oh geez.... it feels like such a cop out to say "i don't really have favorites" but I don't really have favorites...😅 I'm bad at priorities and arbitration. I can list a few of the things I've got on my shelf that jump out at me, if that gives you any idea:

Noticeably all of Naoki Urasawa's stuff takes up a lot of space(Master Keaton, Monster, 20th Century Boys, Asadora, Mujirushi, Sneeze, and a few Japanese vol. of BillyBat)

All of Eyeshield 21 takes up an embarassing amount of space on its own

There's Nobuhiro Watsuki stuff taking up a good deal of space(Rurouni Kenshin, Gun Blaze West, a bit of Busou Renkin, Japanese copies of Embalming)

The first 30 vol of Detective Conan

A tragically patchy collection of CLAMP titles.(xxxHolic is the only we I've got all of, I think. That and maybe a few of their smaller ones like Clover and Drug & Drop.)

Similarly spotty assortment of Osamu Tezuka work

For some reason I have 3 different editions of Paradise Kiss????

Some Junji Ito stuff, Gyo and Uzumaki mostly. I've been meaning to get a copy of the nice hardback edition of Tomie.

Not nearly enough Kawaguchi Kaiji stuff. I do have all of EAGLE though.

The scant English selection of Satoshi Kon's manga from before he became a director(Dream Fossil, Tropic of the Sea, seraphim 26613336 wings, and opus)

Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind(I want more of Miyazaki's manga work though, like Journey of Shuna, Tigers in the Mud, and People of the Desert, )

I forgot I have all of Kare Kano just kinda tucked way back into a corner

That's about everything of note on my shelf, and that isn't my partner's. There's a few random vol of stuff I never really committed to collecting. There are definitely a lot of things I sold over the years that I kinda wish I'd kept after all. I don't buy manga nearly as often as I used to, which is probably for the best. There are definitely some gaps in there from stuff I definitely liked but never bought(usually because they were too long to start collecting affordably by the time i started reading), and just a couples years of being a broke ass college student.
