Hi Christine, I’m looking for a fic, I’ve done a dive into the tags of AO3, here as well as wheredidhiseyebrowsgo and I am having no luck, though I swear I saw it found somewhere. I am hoping you could help find it.

The fic has Scott as Stiles older adopted brother, they have been left orphaned after their pack was killed. Scott is a deputy. Derek is kinda nerdy and the same age as Stiles, he lives with his dad who is some sort of werewolf royalty and I think a scientist?

Sterek meet at school and Stiles and Derek end up best friends when Stiles starts spending more and more time over at Derek’s.

Stiles is magical, and it starts to present, the garden he spends time in is unseasonably thriving and when Derek complains about the sun through te kitchen window, the next day a tree has grown to shade it.

Something goes down and a elderly magic woman comes to visit, her mate can fully shift and somehow shares vision with her, as one of them is blind.

But I completely agree, I also thought I didn't have Covid because my symptoms were so odd and only realized it when my mom went to the hospital, also for really odd symptoms (she literally had Covid and pneumonia by that point and was only experiencing shortness of breath), and when she tested positive I figured out that my weird sickness must also be Covid.

And it’s not just social justice ‘if you don’t reblog you’re(insert bigot type here)’ , it’s also ‘I can no longer create content because people like you are only liking and not giving me the reblog I’m owed, so by even looking at my post you owe me a reblog’.

Guilt tripping has the exact opposite effect on me; it just immediately makes me angry. If you want me to do something, trying to guilt me into it is the absolute worst thing you can do. My mom is a typical narcissist who is always the victim no matter what the situation is, and she’s always used guilt tripping as one of her main tools of manipulation, so I’m sure that’s why it triggers an immediate ‘hey, get fucked’ response in me.

I love that you include the name of the painting and artist on your art posts. I follow some other art and photography blogs, and I love the pictures, but 99% I have no information about the painting- or with scenic photography where in the world I am looking at. It’s a peeve of mine, so I really appreciate that info on your posts❤️

Earlier today I was on my phone and refreshed my dash to see your post about being imminently killed by an Australian. I had a giggle that it popped on my dash, and was going to message you saying ‘huh what are the odds’, but then I thought...oh shit what if me an Australian messaging you at that moment meant I distracted you and it led to you having an accident- fulfilling the whole death imminently by an Australian. So now it’s outside of the ‘imminent’ timeframe, that was funny huh?

I’m on mobile phone and can’t read that confession. You know when you’re on mobile, and the page accidentally loads desktop, and everything is tiny, so you have to reload the page, or manually click it over to mobile? That’s what that looks like.

I can certainly make the font bigger. Like I said, this is kind of an ongoing experiment so I appreciate your feedback!

Yup, blaming the Jewish girl for the actions of a Nazi is definitely the wrong way to go. I just find it really unfortunate that people hate her so much and so blindly that they say that she is worse than a literal Nazi, and the fact that she’s Jewish makes it 10 times more disgusting and distasteful. They are serious when they say these things and it honestly makes me sick that they don’t understand how wrong and dangerous that kind of thinking is.

Huh, we don’t allow children into childcare if their vaccinations are not up to date. For years we had a program where parents received a bonus payment from the government when they vaccinated, and now it’s being brought in that to access welfare kids must be vaccinated. All are free to get, and here in Queensland dental care is free for those under 18 and low income earners, same with optometrist care. I was curious because I know your health care sucks, but vaccinations benefit everyone.

Not only are vaccinations not free here but I’m pretty sure it’s completely legal to not vaccinate your child on purpose just because you don’t want to. It gets me fucking heated because unless there is a very good reason, which usually involves having an actual medical condition making getting a vaccination dangerous, you should ALWAYS vaccinate your children and yourself. 

Pro tip if any of you want to start a bar fight with me just like, say that you don’t want to vaccinate your kid and I’ll be like “HOLD MY WINE SO I CAN EXPLAIN SCIENCE WITH MY FIST”

Hi I’ve lost a fic. I’ve tried searching fae and spark Stiles, as well as BAMF Stiles and cant find it ☹️ hopefully you can help?

It’s a fic where I think Stiles is a spark, and it makes people feel both fascinated and repulsed by him. Derek meets him when Stiles is bashing his neighbors car with his base ball bat. Derek had a bad break up with Kate, and Stiles talks him into breaking into her house and trashing her clothes. Stiles has a stall at the market where he sells baked goods. Stiles house is strange, and it has a rock that likes to hide from Derek. Hope someone recognises this ❤️

So this is as far as I got-- In the midst of making this, my friends kept inviting folks, to the point that my guestlist doubled without my okay, so I sort of. Maybe destroyed it in a fit of rage? 

But the plan was to take a twin mattress that I have, fold it in half long wise, and screw it to this frame work, then drape the whole thing with a very large fluffy blanket and use a staplegun to secure it in place. 

Obvs I would have hosed it down, sanded, and maybe done a little spray painting first but... 

please don’t mind the backyard; the old owners were hoarders and I’ve been focusing on getting the inside in shape.

I remember seeing a post floating around that had a theory that the Jon/Dany scene/ending was originally written for the Lannister’s. I can’t find it now, but it was super convincing, it quoted dialogue, and I just remember thinking, wow that actually fits so much better.

Yeah, I mean it was accurate, but they wanted to subvert expectations instead of actually telling a good story.
