New Bloom Chronicles — Sailing Through Lens Pt. 2

Once you've started the quest Sailing Through Lens from Ginona in front of the White Jade, you'll want to head inside of the ship to take the pictures that she requested.

Inside of the White Jade, you'll be looking for three specific things to take pictures with. Just like with other photoshoot quests, make sure that the orange box appears around the object that must be included in the shot.

The photo requirements for this quest are:

Take a photo of the plants in the White Jade cabin

Take a photo of the tea sets in the White Jade cabin

Take a photo of the light fixtures in the White Jade cabin

Rewards: Diamond x40, Shining Particles x40, Bling x24,000

#1 — Take a photo of the plants in the White Jade cabin

There are plants found all inside of the cabin, but the ones in the outer hallways I found to not produce the orange box that is needed. Make sure that the plant you take a picture with inside of the cabin produces the orange box, so try to stick with the ones found in the main hall. The picture below was taken at the front after you walk in.

#2 — Take a photo of the tea sets in the White Jade cabin

There are tea sets in the very front part of the cabin to the left and right when you enter.

#3 — Take a photo of the light fixtures in the White Jade cabin

The light fixtures are lining the main hall.

Once you're finished taking the required pictures, you'll be prompted by Momo to go back to the dock and talk to Ginona.

Famed manga creator Akira Toriyama has passed away on March 1, 2024 at age 68 due to acute subdural hematoma.

Toriyama began his first serialized manga, Dr. Slump, in 1980, and it inspired two television anime and multiple films. Toriyama followed it up with Dragon Ball, which ran from 1984 to 1995, and is still inspiring manga and anime sequels and spinoffs today. The manga's Dragon Ball anime adaptation, its sequel Dragon Ball Z, and its other numerous sequels and anime films are equally as well-known as the manga, and its hero Goku has become a character known throughout the world.

Toriyama is also well-known as the character designer for the Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger, Blue Dragon and Tobal games.

Most recently, Toriyama was working closely with the production for the Dragon Ball Daima anime series, the most recent anime series based on Dragon Ball, and is credited for the new anime's story and character designs.

Finally feel like I can say something coherent, so here goes... I say this without a shred of exaggeration: Akira Toriyama was legitimately one of the most important creative figures of the last 50 years. His work, especially Dragon Ball, has influenced SO much even outside its own medium. Movies, TV, cartoons, comic books, video games, MUSIC... all of it. You can see his fingerprints in so many other works. Even now, artists and writers, voice actors and animators, musicians and game devs are all mourning him and reflecting on the impact he had on their own work. Titans of anime and manga are sharing in this pain. The craziest thing about this though? The humility he had in spite of it. He was always reluctant to be in the spotlight, preferred to keep his head down and just work, never really worried that much about public perception of himself. Part of what makes him such an icon, man. Losing him is losing a piece of our shared history. It's something that resonates deep in the hearts of everyone his work touched. This is just... such a loss. And I can't even begin to imagine what his family is going through right now. Praying for them all. Rest in Peace to a literal Legend, an absolute Icon, and a personal inspiration in more ways than I could ever express properly.

Guys I'm back-

It has been a nightmare lately this is the only thing I managed to draw in weeks? Finals and uni stuff that's taking all of my time and energy, slowly turning me into a cafeinated slug (worst part is caffeine doesn't even have an effect on me? I only drink coffee for the TASTE can you imagine). Anyway the rush won't be over until end of January but hopefully I'll be able to ignore the stress and draw anyway :)

so since maggie said that no one remembers noah and this is backed up by no mention of him after his sacrifice, do you ever think about all the blank spots in the gangsey’s memory?

blue’s pretty sure she’s kissed someone other than gansey. she remembers the feeling of kissing someone and them not dropping dead. but she has no idea who it would’ve been. maybe it was adam, but that doesn’t seem right at all. she never wanted to kiss him.

gansey doesn’t know why there’s an empty bedroom at monmouth. it served as a guest room before and could do so again, but what’s the long-standing point of an empty bedroom? he wonders why he never tried to convince adam to stay there (with rent, of course). or maybe they could’ve separated the bathroom and the kitchen. or gansey could’ve pretended that he slept in his own room, though no one would’ve believed that. anything other than letting an empty bedroom collect dust.

truthfully, noah was so engrained in the hunt for glendower that i don’t see how any of them could ever fully remember it without remembering him. maybe one day they’ll all return to henrietta and find a living reminder of noah czerny. they’ll never understand why the name causes them so much grief. the feelings will never leave, but they’ll never remember him again

i know "the field where i died" says otherwise but the ideal reincarnation au is just regular mulder and scully shifted backwards in time. scholar son of a locally influential gentleman throwing rocks at the convent window going "Sister Daena... ready thy credulity... yea, for i hath witnessed once more the flight of the celestials" and she would slam a big ass leather bound bestiary down in front of him and say "t'was naught but an owl, ghastly in visage but in troth as natural and right as any God's creatures" and the episode would end with mulder contemplating the Spheres while an we see an owl perching in the convent garden until a creepy grey hand curls around the branch and the owl takes off. fade out. x-files theme on the lute

Still so surreal and hard to think about him being gone.

He lives on in our hearts, though. Happy birthday, Toriyama-sensei.

shoutout to taigen for being the most expressive character in the entire show.

you will never not know whatever the hell he is feeling or thinking at the moment because he will literally tell you (either very earnestly like when he traumadumps to mizu or very sarcastically which is the other 99% of the time he talks to mizu) or you will see it plain as day on his face.

this is the textbook definition of a man wearing his heart on his sleeve. look in the dictionary for what a "simple man" means and you will find taigen's face there.

like once you cut through the massive ego and pompousness he uses to mask his own insecurities and traumas, he is literally just some guy. he's not evil or stupid. not super kind or super smart either. an asshole but not the worst there is. he's incredibly skilled but he's not the strongest ever or even the most skilled. he is literally! just a guy!

y'all can hate him all you want but let's be real, taigen is actually the most relatable character out of everyone. like this man is POOR, he is PATHETIC, he is COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME, and most of all he is OBSESSED WITH MIZU. if that shit ain't relatable idk what is.
