Comprehensive Guide to Piles and Fissure Treatment in Kota | Jain Surgical Hospital
Piles (hemorrhoids) and anal fissures are common yet uncomfortable conditions that affect many individuals at some point in their lives. While these conditions are generally not life-threatening, they can cause significant discomfort and disrupt your day-to-day activities. If you're experiencing symptoms of piles or anal fissures, Jain Surgical Hospital, recognized as one of the best proctology hospitals in Kota, offers expert care and treatment to help you get back to a pain-free life.

This article will delve into the causes, symptoms, and effective treatment options for piles and anal fissures, and explain why Jain Surgical Hospital is a trusted choice for best piles treatment in Kota.
What Are Piles (Hemorrhoids)?
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, refer to swollen blood vessels in the lower part of the rectum or around the anus. They can be internal (occurring inside the rectum) or external (around the anus). While internal hemorrhoids may cause bleeding, external hemorrhoids can lead to more pain and irritation.
Causes of Piles:
Constipation and Straining: Chronic constipation and the act of straining during bowel movements are primary causes of piles.
Pregnancy: During pregnancy, the growing uterus can put extra pressure on the veins around the rectal area.
Obesity: Being overweight can increase pressure on the anal veins.
Sedentary Lifestyle: Lack of physical activity can contribute to constipation, increasing the risk of hemorrhoids.
Aging: As people age, the tissues that support the veins in the rectum may weaken, leading to the development of hemorrhoids.
Symptoms of Piles:
Pain and swelling around the anus
Itching or irritation in the anal region
Bleeding during bowel movements
A lump or swelling near the anus, which may be sensitive or painful
If you're experiencing these symptoms, consulting a piles specialist doctor in Kota is the first step towards finding relief.
What Are Anal Fissures?
An anal fissure is a small tear or crack in the skin around the anus. These fissures often occur due to the passage of hard or large stools. The pain from an anal fissure is typically sharp and can last for hours after a bowel movement.
Causes of Anal Fissures:
Passing large or hard stools
Chronic diarrhea or constipation
Childbirth in women, which can strain the anal area
Anal intercourse or trauma to the anal region
Symptoms of Anal Fissures:
Sharp pain during or after bowel movements
Bright red bleeding during or after a bowel movement
Itching around the anus
Visible tear or crack around the anus
If you experience these symptoms, seeking medical advice from a proctologist in Kota can help you get the treatment you need for proper healing.

Treatment Options for Piles & Fissures
Treatment for piles and anal fissures varies based on the severity and type of the condition. At Jain Surgical Hospital, we offer both conservative (non-surgical) treatments and advanced surgical options to provide relief.
Non-Surgical Treatments for Piles:
Dietary Modifications: Increasing fiber intake, staying hydrated, and avoiding constipation are critical steps in managing mild cases of piles.
Topical Treatments: Over-the-counter creams or ointments containing hydrocortisone can reduce pain, swelling, and itching.
Sitz Baths: Sitting in warm water can soothe the anal area and reduce inflammation and discomfort.
Oral Medications: Anti-inflammatory drugs and stool softeners may be recommended to ease symptoms and prevent further irritation.
Surgical Treatments for Piles:
For severe or persistent hemorrhoids, surgical options may be necessary. Some surgical treatments include:
Hemorrhoidectomy: This is the surgical removal of hemorrhoids, typically performed when other treatments have failed.
Rubber Band Ligation: In this minimally invasive procedure, a rubber band is placed around the hemorrhoid to cut off its blood supply, causing it to shrink and fall off.
Stapled Hemorrhoidopexy: A procedure where a stapler is used to remove hemorrhoidal tissue and reposition it, helping to alleviate symptoms.
Treatment for Anal Fissures:
Topical Medications: Creams like nitroglycerin can help relax the anal sphincter and promote healing.
Botox Injections: In some cases, botox may be injected into the anal sphincter to relax the muscle and facilitate healing.
Surgical Repair: For chronic fissures, a surgical procedure called lateral internal sphincterotomy can be performed to alleviate pain and ensure healing.
How to Prevent Piles and Fissures
While some factors such as genetics and pregnancy cannot be avoided, there are several lifestyle changes you can make to reduce the risk of developing piles and fissures:
Eat a high-fiber diet: Consuming more fiber helps prevent constipation and makes bowel movements smoother, reducing strain on the rectal area.
Stay hydrated: Drinking enough water ensures that your stool remains soft and easy to pass.
Exercise regularly: Physical activity promotes healthy digestion and can prevent constipation.
Avoid straining: Avoid holding your breath or straining during bowel movements.
Practice good hygiene: Keeping the anal area clean and dry can prevent irritation and infection.
By making these simple adjustments, you can lower your risk of developing piles and fissures and maintain better overall digestive health.
3 Common Questions About Piles and Fissures
1. What is the best treatment for piles?
The best treatment for piles depends on the severity of the condition. For mild piles, lifestyle changes and topical treatments can be effective. However, if the hemorrhoids are severe or recurrent, surgical options such as hemorrhoidectomy or rubber band ligation may be necessary.
2. Can anal fissures heal on their own?
In many cases, anal fissures will heal on their own with proper care, such as using topical medications, taking sitz baths, and increasing fiber intake. However, chronic or severe fissures may require medical intervention to ensure healing and prevent further complications.
3. Are piles and fissures serious?
Piles and fissures are generally not life-threatening but can cause significant pain and discomfort. Left untreated, they can lead to chronic symptoms, infection, or other complications. It is essential to seek timely treatment to manage the condition and prevent further issues.
Conclusion

MHA 3.7 - What a Twist! - part 2/2
Ooooooh, my money is on the principle! He's too nice, and has a possible motive due to him being experimented on.
Imagine opening the door to the police and it's a cat. It reminds me of that one episode of Dr. Who with the crazy cat doctors...

I mean, it makes sense. If I were a parent and heard that a kid got kidnapped during a summer camp I would not want to send my kid there either. +1 point for the villains I guess.
Ah yes, Midoriya x Hospital Bed, the OTP of My Hero Academia strikes again. It is sweet how he is thinking about Kota. <3
Now I'm picturing 15 teenagers busting through a grocery store trying to pick out the best melon. Think about ALL of them lining up at the cash register, just to buy one singular fruit, and the cashier thinking that they aren't getting paid enough to deal with this.
That is GENIUS. Momo is great when the story lets her show off her big brain instead of her big booba.
Uh-oh, the kids are fighting. This is a juicy 'leave it to the professionals who know what they are doing' vs. 'accept personal responsibility and take action' conversation. Both points are valid, but my heart is with Kirishima on this one.
Kirishima is a real one. I feel like a character that goes on and on about 'manliness' could have been obnoxious, but somehow with Kirishima it is super endearing. He defines what it means to be a hero and a man in such a healthy way.
On the surface, it's crazy to try to rescue Bakugo, and it's crazy to ask Midoriya to help when he can't even move his arms, but Kirishima is offering hope. He is saying, 'You can still take action with us supporting you. We are not powerless to save our friend together'.
Kirishima is climbing the ranks of my favorite side characters in this show. There is so little of him, but whenever he gets a spotlight he shines!
Episode 8 is here

do you think in the end bkdk is romantically implied?
I'll answer these together:
I think that the Final Chapter was very carefully curated to ensure that all the significant shipping communities in the fandom get something, but everything can be interpreted in whichever way you want. The scenes are all pretty neutral on purpose (the purpose being is to keep the ship-centric fans hooked as they are the biggest spenders on the franchise especially once the manga/anime ends. They become the heart of future sales).
So there are bones/crumbs for almost every single shipping group that they can dress up and fill with romanticism but all of them are also just things that you can interpret as totally nothing romantic:
Eri & Kota - I feel like they are trying to appeal to the Damian x Anya kind of shippers since their handhold (cute kids - make up your own story of orphans -> childhood friends -> classmates)
Erasermic - popular ship - (perfectly angsty set-up to murder husbands getting a repeat of mourning Shirakumo's death)
Endhawks - Enji's final scene in the franchise is not with family, but with Hawks (Look at Hawks still hanging out with Enji. Rei is there if you don't like this ship.)
Spinnaraki - Spinner wrote his book! Look, wonder what's in it? (-> write your own SoL of the LoV with any ship combination that floats your boat)
Kiribaku (and Bakusquad crumbs, but Deku is also there now -> write your on fic of best bros supporting Katsuki's recovery. Any ship conbination is fine).
Izuocha (-> date? Could be. Or not. You choose).
This scene works for Togachako, Tsuchako, Iidachako, MomoIida and Izuocha shippers equally (as Ochako's mask is somewhere between Iida's and Deku's)
Todobaku confirmed chasing each other in the rankings for a decade is a beloved trope. But Deku talking fondly both about Bakugou and Todoroki can please the Bakudeku and Tododeku shippers or even the tdbkdk enthusiasts. (-> write your own fic of Deku wistfully watching his besties rise in the ranks thinking they are too busy to hang out with him while they are busting their asses off to buy him an ironman suit. Also do you think TDBK shacked up together to save on rent? Why not? And then they were ROOMMATES!!! Do they help out at Midoriya sensei's combat classes while having a crush on the cute teacher? Hell yeah! )
Bakudeku - a generous gift from Bakugou = a generous gift to the biggest shipping community. It fits all Cinderella / Forever and ever / Sugar-daddy fantasies, depending on where your romanticism lies, but it's carefully curated to fit into the platonic Dadmight + Bakugou & Deku canon storyline, it works with Bakugou's atonement / redemption and his angsty question of "what did I do to you?" in the hospital. (Did he do it as a final step to set things right for the bullying or did he do it because he can't live without Deku by his side? As a friend or a lover? Does Deku take his hand? Are they hero partners? Just the two of them or a bigger agency? - this is all up to you!)
But it's also developed by Hatsume and Melissa (if you like straight ships) and in fact a joint contribution by Class A - (So yeah - let your imagination run wild. I did. )
Ghost Tenko!!! - this is not as popular as TogaChako because of the age gap - but look!!! now they are both adults! They could be a ship if you wanted them to be?
Final panel - the big dilemma of where to place Deku?
BKDK? - maybe it would be too much and alienate other ships.
Ochako? - no, can't risk losing the bkdk crowd. (But she can look at him)
I know! TDDK - they are still a pretty popular big ship but also just sweet friends. Very inoffensive. Chill. Both Bkdks and Izuochas can breathe a sigh of relief and TDDKs can get a nice little crumb.
(Hey, why not also make this a Kacchako crumb and MomoJirou crumb and ....look it's Class A - we all love them!!!!)
Anyways, maybe I'm too cynical, but it seems to me that this ending was carefully curated by the marketing team to ensure that there is one resounding message here:
Dear Fans! The manga ended, but the franchise lives on. Whatever your ship is, please keep buying merch!!!!
#c1a asks#bnha manga ending#bnha 430#all the ships#not going to tag them in case someone thinks it's offensive#but i don't mean it in an offensive way#the crumbs are there for everyone to play with#and you are entitled to interpret it how you want to

I always feel like Izuku deserved better during that whole forest camp training arc and the following kamino ward arc. He saved a child from a supervillain all by himself and received no acknowledgement (yeah kota started to respect him) followed by aizawa just crapping on him again. Izuku was the one who made up the plan to rescue bakugou and again received no acknowledgement for it except all might who punched him first.
Bakugo sort of acknowledges only kirishima and it's completely treated like he's the only one who rescued him, screw everyone else.
And let's not forget Iida punching his face right after he got out of the hospital.
Hi @izubun-33
Thanks for the ask, I love receiving ask and how we do have different opinions on certain characters.
I was mulling this ask for a bit (my fav word: mulling) so let me ask this back, if Izu was kidnapped you think anyone would try gaslight anyone to save Izu? Bc what Kiri did was gaslighting and emotional manipulation even if it wasn't intentional...Izu was in the hospital bed, fucked up after facing Muscular and help A1 ...what he gets? "Help save kaachan" and he doesn't look like the typical "my friend is in trouble"
Bk is treated as the main character (to this day, shocked kaachako didn't happen as hori HATES Izu but then again, no one is good enough for BK) and Izu is the gag character.
Its insane how disrespect this character is and how unfunny and unfair this is!
Momo makes a good analyses? She is so smart
Izu makes a good analyses? He is a loser.
Am got inspire by Izu....BC HE WANTED TO SAVE A POS and after that....never again. Saving his abuser impressed am to the point he had to make a heir ....(No, am didn't know bk is his long life abuser which PAINTS AM IN A BAD LIGHT. I THINK HE IS AN IDIOT) But think of the scene: Izu risk his life to save a PoS and is "reward" with ofa which is a shitty quirk ...and then...AM does nothing else for Izu nor says anything positive about him.
@bibibbon mentioned this before how it is more "forgiven" for Iida to punch Izu(I don't but I can see the logic) as he is a teen and bla bla, I get it. He was worried and lash out. I DONT FORGIVE Iida for that but I can understand the idea and if the text wasn't so anti Izu...they could have talk and Iida could have apologize. AM punching Izu? NO! and makes an seem a hypocrite.
"Gran trained me so ruthless, I'm scared of him" and then punches Izu without hesitation.
Mha is a very frustrating manga. That breed very insufferable people who mock Izu or think LoV is their happy go lucky Robin Hood and if you disagree you don't read the manga or think BK has the best redemption arc ever...which is a fucking joke. Bk didn't change, the world did.
A1 never was friends with Izu. Never.
Izu ends this shitty story friendless
He has a shitty mom. A shitty mentor, fake friends and a awful quirk. (Awful in the sense, it gives him pain, pain and pain and no one cares)
#hori is a bad writer#a really bad one#izuku deserves better#mha critical#bnha critical#anti bakugou#A1 critical#i hate them

A3! Omnibus Event - Omnibus Performances: The Stranger & Nocturnality - Nocturnality Omnibus: Episode 6

Izumi: (One day, Kota comes back to his apartment with a cake in hand.)
Kota: “I’m home.”
Reo: “Welcome back, Kota.”
Kota: “I bought a cake to celebrate. I splurged a little and got a nice one.”
Reo: “Celebrate… What, exactly?”
Kota: “It’s been a year since you came here, y’know?”
Reo: “——”
Kota: “What, don’t tell me you forgot? C’mon, let’s eat this together.”
Reo: “… Thank you, Kota.”
Izumi: (At that, Reo smiles, pretending not to notice his own discomfort…)
Reo: “Oh, could I ask you for something?”
Reo: “There’s a place I’d like you to take me.”
-
Kota: “Hey, are you sure you're okay with this plain park? There's gotta be some other place.”
Reo: “This is the kind of place I wanted to go to.”
Reo: “The sunlight is a bit too bright, but the wind is warm and the flowers and leaves are colorful. It’s all so pretty.”
Kota: “Well, if you’re fine with it, then I’m good too. And I guess a morning walk isn’t so bad every once in a while.”
Reo: “Exactly. Well then…”
Reo: “Should we keep walking? …Just for a little longer…”
-
Hijiri (Guy): “My name is Hijiri. Starting today, I have been assigned as your temporary department manager. It is a pleasure to be working with you all.”
Hijiri: “I would like to start by having one-on-one interviews with everyone. Starting with…”
Kota: “A man-to-man with the department manager? I don’t know about this. What’s he even going to ask…”
-
Hijiri: “Kota Seo…”
Hijiri: “I have been looking at your attendance records, and it seems they have been rather unstable after a certain point.”
Hijiri: “It is quite obvious your condition was not at its best, yet you have been working so much lately… Is there a particular reason why?”
Kota: “… I caught a rather pesky cold not too long ago.”
Kota: “I caused a lot of trouble to those around me when that happened, so I’m working hard to repay them now.”
Hijiri: “Is that so? Are there no other reasons?”
Kota: “… No, sir.”
Izumi: (Despite sensing something off in Hijiri's conduct, Kota gives appropriate answers.)
Izumi: (Guy-san’s new role has a sense of mystery to him. He’s doing great.)
-
Izumi: (Nonomiya arrives to work after Kota and Hijiri finish their interview and return from the conference room.)
Kota: “Pretty unusual for you to be late to work. Are you coming down with something?”
Nonomiya (Homare): “Well… If I’m being honest, I haven’t been feeling so good lately. My body feels heavy, and I keep getting dizzy.”
Kota: “Man, are you okay? Maybe you should go to the hospital.”
Hijiri: “… You may have caught his cold.”
Izumi: (Kota is worried, and Hijiri mutters something that may have a hidden meaning behind it…)
Izumi: (I think these kinds of scenes with simple conversations are more natural and have more depth than during the original run and the rerun.)
-
Izumi: (The same night, after Kota and Nonomiya finish working overtime…)
Nonomiya: “*Sigh*… I sure hope I can wake up early tomorrow.”
Kota: “Don’t overdo it. Give me a call if you think you’ll be late.”
Nonomiya: “Thanks. Alright, I’m going this way.”
[Nonomiya bumps into Franz]
Nonomiya: “… Oops.”
???: “Ah, I’m sorry. … And good evening.”
Nonomiya: “Oh, hello.”
Kota: “You two know each other?”
Nonomiya: “It seems he’s an exchange student who moved into my apartment building. We bump into each other when we both get back late like today.”
Kota: “An exchange student…?”
Kota: (No, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen him before…)
Kota: (…! Right, he was with Reo back then…!)
Kota: “Hey, you! You’re Reo’s friend, aren’t you!? How is—”

???: “Don’t move.”
[Hijiri unsheathes his sword]
???: “——”
Kota: “Woah!?”
Nonomiya: “WOAAARGH!?”
Izumi (Tsumugi): “Long time no see.”
Franz (Hisoka): “… My, my. How glad am I to see you’re doing well. Have you brought your friend with you this time?”
???: “Hmph, just as I’d suspected. I figured you would show yourself before long.”
Kota: “Are you… our department manager!?”
Hijiri: “Should a high-ranking vampire stay in one place for long, it will leave its mark, and naturally a horde of low-ranking vampires will appear there as well.”
Hijiri: “After hearing Izumi’s story, I surmised you pests would return, and it seems I was right.”
Izumi (Tsumugi): “This won’t go like last time now that I have Master with me.”
Izumi (Tsumugi): “O filthy creatures of the night. Tonight I shalt banish thee to Hell.”
Franz: “Do you really think it will be that easy?”
[Hijiri and Izumi start fighting Franz]
Hijiri: “Ha!”
Izumi (Tsumugi): “Haaaa!”
Franz: “… Oh-ho, you are as fearsome as expected.”
Kota: “…”
Izumi: (A relentless battle begins between Franz and the Exorcists.)
Izumi: (The fight scene here is even fiercer than the one in the first play. It’s intense, and you can’t take your eyes off of it.)
[The battle continues]
Izumi: (The battle ends in a draw, with both sides wounded and exhausted.)
Izumi (Tsumugi): “Urgh… Haah, haah…”
Hijiri: “Ugh… It appears you have much more strength left than I expected. We will not get anywhere at this rate. … Izumi, we’re retreating.”
Izumi: “… Yes, sir.”
Izumi: (Hijiri and Izumi leave, and Kota runs up to Franz.)
[Kota catches Franz]
Kota: “Woah, hang in there!”
Franz: “I’m alright. Simply a bit tired. *Sigh* Good grief…”
Kota: “…”
Kota: “Hey, tell me… How’s he… How’s Reo doing now?”
Franz: “… He seems quite happy.”

Kota: “… That so.”
Kota: “Oh! That reminds me, where’s Nonomiya…!?”
Franz: “Ah, looks like he’s completely worn out.”
Nonomiya: “Ngrk…”
Franz: “Fufu. It wasn’t for long, but thank you for the meal.”
[Franz jumps away]
Kota: “Hey, wait…!”
Kota: “… I couldn’t do anything. Again.”
Izumi: (Kota’s voice is full of regret as he mumbles that.)
Izumi: (You can probably feel the characters’ bond become stronger through the story because the same holds true for the Winter Troupe themselves…)
-
Reo: “……”
Izumi: (After parting ways with Kota, Franz goes to find Reo sleeping peacefully.)
Franz: “You seem as peaceful as always. You must be having a very happy dream.”
Franz: “… That man really is becoming a stranger to the human world.”
Franz: “… So hurry, my friend, and open your eyes…”
Franz: “… No.”
Izumi: (Franz makes to say something, but stops himself and walks away.)
Reo: “…”
Reo: “——”

Izumi: (Reo slowly opens his eyes…)
Izumi: (This final scene is intended to be reminiscent of Kota’s persistence from the original play.)
-
[Applause]
Azuma: Thank you very much.
Tasuku: Thank you very much!
Izumi: (The Winter Troupe’s first Omnibus performance has successfully finished!)
Izumi: (The audience seem to have enjoyed themselves, so I’d say this was a good choice for their first performance.)
Izumi: (I’m really looking forward to seeing which performance the Winter Troupe will pick for their next Omnibus.)

Heroes and Pokemon X Cousin Kota:
Inko took five-year-old Izuku to meet her cousins. He was blown away to see Mandalay and the Water Hose duo in casual clothes (because he’s only familiar with their hero costumes), and the excitable child does impulsive child things.
Ralts suddenly has a new Abra friend who needs to learn the ropes of being a psychic type. Meanwhile, Inko reined he son in after a single water type.
The Midoriyas should be fine with two Pokémon to feed, but before she can offer to take Squirtle home too, Water Hose are already making plans for their wonderful little buddy to come home with them.
Cut ahead another five years, and Wartortle graduates from “sidekick/mascot” to “big brother” with the birth of Kota.
Three years after that, and their lives are changed once again… this time for the worse.
Muscular. A particularly brutal villain and one whose strength is nothing short of terrifying. Even with the three of them working in tandem, it took everything the Water Hose team had to stop him. Buildings destroyed, multiple civilians injured, and two pro heroes hospitalized. Honestly, if it weren’t for Blastoise taking a hit that nearly split his shell in half…
Best not to think about that.
Kota had to spend three weeks with Auntie Inko because the rest of his family were in the hospital.
It took a long time for the kid to really process what happened. He was only three years old, so long-term memory was just starting to be a thing, and suddenly most of the constants in his life had drastically changed. Dad was in a wheelchair and retired, Mom joined Auntie Shino’s team after another few weeks of recovery, and Blastoise seemed to be treating all of them as if they were made of glass.
They were heroes. They defeated the villain.
But his parents didn’t “win”.
[A bit dark, I know, but having everything magically go fine for Water Hose just felt disingenuous. Muscular was one hell of a threat, and taking him down was not a simple task. Honestly, they were lucky Blastoise managed to get off two successful Protects in a row and he took that last hit better than a building would have. Water Hose are a prime example of how pro heroes can find themselves in over their heads, and how even then it is still their job to try and do the impossible when innocent lives are on the line.]

Best Piles and Fissure Treatment at Jain Surgical Hospital - The Leading Proctology Hospital in Kota
Piles (hemorrhoids) and anal fissures are common conditions that cause significant discomfort, affecting thousands of people every year. Our team of experienced piles surgeons in Kota specializes in diagnosing, treating, and managing these conditions with advanced, minimally invasive techniques to ensure fast recovery and lasting relief.

What Are Piles (Hemorrhoids)?
Piles are swollen or inflamed veins in the lower part of the rectum or anus. This condition can result from increased pressure on the veins in the anal region. Depending on their location, piles can be either internal (inside the rectum) or external (around the anus). Both types of hemorrhoids can cause pain, itching, swelling, and sometimes bleeding.
Common Causes of Piles:
Chronic Constipation: Straining during bowel movements is one of the most significant causes of piles.
Pregnancy: Increased pressure on the abdomen during pregnancy can lead to hemorrhoids.
Obesity: Excess weight can put additional pressure on the rectum and anus, leading to hemorrhoids.
Prolonged Sitting: Sitting for long periods, particularly on the toilet, can cause hemorrhoids to develop.
Heavy Lifting: Repeatedly lifting heavy objects can put strain on the rectal area.
Symptoms of Piles:
Bleeding during bowel movements (bright red blood)
Pain or discomfort around the anus
Itching or irritation in the anal region
Swelling or a lump near the anus
What Are Anal Fissures?
An anal fissure is a small tear or crack in the skin surrounding the anus, usually caused by passing large or hard stools. Anal fissures can be extremely painful and often result in sharp pain during or after bowel movements. This condition can also lead to bleeding.
Symptoms of Anal Fissures Include:
Intense pain, especially during or after bowel movements
Bright red blood on toilet paper or in the stool
A visible crack or tear in the skin around the anus
Itching or discomfort around the anus
Like piles, anal fissures can become chronic if not treated, causing ongoing discomfort and complications.

Treatment Options for Piles and Fissures at Jain Surgical Hospital
We offer both non-surgical and surgical options for piles and anal fissures, tailored to each patient's unique condition and needs.
Conservative Treatments for Piles and Fissures
For mild cases of piles and fissures, we recommend non-surgical treatments that can help manage symptoms and prevent the condition from worsening. These include:
High-Fiber Diet: Consuming more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains helps soften stools, reducing strain during bowel movements.
Hydration: Drinking enough water helps keep stools soft and prevents constipation.
Topical Treatments: Over-the-counter creams and ointments can help reduce inflammation, itching, and pain.
Sitz Baths: Warm baths can soothe the anal area, reduce swelling, and promote healing.
Surgical Treatments for Piles
When conservative treatments do not offer sufficient relief, surgical intervention may be necessary. We offer the following surgical options:
Laser Piles Surgery: This minimally invasive procedure uses a laser to shrink or remove hemorrhoids with minimal discomfort and faster recovery.
Stapled Hemorrhoidopexy: This technique involves repositioning and stapling internal hemorrhoids, offering long-lasting relief with less pain.
Hemorrhoidectomy: For severe cases, this traditional surgery removes large hemorrhoids and is typically performed under general anesthesia.
Surgical Treatments for Anal Fissures
For chronic or severe anal fissures, surgery may be recommended:
Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy: This procedure involves making a small incision in the anal sphincter muscle to reduce pressure and allow the fissure to heal.
Fissurectomy: In some cases, removal of the fissure and surrounding tissue may be necessary to promote healing and prevent recurrence.
How Are Piles and Fissures Diagnosed?
At Jain Surgical Hospital, the diagnosis of piles and anal fissures is performed through a detailed evaluation. Our expert proctologists in Kota use the following diagnostic methods:
Physical Examination: The doctor will inspect the anal area for visible signs of hemorrhoids or fissures.
Anoscopy: A small device is inserted into the anus to allow for a closer examination of the rectum and anal canal.
Sigmoidoscopy or Colonoscopy: If required, these procedures help rule out other conditions and examine the lower part of the colon.
Once a diagnosis is made, our team will recommend the most appropriate treatment plan based on the severity of your condition.
Prevention Tips for Piles and Fissures
While it may not be possible to prevent piles and fissures entirely, the following lifestyle changes can help reduce the risk:
Increase Fiber Intake: A fiber-rich diet helps prevent constipation and makes bowel movements easier.
Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water ensures stools are soft and easy to pass.
Exercise Regularly: Physical activity promotes healthy digestion and reduces constipation.
Avoid Prolonged Sitting: Long periods of sitting can put pressure on the rectal area, increasing the risk of piles and fissures.
Practice Good Hygiene: Clean the anal area gently after bowel movements to prevent irritation.
Frequently Asked Questions About Piles and Fissures
Q1: What is the best treatment for piles in Kota?
The best treatment for piles varies depending on the severity of the condition. For mild cases, conservative treatments such as dietary changes and topical treatments are effective. For severe cases, laser piles surgery or stapled hemorrhoidopexy can provide lasting relief. Jain Surgical Hospital offers the best and most advanced treatments for piles in Kota.
Q2: How do I know if I have an anal fissure?
Anal fissures cause sharp, intense pain during and after bowel movements, along with bright red bleeding. If you experience these symptoms, it’s important to consult with a proctologist to get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Q3: Can piles come back after surgery?
While surgery is highly effective in treating piles, it is still possible for them to return if preventive measures (such as maintaining a healthy diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding prolonged sitting) are not followed. Regular follow-ups with your proctologist can help monitor your condition and prevent recurrence.

The Eri Problem
I'm going to get some flack for this, but I've never been a fan of Eri. Yeah, she's a cute kid who was dealt an awful hand in life, but I hate the way she's written/placed in the story. I think she could have been so much more if different things were done with her character, but as things stand right now, she's just a walking-talking plot device. I'll try and break down why I'm not a fan of how she's been written thus far and what it means for the story thus far:
(sidenote: this has some anti Bakugou and anti Aizawa elements, as well as some UA critical ranting, so it's also been tagged as such)
1. Her backstory
Her backstory sounds like something straight out of fanfiction, and while other people may like that (I'm not judging if you do), I'm just not a fan of it. You have characters with much more realistic backstories such as Izuku (absent father, mercilessly bullied due to being Quirkless), Shoto (hospitalized mother, has an extremely famous public figure for a father that happens to be abusive), and Kota (hero parents were killed in the line of duty when he was a toddler, raised by his aunt as a result of that).
Then you have Eri: she erased her father from existence on accident (she also has no birth certificate for whatever reason), causing her mother to hate/fear her to the point where she's put in the care of the Yakuza. The head of the Yakuza - who happens to be her maternal grandfather - becomes unable to care for her, leading Overhaul to experiment on her for his Quirk erasing bullets. She then gets taken in by Eraserhead and the staff of UA. In fanfiction (depending on how it's done), I wouldn't mind seeing this, but seeing this done in canon just doesn't sit with me.
2. Her Quirk
I'm not saying anything new here, given that this is by far the most debated thing about her, but her Quirk just lowers the stakes of the story to me. Why should I worry about Mirio being Quirkless when we all know that Eri's going to restore his Quirk? For that matter, why don't they have her restore Aizawa's leg and eye? Why don't they have her restore All Might back to his prime? If they have her do one of these things, why not have her do the other two?
3. Her Role
The above two points kind of converge into this one, and I think it's one of the biggest reasons why I have such a problem with her character: she HATES her Quirk (for totally valid reasons, I'd hate Rewind if I had it), yet is used by UA to restore Mirio's Quirk with no consideration for her own feelings on the matter. That doesn't sit right with me, and I've seen a few other people agree.
She's also used to rehabilitate Aizawa and Bakugou's images without giving them proper character development.
Aizawa is a mess of a man who has no business taking care of any child, regardless of their age. I understand that pragmatically, he's the best option until she gains control of her Quirk, but we don't even see him take care of her! Whenever she's trotted out in the story for her designated cute moments, he more often than not just leaves her in the care of his class. I will give him props for sacrificing his leg for her sake, but that's just about the only big "bonding" moment that they have. People often point to Aizawa's relationship with Eri as evidence that he's not just some asshole teacher, but that just raises a question for me: if he supposedly cares for his students as much as he does for Eri, why don't we see him loosening up on his assholery towards them? Why don't we see him reflecting on his frankly horrible treatment of them (Izuku in particular) and resolving to try and do better? In the light novels, we see how much Eri adores Izuku (wanting Santa to visit him as well, asking if Izuku was okay when he ran off to get the candy apples to surprise her with), which would have been a perfect set up for this.
*bonus complaint, but how can these teachers take such good care of Eri and then turn around and pretend to kidnap the parents of Class 1A for Parents Day? How can they just sit by and let Bakugou treat everyone around him the way he does? How can they say that they see these kids as their own children if they not only do nothing to help Izuku, Aoyama, and Kaminari control their Quirks, but they let Izuku drop out of UA to go fight All For One and Shigaraki? How can they ignore all of the child abuse red flags Todoroki throws up? How can Midnight make outright sexual comments that canonically make the students uncomfortable?
In the 6th light novel, she's also used to teach Bakugou to not be such an asshole 24/7. I don't even need to get into why leaving a traumatized 6 year with such a mean-spirited bully is a horrible idea... then again, Aizawa thought he could resolve the bad blood between Izuku and Bakugou by forcing them to work together, and we all know how well that turned out (Bakugou backhanding Izuku and outright stating he'd rather fail than work with Izuku), so what the hell do I know?
In my honest opinion, Eri would have been much happier if she had somehow gotten her Quirk erased and was taken in by Mirio and his family. She could still be in the story, but more along the lines of how Kota is in the story: very occasionally popping up to show their recovery and their love for Izuku.
Maybe they could even start an Izuku fanclub together.

this is Deku's dorm room, one he gets once he is accepted into the hero course, and starts acting as class 1A and 1B's personal nurse, his dorm is at the 1A dorms cause he chose that class. In his dorm there are two major and easy-to-notice traits, stacks of paper and WWPC merch, we got 3 posters, the one on the wall to the left being signed by each member + Kota, a tiger-themed pillow and bedsheets and a Ragdoll alarm clock as well as Ragdoll themed curtains. In this universe, Deku aims more towards rescuing civilians than being in a direct line of combat, so to reflect that, the green bean admires the Wild Cat heroes more than All Might, specifically Ragdoll, who I headcanon isn't a popular fan favorite as her quirk, although very useful, is not as flashy or noticeable as her fellow cats, much like Deku's quirk, unnoticed but impacting, so he admires her and when they meet up, both light up during the meeting. The paperwork is primarily medical-related stuff, records, documents, and past medical exams, all of which Deku goes through to examine his fellow classmates with the best care for their health, but also because, like Recovery Girl, he wants to help out in hospitals around the city. Extra stuff to note are the Spiderverse posters cause Deku is a fan, the wolf from the bnha "Winter AU" is a stuffed animal Katsuki gave to Deku to welcome him back to Japan, and the board next to Deku's bed has pictures of various things related to his personal life.
And as a bonus, here's the signed poster!
"Keep rocking Cutie!" - Pixie Bob
"Thank you for Still believing in me" - Ragdoll
"Never let the world bend your will" - Tiger
"Never lose your spark" - Mandalay
"Thank you" - Kota

Laparoscopic Myomectomy Surgery for Uterine Fibroids Removal

Laparoscopic myomectomy is a surgical procedure used to Remove Uterine Fibroids, which are noncancerous growths that develop in the uterus. Although most fibroids are asymptomatic, some can cause pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, and other uncomfortable symptoms. This minimally invasive technique involves making several small incisions in the abdomen and using specialized surgical instruments to remove the fibroids.
Laparoscopic Myomectomy Surgical Procedure
Incisions:
The surgeon will make several small incisions, typically around 0.5 to 1 centimeter in length, in the abdomen. These incisions serve as entry points for the laparoscopic instruments.
Visualization:
A laparoscope, which is a thin, lighted tube with a camera at its tip, is inserted through one of the trocars. It allows the surgeon to visualize the internal structures of the abdomen, including the uterus and fibroids, on a monitor.
Fibroid removal:
The surgeon will use specialized instruments, such as a laparoscopic morcellator or a resectoscope, to remove the fibroids. The choice of instrument depends on the size, number, and location of the fibroids.
Closure:
After the fibroids are removed, the surgeon will close the incisions with sutures or adhesive strips.
Recovery:
Once the procedure is completed, you will be monitored in the recovery room before being transferred to a regular hospital room. Most patients are discharged within 24 hours, but the length of hospital stay may vary depending on individual circumstances.
Best laparoscopic Surgeon in kota
Laparoscopic myomectomy is a safe and effective procedure for removing uterine fibroids. It offers many benefits over traditional open surgery, including less pain, fewer complications, and a faster recovery time. The procedure also offers a high success rate, with most women experiencing a significant improvement in their symptoms after the surgery.
If you are considering laparoscopic Myomectomy to Remove Uterine Fibroids, a doctor can help you decide if this procedure is right for you.

quintessa swindell . nonbinary . they/he . ) — blasting maybe by janis joplin down main street we’ve spotted DAKOTA CARR sporting their guitar case. the twenty-six year old BANSHEE who’s been in town for one year often can be seen scribbling a new song idea, handing out lattes to the citizens of portum, visiting the art museum for hours on end, relishing in the great outdoors, finding comfort in being alone, or working as a/n barista at hallowed grounds. people say they display gentle and unassertive traits, but we rather trust their vibes: smoking a joint off a fire escape, words written instead of said, a constant state of paranoia, light washed ripped jeans, a cup of tea on the windowsill. also, we’ve heard they love ICED LAVENDER MATCHA LATTES ! aren’t they fascinating ?
TRIGGER WARNING: adoption, cancer, death, family death, car crash, grief.
𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐂𝐒.
name: dakota avalon carr nicknames/alias: kota, give them some!
faceclaim: quintessa swindell
age: twenty-six gender: nonbinary ( they/he ) sexuality: no label just vibes date/place of birth: march 14th / chicago, il currently: portum, ???
positive traits: gentle, polite, compassionate negative traits: unassertive, gullible, naive astrological sign: pisces archetype: the broken bird
𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐇𝐘.
the very moment you’re born, you’re screaming.
your cry is loud, violent. and yet, you’re as gentle as a lamb.
what an odd thing - for a person who has grown up to be so quiet in the beginning, to be so loud. you were born amidst the in between as winter turns over to spring, in a hospital just as sterile as any other in the heart of chicago, before you are adopted by a pair of individuals who were just as devoted to you as they were to each other. you were the final piece of the puzzle that they were missing.
things appear picturesque to you when you're small - as is the experience for most. you don’t know enough about the world yet, the damage it can do. you go about as any young person does - you grow. you explore. you pick up your father’s well-worn guitar for the first time when you’re six years old, and the call to not put it down is not just due to childhood stubbornness, but because it feels right. your father soon becomes your first and only teacher.
shortly before you turn eleven, comes your first dalliance with death. you always attributed your grandfather’s nature to his age. however, your mother sits you down and makes some attempt to dull the knife she’s inserting in your heart: your grandfather is dying. cancer. your childhood mind can’t help but think: but he’s my best friend. why is the world taking my best friend away from me? but, the more you become privy to when it comes to the nature of the world - you realize something. death and disease do not handpick their victims. no matter how much you search for answers, there will never be any for you to find. and yet, the human race will constantly fight to understand.
the next six months are spent in and out of the hospital. taking care of him, holding his hand. holding on to hope. that is, until you wake up in the middle of the night screaming louder than you ever had before. your parents run to your side, asking over and over again what was wrong. while you continued to scream like your life depended on it, you couldn’t offer a response. seconds later, your mother’s phone rings. he was gone. how had you done it? was your soul tied to his? you always believed so, but this was different. your scream had announced his death. your parents wrote it off as simply a child’s grief, despite being nuanced and complicated just as any other soul cycling through the universe.
you start to feel no longer at home in your body shortly before you start high school. you’d write it off as teenage awkwardness for year after year. now, however, you’ve come to understand that you’ve never felt at home. being you. you never really came out to your mother and father - just brought your partners home, and there was always an understanding that they were important to you. while they never asked, they supported you all the same.
college arrives, and you’re off to berklee in massachusetts. you begin to meet like minded people - musicians who shared your song. you make true friends for the first time ever after a lifetime of feeling like you were perpetually stuck in your awkward phase. you often likened your inability to connect with others like quicksand - it was slowly pulling you under. you form a band with said friends - playing guitar and singing backup vocals. you come out as nonbinary to all of them shortly before your first show.
is this what self-assurance feels like? security?
however, there’s always cracks in the facade. you’ve been looking over your shoulder like something is hunting you - and it finally comes for you as you’re driving home from a show. for a reason unknown to you, you scream. the next thing you remember is the sound of shattered glass and crunching metal, before the ringing begins in your ears. you lost your keyboard player, and the lead singer that night. your drummer is in critical condition and thankfully recovers. in a cruel twist of fate ( in your eyes, at least ) you survive with minimal injury. when you utter those words to your parents in your hospital room, i just couldn’t stop screaming, they know. they remember.
contrary to what most expect you to do - you finish your degree. online, but on time. music is no longer a lifeline, but a chore. however, your throw yourself into trying to understand who you are. why your body forces you to scream, moments before disaster. you discover the lore of banshees. you’ve never been of the believe that what was deemed fantasy could be real - that is, besides the hope that your favorite fictional characters had the possibility of existing. however, when you stumble upon your birth family tree - the truth comes out. you are the child of banshees. the calling cards of death. you never tell your adoptive parents, out of fear that they will disown you. hate you. even after all these years, when they’ve done nothing to offer up any doubt.
after barely staying in one place for more than a few months ( playing gigs to get by ), you find yourself in portum - the kind folks at hallowed grounds offering you a job. despite being soft spoken, you prove to be a quick learner. getting by, a status you’ve been familiar with nearly all of your life.
𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐍𝐒.
although soft spoken, dakota is kind to everyone they meet. they’ve of the belief that being kind takes less energy.
a very gifted songwriter. their songbook is like their diary.
while they don’t have many friends, they don’t really make the effort to make more. at first it’s due to the belief that they’ll break everything they touch or kill those closest to them by screaming — he’s come to realize that in portum, he’s surrounded by people who are just like them.
lives in an apartment with a roommate and a black cat named juniper, who he’s lovingly nicknamed junie.
rips through books like no other. can read a several hundred page book in one day if given the time.
has many tattoos and piercings, all with silver jewelry.
MORE TO COME.

Fortis Healthcare Limited has a reputation which precedes itself (Herzlinger, 2008). High capital: Funding is adequate and tons of capital is present given by the Fortis financial muscle. It is buying many hospitals in India and overseas which enables them to compete with foreign markets (Herzlinger, 2008). HR management: Fortis Healthcare Limited is able to hire the most experienced of doctors for instance, Dr. Ashok Raj Gopal who is a name himself in heart surgery along with Dr. A.K. Singh who is the best neuron surgeon in India (Herzlinger, 2008). Quality: They have a strict quality control procedure which is internationally recognized. In a matter of only five years, Fortis Hospital Limited was in top two Indian hospitals providing these services (Herzlinger, 2008): Total knee replacement Cardiac operations Hip replacement Neuro sciences They have a strict adherence to international hospital and clinical standards and protocols. This entails ICU management, emergency care, operation theatre and patient handling. Their services are the best from arrival to departure of a patient in any Indian hospital (Herzlinger, 2008). Fortis Hospital Limited is making use of latest technology and spreading the word by Twitter, Facebook and YouTube for the time being. It's a new idea and working for them too. With Facebook, they inspire customers with their achievements and accomplishments. Fortis healthcare limited is building a brand here. Apart from that, some hospitals haven't started similar tactics yet (Herzlinger, 2008). Fortis's weak points Structure: Its corporate framework and structure is too complex. It's susceptible to mismanagement and eventual collapse is certainly not far in sight in the non-presence of a leadership (Herzlinger, 2008). High investment: Fortis is quite vulnerable to high capital intensity, long periods of project completion, the uselessness of its super quality care in the absence of technology equipment, and not being to run new hospitals and managing them well as anticipated (Herzlinger, 2008). In the current scenario, there are three court cases fought in the courts of India on Fortis's acquisition. There is a court case on Vasant Kunj and Jeevan Mala hospitals, which resist Fortis's right to run them. If a decision is against the Fortis group, they will take a serious dent with respect to national and international reputation (Herzlinger, 2008). High Costs: Fortis Hospital Limited has constant costs and high operating leverage. Its profits depend on the number of beds consumed and occupancy throughout. In case otherwise, then Fortis Hospital Limited will feel the financial strain as it collapses under its capital efficiency (Herzlinger, 2008). Being focused: Fortis Healthcare Limited is interested in high-end quality care in majority of its centers. That's why they have made mammoth investments in the high tech medical equipment (Herzlinger, 2008). With the altering use of technology, the previous equipment is certainly rendered useless, whilst making new investments in new equipment. In the long run, costs start piling up and it can hamper a company's profit and cash flows. It can hinder various investment plans. With importing more high-end equipment, currency variations can hinder earnings as well. Merging with local hospital is a key feature of Fortis healthcare Limited. But its facilities and acquired hospital facilities aren't the same obviously. Then, it takes time to bring them up higher standard as Fortis's own hospitals. Thus, it takes more capital and cash reserves to improve such deplorable hospitals (Herzlinger, 2008). 3: The environs of the hospital Political / legal environs The government and private industries have a huge role to play in India's healthcare. The average public expenditure on health is least in comparison to other third world countries. The healthcare industry is spearheaded by the private sector for now. The government of India is very friendly and open invites foreign investments with its foreign policies so favorable for offshore investors. Apart from that there are tax incentives on offer too. Thus, it aims to supply new medicines and drugs whilst expanding their healthcare industry with better services and medical equipment. Telemedicine is the largest healthcare project around the world as it focuses on revolutionizing the healthcare services by information technology. Apart from that, government is busy in inviting foreign and private investment firms (Meenakshi, 2011). The healthcare system has to be modernized and revolutionized for the greater good. The aim is to provide basic amenities and facilities to the rural and slum population of India. It has certain programs being run as of yet such as national health mission and minimum program (Meenakshi, 2011). The government of India plays a pivotal role in revolutionizing the healthcare industry by keeping it higher in its agenda. The government of India is doing wonders in bring more foreign aid to India for outsourcing purposes. The government of India would be able to setup more hospital throughout India. Due to these reasons, the healthcare system of India is poised to rise within a period of five to ten years (Meenakshi, 2011). Economic environs The healthcare expenses are paid by the top earning individuals in India. The private patients spearhead in this case, whilst the tertiary care treatments are pricey. The top thirty three percent of earners account for 75% of the net private expenditure on healthcare in India back in 2004. The rich families paid at least $580 per operation on healthcare facilities. That is three times higher than average American $191. According to the financial year of 2010, the middle income and rich income people are growing slowly. They will form 49% of the population as compared to 33% of the population back in 2004. A survey was conducted by NCAER, which reports that with higher education the expenditure on healthcare also rises (Dhawan, 2007). There are particular investment opportunities for private companies. The Indian government supports such investment opportunities as it boosts their economy and the healthcare infrastructure of India on the whole. By far, India's health industry still needs to move up in the ranks by leaps and bounds. India still lags behind China's present bed ratio of 1000 beds, a milestone it can't reach in the next ten years. India needs a huge investment for allotting 920,000 beds which requires an investment of $49 billion (Dhawan, 2007). 4. SWOT Analysis The strengths and weaknesses have already been discussed in section 2. Here in this section, we discuss the opportunities and threats facing Fortis Ltd. (Herzlinger, 2008). Opportunities and threats: Market is ripe Medical tourism has been gaining ground in India during the recent years. The reason is India's low cost benefit and new healthcare industry. For medical treatment, at least 180,000 patients arrived from overseas alone in 2004. The medical tourism market in India grew by $33 million in 2004. By the end of 2012, it's anticipated to become a $22 billion market. India has been attending patients from various countries these days hailing from African boundaries (Connell, 2011). Such medical facilities aren't available in African countries in such low cost conditions. Thus India is the new market with respect to low cost medical treatment. New Delhi is the prime location cardiac operations while same is the case with Gujrat. Apart from that, Chennai has become the eye specialist city and Kerala has become the ayurvedic center for healing. These facilities are being made use of by the non-Indian nations (Connell, 2011). Huge market at hand The population is surging, the patterns of diseases are altering, salary levels are rising, clinical needs aren't attended, health issues aren't being attended, demand for quality care is needed at moderate prices and medical tourism is all set to rise. So is the need for modern equipment. In any case, demand for modern equipment is needed in India on a basis of 12%-15% yearly. Many foreign companies commence their initial 500 surgeries in India after getting approval from FDA. Medical services are still shallow by the way. China has 106 doctors while India has 60 doctors per 1000. Australia has 247 doctors per 1000 people. The rural areas suffer a lot from this lack of doctors. The Indian healthcare industry is slow with respect to IT skills adaptation. Just a few handfuls of the hospitals are using the high tech facilities and infrastructure. Thus there is an urgent need in the improvement of the IT infrastructure of India (Woodman, 2011). China an emerging market China is the new Mecca for medical care and operations now. It is dealing in a wide spectrum of medical facilities such as neurology, cardiology, orthopedics and other services. Many private and government hospitals have international wings for services in bigger cities. Some hospitals provide western care and treatment while some provide conventional Chinese treatments (Woodman, 2011). In the end In the end, the patients or the clients don't have much power in India as is the case with suppliers as there aren't many manufacturers of medical equipment. Thus there is no competition for the time being and healthcare remains a vacant industry in India at large. Thus that's the idea behind Fortis Healthcare Limited's aims and objectives in India (Woodman, 2011). 5: Corporate level strategy pursued by Fortis Healthcare Limited The corporate strategy of Fortis is certainly to venture and expand into new markets. It aims to sells its products in new markets and making headways in new markets. Fortis has been using the mergers and acquisition strategy for this matter (Herzlinger, 2008): Mergers and takeovers Fortis Healthcare Limited was busy in purchasing some ten hospitals in India for a staggering price of 9.09 billion rupees, according to Wall Street Journal. This strategic move was to capture the hospital segment completely. This acquisition will enable Fortis Healthcare Limited to 38 hospitals and 52,000 beds in India. Apart from that, ten more hospitals were added after Wockhardt's deal was signed (Herzlinger, 2008). Global alliances Fortis Healthcare Limited is enabled and equipped with world's finest infrastructure, medical treatments, technology equipment from all over the world targeted in the Indian soil. Its aim is to provide high quality care to its customers all across the world. In order to improve its treatments, processes and surgeries, it has collaborated with international service providers to corroborate on insurance, healthcare, medical, travel, tourism and other fields (Herzlinger, 2008). Prominent names are: Bupa Aetna Cigna GMC services The collaboration with international brands ensures that quality services are given to patients and health coverage is available for the clients in country and out of the country. Mostly, Fortis Healthcare Limited is operating in Asia-Pacific region and India (Herzlinger, 2008). It has created a large network of hospital which is working to support its clients. Fortis Healthcare Limited meets its quality service goals by collaborating with world class service providers which impart immediate medical advice, medical expertise and healthcare services (Herzlinger, 2008). Worldwide environment and technological environs The healthcare systems in United States of America and Europe are under fire for being very expensive with health infrastructure strained. The National Health Service in UK is certainly under the weather for the exact same reason. The patients have been waiting for one year for surgery. In United States of America, 50 million population is not insured at all. They can't pay for their treatments. There is acute shortage of nurses and trained staff (Herzlinger, 2008). Now the patients are regularly visiting India to get their operations done as their hospitals are affiliated with Indian private hospitals (Gulati and Taneja, 2012). India is known for providing low cost services for high quality care in quite many fields such as (Herzlinger, 2008): Dentistry Cardiology Cosmetic Orthopedic surgery Eye care Health checks India is capable of offering world class operations such as: Hip replacement Bypass surgery Organ transplant Vision correction Dental surgery Cosmetic surgery The price of a treatment is a fraction of what it is in UK and USA. The cost of surgery is still high for that matter. The surgeons can't be bought in courts like in UK and USA (Herzlinger, 2008). Cost of insurance malpractice within New York City and India varies by a stretch. In New York City is $100,000 while in India it is $4,000. This drives down the cost of treatment to the ground. The diagnostic tools and tests being less pricey in India; it has the ability to become the Mecca for health screening (Herzlinger, 2008). In a regular clinic in London, a routine blood test, x ray test, lung test, electrocardiogram test and abdominal test can cost like £350. While in India, the same tests can be done under just $84 at Max Healthcare. The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan can cost only $60 in India while in New York City it can cost around $700 (Herzlinger, 2008). Evaluating future prospects Fortis Healthcare Limited is a new entry into the healthcare industry. It has however ventured into pharmacy business and old age home business. In the future, the possibility of specialty hospital business won't be so profitable anymore; therefore it's time to move on. The old age homes and pharmacy mills will be the mainstay while the super specialty hospitals won't be profitable anymore with the arrival of life style diseases. Its better to sell off these hospitals to other enterprises in the region. It's a new entry in the healthcare region but is armed with a long portfolio (Herzlinger, 2008). 6: Nature of business strategy adopted by the company Fortis Healthcare Limited is more based on emergency and diagnostics yet it needs to diversify and provide a unique spectrum of services (Herzlinger, 2008). The top priorities in this case are Cardiac problems Knee replacement Neurological sciences Fortis healthcare Limited has been granted special status for cardiac problems. Fortis Healthcare Limited operates the most cardiac surgeries around the world (Herzlinger, 2008). Fortis Healthcare Limited is different from others as it provides a narrow spectrum of services at its clients at high costs. It has remained true to its core (Herzlinger, 2008). Core business strategy Fortis Healthcare Limited has undergone organic and inorganic changes building a brand in India. Fortis Healthcare Limited has the capacity to carry through its operations and investments as planned. It is planning to build super specialty hospitals, which have short periods of gestation as compared to general hospitals. Fortis looks to expand its branches in India and provide growth opportunities (Herzlinger, 2008). The lifestyle diseases are big in India which means the high end hospitals need to stay focused on that. Cardiac arrest is said to rise within a short period of time as India delves deep into disease and poverty. India should start following the first world countries pattern and change to lifestyle diseases from infectious diseases. It has been in the McKinney report that cardiac patients increased from 16% in 2004 to 19% in 2008. Hence the amount of cardiac related treatments has also increased from 1.5 million to 1.9 million. But it lags behind Thailand, Brazil and American as of yet (Herzlinger, 2008). Cardiac care is so appealing in quite many ways. The entire market continues to grow in terms of volume as the shift towards life style diseases continue, it engages more profits and higher viability for the hospital sector. Average realization for cardiac related disease per inpatient is greater than that for other diseases. The cardiac patient's treatment in case of India accounts for just 4% in 2001 (Herzlinger, 2008). 7: Fortis's structure, control systems and their strategy Fortis Healthcare Limited is led by ten members of board of directors. Two of them are chairman and vice chairman. Fortis Healthcare Limited started off in India in 1996 and today it is operating in Dubai, Singapore, Mauritius and Sri Lanka as in these locations medical facilities are increasing and improving fast. Fortis Healthcare Limited is operating 65 different facilities in this location at present. All of them have been bought or acquired. The total number of employees working in Fortis Healthcare Limited is 17,000 at present. It has a total of 10,000 beds in five countries (Herzlinger, 2008). 8: Proposals and suggestions Fortis Healthcare Limited has a complex corporate framework, thus it is susceptible to mismanagement and corporate blunders. It's needs to simplify its corporate structure (Herzlinger, 2008). Furthermore, the company has high operating costs along with fixed costs. Its rate of profits depends on its occupancy of beds. In case, occupancy decline then its profit margins can get sidelined. Thus, it needs to develop an approach for financing its needs and investments (Herzlinger, 2008). References Connell, J. (2011).
