I’ve started posting the first pages of the avatar script on Twitter! It’s a really early edition from 2015 and it’s soooo cool. It’s included on the collectors edition but only on disc (it’s not included on the digital download). Here are some highlights!

1. Spider being brown skinned and Mexican (using Mexican slang to boot!)

2. Ardmore originally being a man (Frank Ardmore) who smoked cigars rather than drank coffee

3. Many mentions of urine. Too many mentions.

4. Lo’ak and Tsireya first kiss!

5. Tulkun dance ceremony where Tsireya and Kiri join in dancing underwater

6. Norm, Jake and Neytiri explain to Kiri that she has no father (Eywa planted a seed in Grace’s avatar). Many more instances of Kiri connecting with/hearing/seeing Eywa

7. Funeral scene of Jake and Neytiri washing Neteyam’s body

you have Reservoir Dogs in 4K?? wtf... okay. question: is the sound quality even better? asking for Tim Roth moaning and whimpering reasons, of course. you understand.

Yes the sound quality is better, it’s lossless so it’s distinctly different, there’s more environmental sounds. The color also looks much better, it’s a good 4K disc.

However, despite I brought the disc I didn’t have a 4K nor a blu-ray player, I only had watched the digital version on my MacBook lol, so if you really want a review I suggest you go look up some actual reviews but it’s definitely better. The moaning, idk I think it’s the same.

I really hope there's a DVD or Blu ray release of TFATWS before Cap4 comes out. They released Wandavision and Loki s1. I can't remember if the timing of those was to drum up hype for Loki season 2 or The Marvels (since WV introduced Monica), but if so, that logic should apply again, yeah?

Other than being a pivotal step in Sam's Cap journey, TFATWS introduced Joaquin Torres, the Bradley's, Sam's family, made Sharon into future baddie (?).

But Marvel knows their hard-core audience collects physical copies of the MCU so there NEEDS to be a physical release at some point, yeah? (Or am I hopelessly optimistic? 😆) It would also help those in general audience who go see the films but who don't have Disney+.

Holding it for a pre-Cap4 hype campaign, is the only reason that makes sense for not releasing it with the other two. (Other than Marvel just being dicks)

And you’re very welcome!!I think it was so stupid of them to put it not only on blu-ray/only be on blu-ray but blu-ray ultra which is already limiting the amount of people who can access it even if owning the DVD! So now everyone can watch it,enjoy it,and do whatever they like!
