round 2 (if there is one) and the Group Stage, I will allocate musicals into new tiers based on how well they performed in the previous round, with group winners going into Tier 1, group runner-ups going into Tier 2, and so on. The winners and runners-up of each group of the Group Stage advance to the Knockout Bracket. I seed the bracket based on the votes each musical got in the Group Stage.

This is essentially an expanded version of my seeding method in the Best Musical World Cup. It seems to me that seeding in the BMWC worked well, so I have elected to reuse the tenets of that process in the Best Snubbed Musical World Cup.

Best Snubbed Musical World Cup Format

I have decided that the BSMWC will have a 64 musical bracket rather than a 32 musical bracket to accommodate more of the 170 entrants. After tinkering with the math for some days now, there are 3 slightly different qualification methods I have devised and I am not sure which one to go with, or if none of them are good at all.

Method A:

In Method A, the Qualification Tournament will begin one week after the Best Musical World Cup ends, leaving a break week in between. The Qualification Tournament will have 32 group polls with 5 or 6 musicals each. The top 4 musicals in each group will advance to a 128 musical Group Stage, with 32 polls with 4 musicals each. The top 2 musicals in each poll will advance to the final bracket with 64 musicals.

Method B:

Method B is almost identical to Method A, except that the Qualification Tournament is split into two weeks, with 16 polls a week. The Qualification Tournament will begin the week the Best Musical World Cup ends.

Method C:

Method C begins on the week the Best Musical World Cup ends with Qualification Round 1, which is identical to the Qualification Tournament in Method A. The top 4 musicals in each group will advance to Qualification Round 2 with 128 musicals, with 32 polls with 4 musicals each. The top 3 musicals in each poll will advance to the Group Stage with 96 musicals, with 32 polls with 3 musicals each. The top two musicals in each poll will advance to the final bracket with 64 musicals.

Each of these three methods will provide enough time to allow for the Best Musical Super Cup match afterwards to end on the day of the Tony Awards.
