The biggest little shit ever

Snarky remarks and sarcasm are just how he talks after growing up with his siblings and old habits die hard so good luck

But on a real note, he can be sweet and a big softie when he wants be 

I mean c’mon, he was stuck in the apocalyptic future for years before getting recruited by the Commission. He had to build up that cold demeanor so something its hard to let hsi guard down and allow himself to be vulnerable 

It takes some time for him to fully open up to you at first and you can’t really blame him to be honest

But if you’re persistent and patient, he will allow himself to be vulnerable whenever he’s around you. It just takes some time

This doesn’t mean he’s can’t be an ass at times. Oh my god I wouldn’t be surprised if you hit him (playfully of course)

Despite being an old little shit, he’s still very fun to be around when he isn’t so focused on saving you and his family or getting hunted down by the Commission

Speaking of which, he had insisted on getting the relationship as private as possible. This extended to his siblings though he wasn’t as he good as hiding it. Thankfully, they never mentioned it and knew that he would tell them when they were ready

You didn’t understand why until you followed him one night, walking close behind him as he entered an abandoned warehouse with a women with silver hair. She closed the door behind her and you were going to step further until you felt a cool blade pressed up agaisnt your neck

“Take one more step and your blood will be on the ground.” The person whispered dangerously close to your ear. 

You closed your eyes and inhaled a deep breath. Your body relaxed and the person lowered the blade giving you enough time to grab hold of their arm and flip them onto their back. Caught off guard with the wind knocked out of them, you were able to see who your attacker was. Tanned skin, short hair cut just before her shoulders with bangs framing her face. ‘A good enough description to report to the police later on.’ You thought to yourself before pulling up your sleeves seeing as she was getting ready to fight back

Before you could take another step forward, a pair of arms wrapped themselves around you from behind and the women with silver hair form before came to aid your attacker 

“You’ve got yourself a fighter Five.” The silver haired women said as you struggled in Five’s hold

“Who the hell are you?” You asked harshly, your anger only increasing when she chuckled and ignored your question

“Feisty as well. You’d do well in the Commission, I wonder why your boyfriend never seemed to introduced me to you.” The women said and looked at Five amusingly before turning to your attacker and leaving

“Five let me go!” 

Instead of listening to you, he used his power to bring you somewhere else before finally letting go. He mirrored your glare and the two of you continued doing so until he decided to speak

“What the hell was that for? You could’ve been killed but now thinking about it, that would’ve been much better than the mess you just got us into!” His words made you confused but not enough for you to stop be mad at him

“I wanted to know where you’ve been going lately, is that so bad? You were becoming distant again and I was scared. I never know what's going to happen whenever I’m with you Five, I just needed to confirm that my thoughts weren’t right.” Your voice became softer and softer until it was barely a whisper

The tension in the air loosened as the two of you stood before each other. Neither not knowing what to say and hoping that the other would talk

“I’ve told you everything already. From the Apocalypses to where we are know but what I didn’t was that I was hired as an assassins for a few years.” He said, avoiding your gaze as he looked down at the ground. “That women you spoke to back there, was my boss. She made me a killer.” 

“And the girl who held a knife to my throat?” 

“Her daughter, Adoptive daughter.” 

Silence followed after as the two of you tried to figure out what to say. It felt like hours before you decided to ask. “So what’s the plan?”

Five looked at you, tilting his head to the side wondering you had meant by ‘plan’

“Well she now knows about me, and my skills I guess. What’s the plan going to be? Surely you’re not just going to let it slide.” You continued and Five smiled at how well you knew him

“Let’s get some drinks first, then we can discuss this.”

“You always want drinks.”

“I’m sorry who always ends up drunk by the time 1 am rolls around?”

Ever since he was a child, Blaise always got what he wanted. His mother was left with a large amount of money after her husbands mysteriously passed so price was never an issue for the Zabinis. 

When he started studying at Hogwarts he befriended many students in Slytherin House, most of which were pureblood, but there was a particular half-blood in (Y/H) that caught his eye. 

(Y/N) (Y/L/N), a (Y/H) in his year grew up in a less lavish style compared to him. Living off small paychecks, the (Y/L/N)’s were more than happy to hear that you had gotten accepted into Hogwarts. It was one less mouth to feed for 10 months for the next seven years, not that they didn’t want you home. The school had agreed to cover all fees and supplies so long as you didn’t cause any trouble which was a big relief for you parents to hear. 

Never in his life would he have expected to ever talk to someone of that status, let alone fall in-love with one. It took him multiple failed attempts of trying to get rid of those feelings before he realized that there was no changing what he felt. He had fallen in-love and money and status meant nothing but a stupid label. A stupid label that you and your family suffered with. 

He knew that your lack of wealth was not an obstacle in the blooming relationship, Blaise did know that he couldn’t just sit there and do nothing. His mother had more than enough money for the two of them anyways so what harm could taking a few galleons from time to time do. Every few weeks or so, Blaise would send an owl to your parents with some galleons that could probably afford more than one meal per day. The owl was always an unidentified one and there was never a note as to who had sent it. Your parents, and even you, didn’t know who was sending it until you walked in on him one day. 

Theo saw you looking for Blaise in the hallway and walked you to the Slytherin Common Room. Directing you to the correct dorm, you thanked him before walking up the stairs. 

When you entered the room you saw an owl on the windowsill with a familiar emerald green attached to it. The same emerald green pouch your parents had told you that they were filled with many galleons every few weeks. 

“It’s you.” You said out loud causing him to jump. 

“(Y/N) I can explain-”

“Why?” 

Realizing that there was no way to hide what you had just saw, he inhaled a deep breath, hoping it’d buy him some time to find the right words to say. 

“I know money is pretty limited for your family so I figured I could help out. I know you wouldn’t let me if I had asked beforehand so I just did it. Even if you try to stop me I’ll still find a way to do it.” He ended up saying causing you to sigh.

“Why though, I know you have the money but you could use it on yourself or your mother instead.”

“I do this because I love you. It’s not like Mother and I need all of this anyways. Your family deserves to not have to worry about money.” 

You wanted to be mad at him for this. You really did try to but a smile broke out on your face that Blaise mirrored. Quickly sending off the owl, he walked over to you and pulled you into his arms, allowing for you to bury your face into his chest as he held you.

“I love you.” You mumbled as he pressed a kiss to the top of your head. 

“I love you more.”

After that it’s straight to the Three Broomsticks for a butter beer and some catching up

George and Lee would most definitely crash the date much to Fred’s dismay, not that you minded it though

“As much as I love seeing the two of you, can I have some time with (Y/N)?”

“But Freddie you are-“

“Alone?”

George and Lee exchange looks before getting up and leaving the two of you though Fred felt as though they didn’t really leave

After you were done at The Three Broomsticks you decided to go for a walk around Hogsmeade

It was nearly Christmas so Hogsmeade looked truly magical 

Walking around the small town, neither of you seemed to hear the shutter of a camera clicking as the two of you danced in snowy area behind one of the shops

George, who still wasn’t seen by the two of you yet, smiled as he saw how happy his twin looked. “Keep him happy (Y/N).” He whispered more to himself before following Lee to get the photo developed to surprise the two of you

When the two of you got back to school, he snuck you into his dorm which was empty only to be surprised when he saw a charmed photo laying on his bed

It was a photo of the two of you dancing with the words ‘Freddie falling in-love.’ written underneath in a familiar writing that Fred recognized as his brother’s

By the time dinner arrived you and Fred were nowhere to be seen 

George decided to go look for the two of you, searching every part of the castle but still seeing no sign of either of you

“The dorms!” He remembered before running up to the Gryffindor Tower

Bursting through the door out of breath, his gaze fell upon you who was laying on Fred’s chest as his arms were wrapped securely around you 

“Looks like their first date went well.” He thought to himself before turning off the lights and quietly closing the door as he went down to the Common Room

🐳False Confidence by Noah Kahan

Someone is sitting alone, reminiscing on their past high-school/teenage relationship. The relationship and their lover at the time was perfect, everything was perfect and it felt like they on top of the world together. 

As they grew older, their own demons started to tear them apart and no matter how hard the other tried to save them, it felt impossible so they both ended agreed to end the relationship. Both of them hated it but they knew it was for the better but to unbeknownst to the other,  it didn’t get better for any of them.

Now, many years later, they’re alone on opposite sides of the world hoping that the other is doing well, not knowing that they’re still miserable. They’ve lost contact years ago and have no other means of even seeing each-other again so they don’t bother trying to find them. So as they’re sitting there alone, missing the old times, they go to bed with a wish to be able to wake up in their teenage body again. They wish to be able to feel that love and comfort the other provided back when they were kids but the next morning when they wake up, they’re still alone and that image of their past-lover in their arms was only another dream that would never come true.

Neither of them knew or will ever know that the other is waiting for the them and vice versa.
