Quiche s brokolicí a modrým sýrem

I když se můj blog jmenuje cukříček nebo taky cukrátko, ráda peču i slané věci. Většinou to jsou slané koláče, ke kterým jsem si vybudovala závislost při mém pobytu s francouzskou rodinou na stáži v Brionu. Slané koláče vyžadují i brněnští kavárenští “povaleči”, tak jim dělám radost a může je ochutnat například v brněnském Punkt.I když na klasickém těstě na quiche není nic těžkého, volím následující variantu,kterou zvládne každý z domácích surovin a její velkou výhodou, je, že těsto můžete zamrazit .V ledničce pak vydrží i 2-3 dny. Proto přikládám recept na těsto na  3 dávky (3 kulaté formy):

Suroviny:

Těsto:

500 g hladké mouky

200 g másla na malé kousky

2 dl vody

1 polévková lžice octa

1 čajová lžička soli

Náplň:

1 menší brokolice (zhruba 250 g)

200 g modrého sýru (např. Bleu d´Auvergne, když není, zkuste kalsickou nivu)

3 vejce

200 ml smetany na vaření (12%)

sůl, pepř

lžička rozmarýnu

Postup:

Rukama vypracujeme těsto a necháme alespoň 15 minut odpočívat.

Brokolici rozebereme na růžičky a krátce ji spaříme horkou vodou.

Těsto si vyválíme a vyložíme jím koláčovou formu, dno propícháme na několika místech vidličkou.

Na těsto rozprostřeme brokolici a sýr.

Vše zalijeme rozšlehanými vejci s mlékem. Ochutíme solí, pepřem a pečeme v troubě vyhřáté na 180 stupňů cca 25 minut.

Doporučuju servírovat teplý, sýr se pak krásné táhne.-)

Náplň můžete různě měnit, já už zkoušela i pórek, šly by i rajčata a špenát. Fantazii se meze nekladou. Přeju dobrou chuť:-)
