[DOWNLOAD] 20 3t2 SKIES RECOLORS FOR LOWEDEUS LOT SKYBOX [PART 2] - FIXED 08/22/2024
I was very undecided about publishing these skyboxes because they didn't convince me much, but since it seems that someone is interested in them...
Like the other skyboxes the resolution is 1920 x 470 and I tried to keep only the skies with the best textures. If you are wondering why I wrote "3t2" it is because I made these skies by taking screenshots of the sky of The Sims 3 in its various phases of the day using the Uranesia lighting MOD!
Unfortunately, since the skies must be bright even at night, at certain angles sometimes the "sunlight" illuminates the skybox so much that it becomes blinding. I can't do anything about it, I can't adjust the brightness intensity of the material (if there is a way I would like to know). The brightest skies therefore cannot be seen very well from the direction of the light...
I had also prepared another set of skyboxes with pastel colours, but due to this problem I had to discard it for the moment…
08/22/2024 - I FIXED THE BRIGHTNESS PROBLEM! PLEASE DOWNLOAD THEM AGAIN IF YOU HAVE THEM!
All files have been compressed and as usual, these are just recolors, you need Lowedeus mesh which you can find here to make them work! (MORE PREVIEWS HERE)
CHOOSE ONLY ONE VERSION!!
DOWNLOAD INTENSITY 2 (SFS - less saturation)
OR
DOWNLOAD INTENSITY 3 (SFS - more saturation, like in the screenshots)

what i use: potplayer for capturing frames photoshop cs6 (can find it for free here or in other links on the tag) qbittorrent torrenting sites (this, this, eventually this) sharpening action arial rounded mt bold for subtitles
assuming you know how to torrent, if possible download what you want to gif in 1080p or the highest possible resolution etc etc
frames
open video in potplayer, go to the moment you want to gif and go back a couple frames (10-20) from when you want your gif to start (i usually just spam press D a bunch) (to see which key you have to press to go back on frames, right click > jump (to) > previous frame
now press CTRL+G or open frame capturing through right click > video > video capture > capture consecutive images...
my settings for capturing frames
(important to turn off subtitles before doing this or they'll be captured on the image too)
the folders i save it to -> i created a bunch of frame folders that i fill up since the way frames load in my photoshop require me to load an entire folder into it. so i capture an entire gifset's frames into one folder and then load up the entire thing
press 'start' on the consecutive image capturer, then start playing the video (best to mute it since the video might start playing slower), wait until the part you want to gif is over and stop the video, press CTRL+G again to stop the capturing
2. photoshop
depending on your photoshop you can either 'load files into stack...', which opens up a folder and you can manually choose which frames you want to load, or 'load multiple dicom files..." (what i have to do), where you select an entire folder to load its contents into photoshop
once you do either of those things, you got this
now click 'create frame animation' on the bottom
now we click on the three bars and 'make frames from layers'
!! if you loaded up frames with 'load frames into stack...' at this point you also have to click 'reverse frames' since they load in reverse order with this method for some reason
now we got our frames on a timeline and delete anything you dont want in your gif. if you have frames for multiple gifs on the timeline, go to image > duplicate and duplicate for however many gifs you got and delete the unnecessary frames from each one
crop tool, type in dimensions up top (in accordance with tumblr's dimension graph, so if you want a wide gif like the one on the top of this post keep it 540px). i usually crop my gifs to between 540x400 and 540x500. once centered on how you want to crop, press enter or double click on the image to crop
press ALT+CTRL+I or go to image > image size... to resize
open the actions tab if you don't have it already open, go to 'load actions...' and find where you saved the sharpening action you downloaded from the top of this post
i only use "all in one (sharper)" and "convert to animation (frames)", but unchecked the "canvas size" option on the latter one since we resized the gif ourselves
select 'select all layers current layer' on the action (the other steps we already did) and press play
our gif frames will turn into a group so now go to "convert to animation (frames)" and press play again
this will pop up at the end, leave it at 0.05 (maybe 0.06 if the gif is going too fast)
if we were to export the gif now it would look like this
now comes the coloring, which is personal preference. the reason i chose hannibal for this gifset is to show the white balance tool that works great in tinted scenes
open a 'levels' layer and selected the bottom eyedropper. then click it on a place on the gif that should be white but isn't (i clicked on hannibal's shirt collar). the gif coloring will change accordingly
then pick the top eyedropper and click on anything that should be black but isn't (you can click on multiple places and see how the color changes, keep trying until you find one that looks good)
the coloring difference with just those two clicks
and then the coloring is up to you, i usually just add more levels layers and color balance
here's all of the layers i applied to color this
VERY IMPORTANT to get into the habit of selecting those two thingies on each layer you apply (on the subtitle text layer select all three) so that the coloring stays the same on all frames
difference
+ subtitles settings using the text tool
shadow and stroke to make your subtitles readable
saving the gif. click ALT+SHIFT+CTRL+S or go to file > save for web... here are my settings
that's it

NO LONGER BEING UPDATED
emulation sources
roms megathread (ssa wii u internet archive download) (may require cdecrypt if not downloading roms through usbhelper) dolphin wiki + download rpcs3 wiki + download cemu wiki + download zadig (if using a real portal. i know dolphin and rpcs3 have portal emulation, unsure with cemu) prototype builds: giants builds (useful info), ssa xpec builds, swap force build, superchargers build
will update if i get any more information. feel free to add anything additional info based on stuff i've toyed with (i don't know my specs): > you may need to allow a usb passthrough in dolphin, it's in the config > as stated on the wikis, cemu requires updating the usb input driver while dolphin requires zadig to have it changed to a libusb/winusb driver (either work about half the time. technology moment). the portal is under spyro porta. i recommend having separate portals for cemu and dolphin so you don't need to mess with drivers > i used vulkan graphics for cemu and default for dolphin. i'm not a tech guy though so just play with whatever works best ig i just use default settings. portal compatability guide > for dolphin gif making, i used 8x msaa anti aliasing and had the internal resolution as 1920x1080. for the most part it ran average on a half dead computer from 2015. i'd recommend 1280x720 w/ no or minimal anti aliasing though > ssa and giants' main gameplay both ran mostly fine with vbi skip on (though i haven't checked heroic challenges) with occasional drops to 12fps, only superchargers racing's first cup and parts of the second have been tested > never used rpcs3 and i don't know if citra can run skylanders games, until i learn more it'll be absent > swap force is pretty broken on cemu, lawl > ir sensors for dolphin will need to be configured if using something like an xbox controller, have relative input on so the cursor doesn't snap back to the middle > ssa and giants can lag often and being in the ruins starting from around the middle part of the game will be noticeably slower. co-op is very slow. cemu handles co-op great though and generally is pretty fast > if you wanna play online with a friend, get parsec > if not using the console's controller type, i'd recommend just using your own controls rather than setting them to whatever makes sense (like having the trigger be your primary instead of something like A w/ an xbox controller) > if the game lags hard enough your skylander might disconnect for a sec (only experienced in giants when recording with obs). pausing the game for a couple seconds if having lag usually fixes it > dolphin games run fine when being recorded w/ obs or streamed on discord. haven't checked cemu yet > cutscenes in dolphin always have a weird like. screen tearing? thing? as far as i know there's no way to fix it, but they play fine besides that > newer (experimental) versions of cemu seem to break with skylanders >if you're getting wii u roms from the internet archive you'll need to get cdecrypt. its newest release is super easy to use (drag the rom folder onto it and it'll do everything for you, thank god) >dolphin is the only emulator with freecam >superchargers racing was buggy on both computers i got it on. 2015 pc wouldn't launch it and my 2022 laptop disconnects the portal after every race, requiring the game to be restarted >cemu would crash after doing about two races (updated 31/8/2024. added another piece of info)
#skylanders#story scrolling#dolphin emulator#cemu#figured i'd do a proper post instead of little posts every now and then

Basic Gif Making Websites
so if you want to make gifs but dont want to spend hours doing them, there's a couple different options you have!
first: you wanna get whatever clips you want gifs of, you can do that with screen recording on obs (which, you can find a tutorial on how to do that here if you need it) or just by downloading the video from somewhere (note: if you want to gif a game and there's no clips on youtube or anything, you can use the screen recording method)
after that you want to cut the clips down, you can do this on an editor like capcut which is free and fairly easy (I have a tutorial for using capcut here which is more for video editing, but does explain the interface if you need it), you can also edit things like colors and sharpness/clarity in the editor if you dont want to do this later
now, there are 3 programs you can use to make the actual gifs, ranging from the worst to best quality imo:
Capcut editor
capcut actually has an export option that makes your clip into a gif, however the resolution only goes to 240p with the free version so it is not the highest quality but it is an option
you simply export your clip and make sure ONLY the gif option is checked in the export menu
EzGif.com
ezgif has been my friend and brother for years, and while it does not create the highest quality ever gifs, it still has a pretty good output considering
the site itself is pretty easy to navigate, you go to video to gif and go from there. you can use their editing tools or simply save the gif after its finished converting, the converting may take a little bit depending on your internet and computer but you can switch tabs while it does this
Photopea.com
photopea is the free photoshop alternative that you can use psd and xcf files with, although it can only be used with internet currently
this, however, is the best free option for making gifs that i've found so far as you have all the same editing options as regular photoshop (as far as i know) and the output is generally going to be the highest quality
you can do extremely basic gifs by simply uploading the video into the program (i recommend using a lower fps option when prompted, i usually do around 10) and then simply exporting as a gif, however you can also edit and use psd's premade by others
i hope these help some of you! if you want some more tutorials and resources i've gathered for editing you can find some here (its not a ton, but its something!)
#nobody asked for this or anything but i have something i wanna make soon#and i thought this info may be helpful to some people#gifs are really easy and can be fun to make#and these sites can make it a lot easier#they dont all have to be hd super edited masterpieces#idk what to tag#gif making#gif tutorial#edit tutorial#my resources#devo speaks

My best friend Stremio
Hi guysss i wanted to make a guide on how to STREAM MOVIES AND TELEVISION FOR FREE with NO ads, NO scary porn popups and NO viruses. You don't need to use a VPN, and nothing is region locked. It's an open source application called Stremio which you can download here. Basically, it's a tool that will scour the web for places to stream/torrent any movie/TV show in the world, including foreign media and list the place with the most seeders so you can guarantee minimal streaming times as long as your connection is OK - and even if you have a shitty connection, it offers multiple resolution levels so you can sacrifice quality for streamability.
The setup might be a little unintuitive (but its super easy!!!) so I'll explain how to below ^^ Let me know if you need any pointers at any part
Once you've downloaded and installed the program (make sure to allow through the firewall, it has to have permissions to be able to stream), the first thing you need to do is create an account. They never send emails or anything like that, it's just a way to save your library.
Download as many addons as you like. You can find many on the Stremio reddit I believe. I think the best one to start off with is Torrentio, which you can configure and install here , but there's also a jigsaw piece in the top right corner where you can find some community addons like this... Here's another link with a lot more. I just downloaded all of them cuz why not lol
3. Use the search bar to find what you want. It's separated by Series & Movies so make sure you get the right version. There's a couple addons which can help if you scroll down that can search via IMBD or TBP
4. Select your episode if it's a TV show, or just skip to the next step if it's a film
5. If you're like me and downloaded a fuckton of addons cuz its fun then itll appear like this
A simple rule is to go based on the amount of seeders (this is the number next to the 👤 emoji) , but if you want to do a little math, you can go by the seeders-to-filesize ratio to guarantee the fastest speed. If it doesn't load, then you can scroll down to 720p, 480p, DVDrip, etc. There are a lot of options to choose from so just choose whatever works best for your connection :)
6. Bonus step, you can configure subtitles in almost any language as long as it's available if you get subtitle-based addons. (There's also dubs for foreign media). Sometimes they're embedded like on the 1st img, and sometimes they're scoured from places online, so you might need to configure the timing a little like the 2nd img, but usually it's pretty easy to find subtitles that will match up.
7. All done! Happy pirating. Let me know if you need any help ^__^
P.S: if you're short on space, sometimes its best to just turn the cache off, or go into the directory and manually delete the cache. Won't break anything
P.P.S: Right clicking on the stream will show you options like opening it into VLC (lifesaver if you want to go above 100% vol) or downloading it (AT YOUR OWN RISK) if your internet can't handle streaming

Tell me about your fanfic ideas.
Okay, so I've been reading "The City and the Stars" by Arthur C. Clarke and my idea has very little to do with the actual story, but the setting is super interesting and I wanna use it for a DC Superheroes AU.
In the book, it's millions of years in the future. Humanity has already explored the universe, built an empire, had that empire collapse, retreated back to Earth, Earth had a huge climate crisis and most of the planet is lifeless desert, and there only one city left that can support life (that we know of at the start of the book; spoiler: there is another).
Anyway, the city of Diaspar is hard to describe in a short little Tumblr post, Clarke spent multiple chapters describing how the city is run, the technology that allows it to function and how the people not only live their lives, but continue to exist. My best attempt at explaining it is: citizens of Diaspar are more like reproductions or copies of themselves. When it's time for them to die, they go into a specific building of the city where all their memories are downloaded into a computer then their body is destroyed. A hundred years later or so, they emerge from the same building as an adult (or near to an adult) and slowly regain their memories of their past lives while also making new memories in their current life. Its a form of immortality but it's all run off of computers and cloning.
I want to do a DC Superheroes AU using the same setting, but making it much much darker. For this next part, you're gonna need some knowledge DC characters.
Tim Drake is one of Batman's Robins and it has been established multiple times that he becomes a villain in the future. (Usually Gun-Batman, but I don't have time to swing onto that tangent.) Tim is also a computer genius and has access to cloning technology (he tried to clone his dead best friend 99 times, it was a whole thing.)
The triggering event that prompts Tim to create this city of immortal clones is not important. What is important is that it encompasses all of the "Bay Area" (both Metropolis and Gotham), and the main character will actually be Bruce (not Bruce Wayne, just Bruce), and citizen of the city with suspiciously few memories of his past lives.
Bruce becomes despondent and dissatisfied with his perfect life in his utopian city and seeks out the world beyond the walls. He finds a way out of the city makes his way to one of the last outposts of civilization on Earth, a fortress made of ice and crystal in what used to be Kansas. Even though he has no memories, he thinks he recognizes the person overseeing the remnants of civilization there and Bruce calls him a name he's never heard before. He calls him "Clark".
But it's not Clark, its Conner.
Tim shows up having followed Bruce out of the city and the idea kinda devolves from there. I don't really have a resolution to this idea. Just that it was going to be a dark and haunting AU with themes of loneliness and lost connections. There were going to be ship themes of Superbat and TimKon, but the ships were not going to be the main focus.

did you follow any sort of guide when reskinning your computer to vista?
No, but most programs I use have individual guides, Ive put everything below for anyone interested. Make sure to create system restore points before and inbetween, please note Im not a computer guy in the least. I do not have my Windows 10 PC's best interest in mind, and Im actively trying to kill this laptop any way I can.
Start Menu: Vistalike skin on Open Shell. Files are at the bottom of the thread Login: Custom Logon Hook skin for Vista (UNSTABLE, NOT RECOMMENDED. Make sure Ctrl+Alt+Delete is enabled) Theme: Aero10 I use the Vista (shiny) variant. Not compatible with certain screen resolutions. DWMBlurGlass (for window color/opacity) may occasionally stop, I just reapply when it happens. If the program suddenly doesn't open, restarting usually does the trick. Taskbar: StartIsBack for UI, Open Shell for texture + start button. SIB's trial expiration only affects the start menu which I'm already using Open Shell for so its basically free. Uncheck all Switching tab options. For texturing, I just screenshotted a part textured by SIB and made it the taskbar texture on Open Shell. If the taskbar gets mangled for any reason restart File Explorer on Task Manager. Start buttons are an edited version of this, with added space to the right since it overlapped my taskbar items.
Firefox theme: Rinfox only works for Firefox 115/115ESR. Installation guide is in the "rinfox" folder. Extra info. Reshacker directions were in 2 different places so I'll put it all below (RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR):
IE icon (do this first): File > Open > Open firefox.exe > Icon Group tab > Replace icons 1, 2, 5, 32512 with ie.ico either from rinfox's chrome > images folders or just download it online idc Enabling aero: [^ first 3 steps done] > Manifest tab > delete these lines: ```xml <supportedOS Id="{8e0f7a12-bfb3-4fe8-b9a5-48fd50a15a9a}"/> <supportedOS Id="{1f676c76-80e1-4239-95bb-83d0f6d0da78}"/> <supportedOS Id="{4a2f28e3-53b9-4441-ba9c-d69d4a4a6e38}"/> ``` Press compile (Green play button on the right) > Save > Restart Computer
Extras: Win7 tray icons and network flyout (Close enough for me) Customtube / Startube for V3 WLM 2009 Vista Media Player Vista Paint Battery Mode 7 + Taskbar Tweaker Winaero Tweaker (has a lot of Legacy options) Longhorn Sidebar for Rainmeter Windhawk Extentions: Aero Flyout Fix Aero Tray Win32 Tray Clock Experience
#(Smirk) But if a technologically illiterate man such as myself can do it... I believe anyone can#If SIB catches onto the fact Im not paying for their product and puts those gay frowny faces on my taskbar I'll punch my monitor in.

youtube
So, here's some simple thoughts I had about Sonic x Shadow Generations. I was trying to push this one out real fast, but ended up with some technical problems and other stuff you can read about below the cut.
This video was a small technical nightmare to put together because I'm experimenting with new stuff. I capture a lot of my own footage when I can, and when I can't, I go out of my way to find the cleanest, highest quality version of what I'm looking for. That in itself can take a lot of time, but then I usually have to download it off of Youtube. For years, I've used a suspicious website called Keepvid (don't go there) to download Youtube videos, but recently I saw someone recommend a piece of software called "Stacher".
Stacher is basically a front end for another piece of software called "yt-dlp", which was the subject of a lawsuit a couple years ago -- basically, Youtube (Google) was claiming it was illegal to download Youtube videos, and was specifically targeting yt-dlp in the hopes of getting rid of it. A judge ruled that downloading Youtube videos is in fact totally reasonable and legal, and yt-dlp was allowed to keep existing. All of this is because yt-dlp is the best way to download Youtube videos, but it's command line software. I'm no stranger to command line (I've used FFMPEG), but I do tend to prefer having an interface to work with, which Stacher provides.
I picked up Stacher because Keepvid was starting to not work so well. Youtube is implementing new video formats and Keepvid was consistently only detecting 720p30 downloads. Stacher on the other hand will grab the absolute maximum possible resolution, which in this case was 4K60. Which is great! Even though I am downsampling to 1080p60, it still means I'm getting very sharp, very clean source footage. Except Vegas doesn't really like whatever 4K60 format Youtube is using, so I have to transcode it using Handbrake, which for even a 10 minute video can take upwards of an hour.
And then there's editing. My poor little 2015 CPU (Intel Core-i5 4690K) really struggles to work with 4K footage, which probably doubled the length I spent in Vegas putting this together. On top of the hours spent transcoding. So you can really start to see how all this adds up and delays what should have been out by, like, the 12th.
And if I couldn't get it out fast... I do wish I'd spent maybe a little longer explaining some of my opinions. I get the gist across but in particular when talking about what I think is cool about this level design, I think I could have explained a bit more.
Sonic games make you feel so railroaded and there are little hints in this footage of breaking free of that. There's a bit in the footage we've seen where Shadow runs around inside of a tube. This is interesting because:
This is a level design feature that makes total sense with Sonic style physics
This is a level design feature they barely ever use
There's an alternate path where, if you're fast enough on the draw, you can take a grind rail on top of the tube.
Not only would most Sonic games never have this tube section at all, if they did, they would not let you skip the tube and run on top of it. And if you go on top of the tube, there's more than just one grind rail up there, to boot!
So I see something like that, and it gives me a different vibe than most 3D Sonic games typically get. And that makes me excited!
As always I think these work best when I take a step back and think a little. Better Late Than Never is my brand.

Do you know of any good resources on ancient Greek festivals? Festivals like Thesmophoria.
So, THE chief book on Greek religion generally remains Walter Burkert’s Greek Religion. If you’re interested in the topic, buy yourself a used copy. (Linking to Harvard UP, but you can probably find a copy out there for $5 or less if you don’t mind highlighting.)
Although published in 1987, and while sections have been superseded by more recent discussions, this is STILL the go-to book as a starting place. It’s just an astonishing, encyclopedic collection of knowledge and Burkert’s students (and their students) still dominate the field of Greek religion.
Let me also add the Oxford Classical Dictionary. Now in it’s 4th ed. (2012), this is another critical book for anyone interested in the ancient world. Check it for the individual entries on gods and festivals. It may not have the most up-to-date information, but it’s solid and, again, comprehensive. The link goes to the online version to which you can subscribe, but there’s a paper version too. It’s been out long enough that a cheaper used copy is available.
As for Demeter and especially Persephone, prominent in the Thesmophoria, Ellie Makin Roberts put out the very important Underworld Gods in Ancient Greek Religion, which was sadly out of price-range for most in hardcover. The paperback is more reasonable. I’ve linked to Routledge’s site, but you can find it cheaper elsewhere. (It’s currently on sale at Amazon as of 2/22/23.) Incidentally, she has another book coming out on the Greek goddesses later this year. It’s not academic in the same way as that listed, but much cheaper, and I expect it to be quite good.
Routledge does have a “Gods and Heroes” series, btw, which I quite like. These little books, written by specialists, are aimed at undergrad audiences and/or interested others. They’re great. BUT they don’t have Demeter or Persephone yet.
Information on specific festivals is usually best searched (on JSTOR or Google Scholar) by the name of the festival. I did a real quick search and here are three:
Sarah Iles Johnston has an article in History of Religions 52.4 (2013), 370-401: “Demeter, Myths, and the Polyvalence of Festivals.” I’ve not read it, but given who wrote it, I expect it’s an excellent discussion. (I just downloaded the PDF to save for later myself.) You’d need access to JSTOR to read it, or you can probably order a single copy.
Froma Zeitlin wrote “Cultic Models of the Female: Rites of Dionysos and Demeter,” in Arethusa, Vol. 15, No. 1-2 (1982), 129-57. Again, have not read it, but the name alone recommends it, although it may also be somewhat dated now.
Last, Chris Faraone has “Curses, Crime Detection, and Conflict Resolution at the Festival of Demeter Thesmophoros” in The Journal of Hellenic Studies, Vol. 131 (2011), pp. 25-44. Once more, the name alone is a recommendation.
So I’d suggest poking through Google Scholar to find articles. Or, again, if you’re at a uni, use your JSTOR access. Do recall that Aristophanes wrote a comedy called the Thesmophoriazusae,” so a lot of articles may address that rather than the festival. While the play does provide some useful info on the festival, the usual caveats apply when using drama, and especially comedy.
There’s some cool work being done on Persephone in S. Italy too, at Calabria and (Italian) Locris. You might be especially interested in the Persephoneion there: her sanctuary. These are part of the Magna Graecia diaspora.

IPTV how to get it: with MegaOTT IPTV
Unlock the World of Streaming: A Complete Guide to Getting IPTV with MegaOTT
In this fast-paced digital era, the way we consume entertainment is undergoing a remarkable transformation. Conventional cable and satellite services, once considered the go-to for entertainment, are now being overshadowed by the rising popularity of IPTV (Internet Protocol Television). If you’re curious about how to get IPTV and why services like MegaOTT are gaining unprecedented followings, you’ve come to the right place. This comprehensive guide will walk you through everything you need to know about IPTV, the myriad benefits it offers, and how you can find the best IPTV provider available.
So, what exactly is IPTV? In simple terms, it’s a modernized way of watching television. Gone are the days of relying on satellite dishes or cumbersome cables. IPTV grants you access to an impressive array of content by streaming it directly over the internet. This means that you can indulge in live TV, movies, and series on any device you own—be it a smartphone, a smart TV, a tablet, or even a PC. All you need is a stable internet connection, and you’re good to go.
Now, let’s delve into the process of obtaining IPTV, which is surprisingly straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown:
Step 1: Choose an IPTV Provider Not all IPTV services are created equal. It’s crucial to select a reliable provider that offers a diverse range of channels, high-quality streaming, and exceptional customer support. One provider that deserves your attention is MegaOTT. They go above and beyond, providing an impressive selection of live TV channels, movies, and series, including access to sports events in stunning 4K quality.
Step 2: Sign Up for a Subscription Providers usually offer a variety of subscription plans tailored to suit your needs. With MegaOTT, you’ll find affordable plans starting at an incredibly low price of $3.99. What’s even better is that they offer a free trial, so you can personally experience the service before making a commitment.
Step 3: Set Up Your IPTV App Once you’ve completed the signup process, you’ll need to download an IPTV player that is compatible with your device. Luckily, there are numerous apps available, such as IPTV Smarters, GSE Smart IPTV, and others. Simply input the credentials provided by your IPTV provider into one of these apps.
Step 4: Start Watching! After the setup is complete, you can immediately start streaming your favorite movies and series on your chosen device. The world of content is now at your fingertips.
Now that you know how to get IPTV, let’s explore why MegaOTT is the ideal choice when selecting an IPTV provider. Here are the reasons that set them apart:
Extensive Channel List: MegaOTT offers an extensive range of channels from around the globe, spanning everything from sports and news to movies and entertainment, all available for streaming in high-definition and even dazzling 4K resolution.
Affordable Plans: MegaOTT understands the importance of value for money. Their IPTV subscriptions start at just $3.99, making them one of the most competitively priced providers in the market. User-Friendly Interface: MegaOTT has designed their platform with simplicity in mind. With their intuitive interface, navigation becomes a breeze, offering a hassle-free experience for users of all ages and technical capabilities. Even if you’re new to the world of IPTV, MegaOTT ensures that the process is accessible to all.
When you’re on the lookout for the ideal IPTV provider, keep the following tips in mind:

heyy so i couldn't find a reshade preset i liked for the sims 4, so i made my own! (✿ᴗˬᴗ͈)
this shader preset is called v1rtual fairy! it stays true to the game's original colour but has a vibrant and cartoony effect 🌼
here are some unedited before and afters -
these are literally just screenshots so they look exactly the same in game! i also had my resolution at 3840 x 2160 and graphics at ultra for these and it ran pretty smooth! (especially since my pc isn't the best)
but i usually play at 1920 x 1080 because the UI is bigger with my graphics set at high and it runs butter smooth ‧₊˚ ⋅* ‧₊
here's how it looks in CAS -
the world maps have also become a lot softer and brighter!
i think the effect is so pretty i love, feel free to download here!!! ˚⊹🧚♀️♡
enjoy "" (ꈍᴗꈍ)♡
(also i made this with reshade 5.8.0 and have my shader toggle set to ins and screenshot hotkey set to print screen) ♡

happy new year! ; my farewell letter to 2023.
last year, ive written a similar farewell letter to 2022 and i want to make this a little tradition - so here's my second one <3
okay, so - wow. first of all, just wow.
this might be incredibly bold to say, but i think this has been my best year to be alive (i promise you i do not want to sound corny about it, but i really think 2023 was amazing for me.) of course, many things happened. im at my last year of senior high before i go to college, which is very scary but i hope i can be brave for it. school has been actually very generous to me recently, despite a few minor setbacks that looked very major when i was going through it, but overall it was very generous to me. but irl rambling is boring, so let's talk about my selfshipping blog!
last year, i had a verrrry firm grip on a previous f/o that im 100% sure old followers know - though im a little sad I can't find that spark to focus on him again - the shift in media has helped me find new f/os that i can say has been incredibly memorable to me. as we all know, im in a very INSANE pokemon brainrot since november or october(?) of 2022 and it has still remained heavily active in my head right now - which i honestly didn't even know i had the full capacity of doing! I don't know what magic this game did to me but i promise you im so happy i revisited this game again.
i would talk about how grateful i am to everyone has been supportive and sweet about my romantic f/os but i think the best highlight of my blog is my newfound love for my familial f/os - before that, i never had a single one on my list because i was simply quite disconnected to the family love concept, but after indulging myself in pokemon - i would come to discover pokemon adve.ntures, or poke.spe for short hehe. i have so many fond memories of finding myself wanting to read more and MORE - i would have every chapter downloaded beforehand just so that i can read it in my spare time, not even school that demanded my attention would stop me from sneaking my phone to quickly read through the manga LMAOO - but consuming the media itself wasn't enough, i needed people to understand the ROLLERCOASTER of emotions i had while reading and well, i think its very clear who those people were, the ones who came to save my miserable ass from (insert shocking scene in poke.spe) AHSJHSHSJSJS you know who you are and i appreciate you forever and they - i kid you not, helped me create something wonderful!
but of course, the video games were just as amazing. would you believe me if i told you i played gens 1 to 7 in one year? that's how much i adore the game and i still have yet to catch up to other games like the spin offs :] im not sure how to end this statement but. im so happy appleshipping and memoryshipping exists 🥹 i usually don't like thinking that they'll be with me forever because i believe nothing lasts for eternity but i just wanna say that they were just ... im just so contented 🥹 again, all of this actually would not have been so impactful to me if it weren't for my awesome mutuals hearing me out about it and supplying me with even more ideas - these mutuals would also end up becoming such loving friends of mine that helped me get out of my comfort zone and im still happy they're around (hi guys!) 💚
oh! and, what a surprise, i never thought id have an oc f/o! i initially thought that this was so impossible to do but?!??;?! it just happened i guess!!!! i keep surprising myself this year 😭
ok now here's the obligatory art summary for the year 💥
literally the best thing i ever done with my art is try using csp and it actually really helped me change the way i draw, and i even managed to cross out a few items in my last year's resolution thanks to it! i still bounce between using ibispaint and csp but i certainly improved!
the last thing im forever grateful about are the people who has been consistently supportive of my art - especially the commissions, i can't stress it enough how much it has helped me outside and it allowed me to go beyond my comfort zone when it comes to my drawing skills :']] thank you all so much
and finally, big thank you to everyone who sent me nice letters to my tree 🥹💚 its a gentle reminder that im actually ... pretty cool ig 🥹 and if you didn't send one, that's also ok!! you're still cool for reading this mwamwa
again im so bad at ending posts like these but cheers to a new year and let's hope it'll be better for everyone. 💚🫡 goodbye 2023!

Anon wrote: Hello, I came across this page and I very much enjoy it and love it here.
I will keep it short. I just want to share this little problem of mine. First of all, I am a 19 old INFJ (not very sure about it but its for another post). I am an overthinker, who worries about the smallest things. ‘What will this person think if I do this’ ‘what will this person feel if I said that’, so I am very cautious and careful about my actions and think a lot before doing anything. I have just come to realize that I feel guilty even about the smallest things, even for things that happened a long time ago, I just remember them and I feel a tinge of sadness thinking about them. I will share some of them here.
I remember somewhere in primary school between grade 1 to 3, I had an assignment to make skeletons from paper and pins. My mother did the assignment for me, and I think that she took time and effort to make it. Once I presented it and was done, I had this urge to destroy it and I acted on my impulse. Immediately after I felt really bad. I knew that it was going to be thrown nevertheless, but being destroyed like that I felt I was undermining my mother’s effort and it was not the best feelings, I know it is a bit dramatic but I was little at that time.
Another incident, a long time ago too, my sister drew a girl and then out of fun I drew ribs on the girl, like she was skeleton then I felt bad and said why did I do that. Although my sister didn’t mind it much.
Again, when I was around 9, my sister and I wanted to watch Frozen (separately), and we searched the net to find a website to watch, she searched in her iPad and I gave mine to our father to search for me. After a long time, my father came to me excited that he found and downloaded the movie for me but not in English in our mother language and I complained that I wanted it in English, then my sister said that she found a website in English, and I decided to watch with her. I felt really bad because my father wanted to find me something, but I didn’t take what he gave me. This incident really makes me feel bad till now when I think about it haha.
This is trivial and doesn’t involve me, but I felt a little bad. We bought a PlayStation and me and my sister made two accounts for ourselves and had password on them. One time we saw that the gear was misplaced and the PlayStation open, but no one played it. We realized that my brother came when we weren’t around and wanted to play, but he didn’t know the password and wasn’t able to play and went. I felt a little bad for him and thought if we didn’t put password on the accounts.
I don't know if this is normal or if I am an overthinker. Maybe this is the reason why I am careful before doing something now. If this is a problem what are some tips to self-improve in this situation.
-----------------------
Feelings and emotions are necessary for learning and growth. The key is to extract the right lessons from them and then you can lay them to rest in a healthy way (i.e. establish resolution or closure). If a situation continues to plague you, it means you haven't learned the right lesson from it or haven't learned it well enough yet. Guilt is meant to teach you important lessons about how to make better moral decisions. The situations you described all had problematic moral elements to them. Have you learned the right moral lessons from your past?
That being said, there is another important point to address. One of the major development pitfalls for INFJs is excessive or irrational guilt. Usually, it is due to wildly unrealistic thinking (unhealthy Ni) and/or taking on far more moral responsibility than is reasonable for one person to shoulder (unhealthy Fe). When INFJs aren't able to make sense of their guilt, it is easy for them to fall into Ti loop, which might manifest as rumination or "overthinking". These errors in cognition can be addressed through function development, see past INFJ posts.

You make such beautiful gifs, the quality and coloring are simply wonderful.... I'm slowly getting into making gifs myself but I'm really struggling since my results come out looking muddy/low quality whenever I upload them (for example, uploading on twitter) .
And so I was wondering if you were ever up to making a tutorial on what your process is to get the results that you get.
Thank you for sharing your work with us, always a pleasure to see.
Thank you! Happy you like my gifs!
Learning to gif is a journey, and most people's first gifs don't turn out as nice as they want them to, so you're not alone. There's a lot of trial and error involved.
As for tutorials, I follow the same steps as most of the gif tutorials you'll find on tumblr. If you're not using Photoshop to make your gifs, you might want to try it. I'd recommend just finding a tutorial on how to make gifs in Photoshop on tumblr and working from that. Aside from one caveat, which I'll get to later, I don't have much to add about the gif making process that hasn't already been said.
The requirements for Twitter are a bit different than Tumblr as Twitter processes gifs differently than tumblr (and Twitter is worse). I don't make twitter gifs very frequently, so I can't give you the best advice for that. What I can say is that you'll need your gifs to be large enough for Twitter. You'll want to look up the optimal size for gifs on twitter because the last time I posted gifs to Twitter, the optimal size was larger than Tumblr. Once you figure this out, you should be able to make pretty good gifs for Twitter.
In terms of general gif making, for best results you should use HD files. This is going to be key. You want to use either 1080p or 4k, and in my experience, 4k doesn't significantly improve gifs unless you want to zoom in, in which case the extra resolution of a 4k file helps a lot. I use 1080p unless I want to zoom in.
You also want to make sure the file you download isn't overly compressed because overly compressed video is much more difficult to brighten and color. If you're looking to download an episode of a tv show, you may find a few different files. I usually go for the largest 1080p version because that will give me the best quality. The smaller 1080p files are noticeably worse quality than the larger 1080p files. They both say 1080p, but they are not the same - that smaller file size came with sacrifices. Ripping straight off a blu ray will usually give you great results, but the files can be very large.
Now on to the one thing I do differently than what you'll see in a lot of gif tutorials - I don't sharpen in Photoshop. I use Topaz Video AI. This is a resource-intensive program, and I run it on an expensive laptop which allows it to run quickly. It's not going to run well on everyone's computer, so if you're working with 1080p files, it's absolutely not necessary. I use it a lot because I like it, but sharpening in photoshop will be fine if you're gifing an HD file.
If you're working with standard definition content, Topaz Video AI makes a world of difference. If you're asking me about my gifs because you saw my Scrubs gifs, then, unfortunately, Topaz Video AI is the secret to how they're much higher quality than anything you'd make from the SD/DVD files that are available.
I do know that a lot of people have used Topaz Video AI (or a similar program) to upscale many older series, so if you're looking to gif a standard definition series, someone out there may have already done the work for you. For example, I know you can find upscaled Xena episodes pretty easily these days, which was not the case when I first started using topaz to make my gifs.
And if you can't find an HD file, you just have to make the best with what you have. Sometimes that's the only option.
Hope this is helpful!
#reply#i know it's not super specific#but the gif tutorials on tumblr are usually pretty good for the basics#and this is what I have to add that might not be in there

Things that would actually get me interested in Nancy Drew game #34:
1) The return of Lani Minella as the voice of Nancy: The fan community and demographic of the game series have grown up since the late 90s. It's actually mind-boggling to me why they would recast Nancy with a younger voice than lean into the idea of Nancy ageing with the core players. Let Nancy be an adult even, or just college age. There are players who headcanon Nancy as being in collage (or a recent graduate) already anyway.
2) Using pre-rendered backgrounds over real time renders. The game engine Unity (which MID switched over to) has many great qualities, but it does not like rendering things like outdoor set pieces, object clutter, antique aesthetics (dust particles, woodgrain textures, etc), or other organic textures. It's why default set pieces for Unity you can download are often for plastic-looking sci-fi starship interiors. In other words, Unity is good at real time rendering the opposite of things we generally like in Nancy Drew locations. If you are going to use Unity for a Nancy Drew game, at least build the set pieces in something like Blender 3D (a modelling program that is freeware, has a vast plugin community, and allows you to save renders of what you make) and then take those renders as image layers into Unity. This will make the visuals look more appealing, speed up performance issues (many Nancy Drew fans play the games on laptops or other non-gamer heavy setups), and help the games age better and help future-proof them (even today, the pre-rendered cutscenes and backgrounds in games like 2002's Syberia still look jaw-droppingly gorgeous, while the 3D live rendered character models have aged due to faster computers and bigger resolutions).
3) Four suspect format: Bigger is not always better and this applies to the cast size. Four tends to work with the Nancy Drew games. Four is few enough to give everyone enough proper screen time, but large enough to keep the player guessing.
4) The meta puzzles: Like the first Monkey Island game, some of Nancy Drew's best puzzles use the player's (assumed) video game literacy to surprise them by subverting a mechanic the players usually take for granted. Examples include: (Minor spoilers ahead)
The Final Scene: Player is given too many keys at once that look exactly the same and has to find the right one to open a door before time runs out (messes with the inventory window)
The Deadly Device: Nancy's phone getting zapped unexpectedly just when she needs it (messes with the cell phone mechanic)
Treasure in the Royal Tower: The puzzle you use to get into the library (using the environment as the puzzle instead of a minigame screen)
Danger on Deception Island: Throwing the air tank into the water instead of throwing it at the character (using the obvious interact hotspot as a red herring and having the more obscure hotspot the correct answer)
5) Tomb of the Lost Queen's GUI: The user interface in TMB and DED are a good combination of diegetic design (wood panels, etc) and minimalist, intuitive GUI that doesn't majorly obscure the scene and background.
Note that these things I've listed do not ask for a more expensive budget than what HER is working with. Just design choices and thought during the pre-planning stage.
HER Interactive has had over thirty games worth of experience to make their next title something that pushes the envelope, which I think is part of why MID was such a disappointment to fans. The potential is there, it just needs to poke and prod at the adventure game genre like a detective, asking the question, "Why did past games make these design choices?"

Tracking Issue Update
Hey there! This is Mod Kiri, your shipping moderator and professional USPS-harasser, here to provide an update related to the previous order issue notification.
The parcels have been located and were safely picked up and catalogued. If you are receiving this email, it's because your order is accounted for and will be shipped back out via UPS as soon as it has been inspected for damage.
New tracking will be provided. Prior USPS tracking numbers are no longer valid, unless your parcel has already been scanned in and is on the way (which applies to a small portion of packages that were undamaged and could be dropped off at a different location already).
Please keep an eye out for new tracking information through UPS* ** within the next week or so!
*If you are in an area that can only be serviced by USPS (usually rural addresses), you will have your parcel shipped out through USPS under a different tracking number and package type that will be faster and more reliable.
**International parcels almost all are handled by USPS as part of PirateShip's Simple Export parcel handling. Unless you are within a country with a reduced int'l export rate from the US, we may still need to ship via USPS as the alternatives are $40 and up, rather than $20-28.
I apologize for the delays with your order and will be doing my best to expedite this process. I am working with a local friend for inspection and repackaging for the time being, as I am down with COVID and do not feel comfortable handling the interiors of parcels just in case of contamination. I am still available to handle digital order issues and to coordinate order replacement/sending of missing items, though! I'm just not handling the repackaging portion of the work until I am recovered and no longer contagious.*
*As of this time, I have not recovered virtually at all. If anything, my symptoms have gotten worse, and I am working on transitioning many of my responsibilities (including physical shipping) to other moderators. I understand that the consistent delays are a source of great frustration for everyone and the team is working to get a handle on things as quickly as possible, as we can no longer count on my availability and health.
With all of that said, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further issues or questions.
Let us know if you have any further issues at any point by filling out our Report Form! This is an optional form intended to make it easier for customers to get in touch with a moderator regarding physical or digital order issues. While we are requesting that customers with missing or frozen tracking fill it out so we can know who is affected by this issue, specifically, it works for all other order fulfillment issues as well! If you are one of the affected customers, thank you so much for reaching out through the form to let us know that your package is affected by this issue so we can make sure to fix it! You're a huge help!
If your order is missing items, has sustained damage, is incorrect, or you're missing digital download info, feel free to submit a ticket through that form as well! We're working to streamline our contact and resolution process to make it easier and faster for the customer and for us, as we currently have a backup of emails that need handling and no consolidated list of all active tickets to ensure they're all handled fully and in a timely manner.
Thank you again for your patience, understanding, and support of this project. We hope that this is the last issue we have with USPS (and in general). You deserve accountability, transparency, and to receive your order asap!
