Vibe Check Part 7
True Bromance
The Frat Boy Au
Read Previous on Ao3 or tumblr.
Carver is the type to get flushed when he drinks too much. He’s as pink cheeked as a choir boy as he dismounts from the mechanical bull with a little bow.
Billy’s showing is just shameful, and he can admit defeat easily in the face of such talent. He whoops and cheers along with Carver’s crowd of admirers, reaching out for the Theta handshake when Carver makes his way over.
“Shit, you weren’t kidding,” Billy slurs, throwing an arm over Carver’s shoulders when they finish shaking. “Your not-boyfriend’s a lucky guy.”
Carver snorts, “Don’t I know it.”
It takes a little work to get through the appreciative throng and back towards the bar. The whole place smells like spilled beer and sawdust and Billy’s feeling good. Better than good. And yeah, part of that is that he feels the alcohol, his arm heavy and his feet slow.
“How are we gonna get back to the house?” Carver asks when Billy stumbles and sags against him.
“I can call someone.”
“Who? Harrington?”
Billy must be making a face because Carver snaps his mouth shut, depositing Billy onto a barstool with a grunt.
“As if he would. He’s too busy with his new,” Billy hiccups, “girlfriend.”
“I’m not sure she’s his girlfriend,” Carver says.
Billy’s brain is working slower than normal and what Carver says just… doesn’t compute.
“Please. If she isn't yet, she will be. Stevie’s so… smart and kind and… bitchy,” Billy covers his face, “fuck. I’m sorry. I just never get to talk about this. It probably doesn't make any sense.”
Carver pats him awkwardly on the arm.
He’s not crying yet, but he feels like he could be. The more time he knows Steve the harder it gets when Steve gets girlfriends. And it’s completely unfair of Billy to hold onto it.
“Sometimes I just want to yell at him. Like a fuckin’... Riverdale character.” Billy mumbles.
Unfortunately for him, the Cottonmouth is the kind of bar where they play soulful Orville Peck and not pounding club classics and so Carver actually hears him.
Carver sits up, “Which character?”
Billy peeks between his fingers, “Cheryl Blossom.”
Carver whistles, “That’s bad.” He pauses for a moment, glancing at the bar. “What would you say?”
“I’d say… Do you really not know?” Billy says after a pause of his own. “Or is this all just some kind of game for you. Do you not know what you do to me? Or do you?”
Carver toys idly with the bowl of nasty peanuts on the bar in front of them. “My… boyfriend. Who isn’t a boyfriend… he’s in the closet.”
Billy shrugs, “And you aren’t?”
“I mean… not really. I’m part of the LGBTQIA plus club. Argyle wants me to speak at this greek inclusivity event, which like feels… I’m just a white gay. But, whatever,” Carver says.
“Shit. Where have I been?”
“With your head up Harrington’s ass,” Carver smirks.
Billy scowls at him, and Carver scowls right back, an expression that looks oddly adorable with his pink cheeks.
“Anyway. My not boyfriend used to be um, bullied in high school. Theta is the first place he’s been accepted.” Carver flicks the edge of the peanut cup with a forlorn little sigh. “So I can’t even be Cheryl Blossom about it. I have to be Betty fucking Cooper.”
“Ugh.”
“I know.”
“But you’re out. He could still be accepted and gay,” Billy frowns.
“That’s my advice to you,” Carver scrunches his nose up.
“Can I get you anything,” The bartender breaks Billy’s concentration.
“Tequila!” Billy cries.
“Don’t listen to him. We’ll close my tab, under Carver, C-A-R-V,” Carver smacks Billy’s hand away from where he’s unsuccessfully trying to cover Jason’s mouth. “Actually if you have bottled water we’ll take two.”
The bartender seems all too happy to leave them and fetch it.
Billy pouts a little, “No tequila.”
“Yeah, yeah, I’m a huge bummer, I know.”
“Is that why your boyfri- wait. He’s in Theta?” Billy gasps audibly. Like this really is an episode of Riverdale.
Carver shakes his head, “N-no, he’s just in a frat.”
“No, you said Theta. Oh my God! You should just both be out! It would be less weird if I wasn’t the only gay guy in the frat.”
“He won’t,” Carver hisses.
“And then we can all go out and-”
“We can’t,” Carver says desperately.
“Why not?” Billy whines.
“Because I’m the bully!” Carver yells.
Billy blinks at him. The bartender blinks at him. The mustachioed bear with a hat that says Pride & Poppers blinks at him.
“I used to call him all sorts of sh-sh-stuff when I hated myself. And now he just wants to be free of that and me and I don’t really blame him.”
“But you’re all still together?” Billy frowns.
“Yeah.”
“When did that start?”
Carver sucks in a breath, “Last year.”
“That sucks, man.”
Carver just shakes his head an infinitesimal amount, looking down at his lap.
“So you all just hook up but he doesn’t… he…”
“Hates me. Yeah.” Carver says with finality.
“That’s pretty messed up. I’m sorry.”
Carver looks down and then up, sniffling a little. “Who do we call to go home?”
Billy wants to say something but he doesn’t even know what. Move on? As if Billy wasn’t the king of hanging onto unrequited love way past the point of what’s healthy. He hadn’t even danced with a twink tonight, too upset to deal with it.
“Carver, I didn’t mean that was messed up like… like you’re messed up. Have you apologized to him?”
“Like… all the time.”
“You deserve to be happy. You both do. This sounds… bad. Toxic and shit.”
Carver laughs, a dry, angry little huff. “When are we gonna get into your big bad secret, Cheryl?”
“I’m an open book, Betty,” Billy throws his hands out, nearly falling off the stool, clinging to the bar to regain his balance.
“Why aren’t you out to Theta?” Carver nods to the bartender as he brings back the water and Carver’s card. Billy’s not so drunk that he doesn’t notice the scribbled number and ‘Text me’ at the bottom.
“That reason goes by the name of one Steven Alessandro Harrington,” Billy sighs. “And my dad, a little bit.”
“Not accepting?” Carver raises a brow.
“Try abusive as fuck,” Billy shakes his head. “He’s still like… in my head. I want to come out but… then I met Steve. And I don’t want Steve to get weird. I think it might actually break me.”
“You think he’d be weird about it? Really?”
Billy boops Carver on his tiny little nose, “I don’t want to find out.”
“We really are two peas in a pod, huh?” Carver shakes his head, tapping his water bottle against the one Billy’s limply holding.
“Why don’t we call your not boyfriend for a ride. I’d love to tell him that hate sex with you for a year is fucked up and he’s an asshole.” Billy grins.
“As much as I appreciate the sentiment, I’m unfortunately in love with him. So please don’t. I’m working on it.” Carver slouches. “Lets go home.”
Billy yanks his phone out, even though it takes a few tries, “Fine. Have it your way. I’ll call us a ride.”
Luckily the number is saved in his favorites as ‘Daddy.’
Billy dials, grinning when it doesn’t even get to two rings.
“Where’d you get off to, dickhole.”
“Eden,” He slurs. “We need you.”

Date Night
Daniel Sousa x Reader
Masterlist - Taglist!
Fandom: Marvel
Requested: Yes, by anon
Summary: Y/N and Daniel are ready to relax and listen to their favorite radio program together after a long week at the SSR. Unfortunately for both of them, Y/N's older brother Jack Thompson has the spare key to the apartment, and he has a history of picking terrible times to drop in on his little sister.
Word Count: 1,619
Category: Fluff, Humor
Putting work into an AI program without permission is illegal. You do not have my permission. Do not do it.
"Alright, this is the week we finally find out who the murderer was," said Daniel as he crossed the room to turn on the radio sitting on my fireplace mantle. I hummed and smiled as I settled into the couch after setting both our drinks and deserts on the end table.
Daniel and I had been dating for a little over three months now, and with our busy schedules, we'd quickly realized how important it was to carve out designated time for weekly dates. The tradition of going to one of our places', making dinner together, and then settling in on the couch for a new installment of a radio program we picked together was the perfect solution.
"I still say it's the grandmother," I said, taking a sip of my wine as Daniel worked to put on the right channel. "I mean, she's the only one that could've gotten around the house without anyone questioning her! Nobody suspects the little old lady, which gives her the perfect cover."
"I think you might be overestimating the writers of this particular program a little," he said. I smiled into my wine as the program before ours came on, wrapping up some Western. Daniel grinned and turned back to me, his hand still on the radio dial. "Are you sure you don't want me to put on The Captain America Adventure Program? Betty Carver might be in danger this week."
I rolled my eyes, making Daniel chuckle as he crossed the room to finally take his seat next to me.
"I swear, one of these days, Peggy and I are actually going to raid that radio station and show them what the real thing is actually like."
"And I will be carefully looking the other way when you do."
We shared a smile as Daniel settled into the couch beside me, and I leaned in closer to his side. He wrapped his arm around my shoulders, and I sighed. After a long, exhausting week with the SSR, this break with my boyfriend was exactly the thing I needed.
"And now, up next, the thrilling conclusion to The Painted Window. But first, a few words from our sponsors," came the announcer's voice. I frowned, then turned to Daniel.
"If this is the conclusion, that means we have to find a new show to listen to."
"Maybe this one'll suggest one for us."
"I don't know if I want another mystery like this... What about-"
I stopped short at the sound of my front door flying open, banging against the wall before swinging shut again. I jumped to my feet, rushing to the end table where I'd set my purse and grabbing the gun out of it to prepare for whoever had just broken into my home. Behind me, I heard Daniel getting ready for a fight too, when a familiar blond head poked into the living room.
"Hey knucklehead, Mom and Dad are in town this weekend and we need to talk about-"
Jack Thompson, my older brother, stopped short in the doorway as his eyes landed on Daniel standing in the middle of the living room, our two wine glasses sitting on the table. Despite both working at the SSR, we hadn't told my brother we were dating yet. We'd talked about when we might want to do that and what it might look like, but thanks to my brother having no sense of boundaries, that wouldn't be a problem anymore.
"What the hell is Daniel Sousa doing in your living room?" he asked, whirling to me. Then, raising his voice as he turned back to Daniel, he rephrased. "Sousa, what the hell are you doing in my sister's living room?"
"What the hell are you doing in my living room?" I demanded, crossing my arms and glaring at my brother. I'd put my gun back in my purse, but the longer I stared at Jack (who was still glaring at Daniel), the more I regretted discarding the weapon. "I gave you a key for emergencies and taking care of my plants when I'm on vacation. You're not allowed to just barge in here whenever you want-"
"How long has this been going on? He's in your apartment drinking wine-"
"And now we present: the thrilling conclusion to The Painted Window!"
"Alright, get out!" I said, giving up on arguing and physically shoving Jack towards the door. He kept staring at Daniel and shouting nonsense at me, but I used my strategic knowledge of his weaknesses that came from growing up with a person to poke, prod, and walk him backwards to my front door as the theme music for the show started playing over the radio.
"You can't just throw me out after I catch you with Sousa-"
"Jack, I've spent three months engaged in this radio show, and I'm not missing the ending because you want to insert yourself into the middle of my life. Daniel and I have been dating just as long, and honestly, I couldn't care less what you think about it. We were going to tell you eventually, but the reason I asked him to hold off is because I knew you'd react like an idiot about it. And I know Mom and Dad are coming into town this weekend, I already planned a full slate of things to keep them busy and off our backs. I'll give you the itinerary at work tomorrow. Now get out."
Jack flung his hands out, stopping himself in the doorway that I'd just thrown open, right before he could tip out into the hallway like I'd wanted him to. He grinned at me, and I gave him my fiercest scowl in return.
"Look at my little sister, just as pushy and irritable as she's always been."
I narrowed my eyes, threatening death without needing to use a single word. I was two seconds away from slamming into Jack to knock him out of my apartment for good, bodily harm to either of us be damned, when he sighed and let go of the doorframe he'd been clutching.
"You know, if you repeat this I'll kill you, but... as far as guys go, Sousa might just be the only one I've met who might be good enough to date my baby sister."
My expression softened, a tiny smile creeping onto my face despite the lingering annoyance as Jack at last stepped fully into the hallway.
"Can't wait to tell Mom and Dad the good news."
"Try it and I'll rat about you making up work excuses to get out of spending time with them," I threatened, stepping forward to close my door and making sure Jack understood just how serious I was.
"Sousa better be wearing different clothes when I see him at work tomorrow."
I slammed the door in Jack's face, then slid the little hallway end table in front of it for good measure.
I huffed, shaking off as much of the irritation as I could, then hurried back to the living room where I found Daniel waiting on the couch, a smile on his face.
"That was fun to watch," he said as I curled up next to him for take two of the end of our date night.
"Yeah, I'm definitely taking his key back tomorrow." Daniel chuckled, and we sat in comfortable silence together as the announcer wrapped up the recap of the last episode. Thankfully, despite Jack, I hadn't missed anything important.
"So... do I need to be prepared for a murder attempt from Thompson tomorrow?" asked Daniel after a second.
A smile grew on my face against my best efforts, and I turned to look up at Daniel.
"Actually... I think you're in the clear. He told me not to tell you, but he said you're just about the only guy he's met who he'd be happy to see me dating."
"Seriously?"
"Yeah."
"Huh." Daniel looked away to stare into space, a bemused but happy smile on his face. I smiled too, snuggling into his side a little closer as the opening theme song for our program began.
"After the show's over... could we talk about maybe telling my parents about you?" I asked, unable to quite get the idea off my mind since Jack had mentioned it. "They'll be in town this weekend, and Jack and I usually do everything we can to limit the amount of time we spend with them, but... I'd still kind of like them to know, if you'd be okay with that."
"Sure thing," he said, pulling me tighter into his side. "Maybe we can use one of the plans we cooked up for Jack on them instead."
"Fortunately I think there's a way lower risk of one of them throwing something at you," I said. "The biggest threat is them talking about marriage and kids whenever we're around for the rest of time, but I can give you some tips for blocking them out. Jack and I have been developing our strategy for decades."
"I'd like that."
I couldn't tell which part of my statement he was talking about, and I couldn't quite bring myself to ask before the program officially got underway. Daniel and I leaned against each other as we listened carefully, and I couldn't help a small smile creeping onto my face. We'd only been dating three months, but I was absolutely, head over heels in love.
I had a feeling Daniel and I had a long future of radio show-listening and wine drinking together in our future, and I couldn't have been happier about it.

😎 R definitely needs someone to almost force their help and care onto her because there is no way in hell R is allowing that to happen other wise. She also needs it for receiving love and support and affection because she herself had long convinced herself that she doesn’t deserve any of that was listed above. The world and life and people around her convinced her of this and the Hudson family line starting with Esther was like “ Lol 😂 no bicth we are going to love , support and take care of your ass . Whether you like it or not !” R is like “ 😤😤😤 Fine …….. Thank you 🥺🥺🥺”
I said before that R either named the truck Esther because the truck is Red and made a inside joke out of it but now I think it is a bit more than that ( don’t get me wrong She still laughs and it still amuses the hell out of her) Esther was so important to R and R loved ( still loves her , vultures can decide if that love is platonic or romantic) her with all her heart. R would have wanted something to have and to honor her Fiery WWI nurse , the one she shared a invention of lifetimes. So I think R would have chosen that one over the second choice I provided of R naming the truck Betty Carver which was just something to amuse her ( already wrote down the reason behind that in a different post) . Betty Carver doesn’t have or hold the same meaning and even if R doesn’t admit it she is sentimental and does keep sentimental items ( she only has her truck ) . But as always it is up to Vulture in choosing that ( plus it would be a great reference like you said you wanted to make for Esther but again totally up to you) .
For the buzzfeed like show 100 percent got one of the little kids that R saved and tended to in WWII . Because you know for a fact R was HUNTING DOWN those camps and RIPPING APART EVERYFUCKINGTHING to save those people and those kids . There was scores of people who ended themselves because that was the better option to facing the Vengeful Spirit , Guardian Angel , Cryptid , Whatever they believed R to be. There are people and historians that believe it was to avoid facing their war crimes and justice but noooo it was to avoid facing THE WOLVERINE ( Evil German Mustache Man was one of them , that was the real reason for it because R was COMING FOR HIS ASS !!!!) . The person that BuzzFeed like show got was a little kid that R carried out of one of those Godforsaken camps after R liberated the people and later tended to that kid. There are also so many documentaries and other specials dedicated to what R is and why R is the way she is but also to everything she did and everyone she saved .
There are still scars on the land and marks from WWI and II all over Europe. There are still places inhabited or non habitable because of all the gases still in the land from those wars , still equipment and LANDMINDS . Explosives that never went off still there from WWI and II. We also established that R runs around marking up trees and screaming when she is on her period, well there was nothing but trees around her in both world wars . You can see were this is going and why people thought R was some kind of Cryptid .
People in WWI and WWII ( Plus Esther Hudson and WWII Nurse Hudson) : Hears UNHOLY SCREAMS and sees the trees all CRAVED with the mark of X “ What the ever loving FUCK 😨😨😨?!?!?!!!” R : Using the only outlet available to her on her period because any medication would never work on her as pain relief.
People in all the wars and Hudson line afterwards dealing with the same thing : 🤷♀️🤷 “ ✨Just Cryptid things ✨” R : Same thing as before.
This is the last few bits of the post . Maybe R saw people in the beginning of WWI thinking she was some kind of Spirt , Angel, Cryptid and took it one step further and really played into it while protecting her charges and while she was liberating people in Camps in WWII. She purposely marked and craved trees. Used the explosions , dust kicking up , smoke and the chaos of war to her advantage. And Singing oh god did she used singing ( something that R used to calm and soothe was now used to unnerve and cause paranoia) to those she HUNTED on those battlefields in the name of protecting her charges. She also LET THEM see how she can take bullets , gas and anything else with out dying. R may not be a Angel, Spirit, Cryptid but she earned those titles and names , she made them BELIEVE IT . I also believe that Esther and WWII Nurse Hudson started a “ How to take care of your Wolverine” and the Hudson of whatever war at the time added to it. To teach each Hudson how to take care of the Family Wolverine . Plus Esther 1000 percent started with the Hudson family nick name for R being “ Wolvie” . I have a few more thoughts on this but will put it in a different post because I don’t want this to be too long. But when R does find that kid she once save that made it on the buzz feed like show and gives them the card , R puts an X at the end so the person knows it is from her .
If only R could find another person who would love and take care of her... 😉
Unfortunately, after the events of Darkest Knight Part 2, R lost the truck. :( And her motorcycle lmao. I'd like to think that both vehicles had names and were sentimental to her, but also at the end of the day, R knows the impermanence of things and not to hold on to them too tightly.
R's going to have a Wikipedia page for her feminine product inventions AND being a cryptid in 2 world wars. 😭
The "How to take care of your wolverine" book is such a cute idea lol. If the Hudson family had a crest, they would definitely be rocking a wolverine on it. :)

😎 I HATE AUTO Correct with a BURNING PASSION!!!!!! When I was writing the “ dialogue” of R discovering pads the first “ Wait” was turned into “ what” and “ your” was turn into “ our”. And not to mention that it turned “ Esther” into “ Ester”. And I get and understand people still understood it but I always double check everything before I post but that DAMN autocorrect stuck again. It just really bugs me , thanks for bearing with my Ted talk rant. Plus I sometimes really suck at spelling things .
I also tried checking on nurses in WWI and II and them wearing dog tags but I couldn’t get any information ( at lest not information about WW I nurses ) but I do know that WWI nurses had to be the ages between 25 and 35 and could have been subjected to gases and even casualties of being shot and killed. But were working in the back lines of war. While Nurses of WWII had to be ages between 21 and 40 and could not have children under the age of 14 . Nurses were also brought up into the front lines ( Working on Land , Water and Air) . The invention of pads were only given credit to WWI nurses as a whole and not individual ones . But that is not to say R doesn’t have other historical significance and records tied to her . Pictures and articles and firsthand accounts past down throughout history from her time in the wars. I already stated how she sent her time in those wars which would lend itself perfectly to all of those historical records.
I am just imagining R really fucking annoyed by the gassing after protecting her charges or was just in wrong place wrong time in both world wars ( because gas attacks happened in both ). She is holding her throat hacking up a lung ( possibly coughing up blood, gunk, and god knows what else) , her eyes sting as all hell and her eye sight is shot to all hell. The gases probably cause R’s voice to get all deep and gruff the first time( not as bad as it is now but still) . R being really annoyed by having to get the blood out of and fixing the bullet holes or other holes in her clothing after protecting her charges ( every single sick and injured soldier, other nurses and civilians - especially women and children R considered her charges) in all the wars she was in . She probably fixed and got the blood out of other people’s clothes ( R “ bicthed”up a storm “ complaining” about fixing up the men’s clothes but was happy to do so for the other nurses and for the local civilian women and children. Especially the kids’ clothes) .
For pictures in WWI Esther made R do them (alone or in group photos) as Esther was her favorite nurse or at the very least one of her favorites in that war ( I say as if I literally didn’t just put down a random vintage female name for the bit of R helping to invent pads 🤣) but R told Esther that R had to pose with her , R wasn’t doing the pictures alone. For WWII her favorite Nurse of that war was who made her do the photos again( and again R posed only with that nurse as R wasn’t doing pictures alone) . People also just took pictures of R when she was distracted tending to soldiers or the children and local civilian communities in all the wars R was in .
I am looking and saving up for my first car and when I was reading your first chapter of the darkest knight au and I got to the scene where Nat and R got to R’s pickup truck. And I was like “ Girlllll you better NOT be side eyeing the truck !!!!” 😤😤🤬🤬 Like I was soo offended on R’s behalf and the truck and that got me thinking that R just loves her truck . Like that is HER BABY ( if anyone has seen Supernatural think Dean and Baby the 1967 Chevy Impala) and lord help anyone that side eyes or comments badly on her truck.
I also love the idea that R named her truck Esther because the truck is Red ( plus as I said before Esther was her favorite) and it would be a inside joke to her and her alone or R named it Betty Carver ( From the Peggy Carter series) as R met Peggy Carter in WWII and knew her and the “ Betty Carver” of the radio show made her cry laughing. So that name amused her so much that R named her beloved truck that and made a inside joke out of it for herself and herself alone. It doesn’t matter if R remembered the full reason behind the truck’s name because it still amuses the hell out of R , she can still FEEL the inside joke there . Even if she had forgotten R knows that the truck’s name is a inside joke to herself.
Bonus points if R’s favorite nurse or one of her favorites of WWII is actually related to Esther in some way , make it a family thing . You can choose the name of the nurse and how they are related to Esther , Vulture. And if that family line severed in all the wars that R was in . If that family member in that war was R’s favorite nurse or whatever service member of the military. Double bonus points if R knows that it is a family line of people serving in wartime and that they always become R’s favorites in that war.
Don't worry about your autocorrect, we can still understand what you're saying :)
Look at you digging through history just for one little headcanon 😂 I love the dedication and thank you for sharing it with us!
I literally love Esther so much 😭 Definitely gonna try and sneak in a reference for her in a future chapter. She sounds like a really good friend of R's who she probably misses so much.
LOL Nat was definitely judging R's truck a little bit 😭 But it's good she didn't say anything out loud
There's definitely a whole line of nurses who served in wars who all know R somehow 😂 But it's like a family secret to not talk about how well R has aged and how she goes back to knowing great-grandmother Esther

Peggy nodded. “I think that makes total sense. I can understand that. I think this is who you were meant to be.” She gave his hand a squeeze as they continued on.
The day was perfect, and she was enjoying the leisurely stroll through Paris in their last few hours before they had to move on. They had been so busy since boarding the plane to London, and now she could feel that their honeymoon, even though they were still in the first phase of it, was about to slow down.
“I actually love that idea. But why limit ourselves to one postcard - let’s buy as many as we want - even if we don’t mail them all. Yes, we should at least mail one to ourselves. But the others can be wonderful mementos of our time in every city. Angie and the Jarvises would love to get mail from us too. I know Angie would’ve loved to come to the wedding. I hope you can meet her one day - if you’re comfortable with that. She did audition for the role of Betty Carver in the Captain America Adventure Program, but I never told her that Betty was an alternate version of well, me. Did I ever tell you about that program?”
@steven-g-rogers
“Mm me too,” he said. “I know it sounds strange, but I think stepping out of that tube all those years ago was me stepping into the body I was meant to have. It fit me so much better than the old one.”
He strolled the streets with her, looking in shop windows and at street vendors. So far nothing had struck him to buy. He hoped he wasn’t disappointing Peggy for not being sold on anything yet.
“We can stop for a coffee,” he said. “What if we get a couple of postcards? We can send some to your friends and one to ourselves. We could send a postcard to ourselves at every stop and when we get home we’ll be treated to all these reminders of our trip with the stamps and postmarks. That could be fun.”

“Experience is not what happens to a man; it is what a man does with what happens to him.” -Aldous Huxley Sounds like the stubborn optimism of a #Capricorn if you ask me, but no did, so….. Today also marks the (winter) #Solstice, and the longest night of the year. Now if you share a bday with these magnificent creatures, rejoice, as you are in good ranks! LeBron James David Bowie AND Dolly Parton @dollyparton Kate Moss @katemossagency Martin Luther King Jr. Stan Lee AND Betty White @therealstanlee @bettymwhite Issa Rae @issarae Stephen Hawking AND Isaac Newton AND George Washington Carver AND Louis Pasteur Eli Manning Betsy Ross AND Clara Barton Michelle Obama @michelleobama Muhammad Ali AND George Foreman Henri Matisse AND Paul Cezanne Kirstie Alley 💔 @kirstiealley John Carpenter AND Hayao Miyazaki @johncarpenterofficial Rod Sterling It’s really an endless list of so many capriciously creative Capricorns! Ruled by the mighty #Saturn (Cronos/Kronos/Cronus) this #earth sign’s story is rather muddled. The more popular tale involves #Bacchus or #Pan transforming themselves into this hybrid creature to escape the rampaging #Typhon via a river, while simultaneously trying to scare it away. #Zeus was so impressed, he placed the creature among the stars. Another tale states that a goat created a horn called #panikos which Zeus used to help defeat the #Titans . It is also from this word we get the term #panic (fun fact). So there you have it, brief for once, and still just as confusing!!
