Overwatch: Because the developers refused to elaborate further with the lore on account of corporate greed and mismanagement, everything is up to speculation and you can basically do whatever you want with these settings and characters.

The premise of Dreamling Tangled AU is: in the comics Dream is canonically Night (their mother)'s favorite child. So after he is born, she basically... keeps him. He is still the king of Dreams and all but his realm is inside of hers and he is not allowed to interact with Dreamers or humans or really anyone else, keeping him isolated and dependent on her. He is obsessed with humans and the Waking and desperately wants to go. One day, he meets Hob, an immortal lucid dreamer and friend of Death who somehow inadvertently manages to find the Dreamlord himself. Dream takes a chance and leaves his realm to go to the Waking where he has adventures, meets his siblings, and finally manages to gain autonomy for himself (as well as a boyfriend)

Dream stutters, "I-I think he likes me." Night lets out a musical laugh. "Likes you? Dream, oh darling, you've spent too much time here. Look at you, you're delusional." Dreams brow furrows, mouth opening to retort, but his mother cuts him off before he could. She pinches the bridge of her nose, sighing. "He's using you, darling. For your power. I just learned Rammatra's character (design and lore) is actually just a rip off of two Argentinian fans' overwatch oc named Voltikko. Made months before Ramattra was released. Never contacted or compensated for thier work.

Blizz is using Ramattra to sell overpriced skins and further predatory monetization, and worse yet they are monetizing STOLEN WORK this way.

Seriously what the hell. There is NO WAY that Ramattra wasn't lifted from Voltikko's design, the big extra arms, face + cord hair, and Ramattra's construction skin, and lore bites, are all lifted from Voltikko's design and lore created by two fans. The way I honestly thought it was paid concept art just to realize no, it was stolen from.

no dragons, no "power of FAMILY beats all", no mediocre campaign story, and NO MORE Fyrakk the Blazing bitch boy. I DONT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT IRIDIKRON (I just want to KILL him) Though I do really like Xal'atath... but what the fuck is up with the feet stuff? I don't want to see her overly detailed feet in every damn cut-scene. I JUST WANT MY FRUITY, ANGRY AND STUPIDLY DUMB FIRE BITCH BACK. I don't care that his story was rushed af and made my brain hurt, I miss the disney villain It's so dumb how a single character brought me back to hyperfixating on WoW, I stayed for a WHOLE expansion JUST to see more of Fyrakk. Sighhh... I miss my wife tails... I miss him a lot... I'll be back...
