"They'd only scare them, the fake ones with the mask do just fine." In reality if a certain arm wasn't so troublesome, perhaps there's a future where the real horned one can show off while Kasen plays the role of babysitter.

Well, it would seem what people say is true: The god of timing always appears when least expected, whether good timing or bad timing was yet to be seen, because Yoshika didn't expect to see Kasen in the ancient capital on her way back to the surface. Let alone drinking among oni given their unique relationship with them.

"...Good evening, Ibaraki-san. This is one of the last places I'd expect to see a hermit." One could also say the same for her, being in the underground with no sign of Seiga.

Drinking 'among' them perhaps was not entirely the correct observation, actively trying to peel off desperate and rogue oni that seemed excited to see her? Most accurate, some with less than perfect eyesight even mistaking her for another with her face.

"Get.. OFF!" Crash! Though Yoshika means to approach peacefully, a drunk oni is anything but peaceful. Least, one that's been drinking all week. One of the oni clinging to her has just been throttled into the ground, the 'hermit' wiping her face with a glimmer of old ferocity that quickly fades to the current more gentle facade.

"You must have me confused with another." Her eyes shift, it's silly to pretend down here and to Yoshika that she's not Ibaraki. She's just Kasen, but it's the act she plays when underground. There is no Ibaraki.

Once more, Udeki was back up on the surface. Once more, violating the agreement she'd made with Yuugi. It was practically in tatters at this point, but this was more important than that, she'd decided. She had to be careful, and she had to make sure no one was able to catch her who she didn't want catching her. Fortunately, the time it took to travel from the Underworld to the base of the mountain had given her a chance to formulate a plan. She just had to hope it would work.

The first step was to find an appropriate place, and she selected a scenic place along the river for this. Far away from Kasen's Senkai, far away from the kappa she'd caused trouble for a while ago, she had high hopes that no one would look for her here. Her hopes that Suika would be able to find her weren't quite as high, but she had to hope that the oni hadn't given up on her quite as much as she had seemed. She did at least bring the largest bottle she could find of the best oni sake she could purchase, and despite being alone, she found two nearby rocks to serve as seats, took out two cups, and poured from the bottle into both of them.

"...Well, I can only hope this is enough to lure her in. Shuten, if you've got any mercy in you, I hope you're the one who finds me here. It'd be terrible if it was anyone else..." She was quite exposed, after all. She was risking a lot to be on the surface like this.
