Things seemed like they just worked out great and I was able to get my dog out to see family and go for a really beautiful walk/jog out on the countryside. Then once I got back home my love and I took our dog on a short walk and that was just perfect for her, she just wasn’t up for doing the steep hill out at my grandpas.
I made sure to have the sunscreen on! The sun was out and shining! And although I wasn’t able to get any pictures of the beautiful flowers and clouds out there I did take a couple of my workout attire once I got back home. lol I’m feeling a bit self conscious lately about my weight gain but I know I need to embrace myself and give myself so much grace for doing my absolute best.

Okay, so I’ve been struggling with my diet and exercise lately.. I’ve gained weight that doesn’t feel comfortable and I’m seeing changes in my body that I’m not happy with and I know it’s because of not being on track or even close to being on track since before Christmas, I’m doing my best though and trying to give myself grace along with recognizing that I do have the power to make changes and work on the things I feel I’m lacking.
Today I got in a nice long nap and then jumped rope for 50 minutes! Heck yes!
