Hey just in case if you watch the powerpuff girls I was wondering if you can make Bliss in your cool art style please 🥺💜🦸‍♀️

Ahh I actually never saw the reboot, but I did see Bliss' design floating around and it kinda looks fun!

So,I decided to draw a “fixed” color palletes of Bliss.

Can you draw Bliss from PPG 2016? How would you redesign and rewrite her if you wanted to?

Okay I got two drawings for you, cannon Bliss and my redesign

Honestly my one problem with Bliss is the fact her anatomy looks weird and her very cyan hair hurts my eyes (oddly enough drawing her made the design look more appealing to me than it does the show)

Then we have bliss if she wasn’t just 50% legs and had hair that wouldn’t hurt my eyes

If I had to rewrite her, I’d literally rather any other story than it just being the professor messing around with different chemicals until he managed to get a kid especially with the retcon of the girls not being the first he created

I mean- the idea of Bliss actually being a fabrication out of Dick’s bootleg powerpuff factory as a survivor of sorts would’ve made more sense to me than anything else (thinking about it just made me wonder how many bootleg Powerpuffs are still out there), either that or just her being from another universe would work too

also did redesign colors for her :D yellow and purple are really nice colors together actually!

I already kinda like the canon colors (i really love purple if you can't tell) but i can't help but wonder that since Bliss is so heavily associated with space, that she was made purple on purpose? Was the reboot teams plan? But that would be giving them too much credit. (also she already had a heart motif so a moon/star one is outta the question)

And i also changed Bliss's canon colors too. Her hair was so fucking eye-blinding cyan, it pained me to draw her.

for some reason one of the few things i can draw during artblock is bliss from the 2016 version of the powerpuff girls and variations on her. i think the ppg art style just gets me out of artblock bc of how simple it is and for all ppg 2016's faults, bliss is honestly a cool character and inordinately fun to draw
