Dacă ești diplomat, politician sau corporatist tradițional - ai fost învățat să funcționezi în societate așa :

1. Consens. Nu trebuie să superi pe nimeni, trebuie să te “aliniezi” cu toată lumea

2. Schimbări foarte mici și extrem de graduale. Prioritatea este păstrarea status-quo și “risk management”

3. Limbaj - de lemn. Cat mai solemn și sofisticat - asta conferă “respectabilitate”

4. Inițiativa personală - aproape zero. Schimbări - nu - trebuie doar urmate tendințele “aprobate” fără să le critici (woke, verde, dei în vest; la noi - baronul, sindicatul, biserica, head-office-ul, Bruxelles-ul).

Acum lumea ăstora e dată peste cap. Ca au de a face cu fix inversul lor - oameni care vin din zone de business dure (Trump) sau din zone de mafioți (put/in și hologramele lor de pe aici). Care merg pe intimidare, șoc și groază, viteză - fix chestii cu care modul de funcționare birocratic nu poate face față.

Trebuie să ne adaptăm RAPID. Nu mai suntem în birouri cu aer condiționat și conference call-uri civilizate - ci în lupta de arena cu gladiatori. Noi insa suntem mult mai mulți - și câștigăm - dar mai și trebuie să înțelegem ca suntem în coliseum nu în birou de sticlă în pipera sau la palatul Victoria. Situația nu mai e “civilizată”.
