when regulus complains about ‘walking in on’ barty and evan, he’s not talking about discovering them fucking in their room (although that does happen a fair amount). he talking about the times he’s entered their dorm to see evan stood over his boyfriend with his fingers probing around in barty’s mouth, whilst the latter sits on his own hands on a wooden chair in order to stop himself from squirming. he’s talking about having to witness, on multiple occasions, barty lying down on the floor, shirtless and flushed whilst evan’s traces over the key parts of his anatomy with a permanent marker, explaining each label in a monotone voice as barty blushes more and more. he’s talking about being subjected to the sight of barty lying in an ice bath, shivering but grinning ear to ear as evan lazily flicks through a book on his bed as he waits for barty’s body temperature to drop low enough to resemble a corpse. the worst part about living with these two freaks is not their disturbing sex life, but their disturbing everyday life.

I've had Ludovicas girlfriend on the brain for months and finally sketched her out. I see her as the opposite to machete in that she has dark colours and softer shapes. Her ears and facefur kinda blend together and she gets big soft browneyes..

animal lover regulus who just has to greet whatever creature he encounters. regulus who after his brother left, all company he could enjoy at home were insects and the occasional stray cat wandering around. regulus who subtly waves at any crows that fly by, says hello to the black dog he sometimes sees running around the quidditch field when he goes flying at night, and nods cordially every time an owl rushes through with a message.

animal lover regulus who once ventures a little too deep into the forbidden forest, gets a little lost. regulus who's starting to get restless and fidgets with his robes, who suddenly hears rustling and turns around startled. regulus who relaxes once he sees the stag, that —although much bigger— seems in the same predicament as him. regulus who speaks softly, keeping his tone gentle to try and not scare the deer away, who dares to stumble forward, reaching to touch around the animal's head. regulus who waits as the stag slowly, hesitantly comes to him, nesting it's soft nose against his palms. regulus who lets out a chuckle when the stag gradually becomes more and more confortable under his touch, who watches as the tension leaves it's body, frightened brown eyes settling shut. regulus who hushes the stag, praises, thanks it for letting him close. regulus who wonders why the fur is turning warmer even though it's getting chilly in the woods. regulus who feels so at peace here, with his forehead pressed against a deer and his hands wrapped around heavy antlers.

animal lover regulus who eventually pulls back, blinking a few times as he grounds himself again. regulus who remembers it's actually late and he should be back before curfew. regulus who, on a wimp, surges forwards a presses a tiny kiss right on the stag's nose, laughs softly at the stupidity of it all, and hurries back into the castle. regulus who later lies in bed, fighting sleep as his mind replays what happened earlier. regulus who decides to go into the woods the next day, in hopes of encountering the stag again.

I feel like there's not enough selina headcannons, which is fair because she's painted as the main love interest in most media and gets content from that but I don't really see much acknowledgement of her as a member of the batfam within fandom. I'm serious I'll take anything

Strange lady in the house who miraculously spawns cats with her appearance doesn't really pitch in with the parenting but insists on cooking a family meal once a month, that she makes sure they all eat even if they're not in the same room.

Give me weird kinda aunty selina Kyle that used to come around and spoil the older kids when they were younger but the rest don't really know anything about her. Like

Dick: yeah remember when Selina used to come over for date nights and she'd sneak us one of her latest steals

Jason: oh yeah one time I got this massive ruby

Tim: how come I never got anything like that

Jason: *sighs* cause you're lame replacement

Give me stepmom Selina Kyle who Damien literally can't stand, she reacts like the fiance from parent trap. Each trying to annoy the other but she's the person he goes to when he's worried about his animals and she trusts him to help her rehabilitate strays.

Give me a female figure to check in on Cass from time to time even though she thinks she doesn't need it, cause almost everyone in that house uses 3in1 body wash and she can't let the girl suffer (this excludes Dick but you can't tell me that Bruce wouldn't just grunt something about efficency)

Selina spotting Stephanie and Duke around the city and having to remind them that, it doesn't matter that Bruce gave you that as a gift you know better than walking around the narrows with a 2k watch, and taking them shopping in whatever the US version of primark is.

She's grown so much from just a love interest. Just give me Selina and her relationship with the kids outside the context of being someone their dad dates. (I can only take so many "eww they're flirting" jokes)

It's interesting seeing the dichotomy between Mordin and Garrus while trying to recover Jack. Garrus immediately clocks that this is an extortion rig and that the warden's motives aren't as pure-of-heart, good-for-the-galaxy oriented as he claims, but still believes that these people deserve what they get for being scum of the earth. Even with no proof that everyone here has done something worth their imprisonment. Even after the warden's heel-turn attempt to imprison Shepard.

Mordin meanwhile is just absolutely horrified at the level of cruelty surrounding him and believes in the possibility that anything disturbed these prisoners may express while we're here could've been a direct result of their treatment at this facility.

I just find it interesting since Mordin has been so-far described as cold, calculating, and ruthless. He (seemingly, at this point, it's very clear later that this is not really the case no matter how much he wants it to be) has no regrets in his part of continuing a horrible genetic disease that is slowly but surely dooming a species to extinction. But he clearly does have a lot of empathy, wants actual good done rather than theoretical good.

Meanwhile Garrus has always been a hot-headed renegade that has been very loud about how he wants good done in the world, even if it isn't done the right way. But at the same time, he very quietly follows the structure and abides by the rules. He follows the idea that the ones in charge are doing the right thing. It takes his own background knowledge of a situation and being physically or metaphorically blocked by the authority from doing what he believes is right in order for him to not just instinctively believe in it. Idk I'm just rambling again.
