Holy shit! Maka & CRONA'S VAs??!!!

#my ramblings #I mean I know it's kinda expected that Maka & Soul's VAs return to voice a promo for this 20th anniversary exhibition thing-#-but I never really expected Crona's VA to come back and take part on this promo thing. it's such a treat! I was maybe expecting Kid's VA-#-cuz afaik Mamoru(Kid's VA) is still active in the voice acting career plus Kid is part of the main cast #don't get me wrong. I TOTALLY LOVE hearing Crona's voice again and it was such a pleasant surprise. it's just... idk well unexpected for a-#-minor character (later 'villain') to be the 1st one to make a come back voice alongside with the protagonist instead of one of the main-#-party Maka teamed up with like Kid or Black Star #what does this mean #well.. maybeee?? Kid along with the Thompson sisters and Black Star along with Tsubaki will have their own part in promoting this later on #assuming their VAs would also make a come back #so lack for a better reason they partnered up Maka & Crona for this promo taking account of what happened in the manga and how meaningful-#-their bond is to the story. sooo... safe to assume CROMAKA CANON!!!#lmao my brain is so fried im sorry #this doesn't makes sense. I'm literally just rambling #tho I wish I knew what they were saying...I heard Crona's VA saying 'big chance of (something) is going to be held'#and Maka saying 'Ohkubo-sensei (something something) special video' lol that's as far as my limited JP can understand #I wish there was a transcript or a translation of they said (⁠っ⁠˘̩⁠╭⁠╮⁠˘̩⁠)⁠っ

So about that edit I said I was working on? well...*edits a different one*

I can't help it when the ideas pour out all of a sudden. I HAVE to take advantage of it before my motivation die out again. Tho tfw hyperfocused so much that *forgets to drink* *forgets to shower* *forgets to sleep*

Look, my shitty computer, shitty editing software and me are literally fighting for our lives trying to edit that video before my computer space fills up and everything crashes all over again. I'm so fed up with that editing software how much it acts up despite not being able to export stuff but it's SOOO unfair that it has some transitions that I like. I'd also blame my PC but it's really old and it not having enough space is kinda my fault for filling my all my files in there. Kinda wished I had an external drive :<

Also it took me many tries to upload that video cuz tumblr just refuses to. I'm already having connection issues and this site is such a pain in the ass. Thankfully it finally did, but that doesn't stop me from hating this garbage website

好きだから -- ぼ虹の日 edit

This is very self indulgent and I wasn't even expecting to finish it in time for boniji day. Maybe I just love the pairing so much I wanna make something for it also cuz I still haven't drawn anything about them lately cuz depression go brrrrr

This is initially from Nijika's POV towards Bocchi but some lyrics strayed from that especially the dog part and the last one. But this could also be from Bocchi's POV visualizing Nijika's feelings about her since the edit did start and end with Bocchi in it so...yeah that's how this edit is interpreted (also I kinda got stuck of not knowing what clips that could fit in some parts so ignore if most of the clips are from episode 8)

Btw at the 「またね」 and 「また明日」 part, I was originally going to put the same lines by both Nijika & Bocchi from the show but it sounds out of place so I scrapped it. Tho if I'm better at editing I could make it work and blend it along with the song without it sounding weird (but I'm not :P)

Another thing is that although the lyrics did say 授業 (class) / 放課後部 (after-school club) / LINE in some parts, I changed it to バイト (part time job or in this case I chose work) / 帰宅部 (go-home club) / LOINE to fit the terms in BTR
