Again sorry for obvious information in here, I’m posting this to instagram too so a LOT of the text is adjusted so my family and followers there understand what I’m talking about.

(Hey you wanna hear me yap about a buzzpipe au I had in my mind for months?)

I mentioned this au on an ask before and even talked about it on the jackbox server, but it’s basically an au where buzz becomes the host of YDKJ full stream instead of cookie

Long story short buzz sees that cookie and Schmitty are still getting a lot of fame, very envious that the rest of the hosts had their time to shine in YDKJ while instead he was made fun of and forgotten buzz swears that one day he’ll make them regret

buzz’s determination to achieve his goal gets the attention of binjpipe and while working on full stream she decides to hire buzz instead of cookie seeing him as an easier target to manipulate

When it’s time for the first episode to air buzz gets knocked out and put in the simulation, Everything is fine at first buzz is happy with his job somehow even becoming friends with binjpipe but everything changes when escape the simulation happens

It’s the same as ETS but with a catch, with every reset he forgets something about his old life, all the good moments he spent with Nate and the other hosts vanished and the only thing that remained was a bitter feeling, so when he realises that the show was a simulation all along he doesn’t want to leave

Its not real,the show is nothing but a lie and yet it’s the best thing that has ever happened to him,he was denied of a second chance by them even by his own cousin, binjpipe was the only one who helped him, only her

And so e continues to live upon a lie, refusing help from Nate when e tries to free him, going along with binjpipes plans of getting the rest of the YDKJ hosts under binjpipe’s control

This au is quite old so I’m unsure if want to continue it since I’m not as interested in it as I was before but it is a fun one i finally decided to talk about

Y'know, oddly enough: I find that the binjpipe-tied characters (Creepy Voice & Masterson, C.) are rather underrated as characters! Like yeah, look up their tag and you'll see a bunch of evil ahhh illustrations of the two, but that has more to do with binjpipe than the actual characters.

Like Creepy Voice is SO funny, she follows the tradition of "God, everyone here is so stupid, thank god i'm the only smart person here" despite not technically being a host. Creepy & Cookie don't bounce off each other much, but when they do: they share a singular brain cell. She's so blunt & monotone when she says the most dumbest things, she's great! Like have you heard the trolling voice line? Those two do not know what trolling is and I love them for it!

And she DOES show emotion sometimes, especially if she's vulnerable. Cookie told her that binjpipe was a joke and she sounded at the edge of tears! Creepy Voice is not JUST binjpipe, she's her own character too! Just happens to be the VOICE of binjpipe as well. It's like how spokespeople irl aren't just their company. She just happens to view binjpipe as the second coming of christ.

And then there's Masterson, C.: host of Fibbage 4! He isn't just a malfunctioning robot like people assume: he's actually REALLY hard to tell apart from the actual Cookie Masterson. The only thing that differs is his slightly artificially tinged voice, his devotion to binjpipe, & the fact he's missing most of Cookie's less... "marketable" qualities. He only broke down on live TV once, that's pretty impressive for such a complicated ai!

The fact he has more rizz than the real Cookie is so funny to me! He got a date, fucked up the date's scheduling ASTRONOMICALLY, and somehow managed to have the date go WELL! Cookie can't even manage using a dating app without getting frustrated. He's pretty much an idealized version of Cookie and that's such an interesting concept to play around with (i also headcannon he's ace, I just think he would be). Not to mention: he GENUINELY believes he's the real Cookie Masterson, and why wouldn't he think that? He has his memories, his personality, his looks. Could you imagine the identity crisis he would have if he met the ACTUAL Cookie?

Also, he has Poopsie Prime, and I imagine she's one of those four legged robots like Spot, because the mental image of Cookie cuddling Poopsie, and Masterson, C. calling for his own cat in retaliation, and a four legged robot with no other discernable qualities waltz up and gets showered with affection as a very confused Cookie watches really pleasing!

Like I just adore those two! Their really isn't any other characters executed quite like them. (A spokesperson & an ai doppelganger? That's already pretty insane!). I just wish more people cared about THEM instead of just the binjpipe about them.

Ok both are 5 Small Headcanon guys so this might be a long post

Todd:

Todd and Gene are both AIs that live in cyberspace. They are both relatively benevolent tho, and Todd thinks Binjpipe should embarrassingly trip and eat dirt every day.

Todd is pansexual. That's all I have on that matter.

Todd can leave cyberspace whenever, and takes on a humaniod form when he does. He just tends to prefer being in the computer.

Todd is kinda jealous that Gene keeps being in games while he's stuck in Pack 4.

Todd knows how to manipulate code to make games and developed STI himself.

Cream Masterson (Champ'd Up Host)

Cookie keeps bringing up a specific brother in YDKJ 2011/2015. Cream is that very brother.

Cookie also mentions a "nephew's baptism" in Fibbage 4. Despite my joke image last Easter Season, the nephew is actually Cream's son that's getting baptized. (Not Chip; Chip is in college and probably got baptized early in his life)

Cream is good friends with Linda Pants who does exist in my stories she just wasn't in Champ'd Up, as well as Dandelion, Gilbert (the Lie Swatter Host), Miles (as a person with a major Jackbox OC with the same name, I refuse to call Bidiots host Sterling because that sh^t would be confusing), and formerly Glargan (it's complicated).

Dandelion and Glargan once attempted to prank Cream and Linda by hanging a mistletoe above the doorway to the the home they were hosting a Christmas party in. Unfortunately, Cream and Linda ran into space traffic, so Glibert and Miles showed up first and they passionately made out because they knew Dande and Glargan were doing a prank and wanted to make them regret it. Dande and Glargan never tried anything like that again.

Cookie Masterson! he’s from various party games by Jackbox Games

below is a bunch of stuff abt him incase you’re doing a season 3 after this and want to include him

here’s the picture you could use to represent him. it’s from the end of YOU DON’T KNOW JACK: THE RIDE, where he’s eating a sandwich while talking to the other 4 hosts that tagged in throughout the game. this image was mostly uncropped when taken from a gameplay video (i assume they screenshotted it from a gameplay video on yt), you only see the lower half of his face throughout this ending sequence. same goes for the other hosts

now for a bunch of random cookie facts that i’ve managed to remember, you could list it all as propaganda below the polls if you were to feature cookie in the next season

he’s afraid of toasters and he basically flinches whenever toast pops out of one

it’s implied he wears women’s boots & crop tops on occasion

throughout the various you don’t know jack games, he occasionally implies having crushes on both male and female celebrities, which basically makes him bisexual. he even outright says so at one point, though i think he said it’s because he likes both lifestyle magazines and science fiction

he has 2 cats named poopsie and mayonnaise, they were canonized in the 2011 iteration of ydkj. though in the previous game, i remember him mentioning that he has a cat allergy, so that’s a little bit concerning? eh it’s fine, there are probably a few other inconsistencies in the cookie lore…

self-proclaimed ventriloquist, which might be a weird thing to practice since you never fully see him. his dummy is named Billy O’Brien and he comes out during the special “Who’s the Dummy?” questions in the 2011 & 2015 versions of ydkj. cookie mentions having trouble with the letters b, p, and m, so when billy speaks, those letters are replaces with d, t, and n respectfully. i feel like i’m overexplaining this fictional ventriloquism puppet (hypothetically i could also submit billy for this bracket, since while he does have a canon design, he is Not onscreen for a majority of his appearances in jackbox games. kinda like glados, who won season 1! but i don’t think i’m gonna do anything like this for billy. if you want him in season 3, you can try looking up stuff for him yourself. anyways back to the cookie stuff)

the most recent iteration of ydkj was in 2018, subtitled Full Stream. it was housed under a fictional streaming service known as binjpipe, and in the special episode Escape the Simulation, cookie finds out about binjpipe’s sinister plans to “know and consume all human life on earth”, but then has his memory reset at the end of the episode, so there isn’t really a good ending. but in two other, slightly more lighthearted episodes he has Jimmy Fallon on as a special guest and then beats him up after he refuses to leave, and in the other one the majority of the questions are about the tv show Frasier and cookie gets kinda fed up despite his voice actor making a brief appearance in a single episode of frasier! i just wanted to mention the other special episodes and that bit about cookie’s actor being in frasier before i move on to

Fibbage 4! it’s the most recent game featuring cookie, and this one has two more special episodes than full stream. so Five! he schedules a date at the same time as the game so he’s running between a romantic wine bar and his recording booth, he gets a new sound-proof recording booth and gets locked inside spending the majority of the game trying to get out, he tries to get a whole bunch of bats out of his house using stuff like crabs (they turn against him) and a large snake (he could Not get one from the snake salesman), his car gets impounded so he plans a heist to get his copy of ocean’s twelve starring george clooney back from the glovebox, and he gets locked in his closet by an evil ai clone of himself that was basically confirmed to have been sent by binjpipe (it mentions them twice). so they’re all very silly and stupid except for the ai one that i consider a followup to escape the simulation. also yes cookie Did escape the closet and shut down the robot at the end

i was gonna squeeze in a video of a moment in the ride where the studio gets raided and attacked by vikings but my paste isn’t working right now so nevermind

yeah i guess i think cookie’s neat, post over

shit season 2 is now!!!!!!! i was neever even given a chance to submit a character :< bit frustrated sorry i hope it's okay to kinda vent it like this...

So I had a crazy dream last night.

Jackbox was having an ost sneak peak live stream of the pack 9 soundtrack, with Cookie Masterson kinda acting as one of those radio mcs to help transition each next song. However, every so often, his voice would glitch out, or he’d say something that would be “verbally backspaced” (ex: Boy, this reminds me of the time I tried to escap- *glitching noises* -escape from Jimmy Fallon.)

And then, at some extremely specific time code, Binjpipe makes her appearance, when Cookie clearly has been reset. She helps transition a few songs and then the live stream resumes without any mention of any of the glitches that happened previously. The livestream clearly loops a couple more times so that more people could catch it, and the offending segments are reuploaded as a “highlight reel” (kinda like how the pibby April fools thing happened)

But the internet went up into a firestorm because of one specific line.

“Oh, Binjpipe! Yknow, I’ve got some of my former hosts/buddies of mine trying to help me set up the next pack sequel. Mind if I go and help them with setting up?”

People went wild over the emphasis on those words. And then I woke up before the ride 2 was confirmed.
