Sports T Shirt Printing in Uk - Ffigar Sports
Why is shirt printing so expensive?
Shirt printing can be expensive due to several factors. Here are some reasons why shirt printing can be costly:
Ink usage: Large prints or multi-color prints require more ink, which increases the cost of printing. On the other hand, small pocket prints or sleeve prints use less ink and are less expensive.
Graphic design charges: Custom shirt printing often involves graphic design work to prepare the image for printing. Graphic designers charge an hourly fee, which varies depending on the complexity of the design. To save money, providing artwork in black ink on a clean white background can make it easier for the graphic designer.
Quality of the shirt: The cost of the shirt itself can impact the overall price. Higher-quality shirts may cost more, but they can provide better durability and comfort. Cheaper shirts may not hold up well after multiple washes.
Printing method: Different printing methods have varying costs. For example, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and screen printing are common methods, each with its own cost considerations. DTG printing uses a high-end inkjet printer, which can be expensive, while screen printing requires more setup and labor.
Quantity: The quantity of shirts being printed can affect the cost per shirt. Ordering a small number of shirts may result in higher retail prices, while ordering in bulk can lead to lower costs per shirt.
Labor and overhead costs: The labor involved in printing shirts, including loading the shirt, pre-pressing, pressing the transfer, and removing the shirt from the heat press, contributes to the overall cost. Additionally, overhead costs such as equipment maintenance and utilities are factored into the pricing.
It's important to note that the cost of shirt printing can vary depending on the specific printing service, location, and other factors. It's recommended to compare prices and quality from different providers to find the best option for your needs.

https://www.tumblr.com/wileys-russo/746963730065178624/those-england-kits-are-giving-sailor-vibes?source=share
what’s hilarious about these kits are they’re seen as ‘controversial’ why? Well at the back on the collar there’s an English flag (st George’s cross) and one of the stripes has blue, dark blue (?) and pink and when I tell you that male English football fans and every bigot in this country threw bitch fits saying that Nike shouldn’t alter our flag and that it’s the woke agenda gone mad. Cause they really think Nike tried to make the England flag bisexual 😭😭😭 it was literally so intense that our own prime minister was criticising it on the news that our flags should be left alone and not defaced (even tho male football fans have defaced it for years) Keir starmer who is the leader of the opposition party even went on the news to criticise Nike. It’s literally crazy. They’re literally doing this during general election season. We have a long list things they should be stating they’re going to change but this is what they were focused on.
I don’t know if you have heard of joey Barton but he’s this has been washed footballer that has spent more time in jail then a World Cup who was a brother that’s in prison for a racially motivated murder; he’s been really vocal about how the men’s game shouldn’t have any female pundits and he has some weird obsession with our girl Mary Earps. Anyway he tried to say that Nike and England are trying to push the ‘lesbian agenda.’ That kit has caused such an uproar and it’s only been worn twice. Once by our men’s team and once by our women’s team. If it wasn’t so expensive I’d buy it cause it’s already iconic. Sorry this is long just thought that it looking like it gives off sailor vibes is the least of its worries 🤭
this was an interesting read! the more you know, the more offended tiny brained small dicked men become

Chelsea's New Jersey: A Blend of Tradition and Modernity
Chelsea Football Club, a titan of English football, has always been known for its distinctive blue kit. Every season, fans eagerly anticipate the unveiling of the new jersey, a moment that brings with it excitement and speculation. The Chelsea new jersey for the 2023-2024 season is no exception, offering a perfect blend of tradition and modernity that reflects the club's storied past and ambitious future. In this blog, we explore the design, technology, and significance of Chelsea’s latest kit.
Honoring Tradition
Chelsea’s identity has always been closely linked to its iconic blue jersey. The 2023-2024 home kit pays homage to this tradition with a classic and elegant design. The primary color remains the deep, royal blue that has been synonymous with the club for decades. This season’s jersey features a subtle chevron pattern woven into the fabric, adding a layer of texture and sophistication that harks back to some of the club’s classic kits from the past.
The white trim on the collar and sleeves provides a crisp contrast, reminiscent of the club’s kits from the early 2000s. This nod to tradition is a reminder of Chelsea’s glorious history, from league titles to FA Cup victories. The club crest and the Nike swoosh are embroidered in white, maintaining the jersey’s clean and cohesive look.
Cutting-Edge Technology
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the new Chelsea jersey is a testament to Nike’s commitment to innovation and performance. The kit is made from 100% recycled polyester, in line with Nike’s Move to Zero initiative, which aims to reduce waste and carbon emissions. This sustainable approach ensures that the jersey not only looks good but is also environmentally friendly.
The Dri-FIT ADV technology used in the fabric is designed to keep players dry and comfortable, even during the most intense matches. This advanced moisture-wicking material pulls sweat away from the skin and promotes rapid evaporation, helping athletes maintain optimal performance levels. The lightweight and breathable construction of the jersey allows for greater mobility and comfort, essential for peak athletic performance.
A Symbol of Unity
For Chelsea supporters, the new jersey is more than just sportswear; it is a symbol of unity and pride. Wearing the jersey is a way for fans to express their unwavering support for the team, whether they are cheering from the stands at Stamford Bridge or watching from around the world. The jersey fosters a sense of belonging and community among the Blues’ faithful, connecting generations of fans through a shared love for the club.
The away and third kits for the season also reflect Chelsea’s blend of tradition and innovation. The away kit features a sleek white design with blue and red accents, inspired by the club’s away kits from the late 196
0s. This nod to the past is complemented by modern styling and the latest performance technology. The third kit, often the most adventurous in design, showcases a bold and contemporary look, featuring a dynamic pattern and vibrant colors that reflect the youthful energy and diversity of Chelsea’s squad.
A Jersey for All
Chelsea’s new jersey is not just for the players on the pitch; it is designed for the fans who live and breathe the club’s spirit. Available in both the authentic and stadium versions, the jersey caters to different needs and preferences. The authentic version, identical to what the players wear, offers the highest level of performance technology and a slim fit for a modern look. The stadium version, while still incorporating many of the same technologies, is tailored for everyday wear, providing a more relaxed fit without compromising on style or comfort.
Conclusion
The Chelsea new jersey for the 2023-2024 season beautifully bridges the gap between the club’s illustrious history and its innovative future. With its classic blue design, cutting-edge fabric technology, and symbolic significance, the jersey is a perfect embodiment of what Chelsea stands for. It honors the past, embraces the present, and looks forward to a promising future, making it a must-have for any true Blue. As the team takes to the pitch in their new kit, fans can wear their jerseys with pride, knowing they are part of something bigger than just a game; they are part of the Chelsea legacy.

Things I Like • Tintin + Football • 2024
The 2024 Euros are approaching and new kit designs are being announced. This week in England, there has been a very minor culture war about the cross of St George on the back of the new England shirt by Nike...
In Belgium, they have created a smart sky blue shirt and harris-tweed rust-brown coloured shorts combo for the national team. This is derived from classic Tintin.
Now, we just need Kevin de Bruyne to get the proper haircut...
Manchester City could go the full Tintin too; they're halfway there. That would give those culture-war soldiers the vapours.
I'll be quite happy to support the Tintins; on the basis of their style-sense.

"Yeah, don't change the red and blue - last year's kits were way better than the two years before, and I think it were 'cause of that balance between the red and the blue. Not overwhelmingly blue, 'cause we obviously ain't Chelsea, but the designers from Verani - before Nike - I think they were tryin' to give Richmond a... classic, big London club look, so they went heavy on the blue, light on the red. Like they wanted us to look like Chelsea for our home matches. I think the balance between blue and red makes us obviously Richmond." Jamie was a footballer, sure, but he liked to think he knew a little bit about that fashion shit. Especially when it came to Premier League kits from his lifetime, and especially-especially when it came to the kits he'd faced on the pitch. He knew how to do the whole branding thing, and he knew that Richmond having a strong brand was important - shirt sales brought more money to the club, more awareness to the club. Jamie had caught himself smiling at the sight of someone wearing a Richmond shirt in public more than once - even if the name and number on the back weren't his own. At her question, Jamie gave a shrug, hands curling in the hem of his shirt. "Dunno - the fabric's good, all... moisture-wicking and all that. Nike already gives us the compression shorts to wear under the kit's shorts, and I'd fucking die without those. They're really comfortable, the kits. Like, easy to forget we're even wearing them, which I think is kind of the point. Can't let them be a distraction from the game, yeah?"
Nike's designers were good, but Stella was better. She also had a friend on the women's team who had suggested they bring someone like her in. As he spoke the designer took notes, nodding so he knew she was still listening and looking for feedback. "The color leaves a little to be desired." Stella joked, looking up at him for a moment before she went back to her notes. "The yellow and blue was nice. The red and blue is a classic." She was speaking aloud mostly to herself, but it was helpful to have someone there with her. "Is there anything you'd want to change to make them more comfortable? You're the ones that have to wear them."
