Interesting, considering how Betty Bowers is a satirical character meant to serve as a caricature of your average prim, holier-than-thou and Affluenza card-carrying Evangelical wife. Her second book is basically meant to be a "new" Bible, revised and annotated by herself, to "fix all the mistakes Jesus didn't spot in post".

If you didn't know it was satire, you'd probably think she was off her rocker. In the context of the above Tweet, she's basically indirectly stating that while Biden's response shows decorum, it's about as empty and vapid as Trump's were.
