(Theyre also blushing but i cant figure out why). Both Kenzan and Johan are more focused on Judai tho, which could either be bc theyre both gay for him or cause this takes place post s4 (so theyre happy to see Jou enjoying life again after his depression). Then you have Fubuki and Asuka in the corner. Fubuki is doing his standout uncoordinated cloudcuckoolander bit by not wearing blue/black/white/yellow like everyone else (get with the program, man!) Instead he's going for that... christmas ensemble? With the rare red....tho now I see it, there's also judais pants and the coke bottles and the red cups and oh my god it was a red/blue/green/yellow colour scheme all along. ANYWAY, while Asuka is more serious with her modest clothing and walking boots, she has this small smile. Like, clearly she's not super duper ecstatic over his dumbass ukelele serenades, but she'll humour him today of all days, not just because it's a special day but because she looooves having her brother back.

Final verdict: this pic honestly just gets better the more you look at it. It makes me wish i had synesthesia just so I could taste the cozy hot chocolate vibes. Like its truly utterly immaculate. Kudos to you for all time!!!

#Incrredible absolutely incredible vibes here holy cow. Especially as an australian freezing in midwinter. Unmatched coziness #like it has that top tier cozy wood cottage setting (respect for graining the floor panels btw) so you can practically see the snow outside #I know they're drinking coke but in my heart that is hot chocolate ok it is beautiful hot chocolate and maybe there is pho somewhere #anyway I also really like how the orange/blue/green mesh together in this piece. It's not too uniform or restrained or blocky. Instead #the colours are diffused throughout the piece. This gives it a lot of balance while simultanously preserving the warmth and cohesion #like manjo asuka ryo and johan in their matching obelisk blues + the night sky outside + the blue books + the blue on Yugis poster tv etc #then ofc the green of the plants + yellow/green rug + Jims croco and fubus pants. The green works esp well to bridge the blue and orange #as opposed to a blade runner style scheme. Anyway I also love how you use blue/black shadows. Specifically how they go fuzzy at the ends #With a nice lil orange glow. I think the strongest example of this is Johan. his white shirt really shows off the blue/orange -> purple fuz #It makes the lighting feel really soft. Also mad respect for this whole setting concept like this room is impressively geometrical #and perfectly angled yet it has that lived in clutter vibe with the book under the tv + the abandoned singular sock + the unkempt comic #books + spread cards + etc. Theres also so much personality to it in the kitty rug smiling clock and posters all over.#Im gonna guess its judais place bc pharoah and the pic of Judai and Johan. Also its slightly irresponsible in a very Judai way.#this would NOT be jims place! he would NOT let his croco eat. uh. Movie film? its not croco food is all Im saying. Anyway. Adding into how #cozy and real this piece feels is the excellent lighting work. Not only is there multiple sources of light and shadow but they overlap #impeccably and have a subtle yet defined limit. I particularly love the two lamps by Asuka and Fubuki. The little shadow hatching on the #walls and window sills around them + the soft airbrush lighting makes this lovely subtle yet defined circle shape. Together with the #light coming thru the door its rly nice. Then theres the general shadow on Croco side of the piece with the deeper shadows from the house #ornaments and edo and such. Like its a small thing but it requires so much thought and dedication and fuckin math that I must salute #speaking of maths the most impressive part of this pic geometrically is the wall at edos side. The angle is sharp yet feels so natural.#yknow what I think that gets into the coziness too. The setting is so boxy and well defined that it almost seems to snug hug the characters #we get the sense of a limited space which is filled by the presence personality and warmth of this friend group. Nothing feels empty #this realisation makes me appreciate the cut off second floor that the stairs lead to cause it adds a roof which further boxes em in #the effect is like peeking into a moeblob yugioh diorama. But instead of being saucy or claustrophobic its just so cozy you could die #anyway last notes I love how the calendar on the wall has a little x we can infer is today!!! because the homeowner was So! Excited!!!#and I love the lonely fan on the bookcase and flower on the cactus (that is a well loved spiky boye). Anyway. Now onto the characters!#now onto the characters! (tho I feel like the environment deserves even more love I just dont have the words yknow) to start with #I love all the eye contact and how it economically explains so many relationships. Edo has this smug grin @ Ryo while Manjo looks both #annoyed and unimpressed (maybe because Ryo is late after work?). Just remembered I technically have a Reddit account, cuz one time someone posted an art I made onto r/fnafcringe and I got a lot of hate for it, so I felt the need to make a throwaway account to defend myself cuz I was like 14 or something. idk if anyone responded to whatever I said cuz I never touched the account again after posting my response. I don’t remember the username or password.

#that was a very interesting event in my life that taught me a lot about hate #wanna know what I drew that was soo bad it had to be put on r/fnafcringe? shadow freddy with some disappearing purple glue sticks.#because I saw disappearing purple glue sticks and said ‘disappearing and purple? like shadow freddy!’#and the caption the redditor put for it? ‘because EVERYTHING has to be about fnaf’ (sarcastic)#it was so stupid that I was getting bombarded with hate comments for it. to the point I started calling haters Glue Lovers. bc they can’t #stand fnaf fans ruining their precious glue sticks.#anyways! here’s what I noticed about all of this which I took as a lesson that u should never listen to haters!#almost every single person that left a hate comment on it thx to that Reddit post had nazi stuff on their profile #whether it was the pfp or username or the bio. every. single. one. was a nazi.#EXCEPT ONE PERSON #who was a real fnaf fan and didn’t have anything sus on their profile. so I asked them genuinely with sad eyes why they were so offended by #my art of shadow Freddy with some glue. they seemed to stumble on everything a bit cuz it was genuinely really harmless what I was doing and #you wanna know how they eventually decided to justify themselves for the hate? (cuz yes they couldn’t just accept that I didn’t deserve it)#by saying ‘you have to admit the art was pretty bad’#like bro. what.#I was like ‘so I deserve to be bombarded with hate comments for my art style?’ and they told me to get a different style.#I didn’t tho. blocky art 4 life.#another thing that happened during this experience was that I cried.#but what was important was that I never cried from what the haters said #but instead I cried from what my FANS said. every time I saw someone defend me I cried.#so what I learned from that whole experience is that haters are stupid and usually nazis and you shouldn’t listen to them and the people who #support you are far more important to listen to.

Hello, and welcome to this DOTD roleplay blog! Have a read through all these rules for all the need-to-knows for this blog and me as a potential roleplay partner:

• Please be polite and respectful. Of me the admin and of other people who interact with this blog ❤️

• Even if you interact with this blog frequently and actively, you are not obligated to follow it. You are free to follow as you please.

• Roleplays can be done in the reblogs of asks or in pms.

• Roleplays can be started based on prompts from prompt lists or scenarios of your own.

• My favourite characters are Jannik, Tylibark, Creeper and Pika, so expect the most interactions from them, unless I feel like playing someone else or you specifically ask after a different character.

• I am open to roleplaying AUs and/or crossovers. But if it's for a fandom I'm not in (do take a look at my main blog for reference) then please send me a long-ass explanation in pms for everything I need to know. Or send/tag me in your character bios or whatever.

• Note: if you want to handle the narration by revealing your character's/fandom's story as the roleplay progresses, that is what we shall do.

• Aside from that, I welcome OCs, whether they be from Minecraft, other fandoms, or are fandomless.

• There is no "time limit" for you to reply to roleplays. You can take as many days/weeks as you want. I will be waiting patiently and will always welcome you. I, too, will take a long time sometimes. I won't rush you, and I expect to be treated the same way.

• If you see me actively replying to someone else but not you, please ping me. I will never purposefully ignore you. I'm sorry if the note gets lost, or if I forget. Whatever it is, know that I am not deliberately ghosting you.

• I'm not finicky about roleplay length. If a one-worded piece of dialogue is enough to convey everything, then that's fantastic. Of course, this won't be the case most of the time, so something needs describing, do that. Don't make the roleplay bland.

• If you're someone who's vehement about your rp partner cutting roleplays, then this blog might not be for you; please understand that I am strictly a Tumblr mobile user and do not have that function.

• I do have anon on; I logged in through my browser and did it. But otherwise, I am staying on the app.

• If...okay, if anybody does wish to roleplay smut, I am open to it, but it MUST be done in pms, and you MUST be 18 or older. AND NO RAPE.

• I am aware that canon is very gory, but I am not comfortable with it. For a feel of grounds, gore like in Die a King, the Creeper vs Tylibark MGB and Override is an absolute no-no. The most I can take is when Finn got impaled and his head got separated from his body in Born for This, or Aaron's bone sticking out of his arm in War of Change. But if you are not comfortable with these kinds of gore, we will certainly abstain from it.

• I also cannot roleplay suicide, self-harm or abuse, because they are triggering for me.

• I'm okay with any romantic ship except Blocky/Olive because they are siblings
