Every letter addressed to Jonah Magnus just sounds like several men of good high standing who he’s tricked into giving him their knowledge money and affections realizing that they’ve fallen for a succubus but they can’t find it in them to hate him too hard- like do you know what I mean??? I know it’s just the old timey way of speaking but every statement just sounds like “please my evil twink, I beseech you!” Like this is why I can only imagine him as like very Dorian Gray-esque in my head. Real Rashid being a double agent is actually the least surprising reveal of season 2 like if they really said: "this man's bosses gave him a week off so that one of them could larp as a servant while using rashids name and dressing in rashids clothes (but sluttier) exclusively to fuck with a Random Journalist who came for an interview" and then followed that up with rashid acting like everything was chill cool and normal until credits I'd be ringing the cinemasins bell like quasimodo no regular person would stick around after that shit it Could Not make sense unless he had an ulterior motive

There is a brutal contrast in how Megatron and Optimus's stories end. Optimus nobly surrenders his spark, along with the Matrix of Leadership, having been sent off by his dear and trusted friends after giving them a fond farewell. He has accomplished his life's greatest goal; now he is able to rest. He dies willingly, at peace, bringing hope and giving life to the next generation by restoring the Allspark.

Megatron had already been killed, and was told that he can never join that very Allspark. Having been enslaved, and only released because of Optimus's actions, he is now reanimated, inhabiting his own corpse. His only remaining ally, who has constantly betrayed him, does not understand him. He flies off, alone, having lost all his forces and failed in his mission, and realizing that his life's greatest purpose was misguided. He is left, we can only assume, to live a hellish and hopeless life--a shell, consumed by the past.

And he did not tell Optimus goodbye. He knows that Optimus will leave him behind, will obtain the heaven he can never enter. He gives him the parting gift of his repentance, to acknowledge this. But in his refusal to say farewell, there is an echo of his own wretched endurance. He does not get to rest. Megatron will remain, eternally alone--eternally waiting for a reunion that will never come.

More Servant Sun and Evil Lunar Au with some clothing redesign- gave that dork a lil' bow and some high-waist pants.

Servant!Sun gets slingshot into a hostile dimension, sees what looks to be a normal child wandering the wasteland and some dormant programming activates inside of him and he is like, “THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS! I need to make sure he doesn’t get hurt!” Meanwhile, Lunara is watching this pathetic meow meow of an animatronic fall into pitfalls and try to ward away dangerous beasts (conjured up for shits and giggles by Lunara) to make sure he is kept out of harm's way.

Lunara, in the beginning: I don’t need friends family. They just disappoint me.

saints do you ever think about Barty’s time in Azkaban

i think it’s objectively hilarious that he was only there for “about a year” before his parents busted him out. and then he started bragging about surviving azkaban like. love of my life. that was basically just an interesting gap semester that you had 😭

but generally i think it’s pretty straightforward in there? i think the way dementors alienate you from yourself was already pretty familiar to him because of his childhood, and that’s why he bounced back so quickly. his post-azkaban “kept under imperius & under an invisibility cloak” imprisonment is much sadder to me than his actual prison stay

Another little detail I loved on this scene is that instead of answering who they are, Uraume simply states what they are doing there and patiently waits for their King to recognize them.

Like. The King of Curses could have simply killed them right there, but Uraume waits there beautifully and patiently kneeling on *one knee*, head down, and "I trust you to remember me even after 1000 years apart and another incarnation"...

And Sukuna happily recognizes it's them!

I mean- are you kidding me?!

Uraume's EXISTENCE right there made the King of Curse genuinely pleased!
