Ok so, before the indigo disk released I heard there was going to be people with competitive movesets, so before it released I literally made myself an entire competitive team. IM A CASUAL PLAYER 😭😭 and I just think it’d be really funny that carmine and kieran would probably think i’m just gonna stroll up with my usual team but nope swords dance + scale shot 💃 if you could write their reactions to the new squad I just think it’d be funny lmao

(If you want the team I made for reference, it was koraidon, ogerpon, chien-pao, blood moon ursaluna, armarouge, and a shiny slither wing because I felt like having a shiny so I hunted one lol)

Bro I went into the Indigo Disk 100% blind so you can imagine my shock when I realized double battles were gonna be everywhere </3

I mostly had a "fuck it we ball" mentality going through it (which made some battles go on for WAY too long), but later I taught my Ceruledge Poltergeist when I realized almost every NPC in the dlc uses held items.

Funny enough Ogerpon (with Spiky Shield) and BM Ursaluna were on my team. He was an absolute TANK with the assault vest and he knocked out Hydrapple with a Moonblast

Anyways enough rambling and onto the request!

Kieran

He was expecting your usual team when you started challenging the BB Elite Four, rolling his eyes at the thought of you trying to use the same old tactics to defeat him.

But he's changed. He's gotten stronger and wanted you to be surprised by what he can do now.

Instead, though, when you arrive to the championship battle...not only did you bring out Ogerpon with her teal mask to (supposedly) insult him, but you also had Chien-Pao, which may spell trouble for his Dragonite.

He'll admit, you were clever to bring a Pokémon who could lower the defense of all the others and cut their HP in half with Ruination..but he doesn't give up yet.

Seeing a shiny that looked like a Volcarona but fluffier was certainly bewildering--as is the Bloodmoon Ursaluna you managed to tame back in Kitakami and the Armarouge who sets up a Psychic Terrain to boost its Expanding Force, allowing it to hit two of his Pokémon at once.

Oh, and apparently you have not one but TWO Koraidons, with the one you brought into battle being more brash and a fierce fighter in its Apex build.

You set that one up with a Swords Dance + Scale Shot combo that absolutely kicks ass, somehow striking your opponents 4-5 times whenever you command it.

Kieran's certainly gotten smarter about his team, but so have you, and he's livid about it.

It was like you enjoyed knocking him down over and over again...yet he can't hear the reluctance in your voice as you utter the final move that finishes off his Hydrapple.

You knew you had to win. He needed to be humbled.

But it didn't feel good at all as you watched him crumble and Drayton rub his loss in his face.

Carmine

When you battled her, she (like her brother) expected to see some familiar faces on your team.

Yet you surprised her (in a good way, very much unlike her brother) with Ogerpon, and she smiles and asks if she missed her, with the legendary responding with a small hop and a happy trill....

Followed by a devastating Ivy Cudgel that lands a critical hit on her Pokémon.

Yeah, she can definitely tell you've been training the Ogre a lot, but she's proud of how confident she's grown nevertheless.

Seeing you have both Chien-Pao and another Koraidon working in tandem is impressive, especially with that Ruination + Swords Dance + Scale Shot combo you pulled.

BM Ursaluna and Shiny Slither Wing are the only two that genuinely shock Carmine, as she's only seen one in myths and the other....she's never seen in her entire life.

But after the trip to Area Zero, she understands Slither Wings better (although she's amazed you managed to find a shiny down there).

Either way, those two are powerhouses.

She remembered you talking about a little lonely Charcadet you found during an outbreak, and to see it has grown up into a mighty Armarouge was such a sweet thing to see.

You clearly took the time to plan out your team before coming to the Blueberry Academy.

Carmine found your battle to be fun.

Although she can't exactly say Kieran will feel the same way..considering Ogerpon is with you and you have some new tricks up your sleeve.

But she figured he oughta find that out for himself.

She Must Pay the Price, or A Drop of Mercy :: A Rayla and Leola Meta

Quick:

You're a young elven girl, and you show mercy and compassion to a human that you definitely weren't supposed to. When it's found out, you're punished, with elves even calling for your execution (6x09, book 1 novelization). Your father does what he can, but there's only so much. You're put on trial. You're found guilty regardless of intent, and only by association. You die for this; you die for them. You're a star. A guiding light. There's even a Great Fall off a precipice (though only one of you hits the ground).

Your name is Leola, or Rayla.

You're the beginning and the end, respectively.

So let's talk about it.

Tests of Love

For years, I had wondered where Aaravos' assessment of "Those who fail tests of love are simple animals. They deserve to be motivated by fear" (2x09) came from, cause you don't drop in a line like that if it's not going somewhere. It's quite a statement and worldview, after all. Now, with Leola's trial, it seems we know.

We can see, then, perhaps that Leola's gift giving was the first test of love — are you willing to break the Natural Law, the Natural Order of things? — to help another? To show another a source of power in order to share, to be compassionate, and in Rayla's case, to be merciful (though we'll get more to that in a minute).

We also know that the love Leola had was powerful and all encompassing:

She didn't care to follow the order set in the stars. Though she was born an immortal being from the Heavens, she loved this world... and all its flaws. Her heart was warm and open.

And she befriended mortals. Animals, elves... and humans.

ETHARI: Who I love, where I love, what I love, are all specific. But to Runaan and those like your parents... love is rooted in all families, all creatures. Souls like that feel called to protect everyone as fiercely as those they hold close. (Bloodmoon Huntress)

Okay, so Leola and Rayla both have big compassionate hearts and befriend creatures from all over the place. So what? So do Callum, Ezran, Soren, and most of our other main good guy characters. Even Claudia to a degree (though she could work on not using magical creatures for spell parts).

Well, specifically, it's because of how they intersect currently more with anyone else on the concept of

Mercy

KOSMO: Daughter of the Moon, yours is a wondrous heart. In a moment of mercy, you sent ripples out into the ocean of time. Ripples that have not yet stilled. (6x05)

Rayla sparing Marcos, as noted in multiple interviews by the creators and by myself in previous metas, is ultimately the inciting incident / lynchpin of the entire series. Without it, there would've been no soulfang proposal or Ez running away to find the egg or any of the number of other elements that had to come together to make achieving peace possible.

While we still have details to discover regarding Aaravos' Fall and development of dark magic, we know that a lack of mercy was ultimately what sent him on his path of vengeance. Leola was not shown mercy, and while it seems there were already "flaws" for an imperfect world, things were (probably) better than they currently are in Xadia in a variety of ways. Then, to kick off the entire Saga, we have Rayla sparing Marcos in a soundtrack literally titled "Mercy" and have Kosmo, seasons and seasons later, spell out directly what a big deal this was for well, the ocean of time.

None of this is to say Rayla can't act out of revenge — she did ("when I first came here, I was on a mission for revenge") and she has ("but I became so obsessed with revenge"), much like Aaravos ("he isn't doing anything out of love, he's doing it for revenge") — but that her general compassion and love for others has always been stronger than her grief or rage, and that even when she had every social and personal reason to, she was and is fundamentally unable to hurt someone innocent.

Even when she's shamed or punished for it by herself or by others. RAYLA: The human looked up at me, and I saw the fear in his eyes. RUNAAN: Of course he was afraid, but you a job to do! (1x01)

EZRAN: Yeah, but then you saw he was scared, and you knew he was a person, just like you. RAYLA: That shouldn't have mattered. I had a job to do. (1x08)

The Cosmic Council — and to a degree, the Silvergrove — say that the reasonings or motivations, the intentions, behind Leola and Rayla's actions do not and should not matter when it comes out to doling 'Justice'. So Leola faces her justice, being literally killed in the one manner that can kill a Startouch elf, and so does Rayla, being metaphorically Ghosted / 'murdered' by her community, regardless.

Neither are enough to ultimately quell their light or their love/power, however.

A Star

RAYLA: That beautiful shining star you just pointed out? We call it Leola's Last Wish. (5x02)

So both Leola and Rayla are stars in season 6, literally and metaphorically respectively. Leola's is more self-explanatory, whereas Rayla's is mostly about the role she has in Callum's life as a guiding light and star. I don't think it's a coincidence, though, that just as Rayla placed Callum on his path of being a primal mage, though, that Leola did the same for humanity. I also don't think it's a coincidence that Callum's love for Rayla restores Callum's own light and agency amid Leola giving humanity the same through light and fire.

It happened long ago, when humans had only just learned to hold fire in their hands without burning. They nurtured their precious primal flames secretly—in the dark of night, beneath shadows and shrouds—as cultivating its glow drew the eyes and ire of monsters. Eventually, for the audacity of their fire, they were hunted, and—though they looked to the stars for salvation—the stars, too, looked down upon them with disdain. Humanity had been given something it was never meant to have. (TDP shorts, Ripples)

In this way, we see the manifestation of a repeating parallel of Rayla representing Leola, a gift giver of life, magic, light, unjustly punished/killed, and Callum representing humanity, looking to the kindest brightest star for guidance, magic, restoration, and salvation if he's just given the chance to grasp it. After all, presumably, Leola's last wish would have something to do with primal magic and humanity, and who represents that better than Callum, with two arcana under his belt and possibly more on the way? With that in mind, I want to return to another quote from earlier but with a different focus on

Ripples

Daughter of the Moon, yours is a wondrous heart. In a moment of mercy, you sent ripples out into the ocean of time. Ripples that have not yet stilled.

The wisest of the humans looked upon the water. His own reflection smiled back at him, and he dared to imagine what such power would feel like in his own hands, should he be allowed to hold it. Imagine, he thought, if I were more than what I am. With a trembling hand he touched the surface of the water. Ripples spread from his fingertips. [...] I hope the stars were watching. I hope they saw it: the moment their perfect reflections turned warped and ruined, churned to chaos by the touch of a single human hand. In this, the humans taught me another lesson. And so I touch the surface of the water. I watch the ripples spread.

Water in TDP is a strange beast, symbolically speaking. There are some more straight forward motifs (reflections, "don't try to control where the river [of life] goes, there's one thing you can know and control: yourself"). For Aaravos, it's connected to deep loss but also his own sense of patience in playing and winning his game, as illustrated above. For Rayla, it's linked to shame, self-reflection, bravery, and loss. Aaravos weeps and creates a sea upon losing Leola; Rayla says goodbye to her family by the lotus pond times three.

We don't know what water represents for Leola. Not distinctly, anyway. The best we can figure though, is that by following the through line of the Rayla and Leola parallels, that the ripples Leola wanted to send out or did send out — not the distortions caused by her father and his grief — are ones that Rayla received, and then continued.

Rayla has always been a foil to Aaravos, and this hasn't changed. She is the one who set Callum on the path initially of being a mage, which put him in Aaravos' machinations as prey; she retrieved his Key; and she's the reason Callum's done dark magic, twice. At the same time, much like the moon, Rayla carries Leola's light as much as she shoulders Aaravos' dark. She literally represents light in Callum's life, helps lead him through the darkness, and him being a primal mage and it's possible growth to other humans is the best possible thing that could've ever happened to Xadia.

Sol Regem says that "no one can save" Xadia or fix what is deeply broken. The Cosmic Council said that Leola had broken the Cosmic order and had to pay the price. Rayla has repeatedly been willing to pay the price for both hers and other's actions in hopes of making things right, of sparing others' pain. Sometimes to her detriment, but—if Rayla as Callum's one Truth could fix the darkness within him, if she's the lynchpin for breaking the Cycle, for bringing back Runaan and fixing her family's souls, in opposing and presenting mercy amid the Council's lack of mercy, in the face of Xadia's violence—

Then Rayla's act of mercy in 1x01, and potentially beyond in S7 with Callum, will be what fixes Xadia.

Leola's gift of magic is what 'broke' Xadia, and her execution is what literally did so, leading to the division of the continent. She wrongly paid the price in the absence of mercy and love. Rayla is therefore her thematic successor — welcomed this time as Light and Truth — as the carrier of Mercy and Love, and she will 'fix' Xadia through her ripples and dynamics. She will mend them back together. There will, at last, be no price to pay.

Misc. Thoughts / Predictions

One thing I was always curious about going forward into future seasons was the prospect of a 'trial' or reunification of the Silvergrove. It felt like a no-brainer the Silvergrove would have to change in order to reflect Runaan's character arc, much the way we see Katolis and the Sunfire elves change to better accommodate the new, more compassionate world order. Pre-S4 a trial felt a little strange as an idea, though post-S4 the parallels it could provide to the Lucia tribunal made more sense about why include either (or both).

However, Leola's trial seemed to hammer home the almost necessity (as this is still a prediction, after all, that may not happen) of Rayla and/or Runaan saying their peace to the Silvergrove leaders. This would be a great opportunity to provide a contrast to the Cosmic Council, reaffirming that Xadia is ultimately better than them because the Moonshadow elves and everyone else can change, and the Cosmic Council seemingly cannot or will not. But I guess we'll have to wait for S7 or beyond (#GiveUsTheSaga) to find out if this'll come to fruition or not.

I also wanted to touch on what we see with Leola ("I'm so scared!") and the repeated emphasis on "recognizing fear as a moment of empathy and personhood" and the horror that can come if you don't have that moment of recognition. This is something I've touched on before most notably as a striking difference between S1 Rayla and S5 Claudia, but I thought it was worth mentioning as S6 added to it specifically with Viren towards Soren and Lissa. This is another point in the "Rayla is an inversion of the Council's lack of mercy" column, as Leola's — a child's fear, and Aaravos willing to pay the price and take her place — earns her no mercy. Rayla, meanwhile, sees someone innocent that she has 'every right' to execute is afraid of her, and that strays her hand; it steadies her sword, and she spares him. Because if someone is afraid of you, it's worth asking yourself why, and what you might want to do instead.

Last but not least I wanted to talk about Leola's parallels to Callum and Ezran as well, since they are very much there (though yet not perhaps to the same extent).

Ezran has Leola's friendliness to animals and soft heart. He too is a child whose death is called for as a means of Justice, and he is granted mercy through Rayla and the discovery of the egg, able to live and grow and help usher in peace. He is, I think, what Leola might've been allowed to be if she'd lived in different times. Callum, meanwhile, carries the gift giving motif through his cube, staff, and tokens he both gives to (moon-phoenix bracelet) and receives (the moon opal necklace) from Rayla, and previous 'human-Leola' magic dynamic. Callum being able to break free fully from Aaravos' and dark magic's control in S7 and turn his eye instead to primal magic will be what helps bring true justice to Leola and hope for humanity / Xadia in righting the Cosmic Council's fundamental wrongdoing. Hopefully, anyway.

Conclusion

I hope you enjoyed this deep dive into some parallels and potential narrative goings-on between Leola and Rayla as characters. TDP loves its historical and ironic layers in TDP (Ez and the Orphan Queen, Viren's arc from S1 to S6) and I think this layered thematic dynamic between the two merciful young girls was a good, brilliant choice by the creative team. My brain called it a egg-switcheroo or ggg "that's totally your child", but yes. that term sounds much more smart.

I kinda imagine that Black Star is super itty bitty when he first hatches but quickly outgrows his siblings. He's still pretty small compared to Chaos... and will end up being small again when his siblings do reach maturity (though none as big as Chaos who didn't pass down his gigantism trait)

Though I think it's less Black Star is rather small and that Chaos is just goddamn huge.

Chaos tries to be let Black Star have independence, not wanting to smother him but in Chaos' mind, Black Star is a baby playing adult and any danger could be deadly.

I could be wrong, but I think a lot of the time, the 'parasite' baby either runs the parent ragged with how much they eat or they starve their 'siblings' out. In this case, Chaos would probably pretty easily prove for the whole nest, possibly even trying to overfeed Black Star since he appears to be the runt.

I had a dream last night about a kind of cuckoo bird situation with Black Star.

Harpy Chaos didn't question why one of the eggs looked different, all of them were his babies. It didn't matter that Black Star looked nothing like his siblings when they hatched.

Black Star's species matured faster than Chaos', so Black Star was ready to leave the nest way earlier than the other babies. Though he never made it far before he got herded back to the nest by Chaos. It didn't matter how ready Black Star felt, according to Chaos' timeline he was too young to strike out on his own. Though he was given space to explore and hunt for himself, Chaos would always be close by to bring him back to the nest before dark.

Ohh. So this is like a harpies situation? And Black Star is some sort of harpy species that engages in brood parasitism? Interesting idea and dream! I could definitely see it happening. Black Star is trying to follow his instincts to leave and he can't because of the particular nest he was put in.

Black Star is sort of mental and physical maturity will probably clash with chaos quite a bit. Always leading with Black Star trying to get far enough before Chaos catches up and says no. Given how big chaos is I'm assuming Black Star would be rather small. Meaning that he can't do much to get away anyways.

It's a silly idea. I haven't played with harpies in a while. Maybe I should.

sun, moon & earth were all made to be equals. moon had his intellect, sun had his magic, and earth had her compassion (and she's good with IT :] feel the need to include that since she's learning it in canon and !!!!!!!) .

mercury & earth have tea parties together :] sun usually helps them with the baking for it - sometimes joining in .

moon, mars & mercury regularly prank the other siblings & they have prank wars on each other. saturn gets caught in the crossfire a lot- .

actually speaking of saturn, i imagine they'd really like jewelry. yes this is solely because saturn has rings but hush i like it .

neptune is just the chillest dude ever. they got very little problems and is usually the one to calm everyone down during a stressful event .

eclipse was either not that big of a problem or was a problem until his redemption arc (also i'd like to imagine he was sort of a failed creation by moon by using his own code to make another animatronic???) .

earth and eclipse are besties in this universe too. anyone else & he hisses like a feral cat. i accept zero criticism. .

jupiter & saturn are best friends as well and idk how to explain my reasoning for this they just are .

i'd like to imagine venus is very like. flirty?? charming?? mainly because of venus from roman mythology. they're also the most hot-headed because. planet temperature yknow .

neptune and venus sort of. banded together to keep the others from threatening monty- mostly using the fact that earth would be upset as their main argument .

venus and roxanne have toxic yuri energy i take no criticism once again .

sven has told the tsams siblings that if they ever need a place to stay while some horrible thing in their universe happens, his dimension is always open to them. he's very much hoping they take the offer

Moon in the Killswap AU, to go along with Sun! This Swap AU explores TSAMS if Sun had been the one with the killcode – and by extension, Moon is the one Eclipse manifests inside of.

The twins’ backstory is almost the same as canon. Moon was born with no control over the body, and was angry and lashed out at Sun for this (and was an asshole to pretty much everyone else when he did have control.)  Sun was afraid of him, but still tried to reach out. They came to an understanding, became brothers, and found a way to separate.

Where the backstory differed is with Sun. His killcode was like a switch that activated when he was pushed to a limit, reacting to abuse, mistreatment, the breaking of rules. Moon’s abuse was one of the things that could trigger Sun’s killcode, which emotionally destroyed Sun every time he came back to himself to find someone dead by his hands; during these early years, Moon was so bitter about his circumstances that he sometimes egged Sun on and mocked him for his efforts to not kill people.

But eventually, he knew Sun was not to blame, and wanted to change for the better. He wanted to help Sun suppress his Killcode. So, he separated them, so they could start a new chapter in their lives.

But Sun considered himself too weak to ever fully control his killcode – so while they were in the process of separating, he secretly snuck it through the datastream into Moon’s head, who he thought would never be affected by it.

And Eclipse manifested inside of Moon, who was “Sun” trapped alone within the mind of his abuser…

And a year later Eclipse shows up and begins his crusade to ruin the brothers’ lives and to find the Star to bring order to the world! While inside Moon, he starts amplifying Moon’s faults. He eggs on his abusive behavior towards Sun, his assholish behavior to others, and, one of Moon’s biggest struggles: his controlling nature.

Because these are all faults that Moon has, and Eclipse shines an especially strong light on them. This causes tension between the brothers as they try to figure out what to do, when Eclipse keeps hijacking Moon’s body in search of that Star.

(Especially when Sun’s killcode starts regenerating, and as with before, when Moon is abusive towards Sun, that is one of the big triggers to make the killcode’s influence stronger and stronger until Killcode as a sapient entity is strong enough to be born. For Sun’s arc, the killcode is like a metaphor for “taking revenge and hurting the people who hurt you back,” which Sun desperately wants to fight against.)

And so, one of the big parts of the AU is Moon having to learn to be a better person – to keep changing for the better -- to unlearn his abusive patterns. That will be the key.  

Because one thing’s for sure: Sun is the most important person in Moon’s world. Even during the times when he hurts him, he still loves him more than anything. He vows he WILL protect Sun (and the rest of his family that come later), he will keep Eclipse from the Star so he can’t use it to kill them, he will save Sun when Solar is implanted in his head (and later, protect Solar when he is their brother), he will find a way to remove Sun’s killcode when it regenerates and becomes sentient.

(But it won’t be that easy. And, well, when things keep NOT going his way, Moon might end up with a very unhappy arc that ends in disastrous consequences the way it did for Sun when Sun killed Bloodmoon…)   

And that’s an overview for Moon!

Some other notes:

Moon has very little knowledge of Magig. Sun is the master magic user.

Moon is the one who suffered July 16 because of the Blacksun Burn Twins, and boy is he mad at them.

Roxanne replaces Monty and is Sun’s close friend. Whether there is a crush or not, Moon still teases Sun about having a crush on Roxanne.

It’ll be fun to write how Moon interacts differently with Solar and Killcode when they control Sun’s body. (He first realizes Solar is in there when Solar isn’t good at acting happy and jittery like Sun.) (But he haaaaates Killcode’s guts sososo much you guys.)

(It will also shine a light on Killswap Moon’s difference between Old Moon and New Moon from TSAMS canon.)

Wanted to add more to my Gravity Falls x Pokemon AU, which is moreso about what pokemon certain characters / creatures in Gravity Falls are. Not every character / creature is here, just some of them. But I might just edit this post and add more if I see fit :')

Anyways, let's get to it.

The Gnomes

Species: Falinks

Ability: Defiant

Moveset: Bulk Up | First Impression | Rock Smash | Focus Energy

Extra info: -The head Falink- also known as the brass- is of course Jeff. -Unlike regular Falinks where there's five troopers following the brass, this one can have up to a hundred troopers, maybe even more. -The Shmebulock [family?] are the shiny variant of [a single] Falinks. -If this AU followed the canon timeline, then stuff would have to be changed when it comes to them and Mabel (and Gideon).

The [Real] Gobblewonker

Species: [Mega] Gyarados

Ability: Mold Breaker

Moveset: Scary Face | Trash | Crunch | Aqua Tail

Extra info: -Although it has some resemblance of a regular Gyarados, it is actually a Mega Gyarados that is unable to transform back to it's regular form. -If this AU followed the canon timeline, then Fiddleford "Old Man" McGucket would end up making a mechanical Gyarados to try and get his son's attention.

The Ghosts of Ma and Pa

Species: Ma - Mismagius Pa - [shiny] Mismagius

Ability: Levitate [Both]

Moveset: Ma - Phantom Force | Confuse Ray | Spite | Psybeam Pa - Phantom Force | Mystical Fire | Spite | Mean look

Extra info: -After Ma and Pa passed away, they were turned into a couple of Mismagius. They continue to haunt the store as usual.

The Manotaurs

Species: A mix of Paldean, Blaze Breed, and Aqua Breed Tauros

Ability: Either Anger Point or Intimidate

Moveset: There's so many of them, so who knows

Extra info: -Chutzpar is a Paldean Tauros, while Leaderaur is a shiny Blaze Breed Tauros.

The Multibear

Species: Ursaluna [Bloodmoon Form]

Ability: Mind's Eye

Moveset: Leer | Headlong Rush | Hammer Arm | Play Nice

Extra info: -Sadly doesn't have multiple heads like the normal Multibear. -Still loves "Disco Girl" by BABBA.

The Gremloblin

Species: [shiny] Mimikyu

Ability: Disguise

Moveset: Hone Claws | Play Rough | Shadow Claw | Wood Hammer

Extra info: -May not be big and intimidating like the Gremloblin, but Mimikyu have killed some people from terror if they tried to look at it's true appearance.

The Shapeshifter "Shifty"

Species: Ditto

Ability: Imposter

Moveset: Transform

Extra info: -Although it used to look just like a regular Ditto when it had hatched from it's egg, it's appearance nowadays- after years of transforming into all sorts of different pokemon- looks like an amalgamation of different pokemon with a gooey, purple-ish pink outer layer.

The Ghost of Archibald Corduroy

Species: [shiny] Trevenant

Ability: Frisk

Moveset: Forest's Curse | Horn Leech | Hex | Will-O-Wisp

Extra info: -While Archibald was turned into a Trevenant after his death- and had gotten tied to the Northwest Manor- the rest of the lumberjacks were turned into Phantumps that aimlessly roam around the forest.

Celestabellebethabelle [and the other Unicorns]

Species: Galarian Rapidash

Ability: Pastel Veil

Moveset: Stomp | Dazzling Gleam | Fairy Wind | Heal Pulse

Extra info: -Says she's the last of her kind, it's very much a lie. -To check if someone is "pure of heart," she uses Heal Pulse on the person's chest. Once again, just a lie.

Bill Cipher

Species: An Ultra Beast

Typing: Psychic / Fire

Ability: Beast Boost [Boosts his Special Attack]

Moveset: Hyperspace Fury | Psychic | Cosmic Power | Sacred Fire

Extra info: -Wants Ford to build a machine that will open up an Ultra Wormhole. Says it has all the secrets of the universe, but in reality, it let's him and his other Ultra Beast buddies through to Earth so they can party and create more chaos than ever before. *Zanthar could be Stakataka, Teeth or Paci-Fire could be Guzzlord, Pyronica could be Pheromosa or Blacephalon, Lavalamp could be Buzzwole or Celesteela, 8 Ball could be Xurkitree, and Amorphous Shape could be Kartana. Unsure what Kryptos, Hectorgon, Keyhole, and the Eyebats could be if not anything original. -There won't be any romantic (or sexual) tension between him and Ford in this AU. Sorry, but I ain't touching that with a ten foot pole.

The Axolotl

Species: Mew

Ability: Synchronize

Moveset: Life Dew | Imprison | Psychic | Transform

Extra info: -It's appearance will look more like a mix between an axolotl and Mew, replacing Mew's ears with frills and whatnot. -It will also be a hell of a lot bigger than a regular Mew, which is usually just 0.4m / 1'04".

Other notable characters / creatures I'm unsure what pokemon to make them / what to do with:

The Timebaby - It's between having him be a very big, probably shiny Celebi, or make baby-fied version of Palkia.

The Summerween Trickster - There's a few pokemon he could potentially be, such as Dusknoir, [mega or not] Banette, perhaps Spiritomb, maybe even Cofagrigus, and so on. Idk.

Mermando - If this AU followed the canon timeline, I probably wouldn't have Mermando be a pokemon, maybe instead be a human that were raised by some water type pokemon.

The Zombies - I honestly have no clue ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Lilliputtians - If this AU followed the canon timeline, then uhhh... Idk? Maybe Gimmighoul?

The Love God - He would probably be just a regular trainer that has some sort of pokemon that's really good at making people or pokemon fall in love (or hate eachother). Only people with other people, and then pokemon with other pokemon, istg 🚶

Darlene [and the Spider People] - Darlene's probably just a trainer -with questionable morals- who has some spider pokemon (Ariados, Galvantula, Araquanid, and Spidops) that likes eating pokemon more than regular pokemon food.
