Okay but the Corinne American Girl doll is so stinking cute!!!! I love her so much and I'm so glad I own her now! 😍😭
I didn't buy her accessories but I did buy her ski outfit, so I've added her coat and ear warmer to her orignal outfit already. 🩵
#Pardon my messy home office backdrop :P#She was marked down 20% over Black Friday weekend and I couldn't tell if that was due normal sale stuff#or if they're planning on discontinuing her in 2024 since she's the 2022 Girl of the Year so I grabbed her#and the ski outfit because while all of her outfits are adorable I decided I would be most crushed if I missed out on the ski set#Camping and pajamas - adorable but I can go off brand for similar clothes#But this is Corinne!! She needed her ski clothes#Sidebar: her book looks really good too and yes I will definitely be reading it this weekend

YOUR ULTIMATE PRIMER FOR DEWY SKIN
GOOD DAY SPARKLES!!!
So, how are you all?? Hope everyone is happy, calm and peaceful. If not and you are in a bad mood or had a bad day, it’s fine!! That’s completely normal. Keep calm and try to be focused and smile. And yeah! Now let’s talk about what we are here for today. GLASS DEWY SKIN!! Oh! Wow, what a beautiful dreamy catchy term, its magical enough to drag all our attention and try it, But reality is not all the products which are marketed as Glass skin primers doesn’t deliver the expected results. In this uncountable situation of makeup and beauty products, its highly confusing and frustrating to pick up something which could actually suit us. We do 10000 scrolls, see 1000 feeds, watch 100 videos and get to try 10-20 products and finally believe that one product would work wonders after trying it just for once on our patch test. But what if it doesn’t turn out to what we saw in our 5 mins patch test with good lightings on shops or malls. Because the tube lights in our house and our bed side mirrors are what shows us the reality. So, I’m going to recommend something that could benefit you, if you are looking for a dewy primer. I’m a combination skin girl, which gets dry in winters and bit oily in summers, but this product works for me in all 4 seasons. But disclaimer is that makeup and skincare are highly subjective and what works for me might not work for you, so pls try to do a patch test in shop at least 2 times and observe it in all possible lightings. You could use that product on half of your face and on the other side without this primer then apply makeup on your whole face, but following your trusted skincare and makeup items you believe on both the sides, so you could find out how this one product performs as you already know about the other products layered above this primer, And please don’t forgot to zoom it with your eyes in the mirror at your home, that shows its true nature.
For me this gives a beautiful dewy glass like skin, which gives a glow from within look and all other products layer magically on top of it and there is no tugging or pulling and definitely makes my makeup lasts longer, without getting oily or cakey. It makes my foundation blends like butter and does not highlight any dry patches or textures. Of course, it won’t hide pores, or mattifies skin as its more of a hydrating dewy primer. I have tried many dewy primers, some famous ones too, but nothing actually stayed the way it was when applied nor helped in making makeup hold in place. But this has been a gamechanger for me and my skin. My skin gets a bit oily in summers, but still this primer does not make my skin too oily instead stays dewy. I use Clinique moisture surge 100H moisturizer beneath any primer or foundation. Sometimes, when its really cold my skin gets dry when I use matte foundation, but this primer helped me a lot with my dry patches and smooth application of foundation.
PRICE AVAILABLITY:
It’s available both in Amazon and Nykaa, it’s priced at 1500 on Nykaa and 3000 on amazon. I know the price is steep. But don’t you worry, please consider getting from Nykaa during HOT PINK SALE during June or PINK FRIDAY SALE during November, as the price will go down as low as 700-800. Which is a decent value for the results delivered.
PRODUCT CLAIMS:
Now let’s do something interesting, the product has some wonderful and strong claims made and let’s see whether everything claimed is true or Meh!
So, summing it all up this product got 7 thumbs up and 3 thumbs down. Which is 7/10. Some claims are overrated and some are actually true about the nature of this product.
CONCLUSION:
I genuinely love this product from the bottom of my heart, and its my saver when I have a really big and dry patches during winters and need a healthy glass skin round the year. Drum roll, I would certainly freaking recommend this to you guys!!!!
Hope you like this blog and found something useful and this also solved the question of perfect dewy primer pestering you all these days!! I would be delighted if this post helped you in any way!! Have you tried NYX? Do you love this brand? Have u tried this primer? Will you try? What is your go-to primer for dewy skin? Please do comment and follow my page for more such makeup content. Need all you support to keep me motivated. Leave your suggestions on which product you need my opinion on. Would definitely try.
MY NOTE FOR TODAY:
In the world of selfishness and vengeance, be a pure heart of Kindness where people can cling on to you and dissolve their negativity and sins. Learn to forget and forgive. Accept yourself and others for what they are. In the ocean of impurities be that drop of warmth and affection which could change the surroundings around you. There are many reasons for a person to turn bad but it all takes just a moment of realization and acceptance for a happy and peaceful life.

The Beast's Day Off - Chevalier & Clavis; Black Friday Sale 2021/2022
Siblings 😂
Apparently Clavis manages Chevalier's library specifically because he asked to be allowed to do it back when he was still a little boy. Chevalier holds him up to his words. Decades later. Reasoning? "Too bad you don't remember, royals have to stay true to their word. Now, less talking, more working!" (Followed by a subtle underlying "Here, have this thing you were searching for so desperately. I definitely didn't get it for you.")
Although Clavis may have some ideas of his own. 😂
Siblings! 😂

These are all the otome games I have for the Nintendo Switch!
Below you can read my hopefully brief rant about each game ☺️
I bought my first otome game (Collar x Malice) in 2020 during the pandemic. It’s interesting but I really struggled with it and I just don’t know why. Sasazuka and Kei are my favs <3 but sadly I’ve never done more than those 2 routes 😅
I bought Olympia Soirée on December 2022 and absolutely loved it! The concept was interested although a little silly at times and ironically enough it made me deep dive into Japanese mythology due to the story heavily mentioned Japanese deities. And I’ve never recovered from seeing Tokisada’s bad endings like I 😧
Jack Jeanne is THE BEST otome game (Sui Ishida my GOAT!!!) and I’m so happy I trusted my gut and bought the collectors edition - it made my Summer ‘23! I had the most fun playing the game and loved the rhythm game aspect plus the characters were just so amazingly written! Fumi and Sou-chan are my everything!
I bought Winter Wish on October 2023 and honestly don’t know when I’ll play it bc I impulsed bought it after I lost one of my pets (had to somehow get serotonin…) 😕 it’s a historical fiction amd that’s all I know about it so I’m most likely going to like it since I was OBSESSED with Hakuoki.
Bought Virche Evermore 3 days before released and I currently have 2 routes finished (Matthis and Lucas get behind me bby bois) - this game has me screaming and crying 😭 I heard so many otome fans say this was THE dark otome game to get into and saw so much hype when it was revealed for localization. I’m so glad I bought it last minute and now I’ll be searching for any merch online.
Black Friday crazed got me and I saw a physical copy of Radiant Tale in GameStop and although there was no sale - this game is litera sold out on AKSYS official shop soooooo had to get it 😩 I LOVE CIRCUS AESTHETIC AND I BLAME THE SHOW FREAKSHOW FROM AMC. Once I can start playing this game I’m immediately going for that clown boy and nothing will stop me😤
#nintendo#Nintendo pls keep supporting otome games#aksys#collar x malice#Olympia soirée#jack jeanne#winter’s wish#shuuen no virche#virche evermore#radiant tale#otome#otome games

I'm sorry to all the people sore about the new packaging for Nendoroids, but some of these comments make it sound like you wouldn't have preordered, if you got the new box design that replaces all the plastic packaging with paper. o.o? Are you guys Nendoroid collectors or box collectors?
I don't know if you've heard this before, but GoodSmile figures cannot remain in the box. You're not preserving any collectibility by displaying your figures forever in the box. You're thinking of WESTERN figures and those figure producers' plastics. GoodSmile representatives have said several times, the plastic that GoodSmile uses to make their figures will DEGRADE if left unopened, in the box! The plastiziser will melt the figure surfaces and turn some platics into horrible discolorations.
Are you guys really buying articulated figures with swappable parts, to not play with them? Even my $120 scale figure, that i was afraid to touch, had swappable parts which i swapped and therefore, handled the figure, to set for optimal display.
How do you guys even have the room to keep all that plastic? I can't wait to have collapsible paper packaging, to save space, avoiding the struggle to throw it all away and wonder if it'll even get recycled. Some of you may have the money to buy all your figures and all the space you want. But some of us are just barely scraping together money for just the figures and can't afford to just get more storage/living space, just for packaging. I would love to just keep all my packaging, in case i decide to sell some of my figures in the future, but a lot of us have limited space and have to make tough choices.
Companies have to stop producing so much plastic. We still need plastic for our figures to be made out of, and if something needs to be cut, I'd rather it be the packaging. Recycling isn't working, and has been proven to be a scam in a lot of cases. China is no longer buying the world's trash to process or recycle. Japan has started new laws in 2022, to reduce plastic packaging by 2030 and become plastic-free by 2050. What do you expect to happen? For Good Smile Company to break the law, just so we can display their figures in the box---which will destroy the figures anyway? GoodSmile is not Tokyu or Mitsubishi. They don't have the power to bend laws to their whims.
I'm not looking forward to the bootlegers who will try to scam us with opaque boxes, either. But we'll just have to come up with new tactics to circumvent them. In fact, do we really need new tactics? Lots of scale figure collectors and plastic model kit/gunpla collectors have been navigating bootlegs, despite opaque boxes, for years. Maybe we can just learn from them, ask them how they do it. I for one, plan to just buy from officially licensed partner shops and directly from figure producers, as much as i can, just to make sure. But i was already doing that. They even have yearly sales, so i dont want to hear complaints about getting locked into high prices, from avoiding secondary markets. Ever go to the Bandai/Bluefin warehouse sales? Check out Kotobukiya's KotoUS shop during Black Friday? Or GoodSmile's 2-3 insanely low sales every spring? Even the officially licensed secondary-market partner shops have sales. These new, plastic-free-packaging boxes are not the end of avoiding getting scammed by bootlegs. We just have to learn to navigate our new world's rules.🐔
I'M the one who has to deal with that packaging. Me, the end user, the collector. This is beyond "preformative environmentalism", "greenwashing" or a "marketing spin so GSC can cut costs and raise profits". I don't have room for all this non-collapsible plastic! Of course, i dont want to throw any part of my collections away! I'm extremely sentimental! But if the packaging were collapsible, less, and just smaller, then i wouldn't have to deal with this struggle to let go of packaging into the trash, in the first place!
Let the packaging evolve! They will refine the design until it's effective in all the ways we need. In case you haven't noticed, GSC has already been changing their box/packaging designs for years, and we all survived. And regardless of whatever images of flimsiness the word "paper" bring to mind, there are designers who actually know what they're talking about, who know better than non-experrts, about how sturdy paper can me manipulated to be. Paper can be molded into non-collapsible clamshell bubble packaging, if you want that so badly. Paper does not automatically equate flimsy.

The day before Thanksgiving, Michael Diaz-Rivera was delivering goods to customers in the snow and cold, more focused on “Green Wednesday” than Black Friday.
Diaz-Rivera, who contracts with Denver cannabis stores, figured he and his drivers could end up making about 25 deliveries if people chose to stay inside for the day. And Green Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, is typically the second-busiest day of the year for the cannabis industry, he said.
The busiest day is April 20, or 4/20, the unofficial marijuana holiday long before it was legalized by states across the country.
Diaz-Rivera relished the prospect of a full day ahead. He started Better Days Delivery Service in January 2021 and began expanding his business around the time that marijuana sales in Denver and Colorado began dropping. Grants and technical assistance from city and state programs have helped him and others with the challenges the industry is facing.
“I already applied for a grant again this year. If I don’t get it, my chances of staying in business are less than likely,” Diaz-Rivera said. “But I’m fighting to stay alive.”
City officials are concerned about the impacts of the so-called “marijuana recession” on the fledgling delivery business, tailored to give people from disadvantaged backgrounds or with past marijuana violations an opportunity to enter the industry.
Denver’s licenses for cannabis delivery businesses are permanently restricted to people who qualify under the city’s social equity program. Diaz-Rivera was eligible because he grew up in a low-income area and was convicted of felony possession of marijuana in 2006.
“What we’ve really been focusing on for the past few years in Denver is trying to bring more equitable access to the industry,” said Eric Escudero, spokesman for the city Excise and Licenses office.
The city’s social equity guidelines also apply to owners of dispensaries and cannabis manufacturing and cultivation facilities. But Denver hoped that a delivery business would provide a more affordable pathway for people trying to break into the industry.
“We recognized that there were a lot of people who were disproportionately impacted by prohibition” of marijuana and weren’t benefitting like others after legalization, he said.
And people of color were disproportionately arrested and convicted, Escudero added.
People with marijuana violations on their records found it difficult to get into the new business after the drug became legal because of a federal priority to prevent criminals from profiting from cannabis. That led to rules excluding people with a criminal history from getting licenses, according to a report that includes information about Denver’s social equity program.
The social equity program also applies to those whose family members were arrested or convicted. The program offers advice on business plans, training, site visits as well as greatly reduced license application and renewal fees.
“The fact that weed is still illegal federally means people can’t go to a bank, get a loan and start a business,” Escudero said.
Getting a foot in the door
Legislation allowed Colorado communities to approve permitting for retail marijuana delivery starting in January 2021. The first completed deliveries by licensed companies in Denver took place in October 2021.
Other cities that allow cannabis deliveries are Northglenn, Aurora, Boulder, Longmont and Thornton, said Truman Bradley, who heads the Colorado-based Marijuana Industry Group.
In 2022, Denver revamped its regulations to encourage more participation in the cannabis-related business. In January 2023, there were 1,165 deliveries totaling $94,241.74 in sales. By March of that year, the number of deliveries rose to 1,246 totaling $ 105,732.89.
However, the trend has been mostly down for a while, hitting a low of 631 deliveries for $50,524.29 in sales in October. Deliveries rose slightly in November to 667, the first increase since January.
But overall, Colorado is experiencing “a marijuana recession,” Escudero said.
Medical marijuana was legalized in 2000 in Colorado. In 2014, the state became the first place in the world to legalize the sale of recreational marijuana. Statewide sales grew annually until peaking during the COVID-19 pandemic when the combined total for medical and recreational marijuana reached $2.2 billion in 2021.
Total sales across Colorado were $1.52 billion in 2023 and were $1.06 billion through September this year. Escudero said the downturn is likely because of a number of factors: inflation sapping people’s expendable income; the normal growing pains of an evolving industry; and competition from other states that have legalized cannabis.
“In the very early days of legalization, people would travel to Denver for the cannabis experience,” Escudero said. “Now that legalization has spread across the U.S. like wildfire, we think that could potentially be one of the reasons we’ve seen sales go down in Denver and Colorado.”
Twenty-four states and the District of Columbia allow the use of recreational marijuana. Another 14 states allow medical use only.
Along with keeping an eye on marijuana sales and the tax revenue generated for the city, Denver is tracking the state of the associated delivery business. Escudero said Denver has issued 23 licenses to transporters, or delivery companies. Just 14 of those are currently active.
Only 13% of Denver’s 188 cannabis locations have a permit for deliveries. Dispensaries can’t make their own deliveries. They must contract with a licensed delivery company.
“This recession in the cannabis industry couldn’t have hit at a worst time for these delivery businesses. We’re hoping that once the industry pulls out of this, there are still going to be some delivery companies left,” Escudero said.
The type of person we’re trying to help
Diaz-Rivera started his journey from felon to businessman when he was just 19. After graduating from high school, he was living out of his car.
“I was selling weed as a way to survive,” said Diaz-Rivera, now 39.
While driving on a Friday night in 2006, Diaz-Rivera was pulled over by police in the Colorado Springs area. He was arrested on charges of felony distribution of marijuana and pleaded to felony possession. He served a few months in jail, but was released to work. He also paid $3,000 in restitution.
Diaz-Rivera was working at a family fun center, which had games and an arcade. He said it was the only place that would hire him after his arrest. He discovered he had a passion for working with kids and wanted to be “a responsible citizen in the community.”
He earned an associate degree from Pikes Peak State College, transferred to Metropolitan State University of Denver and became a teacher.
“Even that at first was a problem because of my felony for a controlled substance, even though it was weed and weed was legalized at this point,” Diaz-Rivera said.
A shortage of teachers and a review of his resume, which included mentoring, landed him a job as fifth-grade teacher.
“Growing up in school, I was always a knucklehead: getting expelled, getting suspended,” Diaz-Rivera said. “As a teacher, those kinds of kids gravitated toward me because I had a similar understanding.”
But he started to feel burnt out while teaching from home during the pandemic. “I was a new dad, trying to figure things out. I wasn’t being paid enough from teaching and I was just not happy with the career,” Diaz-Rivera said.
He heard about Denver’s social equity program for those looking to get into the cannabis business.
“And I was like, ‘That’s my ticket to send my kids to college if I’m not going to be a teacher.’ I jumped in with both feet and started the entrepreneur lifestyle without realizing how risky it was,” the father of three recalled.
Escudero said Diaz-Rivera is the type of person Denver’s program is trying to help. “He’s turned his life around and he’s trying to run a successful business while facing really challenging times”
Diaz-Rivera is working with five dispensaries and has three drivers who are instructed in the regulations and security measures required by the job. He cut the drivers’ hours back after a “stagnant” summer, but is optimistic about the recent slight increase in deliveries. He said people like the convenience of food, clothes and other items delivered to their doors.
“So it only makes sense for us to get our weed delivered as well.”
However, Diaz-Rivera said there is resistance on the part of some dispensaries that might see delivery as cutting into their business. When customers visit a store, there’s an opportunity to upsell them, he said.
Escudero said another possible reason that deliveries haven’t taken off is that with 188 stores in Denver, many people don’t have to walk or drive far to buy cannabis.
Curtis Washington, owner of the Green Remedy dispensary, said he’s not worried about delivery affecting his sales. “People have access to your website so they can see what you have to sell. The only thing you’re missing is that local salesperson trying to upsell them.”
Even then, there are daily limits to how much a customer can buy and people’s own budgetary constraints, Washington said.
One of the reasons Washington uses a delivery service is that he wants to support Denver’s social equity efforts. Washington qualified for the program because of a family member’s arrest on a marijuana charge.
Diaz-Rivera said Denver’s program and the state Cannabis Business Office have provided him and others valuable technical assistance, help with business plans and access to resources. In a statement, the state office said it has supported social-equity licensed businesses through more than 3,500 hours of education, 66 grants that have helped create and retain nearly 300 jobs and 55 new businesses and seven loans supporting 18 jobs.
“The Governor’s November 1 budget proposal includes ongoing funding to continue this important work,” the business office said.
Continuing social equity programs is vital, Diaz-Rivera said. He said his arrest hurt his family financially and his ability to get work and find housing.
“There’s been a lot of harm from the war on drugs,” he said.
The effort to repair the harm is a win for the people affected as well as the overall economy overall, he added.

This Substack has been warning for quite some time of the various eugenics programs around the world disguised as virtuous and magnanimous statist assisted suicide schemes…

EXCLUSIVE: Ontario Woman Paralyzed After Moderna booster Shot; Doctors Attribute Cause to Vaccine, Offer MAID 2nd Smartest Guy in the World · Feb 22 EXCLUSIVE: Ontario Woman Paralyzed After Moderna booster Shot; Doctors Attribute Cause to Vaccine, Offer MAID This Substack has been covering the horror show technocommunist dystopia that is Canada, with a particular emphasis on their medical assistance in dying (MAID) democide program.
Read full story …we now have further proof that this technocratic democide horror show is a globalist program to depopulate the planet; to wit:
Shadowy dark money behind the assisted suicide/euthanasia bill connected to American global population reduction organisations
This is one of the most sinister things I've ever discovered.
Kim Leadbeater, who sponsored this bill, is the Chair of More in Common UK - incidentally not recorded on the Register of MPs interests (https://members.parliament.uk/members/commons/interests/publications…)
More in Common has been pushing a lot of the polling in favour of assisted suicide in the media recently.
This whole campaign is obviously extremely well funded. They have way more publicity than the anti-euthanasia side, e.g. seemingly hiring out half the billboards on London Underground - especially at Westminster where the tunnels are full of them!
So who funds More in Common?
This is where things get super creepy.
The More in Common global website shows that they are funded by various groups. One of their primary funders listed is the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
This organisation has had as one of its core aims, for many decades, the depopulation of the planet. Since 1967 they have given nearly half a billion dollars through their Population Program.
See e.g. their detailed "Population Program Strategic Plan" from 2004:
"Many areas of urgent need remain" in "reducing population growth rates"!
Most of this is for the developing world - note that they are actually aiming for Asia to have a below replacement fertility rate - but killing people in the developed world will also help!

Golden Smog show announced - First Avenue 11/15
Golden Smog, America's favorite Stupergroup, is pleased to announce that Gary Louris, Kraig Johnson, Dan Murphy, Marc Perlman and Steve Gorman (the latest in a long line of Smog drummers dating back to Dave Pirner) will be appearing for one night only on Friday, November 15 at First Avenue, the scene of so many great Golden Smog and Golden Smog-related shows over the last 4 decades. In other words, home. Minneapolis rockers Eleganza will be opening.
In lieu of any new music, the current mode for Golden Smog is to play when circumstances allow, whether it's a year between shows or a decade. For this year's show the plan - and, yes, there is a plan - is to invoke the spirit of early GS, when fun with a capital F was the driving force. So expect lots of stuff from the 1996-2006 "Major Label" era but also a healthy dose of old faves from the 1988-1993 "What The Hell Are We Doing" era, when the goal was to not be the worst cover band in town....and have fun, did we mention that?
Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, October 18 at 10 am CT but there will be an exclusive artist presale this Wednesday, October 16 at 10am CT. Presale code is KEYS
Ticket link: https://bit.ly/gsmog2024
Golden Smog info page HERE
From a recent Golden Smog press release: Since 2006's Another Fine Day there hasn't been any new Golden Smog music. Since the brief tour for that lost classic of an album ended, live Golden Smog has been a sporadic proposition. There have been a dozen Golden Smog concert performances since 2006, ranging from the basement of a South Minneapolis coffee shop to scattered benefit events to a packed 2008 rally at the Target Center in Minneapolis “warming up” for then presidential candidate Barack Obama. Some GS shows in this span have featured “new guy” Jeff Tweedy (who joined in 1994), most have not. There have been at least 4 drummers for these 21st century shows – a long standing Smog tradition. The recent spate of GS activity was kick-started in July 2019 when most of the Down By The Old Mainstream lineup of the band celebrated Dan Murphy's birthday at a semi-private late night show in an off the radar location: the basement of a Minneapolis bar, just hours after The Jayhawks had finished an outdoor show across the river – a typically Smoggy affair. This was the first Golden Smog live show in over 7 years - the longest such gap in the band’s long, jumbled history. Since then there have been a pair of triumphant Smog reunion shows with Tweedy in April 2022 for the COVID-delayed celebration of First Avenue's 50th anniversary and a pair of shows without Tweedy, opening for Jayhawks local holiday concerts in 2022 and 2023, the last of those featuring former Black Crowes drummer and recent Minnesota arrival Steve Gorman. The future for Golden Smog past this show remains characteristically vague but optimistic. Stay tuned.

Black Friday beats forecasts, sees biggest rise in 4 years in Brazil
Online sales increase by 11% from Thursday to Sunday; steady trend could influence Christmas season
Data released by consultancies and research companies indicate that Black Friday sales surpassed projections in online and physical stores, marking the largest increase in four years. This performance could pave the way for more positive results during the Christmas season when retailers and industries can achieve higher profit margins.
From Thursday (28) to the morning of Sunday (1, until 6:59 a.m.), online nominal revenue rose by 11% compared to the previous year, reaching approximately R$8 billion, according to service and data company Neotrust Confi.
The initial projection was for a smaller increase of 9.1%, considering the low base of comparison of 2023. Last week, consultancies and sector associations interviewed for the report anticipated growth between 5% and 10%, depending on the study.
In 2022 and 2023, the figures fell short of expectations. In 2021, sales in November dropped by 4.2%, according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics’ retail survey.
