I love the two differences in Turbo's reaction to getting found out of his disguise in the test animation to the final cut.

The first shows more panic, the first thing he does is desperately checking if anyone else saw him.

The second is more of a shock reaction. Almost like a "How did you do that?" reaction to a "How dare you?" The second one shows more of a personal control, that he doesn't care if he got exposed, he was just focused on taking Vanellope out of the picture.

People keep saying that Young!Xie Lian was naive and too optimistic and that's true... But also... He wasn't wrong. I would even say that's kinda the point of the novel.

That''s what Hua Cheng tells him during the Guoshi FangXin arc and that's also why the climax of the fight between him and Jun Wu end up with screaming while his head is bashed in, that he won't ever change ?

Also he technically did all the things he wanted to do in just a slightly different way than intended.

He used to say that if the Heavens were wrong then he'll go against Heaven's. Turn out he defied the Heavens and Jun Wu for 800 hundred years passively and then proceeded to have a huge fight with him,proving him wrong .

He said he wanted to save the common men and while he couldn't save everyone, he did disperse his luck so that everyone else could have a little bit more and he spent 800 years doing that (also stopped a genocide at some point).
