A bit late for Bionicle day but here's my bonklesona, wearing a beautiful custom mask by @0m3g4skanohiforge 💕💕💕

His name is Taketa, he's art pals with Hafu. I'm unsure if pink even exists in the Matoran universe, so Taketa might've mixed the colour himself to paint his mask, making him truly one of the greats.

Nuparu the builder of Boxor, Hafu the sculptor of the Path of Prophecies, Taketa the creator of a pigment that no one uses.

another one of my bionicle ocs, pavikou!! i actually made the moc for this one irl before i even drew them, so all of the design choices are at least somewhat reflected in the actual Real version of him!

this guy is def one of my fav ocs ive made, expect a lot of art of him and ahkmou eventually

Y’know how I said that you know the Hyperfixation is strong when I start making OCs about it?

Well I’m into Bionicle now lol, and this is my boy Rheteko.

He’s an Ex Dark Hunter and mad scientist. He's got a nasty pair of claw gauntlets, but isnt much of a fighter these days. He spends most of his time working in his underground lab, committing assorted atrocities and unleashing said atrocities on those who stumble a little too close.

There will be more of him, I’m kinda obsessed.

My first real Bionicle OC, Makuta Cirbaroz (from Cerberus)

Despite his ominous and often menacing appearance, Makuta Cirbaroz was not a being of conquest, not even following Teridax’s rebellion against Miserix. He would often be found on his island, isolated from much of the Matoran Universe yet only a stone’s throw away from Chirox’s domain. (Specifically, southeast from the island of Visorak, near the GSR’s left 4th and 5th fingers.)

A tinkerer and Rahi-biologist at his core, Cirbaroz would frequently collaborate with Chirox following the latter’s creation of the Visorak species. Their combined efforts are to blame for the dangerous Rahi on Daxia, where they would often “dispose of” creatures deemed to dangerous to be kept in experimental space such as Cirbaroz’s island.

When Teridax assumed control of the Brotherhood of Makuta, Cirbaroz concealed himself in defiance, reconstructing himself into a form resembling a mix between canine and bovine Rahi species, inspired by Makuta Miserix’s Kanohi of Mutation.

Cirbaroz himself wears the Kanohi Mativen, Great Mask of Matter Shifting. This mask allows its wearer to select an object at will and manipulate its state of matter by separating its particles. For example, one could temporarily turn a solid into a gas and move it around, to then reform it elsewhere. The greater the difference in particle density and the longer the duration of the shift, the more energy is required from the user.

Following the death of Teridax, Cirbaroz remained in his Rahi form and migrated to Spherus Magna with many other Rahi and Matoran. Knowing of the crimes of the Makuta under Teridax’s rule, Cirbaroz rarely dared to show his true form in front of any other being, biomechanical or otherwise. Alone, however, he occasionally returns to his Makuta form to explore the jungles and conduct field research on the organic creatures of Bota Magna.

OC Order of Mata Nui Member: Baterra (they/them)

Powers: shapeshifting

Weapons: Protosteel claws

Baterra is a Baterra who infiltrated Mata Nui's Universe while Mata Nui was still under construction and eventually became infected with true sapience due to Velika's meddling.

Baterra maintains a strong vendetta against the weapons manufacturers of Xia, considering the Xians' creations to be especially vile and twisted instruments of madness and destruction.

Baterra gained the attention of the Order of Mata Nui by sabotaging multiple weapons shipments intended for the Brotherhood of Makuta, the Order offering them aid and intelligence to help cripple the Brotherhood's supply of new weaponry.

Baterra also occasionally helps train new Order recruits in paying attention to your surroundings, using their shapeshifting to sneak up on the newbies and then pouncing if they aren't spotted.

MOC Details:

I modified the upper torso I used for Toa Orde & reused the same hips design as I ultimately made for Toa Krakua. Upper arms are detailed here. For the upper legs, I stuck the Nui-Jaga stingers (part 32310) onto a pinhole-axle hole connector (part 6536) and attached both the stinger assembly and the Inika thigh plate with a 3L pin.

The mask was printed and painted by the fantastic Buryu's Forge! That was the only custom part used on this MOC.

Akhi

Akhi is a Ko-matoran from a small un-important village in Ko-Wahi. For reasons unknown, they have left their village, and currently travel Mata-Nui as a vagabond wanderer.

Akhi always carries with them, a small handbag. They are very secretive of it's contents, and do not trust anyone else with it. They are also very secretive about their home town, so no one actually knows where they come from.

They are generally quiet and observant. Usually very sweet though, unless you ask questions about their past, then they will actively avoid you. They don't really stick around with anyone for long. All friendships they make don't go very far, as they are usually always on the move.

The idea of a gun toting Toa of Iron who also wore a mask of magnetism, that I got from this post here, was such s silly idea I had to doodle something.

They would be such a nuisance with those powers.
