Getting triggered over the presence of a black woman in the Minecraft movie is so funny to me, because I refuse to believe that Steve is a white man. And two it's a fucking sandbox survival game, you literally have no valid arguments (not that any of them were valid and just mostly thinly veiled racism masked as criticism)that you would use for other franchises.

Blackwashing? That doesn't exist, and she's not even replacing a character in the first place.

It doesn't fit the culture?? It's a world of blocks with different biomes where you craft and survive, there is no culture.

It's pushing an agenda by being inclusive? There have been black Minecraft skins for years now and notice how no one cared for the most part until black woman was casted for a movie

Black women aren't the target audience for the game? Way to box a whole group into a stereotype based off preconceived notions and just straight up racism.

Ok, wtf, how is it that Daemon’s indirect kill of Jaehaerys through assassins is known as child murder and kinslaying, but Aemond’s orders, on a 180 year old dragon that’s razed entire cities, to follow and eventually kill Luke due to lack of control isn’t.

I mean they’ve just completely skipped over Luke’s death. Here, the war seems to have started with Jaehaerys’ death (which is why Aegon shouts “this is war”), and not Luke’s. But that completely destroys the finale of S1, because what is the point of the finale if not the beginning of the Dance of Dragons?

The Walrus crew early season 3 dynamic is perhaps my favorite in the show. You have depressed Flint with his thinly veiled suicide attempts. You have concerned Silver who has to tell him to maybe stop trying?? to get murdered??? I'm tired of the idea that passing as a trans person is something you either are or aren't, that it is innate, and if you pass, you pass in every scenario otherwise, you don't pass, and if you don't pass, and it's because you aren't doing enough/aren't transitioning enough/aren't enough of your gender.

When she finally managed to bring herself back home, the Order was insulted by her survival. She had so many better peers, why couldn't any of them have survived? This runt was seriously the only thing that survived Opherias wrath? It was better to just wash their hands clean of this. Thus the Order decided to banish Gjör from their ranks. She now travels the land in search of a purpose.

reread the first 3 volumes of berserk (aka the black swordsman arc) today and started Really paying attention to guts this time and my takeaway is that he is TERRIFIED way more often than i thought. like puck mentions fear in the mix of emotions he's sensing from him but he is truly wide eyed quivering princessmoding his way through a lot of this ordeal

Okay, I have some thoughts abt this event:

Okay, but aside from that, I honestly thought we were gonna have Oogie Boogie as the villain for this event since he's like the movie's big bad (plis yana-- his gambling and bugs theme are so good, whyyyy???)

But then it got me thinking. Technically, Jack CAN be considered a villain who "stole" Christmas. Despite his intentions, he did ruin someone else's holiday ─ And I think this is a very interesting twist to the previous Halloween events that's been showing the twisted ver. of the OG villains 👀👀

Can't wait til they drop more info about this event. 29th can't come soon enough >_< I'm definitely curious about who's going to be the next SSRs (My money was on Jack since... y'know, same name, lol.
