Having Rantaro big brother Yan the entire class is very cute even if imagining Rantaro big brothering characters like ryoma is breaking my brain a bit to imagine

Oh, I'm so torn on this, because I like the idea of Rantaro kind of letting Ryoma be on his level. (It would be so cool if Rantaro was everyone's caring big brother and Ryoma was, like…the grumpy big brother.) Really, if anyone in the group is qualified to be omitted from the big brothering, it's probably Kirumi, but I think Rantaro looks at all of them and understands on a pretty deep level that they all kinda need help.

Ryoma tends to fold pretty easily if you convince him he's wrong, so initially Rantaro just needs to have a talk with him to keep him from interfering in what he's doing. (This could be the stopping point where Ryoma just stays the grumpy older brother, but I think Rantaro might take it farther. After all, he's worried about Ryoma, too.) Then either convince him he can have a new purpose with the student council, or give him something to just be idle with (like an addictive hobby), or find him an emotional outlet.

What I'm currently thinking is, Angie's free time events establish that her paintings are literally overwhelming to look at. (At least for Shuichi, but one assumes for others, too.) Maybe Rantaro, who's already secured a lot of influence over Angie like we mentioned before, suggests that she paint something specifically for Ryoma. With her ability to read what people want/need, as demonstrated by how she tailors her description of God to everyone's interests and vulnerabilities, a bespoke painting from Angie would probably be extremely emotional to look at.

Rantaro brings Ryoma an Angie painting as a gift, saying it's to liven up his room, since his depression can't be helped by these gloomy surroundings, and Ryoma stares at the art and just starts crying.

"I know," Rantaro sighs, rubbing Ryoma's back. Gradually his reassurances shift in tone from "commiserating peer" to "sympathetic caretaker". "I knowww, it's pretty, isn't it? It's okay. I'm here."

And I feel like once you've let Rantaro comfort you through an unexpected crying fit once, the dynamic between you is kind of permanently changed. Anything you do to try to un-younger-sibling yourself just makes you seem like a stubborn/whiny younger sibling.

So maybe at this point Ryoma joins the student council and becomes very protective of both Rantaro and Angie.

so i wanted a big premise of there realationship to be Kokichi Haunting Kaito

and bc im a hurt/comfert enjoyer i love it dearly<3 i think how they get together should be very hurt/comfort vibes ya know

like kaito gets fed up and wants kokichi out and kokichi whos down bad but has horrible coaping mechanisms(pushing everyone he loves away[WICH BTW I WANT TO INCLUDE IN HIS DEATH]) is like OKAY BRO I DONT NEED U

but a ghost without anyone to haunt is like

and kaito straifht up doesnt realize hes down bad for kokichi is like fuck man

they have a depression arc where they both are like shit im in love but refuse to make rhe first move

and idk how they find eachother again but they do

and i think kaito would be the one to say it because he genuinely hates tip toeing around eachother OR OR OR kokichi would say he loves him in a fit of rage/just tired of keeping up his masks(cas he thought once he died it was done he would be free but nooooooooo he lives on as a ghost)

i think maki would be very against there realatjonship and shuichi at first would be indifferent(kokichi orginallly haunted shuichi and i think in this au haunting someone would kinda mean something) but in general shuichi doesnt have a problem with it

kokichis main friends(miu and rantaro) dont mind at all he also has ties to kirumi(mom) and gonta neither of which care(nore are told emiditly)

i dont think being monsters changes there dynamic to much there like the lovingly bickering and then look at eachother like the other is littarly everything in the world <3

i love danganronpa so much so here’s my headcanons for a non despair au. (i’ll go by class :3)

THH

1. Mukuro basically babysits junko 24/7 (she’s always wreaking havoc.)

2. sayaka helps leon learn how to sing and play guitar, and they write songs together. (they become besties:3)

3. hifumi and toko like to write together, and they meet in the library every tuesday and thursday to discuss books and fanfictions.

4. mondo teaches chihiro how to be strong !!! they have gym sessions every other day and sakura joins sometimes!

5. kirigiri, celestia, and byakuya have tea parties. (an unlikely bunch but they bond over tea and having daddy issues.)

6. makoto sleeps in really late but always ends up being on time anyways. (everyone in his class always hopes he comes late one day)

7. taka, mondo, and chihiro all play card games together. sometimes they join byuakya, kirigiri, and makoto because they play card games too.

8. the class make bets on what kind of crazy thing junko is gonna do that day. ( celestia always ends up winning to everyones annoyance.)

9. mukuro wants to be friends with hagakure, but he’s terrified of her and avoids her as best as he can. (but then they bond over disney movies and just dance.)

SDR2! + kamakura lmao

1. hajime and kamakura are twins, and kamakura has major separation issues so you’ll never see kamakura without hajime and visa versa.

2. souda and ibuki are best friends and they’re always hanging out. the rest of the class is kinda jealous because their friendship is literally unbreakable.

3. teruteru makes a big dinner for the class every sunday night, and they all get together and eat and talk about stuff.

4. the girls and boys have annual sleepovers once a month to gossip and hang out. they always plan it so that when the girls have their sleepover, it’s at the same time as the boys.

5. nagito and twogami birdwatch together on the weekends.

6. mahiru loves taking pictures of everyone, and all of her projects have at least one or two pictures of the class.

7. hiyoko and ibuki get together once a week (normally on fridays because ibuki loves fridays) and practice together. ibuki will play music for hiyoko to dance to and hiyoko won’t be rude. (everyone was shocked when they found out haha.)

8. sonia goes over to gundhams dorm a lot, and everyone thinks their dating, but in reality their just hanging out with the dark devas and making tiny hats for them.

9. chiaki and peko play fighting and action games together. chiaki loves the quests and peko loves the fighting. (they both love super smash bros and legend of zelda.)

10. sometimes fuyuhiko gets kinda roughed up bc he’s in the yakuza, but mikan will always patch him up! she does it so often they become a little closer.

V3!!

1. keebo and miu love to talk about inventions and robotics together! miu introduced him to video games and they play all the time. (keebo loves minecraft, but miu likes mario cart. they argue over which is better a lot.)

2. kaito has a nickname for everyone in the class. (I.E maki is makiroll, shuichi is sidekick, kokichi is grapeboy, keebo is robro, etc.)

3. rantaro and tsumigi hang out quite a bit. mostly because rantaro helps tsumigi with styling her wigs. but they chat a lot about anime and different things while they work.

4. like mahiru, angie loves to paint her classmates. her personal favorite is to paint kokichi because she loves doing his big extravagant cape.

5. korekiyo and shuichi love to discuss different cases shuichi a encountered. korekiyo talks about the psychological aspects of the criminal and shuichi talks about the general points. they aren’t very close friends but they do talk quite a bit.

6. tenko and maki exchange fighting tactics a lot. maybe not constantly but at least once or twice every week. sometimes they’ll teach them to the girls in class so they can defend themselves.

7. kokichi and gonta will catch bugs together. and as weird of a duo as it sounds, they do have fun. of course kokichi makes a bunch of crazy jokes but they have fun. plus kokichi can prank shuichi with some scary spider he found while hanging with gonta.

8. kaede loves to play piano for the class, and takes requests all the time! the weirdest thing she’s been asked to play was probably the wii music. she’s constantly asked to play an anime intro from tsumigi (of course she says yes.)

9. himiko preforms magic shows for the class; kirumi instantly cleans up right after. it’s a very.... messy performance. lots of glitter. ( the next day everyone gets a letter filled with glitter. they all blame kokichi.)

10. ryoma tends to stay away from the group and by himself, but he ends up being roped into their antics to babysit them. (him and maki end up bonding over being the babysitters of the group.)

11. on kirumis birthday the class threw a surprise party for her, but keebo accidentally ruined the surprise because he didn’t really understand the whole “surprise thing” (he says his software for understanding that hadn’t fully downloaded yet.) but she pretended to be shocked anyway.

Shuichi Saihara

Was scouted like a normal human being

Could take a break from some of the annoying clients, so he gladly accepted

He doesn’t have a specific group of friends, he hangs out with everyone

Although the ones he hangs out with the most are Miu and Kaito

Usually gets average grades (but excels in history and literature). Not that smart but he ain’t a full dumbass.

Had a crush on 70% of his class at some point

But no one knows that of course. Except Miu because mom knows all.

He is happy here, and less lonely than before since he gets to see nice people more frequently.

Rantaro Amami

At first, refused the invitation

Then his crew mates insisted he at least gets a proper education and friends

After some time, he finally accepted

He met Ryoma, his best friend, who accepted to help him create improved ways to transport tools and do operations

He is on good terms with everyone in the class, surprisingly (or not) and is often the one trying to solve conflicts

Class representative. Gets good grades in biology and English and that’s it because he is an uncultured swine.

Will absolutely fucking not retire from his war medic career after school.

Miu Iruma

Also refused the invitation at first

“I have a kid to take care of, screw yall”

She accepted when HPA offered to give her a slightly bigger dorm room for both her and her son.

HPA thought about getting him to the elementary section of the school but he was just a normal kid

She still sometimes gets out at night to do her artworks, although less than before

Still has a crush on Rantaro, although she tries to get past it because she knows better than to try to get into a romantic relationship with an aromatic person

Huge fangirl crisis when she realized Kaito was in her class

She became the mom of the group and adopted like 90% of them

Dumbass but decent in literature, for some reason.

Kaito Momota

His gang was very supportive when he got the letter

That boy will make the family proud

Never tried to hide his prosthetic leg

Not like he could, since he had to take different PE classes adapted to him

Huge fanboy crisis when he realized Miu was in his class

Big bro(tm)

Actually gets along pretty well with Tsumugi, who helps him be better at scientific mechanical stuff.

Above average in science, but is a legit dumbass in the rest of the classes

Kaede Akamatsu

Gladly accepted the letter.

After all, Hope’s Peak is such a great high school! She couldn’t refuse.

She tries to be friends but isn’t that good at it. She appreciates everyone, but mostly hangs out with Maki and sometimes Tenko and Shuichi.

Still an absolute disaster lesbian with a crush on Maki.

The two end up like how you would expect them to be. Pining but never actually asking.

She sometimes asked Kirumi for advice (she doesn’t know why her specifically, though. According to Kaede she’s the only one who would give nice advice despite having 0 experience in romantic relationships).

After countless tries they finally end up together, which was absolutely not a surprise.

And anyone not supporting them will feel the wrath of 4 experienced fighters + karma.

She’s very glad she got to meet them all.

Overall nice grades in everything that isn’t science.

Will remain a writer after high school since this is her passion.

Maki Harukawa 

Accepted, although a bit hesitant to leave her siblings.

But it’s fine, they said. They can still see Maki on week-ends.

She isn’t the social type, and ends up hanging out with only Kaede and sometimes Tenko and Shuichi.

Still very gay, although she takes a lot of time figuring out her feelings for Kaede. Good thing Tenko exists.

She likes the ambiance of the academy, even though she gets to practice her talent a bit less.

Sometimes the others come to her to ask for additions to their uniforms. It doesn’t bother her to do so as long as they are not rude.

She actually recreated the vest for the uniform to feel more comfortable.

Average grades, but does better in literature, for *cough* some reason.

She will gladly continue her hobby after graduation and perhaps create her own fashion brand.

Tenko Chabashira

Joyfully accepted the invitation!

She may have trained a lot already, but surely Hope’s peak would have athletes to help her train, right?

She loves to talk with the others! It feels like a great class.

She is usually the one organizing events, Rantaro approving most of the time.

Much like Shuichi, she tends to talk to everybody, not just a specific person.

Although she is closer to Gonta, Shuichi, and sometimes trains with Kirumi.

Her grades are a bit below average except in PE, where she excels.

Tenko is aiming for the Olympics after graduation, to perhaps win a gold medal. Her classmates really encourage her for this since she is more than capable of it.

Kokichi Ouma

Still has 100% of his trauma, unfortunately

Immediately accepted the letter

At least he would have a stable place to live and could easily avoid other, people, right?

Wrong.

Himiko is here all the time to help him get through this

And he partially manages to! But that’s also thanks to Kiyo.

His classmates also do their best too

And that’s how all rodents got banned from the class.

They tried to ban them in the entire school but apparently they can’t, to everyone’s dismay

He doesn’t really know what to do after graduation. At least Himiko will help him make a decision.

Grades not that good but he is doing his best

What did you expect from someone who never went to school, honestly?

Himiko Yumeno

Oh, to study astronomy a place that isn’t a hospital room? Sign me up!

She was so happy to meet new people

And immediately became friends with almost everyone

Her parents were worried her condition would not be taken seriously but she presented Rantaro to them.

It’s not his expert field but he can still get stuff done

She spends most of her time with Kokichi, trying to help him with his issues.

She also suggested him to open a nice and cozy coffee shop after graduation but he refuses because of the possibility mean clients will get karma’d.

But it’s okay, she will still help him find his path.

Science nerd, good grades but sucks at history

Basically a “Intelligence 100 Wisdom 0″ person.

Korekiyo Shinguji

Although he was a bit hesitant at first because he didn’t want to leave his sister, he accepted the letter anyway.

He still continues to see her almost on a daily basis to make sure she holds up well.

The others were a bit hesitant to talk to him at first due to his creepy aura, they learned how to trust him.

He often has people come to him for advice, mostly Kokichi, Himiko, Angie, Kaede and Shuichi.

He may not show it, but he really appreciate the others’ presence.

Overall good grades.

Tsumugi Shirogane

Was not surprised to see the letter coming to her home.

After all she was already considered ultimate prodigy, she just didn’t officially have the title.

Her colleagues regretted seeing her go but it was for the best. After all it’s only 3 years.

She actually likes it a lot here. They let her do her own research.

The classes are pretty useless for her since she already learned everything, but still goes because the principal told her she had to, to her dismay.

She gladly accepts to help someone, the only condition being that they must be motivated for this.

Excellent grades everywhere except PE. It’s very rare to see her have a grade below 95.

She will go back to the science facility she worked in after high school.

Ryoma Hoshi

Took some time before deciding to go to HPA.

After all he couldn’t leave his crew mates that easily. But just like Rantaro, they insisted he get a proper education and friends.

He doesn’t warm up that much to others, aside from Rantaro.

He still enjoys it here. Too bad the inventors and mechanics tended to be a bit too eccentric for his taste.

He helps Rantaro bringing back better stuff on the battlefield.

Smartass in science and English. Much less in literature and history. 

Won’t retire after high school. After all, his place is on the battlefield, not in a factory or a lab in the city.

Kirumi Tojo

She accepted the letter quickly. She could take a break from the exhausting missions.

She still sometimes had to take up to a month long break from school to get a mission done from time to time.

Unlike Maki in UTDP, she didn’t hide her talent to everyone. She told everyone rather soon that being a maid was just a cover.

The others still have doubts about her, but they got to warm up to her enough with time.

She still hid her CIP from everyone but Rantaro, though.

The more time she spent at the academy, the more she started to think she could retire after.

To perhaps have enough money so she could be settled for life.

That’s not an easy task for sure. But perhaps HPA could help her with it.

Good grades in most of the fields. Especially PE.

Angie Yonaga

owo what’s this? A possibility to get a life outside my island? LET ME IN-

Finally a possibility to settle in somewhere else and get a better life

Especially in Japan! She is really interested in seeing the culture here.

She still considers the culture from her home very important despite her past, but she tries to mix it with Japanese culture when working.

After all, she is the ultimate craftswoman! This is no hard task!

Thinks she will open her own shop here after graduation. Where people could appreciate foreign culture.

She doesn’t have grades that good, but tries her best!

Gonta Gokuhara

To be scouted by Hope’s peak was the achievement he didn’t expect.

But hey, he wasn’t complaining!

He really likes it here and can study more than he ever could.

Unfortunately he couldn’t study rodents due to... complications.

More accurately, he preferred studying them when he was absolutely sure Kokichi couldn’t see him. Mostly at night in his own dorm room.

He has rather nice grades, especially in biology and PE.

He knows he will continue with his talent after high school, which isn’t a surprise.

Has no clue what he is doing here.

There are better robots out here, he’s sure of it.

But whatever. Being scouted here is good too.

He sometimes try to warm up to his classmates, but he is pretty antisocial.

Most of the time it’s with Ryoma, though.

What is he even going to do after graduation? Who knows.

Gets grades generally above average.

Pregame Personality au Re-mastered (let's try)

I know that what brought so many people to my blog was my Pregame personality au. I will be doing a new official post about this au in December, giving out the whole story including the murders. It will be presented like a summary of the event happening in each chapter. With this scenario that I will be posting in December, I will allow any of you to write it as a fan fiction following the instruction given by the scenario and eventually ask me details about each character.

But for now, with another illustration of it, I will make a new character chart. You will be able to ask anything you want about them until I post the plot in December. (Asks, not request) Here I go !

Kaede Akamatsu : (Protagonist for all of the main story) The Ultimate Fratricide. Cold girl who warms up during the story. She believes in no one until proven otherwise. Everyone is a suspect.

Shuichi Saihara : (Protagonist's sidekick during the main story and becomes temporarily the protagonist during the last chapter) The Ultimate Scenarist. A nice person who has problem with socializing. He is very smart. He feels like he lost a considerable amount of his memories. Doesn't seem to have a will to live and takes the trials as another way to "spend time". Through the story he starts feeling more and more compassionate to his classmates.

Rantaro Amami : (Protagonist's "rival") The Ultimate Survivor. A mysterious boy who seems to know too much about their current situation. Even though he says he hates the class trials, he seems to be the most into it, like an instinct. Unlike the others who feels like the trials are fair and square, he keeps considering them as unjust.

Tsumugi Shirogane : The Ultimate Cosplayer. She likes to cosplay, always feels nervous during the whole story. She seems to believe she'll be the first kill each time for an unknown reason. She feels like she lost a considerable amount of memories.

Kiibo : The Ultimate Robot. Doesn't have any memories. Tend to get easily influenced. He says he always got another person talking in his mind but he just find it annoying.

Miu Iruma : Ultimate Hacker. A gyaru who spends most of her time in a computer. She seems to have a goal dear to her. Most serious person when it comes to a murder but usually cheerful. Always gives nickname.

Gonta Gokuhara : Ultimate Terrorist. Lives nature in general. Usually nice, only gets angry when he's worried about others.

Kokichi Ouma : Ultimate ???. Brave persona despite his nervousness. Can get serious if he wants to. He seems to be traumatized by an unknown event.

Tenko Chabashira : Ultimate Molester (Actually victim of the crime she was accused of). Energetic, maybe a bit too much. Want to be a magical girl like Sailor Moon.

Himiko Yumeno : Ultimate Kidnapper. Has a nasty habit if making things disappeared. Seems to prefer older men.

Kaito Momota : Ultimate Drug Dealer. (Usually the ones you can find in hospital) A delinquent who doesn't have much left to live. Try to act like a big bro despite his weaknesses.

Maki Harukawa : Ultimate Observant. Doesn't talk much and doesn't seem to feel anything. Somehow gives some kind of reassuring vibe because of that.

Korekiyo Shinguji : The Ultimate Informant. Nice dude who likes creepy stuff. He listens to everything.

Kirumi Toujo : Ultimate Heir. Seems to feel her family as a burden. Doesn't have actually much pride despite her attitude.

Ryoma Hoshi : Ultimate Berserker. Doesn't seem to like anything despite cats. If you're nice to him he'll be nice to you.

Angie Yonaga : Ultimate Cultist. American from California. Always praying.

There isn't much information about each character because I don't want to spoil their reaction about each case yet. Their talent are important in the story.

I’ve always felt with Rantaro’s very big brother attitude but also ability to get very serious along with his backstory would make him a very unique Yandere amongst the cast

Oh, absolutely.

The big brother vibes and the "Let me handle this; don't do anything stupid" vibes feel like perfect yandere real estate.

I think, if I would compare and contrast him to any other Danganronpa yanderes, it would be Izuru Kamukura and Ultimate Imposter, because all three of them have that "I will handle this, if you would just let me handle it" in them.

For Rantaro specifically, I kind of like pairing him with the V3 characters who tried to take matters into their own hands– especially Kokichi and Angie. I like the idea of Rantaro trying to control either or both of them.

It's made even better by the fact that he's definitely willing to play around/along with them when the stakes are low, but the moment either of them is about to actually do something of consequence, that's when Rantaro goes all scary-sprites and is basically like, "Sit down. I'm handling the killing game, I'm handling the flashback lights, I'm handling the mastermind."

Obviously, though, Yandere Rantaro is more fun outside a killing game, where he can get away with more stuff.

(Ngl, Yandere Rantaro could verge into "agere caregiver" territory, easily. Just Rantaro casually age regressing his whole class, so they'll chill out and let him take care of them.)

Kaede’s twin: Akamatsu Shikimi Shikimi goes to Hope’s Peak Academy as a Reserve Course student. More easygoing but just as firm and assertive as her sister. Despite being mistaken as Kaede frequently in public, she doesn’t despise her twin, even going as far as pretending to her so Kaede can take a break from the limelight. Can play the piano (as well as guitar and violin) but only at a beginner level.

Rantaro’s 2/12 sisters: Amami Youko (2nd child), Amami Misaki (1st child, 3rd partner) Youko is Rantaro’s only full sibling. She attend’s Hope’s Pass High School, Rantaro’s old high school prior to being scouted. More mature than her older bro; has a no-nonsense attitude and quite studious. Easily annoyed by Rantaro’s childish antics but worries about him a lot whenever he travels. Misaki looks up to Rantaro a lot and strongly considers him a role model. She tags along with him frequently, except during his travels and is up to date with his vlogs. She is currently in 4th grade.

Shuichi’s Uncle: Saihara Yoshio Yoshio is the younger brother of Shuichi’s father. He takes in Shuichi after his brother and his wife move overseas, leaving their son to his care. He is a private investigator of a small detective firm, and takes Shuichi as his assistant. He lets Shuichi read confidential case files and would indulge him with a meal of donuts and hot chocolate on some afternoons.

Kaito’s grandparents: Momota Shou, Momota Asuka Shou and Asuka are the parents of Kaito’s father. Kaito was left to their care when his parents died in a tragic car accident. They have a tree house in their backyard where Kaito usually played as a child and Shou would often take Kaito to an open field to stargaze at night. They were quite traditional in their beliefs, and Kaito unconsciously absorbed some of their patriarchal views.

Maki’s favorite (in the orphanage): Shimizu Reika Reika is timid and shy, and mostly didn’t play with the other kids in the orphanage. She would often trail Maki whenever she had errands, and liked clinging to her. She aspires to be a “responsible big sister” like Maki to the other kids, doing her best to conquer her social anxieties. Maki initially disliked Reika’s clinginess, but eventually develops a soft spot for her (since she was mostly well-behaved anyway).

Korekiyo’s older sister: Shinguji Miyadera Miyadera is frail and sickly. Fearful of her short lifespan, she spoils her younger brother to no end. She would frequently visit Hope’s Peak to bring him food, random knick knacks or relics she manages to get a hold of. She would often message him to ask about his well-being, which sometimes irritate Kiyo but he lets his sister be. The siblings care for each other greatly (but not to the point that it becomes incestuous).

Kokichi’s organization D.I.C.E: names confidential A group of pranksters led by Kokichi. After being alienated from his family, he forms this ragtag group of outcasts to commit trivial crimes such as harmless pranks, vandalism and petty theft. They are basically a family unit to him.

Tenko’s Aikido master: Maeda Hikaru After the death of Tenko’s mother (at the hands of own father), Tenko was adopted by Hikaru, who is a good friend of her mother’s. Hikaru owns a dojo and trains Tenko with aikido. They invent a variation of aikido that they subsequently dubbed “Neo Aikido.” Hikaru has spent most of her life in a loveless rut, and she channels her bitterness with preaching to Tenko her biased views on men. Coupled with Tenko’s bad experience with her father, she develops a close-minded negative perception of men.

Kirumi’s mother: Tojo Kazumi Kazumi is a single mother, and doesn’t actually know who Kirumi’s father is. She had been completely drunk one night at a college party, and was too inebriated to notice she’d been having sex with a man. Her girlfriend subsequently left her while her family disowned her when she decided to keep the baby. She worked hard to be able to provide for Kirumi, taking up small part-time jobs apart from a day job during her early-twenties to her late-twenties. This inspired Kirumi to take a part time job when she was old enough. Currently, she works in a bookstore.

Angie’s late grandfather: Yonaga Arell Arell took care of Angie when her parents left the island to find jobs overseas and have not returned ever since. He teaches Angie obscure traditions of their island and the religion of Atua. An artist himself, he teaches Angie how to do visual art and sculpture, even teaching her how to apply incantations to her works of art. His eccentric way of speaking was picked up by Angie. Arell contracts a deadly disease when Angie was 9 years old, and unfortunately dies after 2 years.

Tsumugi’s little brother: Shirogane Takumi Despite sharing a lot of interests with her sister (video games and anime), Takumi teases his older sister a lot. He would also often bother Tsumugi when she is sewing a costume. Their parents are often too busy at work, and with his sister’s shut-in personality, Takumi feels lonely. He secretly admires his sister for her geeky attitude and talent for making beautiful cosplays. Tsumugi finds him annoying, but nevertheless pampers him when she has time. She would also try to dress him up, even in girl’s clothings and he doesn’t mind.

Himiko’s mother: Yumeno Chiyoko Chiyoko used to be a Magician’s assistant. Now, she works as a stage director while her husband works as a stuntman. She is very outgoing and bubbly. She would always recount how her day went during dinnertime with her family. During weekends, she likes taking Himiko out for a day at the park, or watch movies. Himiko is very close with her mother as she often brings her up in conversations, although she dreads being affectionate with her in public.

Keebo’s father: Iidabashi Manabu Prof. Iidabashi is a talented robotics engineer of Future Foundation. He fathered Keebo with one of his former subordinates, who left the organization after leaving him Keebo upon his birth. Not wanting to be an absentee father since his job eats up a lot of time, Manabu homeschools Keebo until he was enrolled to Hope’s Peak, bringing him along whenever he reported to his office. He is quite overprotective of his son and is very quick to defend him.

Family au: imagine all the kids having a water balloon/ water gun fight and it turns into an outright war. Like, imagine those scenes you see in war movies where everything's dramatic and everyones yelling, but with 3-14 year olds with water guns hidng behind bushes on opposite sides of the yard. Kokichi even takes on the role of a spy and pretends to be on the opposite side before following a loner and taking him down with a water pistol in the face XD

Whenever they play something together they always turn it into some dramatic movie x)

So when they also are together in the summer and have a water gun fight they go all out with it, just like their parents probably did when they had been in school

They would make up teams that are a mixture out of siblings and also people with big age differences to keep things fair, but there would be so much drama and “backstabbing” involved between them. The only ones who never break their team are the WoH

Kokichi is the biggest backstabber of them all, while Kaito is way too competitive considering that he is one of the oldest. Tenko btw refuses to shoot any of the girls and Maki just owns them all.

Also if Rantaro and Izuru happen to be there, they don’t always join in and mainly just keep an eye on the others. However Kokichi will always shoot Izuru since he wants his “big bro” to also play, while Rantaro always pretends to die the most tragic death whenever someone happens to shoot him

Though Kiibo never joins in because they are way too young and so they often stay inside. However Kaz probably updated their body so that they can join in later without any problems

Amami does not have romantic feelings for anyone. Kodaka himself confirmed in the artbook that Rantaro can only express brotherly love for people. There is no way in hell that he fell in love with Shuichi and less with Kokichi. The closest character that you can say that are in love/ have interest with is Kaede, like it or not. Stop being so deceived about your impossible ships. Your word is not worth more than Kodaka's.

Firstly I’ll apologize if I focused more on Oumami, it’sbecause they’re my ultimate OTP at the moment hahaa Xa

First off that part about Amami can only express brotherlylove for people in the artbook, I think it actually refers to his fondnessabout his sisters, because as we all know he’s really worried about them andhence his priority is to save his sisters. So I actually think it made senses when forced to do a killing game, his only worries was to get out there assoon as possible & saving his sisters, and romance is not his utmostpriority there.

As you can see the term here is actually imouto(littlesisters) love, so imo the artbook here actually is not making point about his brotherly love for any peoplebut his sisters only (Because when I looked for fraternal love google refers it as 兄弟愛/ kyoudai ai & not imouto rabu? so i think this term is exclusively for his lil sis, which invalid your excuses that this section talks about his type of love for other people). But no worries! Actually as seen in otoges there’s usually the big bro type, and I think he’ll suits that type hahaa.

But what if the killing game isn’t commenced? Then theprobabilities broaden! I think many ndrv3 fanarts are actually based on what if they survived / lived happily scenarios, and I’m sure fall for that trope too. Well I like to think because Amami’s a brother of 12sisters, he’ll be more attentive toward someone who’s younger–looking, in thiscase Ouma! Imo Ouma knows one of his strong point is he kinda looks like achild, so he can use his looks to his advantage wwww So this is just my own hc,but I think Ouma will keep pestering Amami (about his talent or anything rly),and because Amami doesn’t remember anything (or probably being cautious atfirst) he’ll dodged the questions. Ouma kinda doubts that, so he’ll keepsticking near Amami all the time. And although at first Amami was bothered, inthe end he can’t help but being weak when Ouma goes all cute & adorable, sohe’s fine with Ouma being around. And that will branches into them getting toknow about each other more, that even in the end they’ll grow closer & probably comfortable enoughto share about their pasts ;w;

Even if they’re in the killing game, I also like Oumamidynamic! Ouma likes interesting thing, moreover mysteries & ofc he’sinterested to solve the mysteries around Amami, being an amnesiac and all. Evenwhen Amami’s gone, Ouma was still determined to solve the mysteries behind him,judging by how he knew about Amami’s safe combination & such. If Amamilives longer, I think somehow he’ll be the only person that gets how Ouma’s wayof thinking is….  For example in thetrial when Ouma states his statements that riddled with lies, the only personthat can comprehend & decipher the truth from those statements is Amami. Amami being the cautious person he is probablywon’t say anything outright too, and Ouma knowing the clever boy Amami is certainlywill enjoy digging more informations out of him. Heck, they even shared thesame goal to find the mastermind by themselves, so probably if they somehowrealized the others are not a threat they even can cooperate together __(:’3__

ALSO FUN FACT ship doesn’t need to be about interactions all the time!!It can be about their complimenting/contrasting designs/personalities, or maybe you just think the pair look nice together? Sure, ship them if you feel like it! For Saihara, because at first he doesn’t look thatconfidence I think Amami want to boost Saihara’s confidence too. Like there’s amoment where he told Kaede to stop teasing Saihara, so I think Amami actuallywants to protect him too hahaa! 

Also I think you should already know about dangan salmonteam ends, but Amami asking for Saihara’s help to find his sisters by going ona trip around the whole world for their whole life?? Man if that ain’t a proposalthen I dunno what it could be ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Then all of my drawings about Saioumami? Well I loves imagining their interactions, like Amami taking care of the 2 boys & doing silly things together~ But y’know, just because I ship & draw them doesn’t automatically make them canon, & even so I don’t see any reason why I shouldn’t enjoy this ship! I can ship anything I want even if they’re not canon, & tbh I’m still quite confused why you’re so fixated that I should ship pairing that (probably) is canon ._.

Well I respect every ships you know, & I think it’s quiteclear that I’m a multishipper! I likeAmamatsu (they look cute together!), and I even think Amami & Toujou lookgood together! But if this is your way to forced your otp/hcs onto me, I thinkthis is not the best way to do it….. Pls don’t make other Amamatsu shipperslook bad ;_;  If you hc Amamatsu or Amamias an ace I’ll totally respect it, but please respect my opinion for shipping Oumami and AmaSai too!

And I don’t think Oumami is impossible (except the factsthat they’re uh… y’know… ded) since we don’t really know how Amami & Oumawill interacted if they’re both alive & not forced to do the killing game,and for AmaSai? Hoooh boy Amami asking Saihara to go on a trip around the worldtogether for their whole life doesn’t sounds gay, suuuure ;)) But if you keep insistingthey’re impossible…. Y’know, as creators we strive to make the impossible topossible! That’s also why au and hc exist!  So don’t worry, one day I’ll surely draw my hcsabout Oumami~ (╯✧∇✧)╯

Also my words doesn’t worth more than Kodaka? When I evenever forced everyone that they should ship Oumami or AmaSai…?
