She is from a different dimension than the original Powerpuff Girls and is also not related to them

Can you draw Bliss from PPG 2016? How would you redesign and rewrite her if you wanted to?

Okay I got two drawings for you, cannon Bliss and my redesign

Honestly my one problem with Bliss is the fact her anatomy looks weird and her very cyan hair hurts my eyes (oddly enough drawing her made the design look more appealing to me than it does the show)

Then we have bliss if she wasn’t just 50% legs and had hair that wouldn’t hurt my eyes

If I had to rewrite her, I’d literally rather any other story than it just being the professor messing around with different chemicals until he managed to get a kid especially with the retcon of the girls not being the first he created

I mean- the idea of Bliss actually being a fabrication out of Dick’s bootleg powerpuff factory as a survivor of sorts would’ve made more sense to me than anything else (thinking about it just made me wonder how many bootleg Powerpuffs are still out there), either that or just her being from another universe would work too

been rotting in my drawing folder for over three months. finally finished it now.

another one of the very few bliss doodles i committed to, the only basis being me wanting to do a redraw of when i drew her all the way back in 2018.

sporde's disguise (logan) straight up looks like a total drama island reject. you can't convince me otherwise.

It's very random but there you go.

From left to right:

I redesigned Bliss from the PPG reboot since ppl were talking about her design.

She had potential, but they fumbled the bag. I gave her curlier hair because she's black and it also made her hair different from the other girls. I tried straight hair, but it wasn't doing it for me

I made her main colour yellow because of her name, and Bunny's already purple. Plus, it looks nicer with the other girls.

I tried her og palette. It made me realize how grey her skin looks against the other colours. It also looks washed out.

So yeah that's it basically. Hope you enjoy

Bliss's OG design was really bothering me so I decided to try and do a redesign on her…

As you can see, I got rid of the ugly blue hair and gave her locs (complete with those metal things some locs have), freckles and I made her slightly chubby.. Also, I slightly tweak the purple and gave her knee socks. Sorry if this looks bad, I'm terrible at drawing dreadlocs and I'm still trying to practice but regardless, I hope you guys like her redesign and no, I'm not trying to throw shade on the og designer for Bliss.. I'm just giving my personal thoughts and opinions on how I would've design her because trust me, Bliss could've been a cool fourth member of the PPGs (as well as the concept of her being their secret big sister) but the way her design was executed as well as the idea wasn't great.

And it doesn't help that she came from a horrible, unfaithful reboot (with a really cool intro lol). It's like Bubbles' design in the reboot.. I love her design but the way she's portrayed in the reboot and the show itself is disappointing.
