Elevate Your Routine with the Latest Korean Cosmetics and Skincare Trends
In the ever-evolving world of beauty, Korean cosmetics and skincare continue to lead the way with innovation, efficacy, and style. At Keautiful, we’re passionate about delivering excellence and making high-quality K-Beauty products accessible to everyone. Today, we're diving into the latest Korean cosmetics and skincare trends that are transforming routines worldwide. From innovative skincare solutions to must-have makeup and wellness essentials, here's how you can elevate your beauty regimen with the freshest trends from Korea.
1. The Rise of Multifunctional Skincare
Gone are the days of using a dozen different products to achieve flawless skin. Korean skincare has embraced multifunctional products that simplify routines while delivering exceptional results. Look for products that combine hydration, anti-aging, and sun protection in one. For instance, BB creams and CC creams with SPF offer coverage, sun protection, and skincare benefits all in one easy step.
2. Essence Overload: The Power of Hydration
Essences have become a staple in Korean skincare routines, and for good reason. These lightweight, hydrating formulas penetrate deep into the skin, boosting moisture and preparing your skin for the next steps in your routine. Look for essences with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, fermented ingredients, and niacinamide to enhance hydration and brighten your complexion.
3. Innovative Sheet Masks: Your At-Home Spa Experience
Sheet masks are a Korean beauty phenomenon that continues to evolve. Modern sheet masks offer targeted treatments for various skin concerns, from brightening and anti-aging to soothing and hydrating. Incorporate sheet masks into your weekly routine for a pampering at-home spa experience that delivers instant results.
4. Dewy Skin Finish: Embrace the Glow
The dewy, glass-skin look is a defining feature of Korean beauty trends. Achieving this radiant finish requires products that enhance your skin’s natural glow. Opt for luminous foundations, highlighters, and finishing sprays that provide a youthful, dewy sheen. Korean brands often use light-reflecting ingredients that create a flawless, glowing complexion.
5. Skincare Meets Makeup: BB and CC Creams
BB and CC creams are beloved for their ability to combine skincare benefits with makeup coverage. These all-in-one products offer hydration, sun protection, and a flawless finish. BB creams are great for light coverage and daily wear, while CC creams provide color correction and more coverage for a polished look.
6. Sun Care is a Must: Protect and Perfect
Sun protection is a cornerstone of Korean skincare. Modern Korean sunscreens are lightweight, non-greasy, and often come with added skincare benefits like hydration and anti-aging properties. Incorporate a broad-spectrum SPF into your daily routine to protect your skin from harmful UV rays and maintain a youthful appearance.
7. Hair and Body Care: Holistic Beauty Approach
Korean beauty isn’t just about skincare and makeup; it extends to hair and body care as well. Explore hair care products infused with nourishing ingredients like ginseng and camellia oil. For body care, consider exfoliating scrubs, rich moisturizers, and soothing body masks that keep your skin soft and radiant.
8. Accessories to Enhance Your Routine
Korean beauty accessories, such as facial rollers and gua sha tools, can elevate your skincare routine. These tools help to stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness, and enhance the absorption of skincare products. Incorporate them into your routine for a spa-like experience at home.
9. Wellness Integration: Beauty from Within
Korean beauty philosophy emphasizes holistic wellness as a key component of beauty. Consider integrating wellness practices into your routine, such as consuming beauty-boosting teas or supplements. These can support healthy skin from the inside out and complement your external skincare regimen.

Its great to know you been taking things with a new perspective! I hope it guides you where you want to be. How is everything going for you in work? Ive been back to classes in university but in another campus, im with just two classes so I go Mondays and Thursdays, I have music and biodance which has been pretty interesting and fun, its a new ambient for me away from all the toxicity from my other campus, interacting with new people and this campus is small but quite nice which I enjoy a lot. Im practicing with keyboard piano/piano and its really fun considering ive never worked with an instrument before (flute doesnt count☠️) on the other side sadly I got the flu lmao not even three weeks and I already got ill lol and ive been looking out for jobs applications but its quite difficult. My dad is moving some strings with a friend of his so I can work in a KFC lol so im waiting for their answer, it would be part time Saturday and Sunday and I would finish my turn around 6-7pm and the best is that is really close to my home so the travel would be short. All for the money tho even if it makes me anxious🤑🤑
Thank you <33 It's going pretty good with work! Only dedicating myself for like the last half of the month in March, I made more than I expected to. So if I remain even more dedicated & focused this month, I think I'll be really really happy with the results!
I'm glad you're back to school, but ESPECIALLY that you're on a different campus!! I play piano, it's a good instrument! I'm glad you're having fun with it <33 Though I am sorry to hear you got the flu :( I hope it clears up soon! My friend had/has the flu, and it hit her reallyyyy bad. Just that time of the year I think! I hope you get the job at KFC, that's so exciting!! It makes sense to be anxious about it, but I know you'll do fine, and after the first few shifts it should start to feel a bit less anxiety-inducing, and a bit more comfortable! I'm happy for you, and proud of you!! <33

What’s in my beauty bag for long-haul flights?
Hair
Michael van Clarke №1 Brush: I like my Michael van Clarke as a multi-purpose hairbrush, and this mini version is the perfect size for travel.
Shu Uemura Essence Absolue Mini: my favourite hair oil, but a travel-size version. I can’t go without oiling my hair ends, so this is a necessity for me.
Kitsch satin flexi-rods: I need my hair to be quickly and elegantly styled by the time we land, so I usually use flexi-rods as a way to achieve curls or blowouts securely while flying.
Hermès silk scarf: it’s a little bit extravagant, but I like to look good while travelling, and this scarf matches my travel outfits well. I tie the scarf over my head to cover up and secure the flexi-rods.
Skin
Omorovicza Peach Micellar pads: I try to minimise my need for sink access when flying, so these pads are a good way for me to easily remove my makeup.
Optase protection mist: I spray this very liberally, and it’s the best thing I’ve found for preventing travel acne breakouts.
Biodance hydrating gel mask: this is my favourite mask for long flights because it can be worn for 10+ hours, and hydrates very well. I cover it up with a silicone mask so that the hyaluronic acid isn’t drawn out by the dry atmosphere on the plane.
Summer Fridays Jet Lag mask: I use this like a moisturiser when I wake up in the morning. It’s so soothing and hydrating, but it’s not too heavy for my skin.
Shiseido Moilip: I suffer from really dry lips when I fly, so I use this as a first layer of protection on my lips.
Lasinoh nipple balm: this is what I use as the second layer on my lips. It’s very occlusive, so the moisture doesn’t escape.
Rose quartz gua sha: my face always looks puffy when I fly, but lots of massage and gua sha helps to mitigate this as much as possible.
Makeup
Too Faced Hangover primer mini: this isn’t my favourite primer, but it’s very hydrating and makes my skin look plump and healthy after a long journey.
Clé de Peau concealer stick: I like this concealer stick because I can apply it anywhere for natural but full coverage, and blend it out very easily with a fingertip. It also has good staying power, so I don’t need to worry about powder and setting spray.
Tarte Maracuja Juicy lip balm: this is a very moisturising and glossy lip balm that adds some colour to my lips and pulls my look together.
Natasha Denona Hy-Per face palette: I see this recommended for travel very often and I agree, it’s so handy to have all the necessary products in one place. I can apply eyeshadow, blush, and bronzer/contour very quickly and easily, and the colours all harmonise with each other.
Vivienne Sabo Cabaret Première mascara: I think that any mascara would work, but this is my favourite and it doesn’t suffer in high altitudes.
Pupa True Lip liner: this is one of my favourite lip pencils for the MLBB look, it adds colour and definition and it works well with the Tarte balm.

WHAT ARE YOU SEEKING?
“Many people in search of spirituality try to give a perfect image, speak low to appear to have inner peace, have a vegetarian, vegan diet, or live off the pranic energy or the sun to feel more connected, wear exotic clothes to feel different, or smoke how much yerba put them, eat mushrooms, peyote, ayahuasca, desert frogs and do yoga courses, biodance, oriental meditations, law of attraction, prosperity, family constellations, temazcals, akashic records. Future Sciences or Fifth Dimension to feel more spiritual. But the reality is all that has nothing to do with spirituality. We have turned spirituality into a product of consumption.
We seek spirituality in religions, courses, workshops, conferences.. , and we associate it with incense, candles, saumerios, astral letters, sterillas, bowls, buddhas, chillaut music and linen dresses.
True spirituality has nothing to do with the things you can buy or have on the outside. You are not more spiritual and conscious by having more money or carrying a uterus hanging over your shoulder. You are not more spiritual by considering yourself a being of light but you integrate your shadows and darkness. You're also not more spiritual by saying "Namaste" "God bless you" "prayers" and greetings to the planet and others through Facebook and social networks.
As we continue to seek spirituality in a religion, a guru, ritual or teaching, we will be seeking a spirituality of marketing and consumption.
No religion, guru or teaching is going to be able to give you what is already inside you. But if what you want is to sign up for spiritual fashion then go to an asram, sign up for an esoteric group, give spiritual talks and conferences and do all the fashion workshops you can, and eventually you'll find that you've only changed on the surface.
Most people do not want to be responsible for their spirituality and give that responsibility to a mentor, coach, guru or teacher who guides them and leads them to full realization or to "the best version of yourself" as it is often said. That's why there are so many gurus nowadays. There have never been so many teachers, gurus, specialists and diplomas in spirituality as today. How many of those titles you have hanging on your wall define you?. How many of those courses and workshops have shown you who you really are?. How many of those diplomas will you take with you when you die? None of them. But the game has been accepted disciple master, mentor follower, novice expert, seller buyer.
SPIRITUALITY CONSUMES.
Someone tells you they have the truth and you try to buy it. It's business the books, courses, workshops and conferences that the fashion master sells you. You buy everything because you're use to buying and you think buying can make you spiritual. You live in a spiritual business. Shopping Mall. Customer seller . I sell you some ideas about what spirituality is and you buy them to me. But those ideas will be prefabricated ideas, second-hand, they won't be original, they won’t be yours, they won’T be true. All truths you buy from others will be a lie.
How do you get out of this trap? Stop doing spirituality and drugs, if you still can.. search the truth of your heart. And ask yourself how did I get to her?. What Should I Do ? How can I reach her? First of all STOP ASKING OTHERS HOW TO REACH IT. Stop seeking and consuming spirituality and recognize that what you seek already comes within you, and that no religion, guru or teaching can give you.
I'm going to tell you something that's going to tear down your entire consumption spirituality. What you're looking for YOU ALREADY GOT! You don’t need to do anything or reach any special place or activate the kundalini or the third eye. YOU ALREADY ARE. YOU ARE ALREADY COMPLETE. YOU ARE ALREADY LIT. YOU ARE ALREADY FULL. Stop wasting time on toys. Nothing or no one is going to be able to give or sell your being. It's a personal self discovery. It is your adventure. Your journey. But as long as you keep playing the game of spirituality and doing spiritual courses and workshops to entertain yourself mentally you will be distancing yourself from the true spirituality that resides in your heart.
Stop buying and consuming spirituality. Spirituality is free. It's in the air you breathe, in the sun, in the stars and in your heart.”

MY VERY OWN VERSION OF “SLIDING DOORS”?
UNEXPECTED CHANGE HAPPENS AND LIFE SPLITS
The movie was back from the late 90s and it portraits one of those Hollywood degenerate actresses missing a train by a second and at the same time catching the train and the door closing a second behind her. From that point onwards, her life changes in part due to some missing and new connections but above all, due to her own actions.
I was in China back in those days, perhaps it was Hong Kong with my friend G, living the good life yet knowing deep inside me that things were maybe not as they were supposed to be. Had I known back then what I know today, perhaps I would’ve been able to get back and be a life traveling diplomat. Perhaps I will end up being the same good looking yet fucket up individual I am today. Regardless of what sliding door it opens or closes... there you are.
Or are you?
Following on the amazing opportunity given to me by an expired passport, or the horrible debacle served to me by an expired passport, the reality is that life continues and goes on and it is only through our actions, thoughts and plans that life is exciting or stale and humid as a public restroom with no ventilation.
Right at time on another time zone, I am in South America sitting on my parents living room, chatting, drinking coffee and having my family around together with the dogs. The gifts are disbursed and updates shared. Mr. Diz has really no updates because he lives a life in pause, mopping floors for a living and have been doing for a full year and really, no one gives a shit and apparently not even himself.
On another time zone, he’s sitting in front of a computer writing some lines, concern by the pain on his shoulder and elbow and pondering in one hand going mountain biking and on the other hand going out and just driving around. The third hand holds a common idea to stay inside the house, don’t leave and just be there doing jack shit that will end up in YouTube and Instagram at some point not before cleaning his bedroom because the laundry had already been completed.
And on the third hand, he’s planning getting his resume ready, connecting with the biodance crew in the U.S., participating in the TM contest coming up soon, and getting connected with other people because now he has the time to do it as the trip is not happening for the next two months at least until such a document is renewed for another decade.
